Here is the June report."
FINANCING:
Sao Luis Mining has closed a $500,000 round of private equity financing. Stephan Muller, an internationally regarded business executive and a member of the Sao Luis Mining Board of Directors, who has previously brought financing to the Company, arranged this round. The transaction involves the sale of common stock that carries trading restrictions and was therefore sold at a discount to the Company's recent, publicly traded market price. The funds will be used to help accelerate the company's mining activities through the purchase of additional equipment and provide extra working capital.
MINING EQUIPMENT:
Sao Luis Mining paid a $100,000 deposit to ProMet Engineers Africa (Pty) Ltd. (www.promet.co.za), a worldwide leader in DMS technology, to custom build a state-of-the-art Dense Media Separation (DMS) plant with a feed capacity up to 100 tons of virgin gravels per hour. DMS plants provide the most efficient recovery levels for diamonds. Based on the historical grade of the concession, the production could increase up to 1,000 carats a day working 20 hours a day.
ProMet engineers are expected in July to inspect the existing equipment on site in Brazil and coordinate the construction of the pre-wash stages to ensure the optimum recovery of diamonds from the DMS. The modular plant is being constructed and tested in South Africa prior to being shipped in the late fall of 2007. Upon arrival, the plant requires less then 2 weeks to remount and become operational.
The Extrac-TEC 10 ton per hour mobile pilot processing plant is expected to arrive at the port in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on June 30. Once it has cleared customs it will transported by truck to the mining site.
MINING PERMITS AND APPROVALS:
Brazil's Department of National Mineral Production (DNPM) inspected Property 231 in preparation of authorizing a Guia de Utilizacao to commence production mining. In early June, SEMA (Secretiatiat Estadual do Meio Ambiente), the environmental agency for the State of Mato Grosso, performed its inspection and authorized production diamond mining. The DNPM has submitted its report in Brasilia and the Company is waiting for publication of its License of Operation, to begin production mining. Two additional mobile plants have already been installed on the property in anticipation of the publication expected at the end of June.
BULK SAMPLING:
The most recent Bulk samplings results from test mining conducted on another sector of its Brazilian Joint Venture Property 117 processed 320 cubic meters of gravel and recovered 278.87 carats of diamonds, including a 10.2-carat near-gem quality stone. It is consistent with other tests carried out this month on other areas of the 859.38 hectares concession (approximately 2074 acres) that produced grades reaching 1.05 carats per cubic meter, including the recovery of a 6.5-carat gemstone.
Property 117 is adjacent to Sao Luis Mining's Joint Venture Property 231 that has a defined diamond surface resource of over 12.7 million carats of diamonds. This is exclusive of the additional resources contained below the surface in three primary sources located at lower depths or even the secondary alluvial gravels deposited below the surface. The two properties encompass 2728.38 hectares, or 6,742 acres offering the potential for substantial diamond recovery for decades.

Sao Luis Mining's latest purchase is a 10 ton per hour bulk sampling plant manufactured by Extrac-Tec. It will supplement the Company's 40 ton per hour processing plant and allow the Company to sample and locate additional diamond deposits and determine the grades quickly. This will allow Sao Luis Mining the opportunity to process richer gravels with the 40 ton per hour plant once higher grade diamond deposits have been located. The plant will also serve to delineate and define future diamond bearing gravels that will increase the total resources contained on the properties.

Habe alle Nachrichten, Börsebriefe usw gelesen und nichts kann diesen Absturz erkären, eher müsste es in den Norden gehen. Einzige Nachricht die diesen Verfall erkären könnte wäre das eine große Anzahl an Aktien unter dem Wert verkauft wurden und zwar durch das Management zwecks Kapitalbeschaffung. Anders gesagt du glaubst der Kurs wird weiter fallen. Ab wan könnte es wieder aufwärts gehen? Weiters gibt es neue infos? Bin immer noch der Meinung das sich an der eigentlich positiven performance nichts verändern hätte dürfen, aufgrund der letzten Börsenbriefe(sind zwar nicht immer zuverlässig) müßte es eigentlich aufwärts gehen.

Weitere Entwicklung hängt m.E. von den kommenden News ab. Andere Rohstoffwerte sind im Moment auch stark gebeutelt (Powertech, Forsys...)! Warten wir ab, was die Amis heute machen! Die Neuplatzierung von Aktien unter pari war dem Kursverlauf natürlich auch nicht zuträglich. Mehr gibt´s im Moment eigentlich nicht zu sagen!
Wenn dei Amis heut genauso gut starten wie wir dann sind wir auf einen wirklichen guten Weg. Jetzt heißt hoffen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hoffentlich treiben die den Kurs nach oben damit wir die Verluste der letzten Wochen Schritt für Schritt aufholen. Viel Glück

ich denk das wars , gute werte fallen nicht bei guten news , ich denk die haben die steine selber vergraben die sie uns hier präsentieren , aber wissen kann man das nicht , nur wenn die firma so toll wäre wüste das jemand und der wert würde nach oben laufen denkt ihr das ihr den kurs beeinflussen könnt ich denke das nicht die lichter sind zu klein , und wenn das unternehmen was taugen würde würde es eine andere firma einfach übernehmen bei 15 mio MK

dowjonn111 ich mein halt 50 % minus in 3 tagen ist doch nicht normal oder sehe ich das falsch ich will auch das der kurs steigt , aber es sieht halt nicht so aus und man sollte immer dran denken 50 % verlust da braucht man 100 % gewinn und das ist schon bisel heftig oder seh ich das falsch den wenn ich 100 % gewinn hätte könnte ich schon wieder verkaufen und andere wären dann erst pari ich bin auch fett im minus von 50%
