2000 US$ knappern wir an und vormittags wurde diese Marke bereits überschritten.
Ich dachte immer ein steigender Goldpreis könnte ANAs Kurs nach oben bringen. Wenn nicht jetzt wann dann?
Aber wenn Gold bei $ 2.660 liegt dann wird´s auch hier wirtschaftlich .
Allgemein denke ich dass jetzt eine Umschlichtung von überteuerten US-Aktien in die Rohstoffen, Mienen und Explorer stattfindet. Krypto ist die Frage ob hierhin auch umgeschlichtet wird, denn das würde fehlen.
Ich denke jeder möchte in diesen Zeiten doch was in der Hand haben. Ob Gold oder Silber....

Die Erhöhung der Zinsen ist eine abgemachte Sache. Händler gehen davon aus, dass die US-Notenbank auf ihrer Sitzung im Mai und Juni die Zinssätze um jeweils einen halben Prozentpunkt anheben wird, um die Inflation schneller zu bekämpfen. Gold scheint die Sorgen um die straffere Geldpolitik bislang überraschend gut zu verkraften. Für die Goldaktien von Barrick Gold (WKN: 870450) und Newmont Mining (WKN: 853823) dürfte so auch in diesem Quartal ein starker Gewinnausweis bevorstehen...

An den steigenden Goldpreis glaube ich auch, bzw. dass Gold einen Werterhalt darstellt.
Aufgrund der weltweit steigenden FIAT-Geldmengen und der Ankündigungen steigender Zinsen (wenn überhaupt möglich aufgrund der enormen Verschuldung) müsste der Goldpreis schon höher stehen.
Aber ich denke das wird schon werden.

Wie Anaconda vom steigenden Goldpreis profitiert hat sieht man. Wie es aber profitieren könnte und wann, das sollte das Management wissen.
fünf Jahr: Gold + 54%; ANX +110%
ein Jahr - Gold +11,1% ANX -19,2%
6 Monate Gold + 9,5% ANX -1,5%
3 Monate: Gold + 7,5% ANX +3%
ein Monat Gold -2% ANX -10%
fünf Tage Gold -0,3% ANX - 10%

Aber jetzt wird Anaxonda ja SIGNAL - hoffentlich bleibt die Entwicklung nicht so wie seit der Mitteilung der Namensänderung. Seit 28. März bereits um 0,10 CAD (13,7%) und heute seit dem Tweet ganze 0,05 CAD (7,3%) gefallen.



Da ich noch 19k Anacondas oder Signal habe hoffe ich, dass die Q1 Ergebnisse wieder besser sind und ANX doch die tollen Goldkurse zum Geld verdienen nützt.

Super Sache, gefühlt kaufe ich immer "zu teuer" nach. Jetzt hätte ich Sie 10-15% billiger bekommen als in den letzten Wochen.

Ich hoffe, dass Kevin mit einem guten Q1 Ergebnis überzeugen kann.

Was den Namechange angeht denke ich, dass dies kurzfristig als negativ empfunden wird und "komisch" wirkt.
Aber auf die lange Sicht kann ich es nachvollziehen, denn wann auch immer ich auf Anaconda Mining und deren Expansionspläne hingewiesen habe kam von Dritten der Hinweis, dass der Name "Anaconda" schon komisch sei - fast lächerlich.
Insofern verspreche im mir mit Signal Gold eine bessere PR Wirkung gerade jetzt wo es darum geht um Goldboro bekannt zu machen...

Nur meine bescheidene Meinung.

Er muss gerade mit "Signal" mit guten Ergebnissen überzeugen

Die Q1 Ergebnisse werden dann in etwa zwei Wochen kommen oder so. Da erwarte ich nach den schlechten Ergebnissen von 2021, dass sie heuer, wie bereits im Herbst, eine höhere Ausbeute schafften. Das multipliziert mit den höheren Goldpreisen sollte den Cashflow ganz gut tun und für grüne Ergebnisse sorgen. Es sei gehofft, dass die steigenden Energiepreise die erhöhte Goldmarge nicht zu Nichte machen.

