schaut euch mal diese/n Basismetall und Edelmetallexplorer/mine an!
Ist in Frankfurt bisher noch nicht gehandelt worden. Großer Spread, aber aussichtsreicher Wert aus meiner Sicht. Die Kombination aus Basismetall und Edelmetall ist super. Acadian Gold - die über 45 % Anteil an der Muttergesellschaft Royal Roads in BUV investiert sind, arbeiten nach einem ähnlichen Modell:
Zinkmine als Cashcow, mit dem Geld werden die Goldliegenschaften exploriert und hoffentlich Gold gefördert. :-) Die profitieren gegenseitig voneinander.
Es gibt noch viel zu Drillen, packen wir´s an.

Buchans River Ltd. is a resource company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and is focused on exploring and developing base metal properties in the famous Buchans mining camp in central Newfoundland, Canada. Buchans River is 52% controlled by Royal Roads Corp. (RRO – TSX-V) ("Royal Roads") who currently own 8,890,953 shares. Royal Roads is a Halifax-based resource company also developing base metal properties in Newfoundland. Together, Royal Roads and Buchans River control a total of 30,200 hectares within central Newfoundland’s Victoria Lake and Buchans mining camps, including the historic Buchans mine (owned by Buchans River) and the Daniels deposit (owned by Royal Roads). Buchans River also controls several exploration properties outside of the Buchans camp, including several under joint venture to Prominex Resource Corp. (TSX-V: PXR) and Playfair Mining Ltd. (TSX-V: PLY), which are also expected to be actively explored in 2007.
The Buchans Mining Camp
Between 1928 and 1984, the Buchans Mines produced 16.2 million tonnes of ore at an average grade of 14.5% zinc, 7.6% lead, 1.3% copper, 1.37 grams per tonne gold and 126 grams per tonne silver, from in-situ and transported volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. Buchans River Ltd. has assembled a dominant land position covering most of the prospective ore horizon sequence in this historic camp, and is committed to finding new, high-grade deposits.
Significant recent advances in the project have included a deep-penetrating airborne electromagnetic survey, and a detailed structural/stratigraphic re-interpretation, including 3D modeling, of the former mine area. The latter studies, and various field surveys, have led to the identification of several high priority drill targets including under-explored ore horizon stratigraphy near the mine site and mineralized alteration zones in felsic volcanic rocks elsewhere in the camp.
The Buchans Property includes large alteration zones and the Little Sandy copper Prospect at Buchans East, the Clementine zinc - lead Prospect, the recently discovered Clementine West Trend that host Buchans-type mineralization in a new area 7 kilometers southwest of Buchans, and the Mine Property that hosts all of the former producing Buchans ore bodies. The Mine Property also includes a recent drill intersection of 14.4% zinc, 7.6% lead, 0.4% copper, 5.6 grams per tonne gold and 253 grams per tonne silver over a width of 0.4 meters at a depth of 292 meters which is open for at least 300 meters to the north, east, and west, and for 150 meters to the south. Previous work has resulted in a comprehensive proposed drill program totaling 45,220 meters in 125 holes throughout the property. Of this total, 9 relatively shallow holes (4700 meters) were recommended in the immediate mine area. None of these holes has been drilled.
The Buchans area also has some newly recognized gold targets which require drilling.
