Das bekomme ich leider auch nicht ordentlich übersetzt. Ich sehe die erste Marktreaktion positiv und hoffe, dass da noch viel mehr kommt. Die Aktie hat immer noch eine menge Luft nach oben.

RPT Resources Ltd. ("RPT" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:RPT) is pleased to announce that the Corporation has completed its previously announced brokered private placement of subion receipts ("Subion Receipts"). The offering was completed through a syndicate of agents led by Raymond James Ltd. and including Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the "Agents"). The Corporation issued a total of 228,462,300 Subion Receipts at a price of $0.13 per Subion Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of $29,700,099, which included the full exercise of the Agent's over allotment option.
Each Subion Receipt represents the right to automatically receive one common share ("Common Share") in the capital of RPT and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.26 per Common Share at any time prior to the date that is two years after the closing of the offering. The Subion Receipts and any Common Shares and Warrants issued upon the exercise or deemed exercise thereof, are subject to a hold period of four months from the date of closing of the offering.
RPT intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to fund the exploration and re-development program of ArPetrol Inc. ("ArPetrol") in Argentina following completion of the previously announced proposed business combination (the "Transaction") of RPT and ArPetrol.
The Subion Receipts were issued pursuant to the terms of a subion receipt agreement and the gross proceeds of the offering will be held in escrow by an escrow agent. Each Subion Receipt will automatically be exchanged, without payment of any additional consideration or further action on the part of the holder thereof, into one Common Share and one Warrant upon delivery of a notice to the escrow agent that the escrow release conditions have been satisfied, including the receipt of any necessary government, regulatory and shareholder approvals.
Provided that the notice is delivered to the escrow agent on or before March 31, 2011, pursuant to the terms of the subion receipt agreement, the net proceeds of the offering shall be released from escrow to RPT. Warum gibt man RPT knapp 30 Mio$ zu 0,13$ pro Aktie und lässt sich auf warrents zu 0,26$ ein??? Das ist doch nicht normal!!! Sollten die warrents eingelöst werden, kommen zusätzlich knapp 60Mio in die Kasse.
Niemand gibt 90 Mio$ an eine Klitsche...

Kurs 28,5 um 17.24 Uhr. Am Anfang druck nach unten und am Ende ein Schub nach oben? Schlußstand über 30 Cent ist mein Tipp für heute!

Doch! Mich gibt es seit 2007 auch noch
Nach einer einmaligen Verbilligung steht mein EK bei 0,40 €...die will ich auch wieder sehen!!! Vorher gebe ich kein Stück aus der Hand. Irgendwie ist meine Zuversicht in den Wert auf einmal wieder gestiegen.

Ich bin wieder egalisiert, denke nicht mal daran, ein sl zu setzen, soll man ja auch bei pennystocks nicht machen.
So lange die märkte zuversichtlich sind, wird es hier auch weiter bergauf gehen, wird auch endlich zeit.

Kurs aktuell 25,5 Cent. Ein minus von noch 0,5 Cent. Die Vergleichangaben hier auf WO sind manchmal auch in % Prozent gerechnet falsch!! Kollege seapower69 hat vollkommen Recht! Denke immer noch die 30 fallen bald! Andere Einschätzungen bezüglich kursentwicklung von euch????

Nach 2,5 Feierabendbier kann ein Rechenfehler schon mal vorkommen! Heute stehen noch 834 T Aktien zwischen 29 und 31,5 zum Verkauf. Das BID mit 28,5 ist ausreichend gefüllt. Kurs 28,5 Cent. Als Altaktionär wünsche ich mir noch ein bißchen weiter steigende Kurse um mich anschliessend besser mit Silber und Goldaktien beschäftigigen zu können! Also tut mir den Gefallen und zieht ein klein wenig höher!

Was ich dazu sagen will? Mir fehlen noch gute 17 Cent bis zu meinem EK...es liegt somit noch ein sehr langer Weg vor mir. Habe aber damals auf Grund eines "Todsicheren" Tipp eines "Börsengurus" (Türk :-) ) für meine Verhältnisse eine Menge Geld investiert. Das Geld hätte ich gerne wieder zurück.

Jetzt wird doch hoffentlich diesem Dauerverkäufer die Luft ausgehen!?! Kurs 24 also nochmals vorn vorne der Anlauf Richtung 30!

Kaufen, wenn die kanonen donnern, deswegen habe ich mir noch ein paar gegönnt. Trotz aller nachteile der kernenergie, kann die welt wohl nicht drauf verzichten. Auf kernwaffen tut sie es leider auch nicht.