Gute Ergebnisse und ein neuer Name sollten neue Anleger anlocken oder aufmerksam machen.
"Anaconda" hat in der Vergangenheit zu viel verbockt, da werden auch mit Megazahlen kaum neue Anleger oder zuvor investierte angelockt.
Man sieht das am Handel, wenn man es so nennen darf - das ist nur ein hin- und herschieben von ein paar lächerlichen Stücken und wenn es mal mehr ist steigt jemand aus.
Ich hoffe Kevin kann jetzt gutes Aufweisen, denn Ergebnissen wie Q1 und Q2 2021 würden die "neue Firma" gleich auf lange Sicht unattrakiv machen.

Vielleicht kaufe ich ein paar "Signal" nach.... Hab jetzt doch was auf der Seite, da ich die letzte Zeit mit anderen Goldaktien und vor allem Urantiteln beim Traden doch etwas Geld gemacht hatte .

The technicals by themselves make a good case.

The weekly candle charts are below; note the thumbnail (right) highlighting the last four months of trading.

The most important observations are Gold’s failed breakdown and Silver, and the gold stocks (GDXJ as our proxy) hit their low before Gold.

When Gold lost $1675, gold bears had visions of 2013. However, Gold stabilized in the low $1600s and surged to nearly $1800.

The first hint that Gold’s breakdown would fail was Silver failing to trade lower amid the breakdown. Silver made its low on September 1st, two months before Gold’s low at $1618...

Signal Gold Inc.: Signal Gold Announces Bridge Financing of Up to US$21.0 Million with Nebari Resources to Advance the Goldboro Project
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / February 16, 2023 / Signal Gold Inc. ("Signal Gold" or the "Company") (TSX:SGNL)(OTCQX:SGNLF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a credit agreement with Nebari Gold Fund 1 LP, Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund I LP, and Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II LP (each as Lender and collectively, "Nebari"), with Nebari Collateral Agent, LLC as administration and collateral agent, and certain material Signal Gold subsidiaries as guarantors, for a credit facility of up to US$21.0 million (the "Credit Facility"). The Credit Facility provides for an initial draw of US$16.0 million ("Tranche 1") and a second tranche of US$5.0 million ("Tranche 2"), at the election of the Company, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent.

Highlights of the Credit Facility:

Upon closing, Signal Gold shall immediately draw US$16.0 million (approximately C$21.3 million) from the non-dilutive Nebari Credit Facility, which will be used to progress critical pre-development activities for the Goldboro Project and the repayment of the existing US$8.0 million senior secured facility with Auramet Internal LLC.
Key activities include detailed engineering to support industrial approval permits, an updated Feasibility Study to include an updated mineral resource estimate and capital and operating costs, and advanced geotechnical work to de-risk the construction phase of the Project.
The credit facility has a maturity date of two years from the initial draw with the option to extend up to another 12 months and is expected to be repaid from the proceeds of a project finance facility for Goldboro which the Company is targeting to occur later in 2023.
At Signal Gold's election and subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, the Company can draw a further tranche of US$5.0 million.

(Kitco News) Gold will increase in value while the U.S. dollar drops, said Paulson & Co. founder John A. Paulson. And that is the hedge fund manager's outlook for this year, the next three years, and the next five years.

"There has been a significant increase in demand from central banks to replace dollars with gold, and we're just at the beginning of that trend. Gold will go up and the dollar will go down, so you'd be better off keeping your investment reserves in gold at this point," Paulson told journalist Alain Elkann in an interview.

With gold, Paulson sees the potential for appreciation and recommends playing the long game. He highlighted the de-dollarization trend and noted that with sticky inflation fears and new geopolitical tensions, gold is attracting new investors.

