Nach einer ersten Euphorie kommt der Aktienkurs wieder zurück und bleibt damit ein klarer Kauf: Der Titel verliert in Hongkong heute 8% auf 8,1 HK-Cents. Damit wird das Unternehmen mit 26 Mio. Wahrscheinlich wird diese Aktie von den Chinesen in Richtung 10-18 HK-Dollar (bei uns 1-1,50 Euro) hochgejagt. Gleiches ist bereits z. B. mit China Railway Logistics-BMG2156T1071 (und vielen anderen chin. Aktien)- voriges Jahr im Herbst passiert. Diese war mal bei ca. 0,006 Euro und wurde bis 1,80 Euro katapultiert bis sie korrigierte, und jetzt bei ca. 1 Euro liegt.--- Also, ein schöner Zock !! China hat über 1 Mrd. Menschen und sehr viele haben noch keine Aktien. Also sollten wir doch ein bisschen mitmischen.

neuigkeiten gab es heute jedenfalls nicht......

Am 05.09.2007 gab es eine unverbindliche Anfrage an den CEO des Unternehmens, ob er seine 41 % verkaufen möchte. Diese Mitteilung wurde an die Börse in HK abgegeben, weil es ein preisbeeinflussender Faktor ist und nach dortigen Statuten veröffentlicht werden muss. Offensichtlich hat sich in der Zwischenzeit etwas getan. Seit März greift in HK auch immer wieder Jemand kräftig zu - insbesondere in den letzten Tagen. Am 08.09. war das Angebot wohl noch nicht offiziell - da die Aktie heute vom Handel ausgesetzt ist, wird es wohl nun ein offizielles Angebot geben. Mal schauen ob der CEO verkaufen möchte.

The Company was informed by Mr. Chen, the chairman of the Board and an executive Director that on

Exchange for resumption of trading in the Shares with effect from 9:30 a.m. on 14 September 2007.

Brilliant Express, which would allow Mr. Wu or Brilliant Express to exercise a significant degree of

Mr. Chen further informs that there is an intention to consolidate his shareholding in the Company with those
of Easy Lead, so that 23,982,130 Shares currently held by Easy Lead will be transferred to Mr. Chen, who will
in turn be interested in a total of 47,603,131 Shares in his personal capacity after such transfer.
Save as disclosed above, the Board confirms that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended
acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable under Rule 13.23 of the Listing Rules, neither is the Board

Gut dann hat South East wohl einen neuen Mehrheitsaktionär. Wer auch immer Brilliant Express ist. Allerdings ist das große Volumen des letzten Tage immer noch ein Rätsel. Brilliant Express kauft ja nicht vor der Anfrage für mehr als einem HK-Dollar im großen Stil Shares und übernimmt dann vom Shareholer die Stücke für weniger als die Hälfte. Das scheint ein wenig merkwürdig. Richtig gerechnet wären das ja ca. 0,043 Cent und morgen würde des dann wieder richtig in den Keller gehen. Von 1,48 HKD auf 0,48 HKD. Wenn nicht, dann ist vielleicht noch ein weiterer Interessent im Markt der die Stück vom Markt kauft. Andererseits kann es auch sein, dass Brilliant Express SE übernehmen will aber nicht in einem Stück. Vielleicht will Brilliant Express auch 100 % und Herr Chen hat zu günstig verkauft.

Meine hab ich jetzt 3 Jahre und 300 % wären auch o.k., aber ich denke ich lasse die guten Stücke noch ein wenig liegen. Die werden ja nicht schlecht.

Andererseits wird der Kurs nicht soweit fallen, weil wenn man sich die Stück von 195 Mio. (nicht in Shareholder Hand) betrachtet und die Stückzahl, die seit dem 31.08. gehandelt worden sind, dann sind die gehandelten Stücke schon größer als 195 Mio. D.h. es werden auch einige Marktteilnehmer für 1 KHD und mehr gekauft haben. Wenn diese Marktteilnehmer morgen für 0,48 HKD verkaufen sollten oder wollten, naja. Ich bin gespannt wie es morgen in HK aussieht. Vielleicht gibt es ja auch eine Überraschung und die Reise geht in die andere Richtung.

So in HK sind SE nun auf 1,22 EUr. D.h. bei uns werden es dann 0,113 EUR werden. Da der Umsatz jedoch so gering ist, wird es sicherlich eine weitere Offerte oder weitere größere Käufe in der Zukunft geben. Wer auch immer sich bei SE einen Platz sichern möchte. Sicher ist, dass der Markt enger geworden ist, weil ein Investor auf einem Paket mit einem Preis jenseits der 1 HKD sitzt und das wird er nicht mehr hergeben. Auch Brilliant Express wird sicherlich seine Ziele verfolgen und wenn Sie für 0,48 HKD kaufen, dann können Sie sicherlich nicht 92 Mio. Stück auf einen Schlag für mehr als 0,48 HKD verkaufen. Damit bleibt es spannend. D.h. schön Geduld bewahren, liegen lassen und in 2 Jahren noch einmal schauen. In diesem Sinne.

