Donini Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNNI) Reaches Agreement for Franchise Expansion in Toronto and Begins Talks for Expansion of Product Offerings

MONTREAL, May 16, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Donini Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNNI) is pleased to announce that the company's expansion plans are continuing to move ahead. "The company is negotiating an area development agreement with Meadow Vista Financial Corp. to develop a franchise network for Donini in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)," said Mr. Deros. "The GTA represents a major market for Donini and we look forward to introducing our pizza products to Canada's largest metropolitan center. The Toronto market has a population of well over 5,000,000 people and we think we can easily open up to 8 stores in our first year with a move to up to 30 stores over five years."

Die Aktie schwankt aktuell zwischen 3 und 5 cent. Schwer eine größere Anzahl zu bekommen, da low floater. Wer mit Schwankungen nicht leben kann sollte sich eine andere Aktie suchen. Auf etwas längere Sicht ist das meiner Meinung nach ein sehr aussichtsreicher Wert. Keine Kaufempfehlung, nur meine Meinung

MONTREAL, May 11, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Donini Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNNI) is pleased to announce that the company's expansion plans are moving forward as scheduled. The company has struck a deal to bring the Donini Resto Bar and Donini Express Concept to Newark, NJ. Donini has entered into an agreement to acquire Pronto Cena Ristorante at One Riverfront Place in Downtown Newark. "The restaurant is located in a large business center which has over 10,000 business and professional staff working there on a daily basis," said Peter Deros, President of Donini Inc.