"The dollar is still very dominant in terms of reserves and trade, but the U.S. post-WW2 economy is not quite the powerhouse it was," Paulson said. "Other countries do not want to rely on the dollar as much as they have in the past, and the U.S. also has an enormous deficit with the rest of the world in terms of trade and investment balances that used to be very positive, but now it's very negative."

The U.S. dollar is also looking at depreciation versus other currencies, Paulson said, pointing to massive money printing, fiscal spending, previous quantitative easing, and inflation.

"If you had dollars and 9% inflation, this year you lost 9% of your money; interest rates were nowhere close to compensating for that loss. That is driving investors and central banks around the world to look for an alternative reserve currency, and gold is rising again," he stated.

Gold represents a legitimate alternative to the greenback and other fiat money. And with the growing fear of sanctions, countries like China recognize that USD reserves can be frozen.

"If you keep your money in fiat currencies, you face the risk, due to geopolitical events, that your reserves can be seized. As the central banks did with Russia. China probably thinks that as they have so much of their reserves in dollars, if they get into a geopolitical spat with the Western world over Taiwan or something else, there is a possibility these reserves will be frozen, like they did with Russia," Paulson pointed out.

With physical gold, there is no such risk, plus there is a very good likelihood that the precious metal reserves will go up in price, the billionaire noted.

"We're at the beginning of trends that are going to increase the demand for gold, and inflation and geopolitical tensions will determine the rate at which gold increases. This year gold will appreciate versus the dollar, and also over a three, five, and ten-year basis," he said.

When asked about the Federal Reserve, Paulson said that the U.S. central bank could hike another 50-100 basis points before pausing.

"Many people are expecting that the Fed will start easing in the second half of the year, but inflation will be more persistent than the markets currently perceive. They'll likely raise it another 50, 75, 100 basis points over the next few meetings and then hold it there until we get a severe economic shock," he said.

Paulson called cryptocurrencies "the biggest bubble" that the Fed created through massive money printing. "Crypto is one of the most ridiculous investment vehicles ever created," he said.

The prominent investor said there is no intrinsic value and projected that the crypto market would lose its remaining value in the next 48 months. "The cryptocurrency from its peak lost 70 to 75% of its value, and over the next two years, I think it will lose most of the remaining value. It's very unfortunate that so many people have lost so much money investing in crypto," he said.

My Thoughts About The Webinar And Today's News
I finally got time to watch the webinar this morning and well... nice job Kevin and Rob. Thanks for having posted my questions (I heard Deb read some of them).

Really, in my opinion, Kevin and Rob were transparents and answered the questions in a really professional way. They demonstrated that they are on top of their files and that they are dedicatied to develop Goldboro and are working for shareholders' interrests.

Some posters thought that they were working to bring the SP down on purpose. The news this morning about getting enough money for the next 2 years, with limited diluation, shows that they are resourceful. This credit facility will give enough time to sell/get the most value out of Point-Rousse and will postpone the need for going to the equity market for drilling programs money if the share price is not where it should be.

They confirmed that they will be buying alongside shareholders when they will be allowed too. We can read between lines here... they have material change information and cannot currently buy. I do not think that this morning's NR was the material change information, so I guess they will not be buying yet.

$21 Million financing
I am really pleased with this morming's news. The current market is awful for juniors and equity financing is terribly dilutive for the companies that have go go that route. Securing this large debt financing gives us all the lattitude we need to move Goldboro forward and secure the build financing when the market turns more favorable.

As for further drilling, I'm pretty sure that Kevin might use flow through financing, but only when the share price rises a bit to keep dilution to a minimum. He always said he likes flow through financing, and he said it again in yesterday's webinar.

Kevin's focus has always been on keeping dilution to a minimum, and he has proved it beautifully with this bridge financing.

("Signal Gold" or the "Company") (TSX:SGNL)(OTCQX:SGNLF) is pleased to announce diamond drill results from a growth exploration program at its Goldboro Project in Nova Scotia ("Goldboro", or the "Project"). The growth exploration program, comprised of 2,870 metres in 15 drill holes of diamond drilling, has successfully discovered continued gold mineralization up to 325 metres to the west of the existing Goldboro Deposit Mineral Resource, and mineralization remains open along strike to the west and at depth (Exhibits A, B and C).

