Die Aktie läuft schon seit etwa 24.04.07
Gestern wurde sie mit kleineren Stücken immer weiter runtergeholt.
Das Mergergerücht wurde telefonisch bestätigt und die Aktie ist bisher nur aufgrund des Gerüchtes gelaufen.
Da Gestern so ein starker Kursabfall war könnte es heute oder in den kommenden Tagen gut zum Traden sein.

Here is what is behind UMCC,
"SOMETHING" is going to happen. Somebody had a motive to pay for a reinstatement. I could not get the Registered Agent to talk concerning WHO is behind this. I'm content to wait.

The first paragraph states: "In Mach 2001, Fred Campanuolo who had enjoyed considerable success selling the Ultra line of motorcycles at three dealerships in Florida, seized the opportunity to purchase the Shares, assets, and the Brand Name of Ultra Motorcycle Company Inc."
Fred probably has the company running well now and now he feels it's time to relist. If not someone is buying the shell to do a reverse merger into, either way the current market cap is only $200,000, which is nothing.IMO
Maybe Fred is got his ducks in a row and ready to get tis thing listed back on the big boards!
A lot of this is speculation as you know but the fact that this baby has such a low O/S and should have a market cap of 27 mil and todays market cap is only 350K, based on Selling 1000 bikes a yr at 30k per bike. So whomever ownes these shares sure didn't get them for a dime and if it's an r/m deal them they still aren't going to give these shares away!

I contacted an attorney who is working specifically with UMCC. It is not Frank Ellis but one of his associates in his firm. Her name is Aviva Gordon. She is specifically representing the custodian which I believe to be Business Filings Inc

This group she is working on for the individual who just reinstated UMCC.
This is all in an effort to get the filings up to date with UMCC and get them changed so that they are current and up to date. She said she is not representing UMCC but working with the entity who can get the paperwork current. I asked if the company was preparing for a reverse merger and she said that she believed so. The company was just reinstated from bankruptcy and getting filings current. I said UMCC sounded like a reverse merger and she agreed with me. SOMETHING IS HAPPENING NOW with this company. The small market cap will not stay that way for very long. I am starting to accumulate more as we speak.

Den meisten Cash kann man machen, solange ein Mergergerücht aufkommt und gehalten wird.
Dann in etwa in den ersten 15 Minuten reingehen, wenn die Mergernews raus ist. Danach wirds schwierig.
Es gibt Ausnahmen wie z.B LFZA. Die lief letzten Oktober knapp einen Monat durch und jeden Tag konnte man meinen, jetzt ist es dann vorbei. Es hätte sich nach 15 Tagen immer noch gelohnt reinzugehen.
Das ist das spannende an shell-plays.