Sorry, 1,22 HKD. Sehr interessant ist auch CHINA MEDICAL. Das wird eine ähnliche Story auch wenn die Aktie schon einmal oben war und nun wenn ich richtig informiert bin rote Zahlen schreibt. Sollte der Tournaround gelingen, dann sind hier mehr als 1,60 HKD bei SE drin. Anfang des Jahre hat sich ebenfall ein Investor richtig dick eingedeckt. In der Summe sind diese Stücke nicht wieder zurück am Markt. Der Preis dürfte knapp oberhalb unterhalb von 0,43 - 0,4 KD liegen. D.h. wenn der Kurs nun darunter fällt, dann wird eine Entscheidung fällig. Mittelfristig 1 - 3 Jahre mit einem schönen Tournaround könnte das eine gute Story werden. Ich hab mi ein Paar ins Depot gelegt und warte jetzt einmal schön ab. 300 - 400 % sollten schon gehen.

So jetzt genung geschwätzt (Im Übrigen bin ich keiner der hier schon einmal sehr gebauten Homepage-Internetfirmen angepriesen hat, das muss ich noch los werden: Ich finde es schon echt dreist, wie hier der eine oder andere Leute für dumm verkaufen will und das hier die Staatsanwaltschaft nicht einmal eingreift. Betrug ist hier an der Tagesordnung. Andererseits: Wer z.B. Firmen aus China kauft, die nur in Deutschland zu erwerben sind, die HP des Unternehmens grottenschlecht ist, kein Geschäftsbericht vorhanden ist, die Aktie im Freiverkehr notiert und 5 Unterstützer ins Rennen schickt, die den Eindruck erwecken sollen auch investiert zu sein, der gehört eigentlich hinter schwedische Gardinen. Ist ja echt unglaublich was hier teilweise für ein Mist verzapft wird).

Moin,
der Verkauf zu 0,46 HKD würde wohl bedeuten, dass der
Deal schon vor dem letzten Anstieg eingefädelt wurde.
In der News finde ich auch keine Haltefrist seitens
Brilliant Express.Die könnten ihre Stücke ja gleich
versilbern.Vieleicht haben die den Kurs dazu selber
hochgekauft.
Andererseits müsste jemand gehörig pushen
um den Preis obenzuhalten und genug Lemminge für
die 92 Mio Stück zu finden.
Wer ist eigentlich Brilliant Express? Ein Mitbewerber,
ein Investor oder gar ein Hedgefond ?
( das Rennpferd lt.Google wirds ja wohl nicht sein )

Versuche ich eine Verkaufsorder aufzugeben wird mir bei sämtlichen Börsenplätzen, die in der Übersicht angezeigt werden, das ein Handel dort nicht möglich ist. Klicke ich in der Übersicht auf kaufen, dann könnte ich eine Kauforder in Hongkong aufgeben.
Kann das jemand erklären? Der Handel würde doch wieder aufgenommen. Ich bin bei SBroker.

Mit der Nachfrage hat das doch nichts zu tun, meine Order kann ich doch immer aufgeben. Wenn sie keiner kauft wird die Order nach ablauf der Gültigkeitsfrist eben wieder gestrichen.
Aber es scheint sich erledigt zu haben, jetzt werden wieder Börsenplätze zur Auswahl angeboten, aber jetzt ist es mir zu spät, jetzt warte ich erstmal den Begin der nächsten Woche ab.

CHANGE OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND RE-DESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board further announces that Mr. Chen Yuan Shou, Budiman has resigned as the chairman of the Board
with effect from 25 September 2007 and has been re-designated as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from the same day. Mr. Wu Siu Chung, an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as
the chairman of the Board with effect from 25 September 2007 in place of Mr. Chen Yuan Shou, Budiman.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Chen Yuan Shou, Budiman for his contributions as
the chairman of the Board during the past years and welcome Mr. Wu to the new position.

Hallo johnzon
jetzt weiß ich nicht ob du mein erstes Mail erhalten hast.
Ich hab gehört daß die Aktie stark in Immo macht und somit die Hoffnung besteht durch die Olympiade star zu profitieren.
Solltest du noch andere infos haben, wäre ich dir dankbar wenn du sie mir zukommen lassen könntest.