Critically, the results demonstrated the same style of gold mineralization and host environment as the Goldboro Deposit. Eight (8) occurrences of visible gold were observed in 102 separate intersections of gold mineralization. Drilling also demonstrated that increased gold mineralization and alteration is coincident with the targeted Induced Polarization ("IP") chargeability and Very Low Frequency ("VLF") trends (Exhibit A). This geophysical signature, along with the current geological interpretation, suggests that the structure which hosts the Goldboro Deposit potentially extends two (2) kilometres west of the current mineralization and is coincident with the past producing Dolliver Mountain Mine.

Selected composited highlights from the drill program include:

20.59 g/t gold over 3.0 metres (122.4 to 125.4 metres) in hole BR-23-383 including 113.90 g/t gold over 0.5 metres;

9.46 g/t gold over 2.0 metres (123.5 to 125.5 metres) in hole BR-23-381 including 15.40 g/t gold over 0.5 metres;

7.29 g/t gold over 2.5 metres (103.0 to 105.5 metres) in hole BR-23-382;

4.84 g/t gold over 3.0 metres (54.9 to 57.9 metres) in hole BR-23-385; and

2.72 g/t gold over 3.5 metres (72.6 to 76.1 metres) in hole BR-23-385 including 13.40 g/t gold over 0.5 metres.

Significant high-grades were also intersected, including:

130.70 g/t gold over 0.5 metres at 79.9 metres in hole BR-22-380;

47.20 g/t gold over 0.5 metres at 229.7 metres in hole BR-22-374;

77.70 g/t gold over 0.5 metres at 123.0 meters in hole BR-22-379;

21.00 g/t gold over 1.0 metres at 210.3 metres in hole BR-22-377; and

28.10 g/t gold over 0.5 metres at 112.1 metres in hole BR-23-381.

Es wäre schön, wenn nach den Turbulenzen um den Produktionsstopp des Point Rousse Projects und Stoger Tight nun das Augenmerk auf GOLDBORO liegen würde und sich die neuen Investoren dafür positionieren.

Wer im März 2020 Anaconda um die 0,10 CAD gekauft hat, hatte die Möglichkeit im Sommer 2021 um 1,00 CAD mit bis zu 1000% Gewinn auszusteigen.
Hier sind einige Investoren dabei gewesen und haben ein glückliches Händchen gehabt.
Ich selbst habe lediglich zwischendurch einen gewissen Anteil meiner Aktien verkauft, wenn ich Liquidität, bedingt durch die Corona-Maßnahmen des Staates, gebraucht habe.
Im März 2020 hielt ich 1.100.000 Anaconda Aktien. Mein Tiefststand betrug noch etwa 700.000 Stück.
Durch weitere Zukäufe bin ich mittlerweile wieder bei 900.000 Signal Gold Aktien angelangt.
Mein Ziel ist es wieder mindestens 1 Mio. Stücke zu halten - besser noch mehr!

With the discovery of gold mineralization to the west of the Goldboro Deposit and the continuation of an Induced Polarization ("IP") geophysical survey towards the past producing Dolliver Mountain Gold Mine*, the Company is excited to ramp up its largest growth exploration program to date in order to demonstrate the potential scale of the Goldboro Deposit.

Signal Gold Signs Definitive Agreement To Sell The Point Rousse Project To Maritime Resources Corp.
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 19, 2023 / Signal Gold Inc. ("Signal Gold" or the "Company") (TSX:SGNL)(OTCQX:SGNLF) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Maritime Resources Corp. ("Maritime") for the sale of the Company's Point Rousse Project on the Baie Verte Peninsula in Newfoundland. Under the transaction, Maritime will acquire 100% of the common shares of Point Rousse Mining Inc. ("Point Rousse"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Signal Gold, which holds all related mineral licenses, fixed assets and equipment, liabilities, rights and obligations related to Point Rousse, including the fully permitted Pine Cove mill and in-pit tailings facility. Could Kevin be perhaps bringing Goldboro to the B2Gold table as a possible acquisition or partner to develop Goldboro???

