      1) CCGY
      2) China Biodiesel International (UK listed)

Von der Valuation ist CCGY attraktiver.

Westminster Securities Initiates Equity Research Coverage of China Clean Energy Inc. (OTC-BB: CCGY)
Thursday July 19, 10:59 am ET

ATLANTA, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Westminster Securities Corporation has today initiated equity research coverage of China Clean Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGY - News) with a "Strong Buy" investment rating, a 12-month Target Price of $ 2.50 and a risk rating of "High."
Based in the People's Republic of China, China Clean Energy produces specialty chemicals used in the manufacture of inks and adhesives. In 2005 the company adapted its production processes to produce biodiesel, which has become the company's primary focus for growth. CCGY plans to take advantage of its low-cost feedstock (primarily waste cooking oils) and efficient manufacturing to increase biodiesel production from the current level of 3 million gallons per year to 53 million gallons per year by the end of 2009.

Diesel fuel consumption in China is approximately double the level of gasoline consumption. Rising numbers of automobiles (including taxis), buses and agricultural and commercial vehicles in China, many of which have diesel engines offering better fuel economy and lower maintenance costs than gasoline-powered engines, will likely cause demand for diesel (and biodiesel) fuel to continue to exceed supply. Biodiesel is interchangeable with petroleum-based diesel in most applications.

CCGY is an investment banking client of Westminster Securities Corporation, which does not make a market in the trading of CCGY shares.

Tuesday July 31, 9:07 am ET

FUQING CITY, China, July 31 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Clean Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGY - News; ''China Clean Energy'', ''the Company''), a leading producer of biodiesel fuel and environmentally friendly specialty chemical products made from renewable resources in The People's Republic of China (''PRC''), today announced that its new biodiesel plant has successfully passed the environmental impact appraisal and that its construction plans have been approved by local authorities, putting the Company on track to complete the first and second phases of construction on schedule.

The new biodiesel fuel plant will be located 15 miles from China Clean Energy's existing facility and will have a land area of 112,744 square meters, with total investment cost estimated at $15.0 million, including land usage rights, equipment acquisition and installation costs as well as working capital. The construction blueprint has been completed and land fill is scheduled for completion by August of 2007. The Company expects to secure credit line approval from local banks by October, when the entire approval process is expected to have been completed. China Clean Energy Announces Record Second Quarter 2007 Results
      8/7/2007

      FUQING CITY, China, Aug 07, 2007 /Xinhua-PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ --
China Clean Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGY.OB) ("China Clean Energy", the "Company"), a leading producer of biodiesel fuel and environmentally-friendly specialty chemical products made from renewable resources in The People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today reported record financial results for the second quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

      Second Quarter 2007 Highlights

-- Revenue reached a record $5.3 million, up 61% from the second quarter
      of 2006
-- Gross Profits reached a record $ 1.4 million, up 61% from the second
      quarter of 2006

-- Operating Income totaled $818,516, compared to $735,461 in the second
      quarter of 2006

-- Net Income rose to $793,110, or $0.04 per share, up 60% from the second
      quarter of 2006

"We saw strong growth in our biodiesel and specialty chemical sales as we benefited from our recent capacity expansion for the full quarter," said Mr. Tai-ming Ou, Chairman and CEO of the Company, "We are also very pleased with the progress we made towards building our new biodiesel plant and expect to complete the approval process and secure a line of credit of up to $6.0 million by November of 2007."

      Second Quarter 2007 Results

Net revenue for the second quarter was $5.3 million, an increase of 28% sequentially and 45% year-over-year. The Company shipped 2,745 tons of biodiesel fuel, equivalent to approximately 825,000 gallons, and 3,856 tons of specialty chemicals during the quarter, an increase of 68% and 14% over the same period of 2006, respectively. China Clean Energy benefited from strong demand for its biodiesel product in China, as well as above-expected demand for specialty chemicals from our international customers, with exports increasing to 45% of our total revenue during the quarter, compared to 28% of total revenue in the comparable period of 2006. Gross profit for the second quarter was $1.4 million, up 61% from the comparable period in 2006. Gross margin for the second quarter of 2007 was 27.2%, unchanged from the second quarter of 2006.

Additionally, China Clean Energy's feedstock prices have been quite stable over the last two years and the Company has entered into annual contracts with its top 10 feedstock suppliers. The Company's feedstock costs (including transportation costs) ranged between $331 to $368 per ton in the second quarter of 2006 and between $316 and $368 per ton in the second quarter of 2007.

