      Asia Properties, Inc. Reports Realized Revenues to Shareholders

      BELLINGHAM, Wash., July 12, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Asia Properties, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ASPZ) issued an update to shareholders today in regard to actual revenues received by Asia Properties from the sale of 5 of the 13 resort villas owned by the company in the Phase 1 subdivision of the Baan Naiyang Resort located in Phuket, Thailand.

      Phase 1 of Baan Naiyang Resort was launched in late 2005 with the company selling four resort villas for a total of US$350,000 that same year. In December of 2006 Asia Properties brought it's total of sold and delivered resort villas to five with the sale of an additional unit for US$136,000. The joint-venture partner that developed the subdivision in partnership with Asia Properties completed the sale and delivery of its total inventory of 24 units to buyers in early 2007. Asia Properties is currently in discussions to sell the remaining 8 resort villas in the Phase 1 Subdivision.

      Asia Properties is currently in a positive cash position with in excess of US$300,000 in the bank and will continue to derive revenues from the sale of existing properties. The company will also continue to fund resort developments through the offering of private placements with long-term investors and private institutions. In the past Asia Properties received revenues as a result of options being exercised at $1.00 per share and over the last year the company entered into a private placement agreement for the issuance of 100,000 Rule 144-restricted shares at a share price of $1.00 for proceeds of US$100,000. More recently the company secured loans totaling US$150,000 from two U.S. based banking institutions. As stated earlier, Asia Properties plans to raise additional capital in the future through private placement agreements.

      Ich kann nichts dafür, dass du Kritik an deinen Aktien persönlich nimmst. Von Niveau solltest du nicht anfangen, denn schließlich hast du jede sachliche Kritik an Aktien genutzt um mich persönlich anzugreifen, wie auch in deinem letzten Posting. Wenn man solche Aktien vorstellt mit einer art und weise die leider nicht gerade objektiv ist so sollte man mit Kommentaren rechnen die das Ganze hinterfragen. Nicht jeder kauft blind ohne sich zu informieren ;)
      Und jedes mal gibt es nach Recherche red flags die nicht thematisiert wurden.

CKYS ist auch real soweit ich weiss, trotzdem haben sie von deals geredet die es nie gab. NSS gibt es nicht in dem Ausmaß. Die Firmen die mit sowas anfangen haben komischerweise meistens nichts aufzuweisen und verwässern. Ist natürlich eine gute Möglichkeit den schwarzen Peter jemand anderem unter zu schieben.

      Wenn jemand buyins als Quelle angibt oder Willy Wizard als Empfehler und nicht als Pusher bezeichnet so muss er sich nicht wundern, wenn das von anderen richtig gestellt wird. Das war heute übrigens mein erstes Posting in einem deiner threads seit über einer Woche. Es ist auffällig wie nur Halbwahrheiten genannt werden und dann noch so getan wird als ob es keine andere Möglichkeit als einen starken Anstieg gibt. Wenn ich etwas zu einer Aktie zu sagen habe und die Art und Weise wie diese vorgestellt wird und wichtige Dinge einfach unerwähnt bleiben dann darf ich diese für mich wichtigen Dinge doch erwähnen oder?

      Dann muss man die Person aber nicht persönlich angreifen, als Lügner bezeichnen oder Sprüche wie "Papa hat keine Zeit, geh mit deinen Puppen spielen" drücken. Das ist "niveaulos","dumm" und "kindisch" um mal auf dein aktuelles Posting im nwwv thread zu kommen.
      Auch ist es dumm zu pauschalisieren und alle in einen Topf zu schmeissen ;)

      PS: Danke das du auf mein sachliches Posting eingegeangen bist. Anscheinend gibt es hier nichts verifiziertes. Dann glauben wir mal alle schön die Story ;)

      Arielle und Lea haben aber Recht. Ich habe mir jetzt alle deine Threads der letzten Monate angeschaut. Schrecklich kann man da nur sagen. Meine Oma ist zu 85% erblindet, aber sie hätte die besseren picks gemacht.

      Letztendlich ist es mir egal, wieviel Knete du jeden Tag in den trash wirfst. Aber erst kaufen, dann alle über BM informieren wie toll der invest ist, damit das Ding hochgezogen wird, ist verwerflich. Diese tour ist so alt wie es pampers gibt und stetig findet man neue Kunden, weil der Lockstoff meist unwiderstehlich ist.

      Im Übrigen beschwerst du dich, ich würde deine threads verunreinigen. Dies stimmt ganz und gar nicht. Ich kommentiere verdammt realitätsnah. Dieser thread hier von ASIA Properties ist ein Beispiel von Vielen. Wieviel Millionenverluste andere durch deine BM-Aktienempfehlungen möchte ich nicht wissen. Die meisten schämen sich.

