First off I spoke to the CEO of Goldman & Goldman today. After speaking to him and feeling him out which I'm a pro with reading people via the phone I came to a conclusion. This guy is definitely not a stock guy but yet the technical guy or a "System Designer" he said. He is the main guy going forward imo because he wrote and has the programs, patents, and no how, of the new system they have put in place for the chiropractors. He mentioned they have and use ASP site. They have recently tested the demo system in both Ohio and Illinois. Last week he was in Ohio with Robin Moody CEO of CTTJ using the site there however he was upfront in saying that the Illinois site is a little better.
They have centralized locations and look to further their locations including but not yet here in Florida. The main thing is that there is NO lawsuit which was rumored with the Doctor guy and he's well out of the picture. More importantly Coastal Technologies is currently closing on the Reverse Merger with another company upon which the CEO of Goldman & Goldman will be paid a salary and small portion in shares to come on board and supply the market with his system and the new technology that all chiropractors will eventually be using. This is huge news my fellow longs. The only problem with time delay I found out was that they were ironing out the bugs with the new system and ASP site.
This new system benefits the chiropractors in many ways place that new rule just went to effect on the 23rd of last month so this is a "Score" imo.
*****New System*****
There is over 100,000 that will and can use this ASP site
1. has all the insurances programed in it
2. has all the set charges in place
3. does all the electronic billing automatically for the chiropractors
4. Does and keeps all records for the doctors
5. Can also do the accounting if needed (extra charge)
6. Can do collections (believe extra charge)
7. System keeps track of any and all new regulations

Cyclone holds the U.S. patent, international patent applications, and exclusive commercial rights to the Schoell Cycle Cyclone Engine, an environmentally friendly and highly efficient external combustion, heat-regenerative engine. Developed by Cyclone's newly appointed President and CEO, Harry Schoell, the Cyclone Engine regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines. It is capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including ethanol and propane, and is lubricated with water instead of motor oil. By eliminating many subsystems like oil pumps, radiators, catalytic converters and fuel injectors, the Cyclone Engine costs less to manufacture, operate and maintain; however, it is highly scalable and sufficiently powerful for applications ranging from lawn equipment and small home generators, large stand-alone generators, to cars, trucks, buses, RVs, boats and ships, as well as earth moving equipment and locomotives.

The Cyclone Engine is designed around the principles of an external combustion engine, to efficiently use any liquid or gaseous fuel and create more power and significantly less emissions than current gasoline or diesel powered internal combustion engines.
Schoell cycle engine is a cross between a Rankine, Diesel and Carnot cycle engine. Compact, scalable technology, expects to have a production prototype in around eight months, as of March, 2007. Applications will range from weed eaters to trains. It could also use concentrated solar as the input heat source.
The Cyclone answers the problems of size, complexity, and high pressure gasses that have kept the Stirling engine from becoming practical.
"We feel like we're at the top of the heap." -- Harry Schoell, in radio interview, March 17, 2007; in response to question about how this technology stacks up in relation to other engine designs that can replace the internal combustion engine.
Overview
(See website and patent for details.)
The Schoell cycle is an external combustion engine.
It's highest torque is at 1 rpm.
A 100 HP Cyclone engine would weight about 320 pounds, but would not require a radiator, transmission, catalytic converter, nor complex electronic ignition controls, reducing all those expenses, on top of being more inexpensive to build than the 400-lb ICE equivalent.
It only has one cam and six valves. It doesn't require exhaust valves. It uses composite bearings.
The expanding/contracting fluid is deionized water, which is maintained in a closed system. The engine is water lubricated, not requiring replenishment of the lubrication. There is no blow-by of lubricant.
The engine harnesses the heat from fuel combustion in a heat exchanger system. The fuel burns for a much longer period of time, allowing for a more complete burn, and very little of the emitted heat is lost to the environment, but is converted to rotational torque. Internally, the temperatures don't go above 2000 degrees. The external temperature is about 350 Fahrenheit, which could be put to use in a Combined Heat-Power (CHP) application.
The noise level of the engine is much lower than in an ICE. You can hear the combustor as a lull sound; you can hear the blower, which sounds like the fan on an ICE. There is no exhaust noise.
The Cyclone can burn any liquid or gaseous fuel, and has even run on powdered coal. It would eliminate the need for expensive refinement of petrol, and requires no additives for lubrication. The engine would still require a fuel filter to keep the gunk out, but its orifices are much larger than diesel or fuel injection engines.
The company thinks the Cyclone engine will have greater longevity than the traditional I.C.E.
Stage of Development Present
Quoting from http://cyclonepower.com/about.htm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow ugc noopener">http://cyclonepower.com/about.htm
Cyclone Technologies has completed its initial research and design of the engine, and has already successfully bench-tested single and twin cylinder engines in the smaller power range.
Four six-cylinder engines are currently being assembled. Bench testing on these medium scale engines will commence within the next few months.
We are well beyond the proof of concept stage.
U.S. Patent No.7,080,512(http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=H… (PDF (http://www.freeenergynews.com/Directory/Engines/US7080512_Cy… - Heat regenerative engine; Harry Schoell; Cyclone Technologies LLLP; July 25, 2006
Abstract
A heat regenerative engine uses water as both the working fluid and the lubricant. In operation, water is pumped from a collection pan and through a coil around a cylinder exhaust port, causing the water to be preheated by steam exhausted from the cylinder. The preheated water then enters a steam generator and is heated by a combustion chamber to produce high pressure super heated steam. Air is preheated in a heat exchanger and is then mixed with fuel from a fuel atomizer. An igniter burns the atomized fuel as the flames and heat are directed in a centrifuge within the combustion chamber. The speed and torque of the engine are controlled by a rocker and cam arrangement which opens a needle-type valve to inject high pressure super heated steam into a cylinder having a reciprocating piston therein. The injected steam expands in an explosive action on the top of the piston at high pressure forcing the piston down and drivingly rotating a linked crank cam and crankshaft. Exhaust steam is directed through a centrifugal condenser having an arrangement of flat plates. Cooling air from blowers circulates through the flat plates to condense the steam to a liquid state. The water condensation is returned to the collection pan for subsequent use in steam generation.
Other Patents
* Other Patents Pending, U.S. and Foreign
o An international patent has been filed.
o Fourteen patents are currently being filed to protect the 'package' of individual inventions that comprise the innovative system of components that make up the Cyclone Engine.
Applications
Quoting from http://cyclonepower.com/about.htm
The engine is scalable in its size and output such that it can be utilized for applications ranging from small generators, household, and lawn equipment, to medium scales addressing automotive, power boats, and light trucks, and the larger scales required in the trucking, commercial marine, off road construction equipment, and stationary generator markets.
Company Profile
"In addition to developing the engines, the Cyclone team has secured an initial tier of investment, participated in major engineering trade shows, signed a contract with an investment group for the manufacturing rights of this engine in marine applications, and made marketing contacts with generator manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, and diesel engine builders." [1] (http://cyclonepower.com/about.htm)
The company does not plan on manufacturing, but will be licensing the technology for its myriad of applications. Detroit has shown quite a bit of interest.
Presently they are considering a public offering. They need about $5 million US.