Operating expenses came in at $611,802 for the second quarter of 2007, a 300% increase from $152,923 recorded in the second quarter of 2006. The increase was primarily due to higher legal, auditing and other professional fees resulting from China Clean Energy's new status as a public company as well as the Company's increased efforts to market its specialty chemical products internationally. Despite the Company's higher operating cost, operating profits were up 11.3% to $818,516 with operating margin coming in at 15.6% for the second quarter of 2007 compared with approximately $735,461 and 22.6% in the second quarter of 2006, respectively. The Company expects operating margins to improve in the future as it increases production capacity and benefits from economies of scale.

Recently the Company gained status as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise ("WFOE") in China, and its operating subsidiary, Fujian Zhongde, applied for and was granted approval for income tax exemptions for 2007 and followed by 50% exemption in the subsequent three-year period. As a result, the Company did not record income tax expense in the second quarter of 2007, compared to $221,306 tax expenses recorded in the comparable period of 2006.

Net income for the second quarter of 2007 was $793,110 or $0.04 per basic and diluted share, versus net income of $496,153, or $0.03 per share on both basic and diluted basis for the comparable period of 2006.

      First Half 2007 Results

Revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2007 increased 53.5% over the comparable period in 2006 to $9.4 million. Gross profits were up 53.3% in the same period to $2.6 million, with gross margin coming in at 27.5%. Operating expenses in the first half of 2007 increased 194% to $1.3 million as a result of our overall growth as well as our public status-related administrative expenses. Operating profits in the first half of 2007 were up 1.2% over the comparable period in 2006 to $1.2 million, with operating margins coming in at 14.2%. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2007 were $1.2 million or $0.06 per basic and diluted shares, an increase of 54.5% and 14.9%, respectively. Cash flow from operations for the six months ended June 30, 2007 totaled $527,820, compared to $665,377 in the comparable period in 2006. Capital expenditures in the first half of 2007 totaled $1.9 million, including a partial payment for land-usage rights to build the Company's new 100,000 ton-per-annum biodiesel plant.

      Financial Condition

At June 30, 2007, China Clean Energy had $1.1 million in total cash and short-term investments, approximately $3.4 million in working capital, and $1.5 million in debt. Shareholder's equity at the end of the second quarter stood at $12.1 million, a 14% increase over the $10.6 million recorded at the end of 2006.

      Business Outlook

The outlook for the biodiesel fuel demand in China remains very positive as the economy in China has continued to grow rapidly, resulting in increased demand for motor vehicles as well as transportation fuel. In addition the Chinese government remains committed to reducing the country's reliance on imported energy and to improve the environment by encouraging the development of alternative renewable energy sources, such as biodiesel fuel. As a result the Company expects to see sustained and rapid growth in demand for biodiesel fuel in China over the next several years.

The outlook for the specialty chemicals business from renewable organic feedstock is also favorable as it benefits from increasing global awareness for the environment as a result of well-publicized concerns over global warming and climate change. The Company remains committed to its specialty chemicals segment as it enjoys strong long-term fundamentals, and it allows China Clean Energy to diversify its revenue and customer base, contributing to reduce risk.

"In March of 2007 we doubled our biodiesel production capacity to 10,000 tons per annum, and we have since been producing biodiesel fuel at full capacity, demonstrating the strong latent demand for biodiesel fuel in China. As we build our new biodiesel plant in Jiangyin to expand our biodiesel capacity by an additional 100,000 tons, equivalent to 30 million gallons per annum, we will be well positioned to participate fully in the expected rapid

growth of the biodiesel fuel market in China, as well as to deliver solid results to our shareholders," stated Mr. Ou.

China Clean Energy Updates Progress on Construction of its New 100,000 Ton Biodiesel Plant
      11/5/2007

      FUQING, China, Nov 05, 2007 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
China Clean Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGY) ("China Clean Energy," "the Company"), a leading producer of biodiesel fuel and environmentally friendly specialty chemical products made from renewable resources in The People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that it has successfully completed several steps in the government approval process for the build-out of its new biodiesel plant at the Jiangyin Industrial Park, putting the Company on track to complete construction on schedule for production start up in the fourth quarter of 2008.

Over the past few weeks China Clean Energy received approval from various departments of the local Chinese government, including: "Safety Approval for Risky Chemical Production project" from Fuzhou City Safe Production Monitoring Agency; "Approval for Fujian Zhongde Limited Environmental Impact for the 100,000 Biodiesel Production Facility" from Fuzhou City Environmental Protection Agency; "Approval for The Establishment and Construction of 100,000 Tons Additional Annual Biodiesel Production" from the Jiangyin Industrial Park Authority of Fuzhou City; "Approval for Foreign Investment Enterprise" from Foreign Trade Commission of Fuzhou City. The Company expects to obtain the business license from local authorities momentarily, thus completing the approval process.