      Verstehe nicht was du wieder einmal für ein Problem hast. So eine Aktie braucht man nicht zu bashen oder denkst du wirklich wir wollen nur günstig rein? :laugh:

      Viel lächerlicher ist es übrigens im Nachhinein weil man sich schämt zu behaupten man hätte eine Aktie schon bei 0,0050 verkauft. Immer schön bei der Wahrheit bleiben und zu seinen Fehlern stehen. Hat auch was mit menschlicher Größe zu tun. Du hättest niemals charts usw. hochgeladen und darüber nachgedacht zu verbilligen, wenn du verkauft hättest und du wolltest uns auch nicht verarschen. Diese Behauptung war lächerlich.

      MEIN Posting war hingegen auf Beobachtungen bezogen! Warum immer verbilligen, wenn man in JEDER Aktie seine Verluste wieder reinholen kann? Warum soll diese Aktie hier erfolgsversprechend sein?

      Du hast dir die Aktie doch noch nicht einmal genau angesehen. Selbst bei PBLS hast du als eine zweite pr veröffentlicht wurde key die Frage gestellt ob es die news von heute morgen waren :laugh:
      Dabei hattten beide news nichts miteinander zu tun. Somit kaufst du blind.

      Du kannst doch machen was du willst, aber hier bei jedem kritischen Beitrag die Leute zu beleidigen ist einfach lächerlich.

      Und was du gegen mein posting wieder einmal hast verstehe ich auch nicht. Ich habe noch nicht einmal von dir gesprochen :rolleyes:

      BELLINGHAM, Wash. and HONG KONG, Oct. 1, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Asia Properties, Inc. (API) (Pink Sheets:ASPZ) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a resort property near Guangzhou, China.

      Daniel McKinney, API's CEO, commented, "I am pleased to inform API shareholders that we are acquiring an existing resort, near a major city in China. The resort already reports revenues of over US$5 million and a net profit for 2007 estimated at US$2.5 million. The China real estate market is booming and API plans to ride that wave".

      The Swiss Garden Holiday Village encompasses 25 acres of villas, condos and a hotel with an exhibition centre and business conference centre. It sits on the side of a lush mountain overlooking a popular lake in the area. Swiss Garden has built a total of 65 villas, 114 apartments and current construction includes a clubhouse and 12 more villas with total area of 44,000 square meters. The total assets of the development are RMB 305 million (US$40 million). The acquisition will be for restricted shares and cash and is anticipated to close in early October. Shareholders will be advised of the acquisition details as soon as possible after the closing.

      Asia Properties Acquires China Resort
      HONG KONG and BELLINGHAM, Wash., Oct. 8, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Asia Properties, Inc. (API) (Pink Sheets:ASPZ) announced today that it has closed on the acquisition to acquire a 75% controlling interest of a resort property near Guangzhou, China.


      Daniel McKinney, API's CEO, commented, "I am delighted to inform our API shareholders that we have already closed the acquisition of the Swiss Garden Holiday Village in Guangzhou, China. The resort has revenues in the region of US$5 million and a net profit for 2007 estimated at US$2.5 million. As such, I am pleased to be able to reconfirm our 2007 guidance for revenues, and consolidate this US$40 million asset onto our balance sheet."

      The Swiss Garden Holiday Village encompasses 25 acres of villas, condos and a hotel with an exhibition centre and business conference centre. It sits on the side of a lush mountain overlooking a popular lake in the area. Swiss Garden has built a total of 65 villas, 114 apartments, and current construction includes a clubhouse and 12 more villas with total area of 44,000 square meters. The total assets of the development are RMB 305 million (US$40 million). The acquisition was paid for in restricted shares and cash. Shareholders will be advised of the acquisition details as soon as possible.

      HONG KONG and BELLINGHAM, Wash., Nov. 14, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Asia Properties today reported that it has filed a complaint with FINRA, The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority on naked shorting activity in the Company's shares.

      Asia Properties, CEO, Daniel Mckinney said, "I have today filed a complaint form to FINRA, naming the market makers who I believe have violated SEC's rules on short sales in our stock. NASD firms are not allowed to take both a long and short position in a stock in which they make a market. Further, I have been working with consultants tracking share movement through the Depository Trust Company (DTC) which have confirmed that there is a big short position in the shares at this point."       The share dividend entitles each holder of ten shares of API's common stock to receive a dividend of one common share of MCRT.
