Sao Luis Mining Signs US$1 Million Best Effort Private Placement Financing

(Other OTC:SAOL.PK - News) (Frankfurt:F5G.F - News) (www.saolmining.com) today announced that it has entered into a best effort agreement with Certified Financial Consultants Inc., to fund up to a million dollars in a structured financing from the sale of restricted shares in full compliance with Regulation S, of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

Michael J. Dillon, President and Chairman of Sao Luis Mining, a \"conflict free\" diamond mining and precious metals exploration company, states that \"Proceeds from this capital infusion will be used to help accelerate the company\'s 2007 mining activities.