"We are pleased with the progress we have made towards building our new biodiesel facility in Fuqing Jiangyin Industrial Park," said Mr. Tai-ming Ou, Chairman and CEO of China Clean Energy. "We expect the approval process to be completed shortly, positioning us well to capitalize on record high international oil prices as well as the recent increase in diesel prices in China mandated by the government."

The new biodiesel fuel plant will be located 15 miles from China Clean Energy's existing facility and will have a land area of 112,744 m2 with total investment cost estimated at $15.0 million including land usage rights, equipment acquisition and installation costs as well as working capital. The Company plans to start construction of the 100,000 metric ton capacity plant, equivalent to 30 million gallons, during the fourth quarter of 2007, with production start-up expected in the fourth quarter of 2008. China Clean Energy has reached preliminary long-term agreements with major processors from Indonesia and Malaysia to supply palm oil leavings (waste) as raw materials for the new facility.

      Meine Prognosen: 2007: Umsatz (+55%) 20,8 Mio, EPS 0,14
      2008: Umsatz (+57%) 32,8 Mio, EPS 0,16
      2009: Umsatz (+175%) 90,3Mio, EPS 0,45

China Clean Energy to Expand Specialty Chemicals Product Offering with Launch of High Performance Hot Melt Adhesives
      11/28/2007

      FUQING, China, Nov 28, 2007 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
China Clean Energy Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CCGY) ("China Clean Energy", "the Company"), a leading producer of biodiesel fuel and environmentally-friendly specialty chemical products made from renewable resources in The People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that it has successfully upgraded its specialty chemicals plant to produce High Performance or Multi-Purpose Hot Melt Adhesives from its patented proprietary processes.

The Company expects to start its High Performance Hot Melt Adhesives production in January of 2008 with annual capacity of approximately 500 tons. China Clean Energy believes it is the first company in China to produce High Performance Hot Melt Adhesives made from environmentally-friendly renewable resources, such as waste oil and yellow grease, using its patented technology. Currently, High Performance Hot Melt Adhesives consumed in China are mostly imported from Europe at a cost of approximately RMB 50,000 per ton, equivalent to about $6,756 per ton at today's foreign currency exchange rates. The Company plans to price its High Performance Hot Melt Adhesives in the range of RMB 35,000 to 40,000 or about $4,700 to $5,400 per ton with over 50% gross margins, and expects this product introduction to make an important contribution to its profitable growth in 2008.

"We are very excited to announce this important addition to our specialty chemicals product line," commented Mr. Tai-ming Ou, China Clean Energy's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "This product launch underscores our commitment leveraging our proprietary technology to broaden our product offering, expands our margins and accelerates our profitable growth."

High Performance Hot Melt Adhesives are used primarily for semiconductors, textiles, consumer appliances, and other pressure-sensitive applications, and product assembly processes in various industries, including construction, electronics and automotive industries. The Company believes that there is increasing demand for its vegetable oil-based specialty chemical products, due to high petroleum prices as well as increased awareness and concern for protecting the environment. In addition, China Clean Energy believes that its ability to sell higher value-added specialty chemical by-products such as High Performance Hot Melt Adhesives will help expand its margins and strengthen its competitive position relative to any existing biodiesel competitor, as it can leverage its existing relationships with feedstock suppliers at the same time it diversifies its revenue base.

In connection therewith, the Company issued warrants to purchase up to 5,000,000 shares of its common stock, at an exercise price of $2.00 per share. The proceeds will be used to build a 100,000 metric ton biodiesel plant at Jiangyin Industrial Park and for general corporate purposes. Westminster Securities Corp. acted as placement agent for the financing.

At the closing of this private placement financing, certain stockholders of the Company deposited an aggregate of 1.5 million shares of common stock into an escrow account, which shares shall be disbursed, pro rata, among the investors should (i) the Company fail to begin the production of biodiesel at its currently proposed production facility in Jiang Yin, People's Republic of China on or before January 1, 2009 or (ii) the Company fail to achieve at least $14,000,000 of adjusted net income during 2009.

"We are extremely pleased to announce the closing of this financing which marks an important milestone for China Clean Energy as it allows us to access additional low cost bank debt to fund our biodiesel capacity expansion plans, and to significantly accelerate the growth of our business in the quarters ahead," commented Mr. Tai-ming Ou, China Clean Energy's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