Yes, indeed and right at the beginning of the interview, the interviewer asks with a smile "Where is your CEO", like it was all planned. Makes perfect sense. The added drilling was needed and probably remained a big issue with potential buyers. Why was it never drilled before? The extra drilling is probably the last piece of the puzzle and if there is mineralization as expected, with a possible 5M oz resource as Rob Dufour suggested, this will be a done deal. I always suspected BTO, fits right in. Keving a member and all. Looks like the last info needed before an offer is made.

I also like the comment that Rob said "there was significant opportunity to expand the scale of the project". Sounds like Goldboro may be getting bigger than currently planned. The part about current design of 4000 tonnes per day...then talking about a modular mill so they can potentially do more than 4000 t/d can get to 150,000 ounces per year!!! If they find a pit 3...why not!

With the underground phase 2 piece of this, Goldboro can easily double the 5 million ounces Rob mentioned. I still say 10 million plus ounces with a pile of future deeper drilling...so drill the s#i$ out of it.

The down dip extensions of the ore zones go to 500m that they know about...so little deep drilling...hardly any. It is expensive to drill deep and thus planned for phase 2.

IMHO...They will have 100+ belts to chase the high grade underground where they will simply follow the material that is 6ish grams per tonne or better and there is LOTS and LOTS of it. 6 g/t over 1.5 meters is cash in the bank...Just review any of past drill result PRs and see how many high grade intersections they hit....thousands....that why I have a pile of shares...THE BEAST IS A MONSTER and we have no idea yet how big!

Place a net smelter royalty agreement on this , like others in-development do. Keeping Pointe Rousse was okay, in principal, but there was too much risk for a small production profile, taking away focus, attention and dollars from Goldboro.

It is worth noting that all the assets within Signal Gold are separate legal entities (incorporated subsidiaries).

A new resource estimate will come out (and likely completed in principal as the initial PFS is over 2 years old) and the company will be positioned very well.

Yes it will cost more Shiftyone...with a new resource estimate they can easily compensate for the higher cost to develope the mine which you almost doubled to 500 million when the fesibility study a couple years old said 271 million...so ya 400 max not 500 million and they will have that difference made up with new ounces in an updated resouce estimate (not even adjusting for the price of gold here)...so still very robust!

This is an underground mine Siftyone...the pits are just scraping the surface...anyone taking a look at this will see that. The recent numbers to the west may or may not be pitable, but they are minable and add 1.1kms of strike length to the resouce...FANTASTIC says someone who has actually participated in mining narrow, gold-rich quartz veins in Nova Scotia - they just added to the strike length of the deposit...ya not the wide numbers from the pit...BUT MINEABLE ECONOMIC NUMBERS...so far from disappointing as you call them as you don't have the experience to say so.

They can probably add a shallow pit west of the West pit to pick up the decent grades/widths that are under the West pit and plunge up to surface westward....then go after the underground highgrade ounces for MANY MANY YEARS!

Expansion has basically been defined now (on this historically mined property)...Dolliver Mountain to the East of the East pit and down down down....who knows how deep. The longitudinal section they presented with the last drill results presents the full picture of the deposit to the trained eye.

They have recently expanded their gold claims to a pretty big area...I know a lot about the areas they have picked up to the north...they have pending VLF data coming to help them narrow down some possible targets and have probably compiled a lot of data to define where they may drill on these new claims - I will leave it there for now...