Here ya go Folks!!!
Just spoke with Frankie AGAIN and she was in the middle of editing a PR to be sent over to the lawyer (Chris) for review TONIGHT!
She hopes to have this PR out tomorrow. She said that "this event" just happened this morning and it is VERY EXCITING for all of us.
She said that many things are happening very fast right now and to hold tight.

I say...
As for the Nay-sayers,
Let's just see what CYPW has to bring to the table before you pass judgment too quickly, K?
Give them a little time to gel.
Besides, how can you be upset when a stock is actually going up on light volume?

Cyclone Power Technologies Announces Filing of Worldwide Patents to Protect 11 Major Components of Its Clean & Green Engine
Monday July 23, 4:34 pm ET
POMPANO BEACH, Fla., July 23, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Other OTC:CYPW.PK - News) announced today that it has completed its Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) filing for worldwide patent protection on 11 major components of its Green Revolution Engine(tm).
Cyclone\'s Green Revolution Engine(tm) is currently protected under U.S. Patent # 7,080,512, with patents pending for the engine internationally. Earlier this year, the company filed U.S. patent applications for the 11 major components that are now covered by the international PCT filing. This brings a total of 48 patents pending in the U.S. and internationally on the engine and its components.
Harry Schoell, Cyclone\'s President and CEO, stated, ``We are committed to promoting the long term interests of the company and its shareholders by protecting our intellectual property worldwide. Green energy technology is what the world needs and we feel that we have the right product in the right place at the right time.\'\'
Developed by Mr. Schoell, an inventor with over 63 patents issued or pending in the U.S. and internationally to his name, the Cyclone Green Revolution Engine(tm) is a turbine-based engine that regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines. Moreover, it is a high-performance engine capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including ethanol and propane, and is lubricated with de-ionized water instead of motor oil.
While comprised of all new components, the Green Revolution Engine(tm) has a simple, inexpensive design. By eliminating many subsystems like oil pumps, radiators, catalytic converters and fuel injectors, the Green Revolution Engine(tm) costs less to manufacture, operate and maintain than a traditional internal combustion engine; however, it is highly scalable and sufficiently powerful for applications ranging from lawn equipment and small home generators to cars, trucks, buses, locomotives and ships.
The international patent applications were filed on the following components: a centrifugal condenser, splitter valves, steam exhaust port & pre-heater coils, engine shrouding w/air-air exchanger, valve controlled throttle mechanism, engine reversing & timing control mechanism, clearance volume valves, crankshaft spider bearing & connecting rod journals, crankshaft journal & steam generator, multi-tube coils and steam generator firebox.
Corporate Profile
Cyclone holds the U.S. patent, international patent applications, and exclusive commercial rights to the Cyclone Green Revolution Engine(tm), an environmentally-friendly and highly-efficient external combustion, heat-regenerative engine. Developed by Cyclone\'s President and CEO, Harry Schoell, the Cyclone Green Revolution Engine(tm) regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines. It is capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including ethanol and propane, and is lubricated with de-ionized water instead of motor oil. By eliminating many subsystems like oil pumps, radiators, catalytic converters and fuel injectors, the Cyclone Green Revolution Engine(tm) costs less to manufacture, operate and maintain; however, it is highly scalable and sufficiently powerful for applications ranging from lawn equipment and small home generators, large stand alone generators, to cars, trucks, buses, RV\'s, boats and ships, as well as earth moving equipment and locomotives.

Cyclone Power Technologies Announces New License Option; Application Could Present \'Clean and Green\' Alternative for U.S. Postal Vehicles
Wednesday July 25, 4:10 pm ET
POMPANO BEACH, Fla., July 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Other OTC:CYPW.PK - News) announced today that it has signed an option for a second license agreement with Advent Power Systems, Inc.

Advent paid Cyclone a non-refundable deposit upon the signing of the option. Upon the exercise of the option, Advent has agreed to pay an initial $1,000,000 royalty and a continuing per-unit royalty.
According to Harry Schoell, President and CEO of Cyclone, ``Our Green Revolution Engine(tm) is ideal for Post Office vehicles, as the fuel actually shuts off when the vehicle is stopped and does not need to idle, making this engine a highly-efficient, earth-friendly technology for the 1000s of postal delivery trucks on America\'s streets.\'\'