I feel they will come out of this on the positive side as the upside that Goldboro presents is basically generational...Big Boys want long term ounces...Goldboro can provide that with 11 years of pitting high-grade and decades of underground to unknown depths.
Signal and Anaconda never had the cash that the likes of New Found Gold had to drill countless holes to really see how big this deposit is...and theirs is still expanding along strike and at depth. Bring on a Big Boy and start mining as permitted and drilling deep to REALLY SEE what they have and how deep...poke a few deep holes to a 1,000 meters and see what you have...more of the same at depth is what their longitudinal section is showing...people in the know will see that!

25,44 g/t over 1.5 meters X 1100 strike length of the vein X 20 meters high X 2.8 specific gravity of a meter cubed of rock = 2,350,348 grams of gold / 31.1 grams in an ounce = 75,573.89 ounces of gold 3166.47 CDN$ = $239,302,457.60 total value of the 1 quartz vein - NOT worth exploring Shifty - lets leave a quarter-billion dollars of gold in the ground in that one vein??? Pardon??

The origional definded fesibility study indicated 2.9 year payback...ok add a year with added costs to build (which is offset grosely by the added resources not yet included in any updated resource estimate, so back down to 3.5 years - VERY Conserevatively) and the price of gold just a bit higher than the number used to calculate the 2.9 years which was $1600 USD).
So you just pulled 8 year payback out of your hat...NICE ONE!

You say you are not a shareholder...so why all the posting, if you have no interest any more...you said you sold and now it is too expensive...so move along???

Very puzzling what your motive is here to post invalid - untruthful statements and it is not just in one post...DDD was calling you out time after time and getting tired of it. Trying to mislead folks so they sell and you and a few friends can penny flip and make a couple hundred bucks a day? Good luck with whatever is driving you Shifty. Remember it is the market that will determine the value of the Signal Gold stock...not some posts on a stock blog.

You will note that I sat down with a Rep. from BMO also....a coincidence? And by the way, Rob McEwen is a true maven. He saw this price rise in gold coming ages ago.

These holes are ALL drilled west of the west pit right on the anticline at Dolliver Mountain...West side of the historic Boston Richardson claim block.
hole 23-433 had one intersection of 3 meters grading 1.3 g/t with VG noted. (economic intersection)
Hole 23-439 had one intersection of .6meters grading 12.66g/t (economic intersection)

I will leave that there...more incorrect statements...what are you up to Shifty...non stop posting of misleading statements...not impressed.

From several years of experience working underground in two gold mines in Nova Scotia including Goldboro for two years were I have planned, drilled and logged kilometers of core and have done countless grade calulations to determine economics of development headings.

In Nova Scotia the gold in the quartz veins does not present itself everywhere one sees the same quartz vein...the gold tends to presipitate out of the silica solution within sections of the quartz vein where the right temp and pressure conditons present themselves. After seeing many cases, gold generally presipitates out of solution in a localized part of the quartz vein and that part of the vein where the gold is present tends to be about 20 meters high...higher in many cases. 1100 meters as that is the strike length of the newly added portion of the west section of the claim block by Dolliver Mountain. The longitudinal section that Signal presented in a recent drill results PR, shows how consistent and continuous along strike the quartz belts are at Goldboro...I used 1100meters, I could have potentially used 3700m the full stike length of this deposit.

Stick to the facts Shifter...stop misleading...

The origional definded fesibility study indicated 2.9 year payback...ok add a year with added costs to build (which is offset grosely by the added resources not yet included in any updated resource estimate, so back down to 3.5 years - VERY Conserevatively) and the price of gold just a bit higher than the number used to calculate the 2.9 years which was $1600 USD).
So you just pulled 8 year payback out of your hat...NICE ONE!

You say you are not a shareholder...so why all the posting, if you have no interest any more...you said you sold and now it is too expensive...so move along???

Very puzzling what your motive is here to post invalid - untruthful statements and it is not just in one post...DDD was calling you out time after time and getting tired of it. Trying to mislead folks so they sell and you and a few friends can penny flip and make a couple hundred bucks a day? Good luck with whatever is driving you Shifty. Remember it is the market that will determine the value of the Signal Gold stock...not some posts on a stock blog.
