Das kann ich Dir leider auch nicht sagen....

aber in Deutschland wird kein Stück gehandelt.

Evtl. haben Anleger verkauft weil Softbank inv. nicht mehr Softbank ist und der neue Name nicht so schön ist....

Nur so zur Info: Nix ist mehr mit Cheung Wah (für alle etwas neuer hinzugekommenen: Ursprünglich ist ChinaRenji / Softbank Invest.... einmal aus einer Textilmanufaktur namens CheungWah "transformiert", nach Einstieg von Softbank Corp.).

Wenn ich die entsprechende Meldung vom 22.08.2007 (siehe www.china-renji.com / News and Investor Relations) nach kurzem Überfliegen richtig deute, ist der ganze Spuk für rund 20.000.000 HK-Dollar verkauft worden.

Und irgendwo in dieser Meldung steht ein Satz, den ich fast so deuten möchte, als wolle man sich von der "Lotteriebeteiligung" wieder lösen?!?!?

Dass der Textilkram nun hinfort ist, halte ich nur für sinnvoll (wenn der Erlös entsprechend verwendet wird). Aber die ach so vielversprechende "China Gloria" - Beteiligung? Oder habe ich das wohl falsch interpretiert???

Meistens kostet es erst mal richtig Kohle.

Und ob das Leben dann billiger wird wage ich (aus Erfahrung) zu bezweifeln. Mich hat der ganze Spaß ne halbe Mio (zum Glück DM) gekostet.

Wenn das mal keine Wiederholung der Kursentwicklung gibt wie bei China Health Care. Die standen mal bei 0,38€ und kosten ca 3 Jahre später - heute 0,083€

Werde den Fingen mal am Abzug halten. Aber erst will ich wissen, was die dann mit der ganzen Kohle machen werden. Oder wurden die "unter der Bettdecke" gezwungen die Glücksspielbeteiligung abzugeben

Guten Morgen, Liebe Gemeinde,
guten Morgen, fcharon (stammt dieser Nick eventuell aus einer Vorliebe für eine gewisse Musikrichtung???)!

Ich wollte gestern schon schreiben, aber irgendwie hat mich WO immer abgesäbelt (kann aber auch an meiner Technik hier liegen....).

Du hattest gefragt, welche Idee dahinter (hinter dem "Verflüssigen" von Beteiligungen) stehen könnte. Unsere SBII (jetzt China Renji) hat vor kurzem recht nachdrücklich verkündet, dass sie in China das grösste unabhängige Netz von Diagnose- und Behandlungszentren zur Behandlung von Krebserkrankungen aufbauen wollen (dies wurde durch die Namensänderung schon zum Ausdruck gebracht). Daher mutmasse ich mal, dass die Erlöse aus den Verkäufen (kürzlich wurde auch ein Teil?/oder die ganze? Beteiligung an E2Capital oder zumindest einem Ableger davon ((das Geflecht der E2Capital - Ableger ist für mich etwas undurchsichtig)) veräussert) zum Auf- und Ausbau dieser "Vision" dienen sollen.

Warum man diese, ursprünglich so euphorisch hochgejubelte, China-Gloria Beteiligung jetzt wieder abstossen will, erschliesst sich mir auch nicht wirklich. War das von vornherein eine Totgeburt (schliesslich haben sie dafür eine Menge Kapital mobilisiert), oder gibt es da wieder Entwicklungen, die wir nicht mitbekommen?


Schon etwas undurchsichtig, auch wenn ich die China Renji - Geschichte für ganz interessant halte.

The Acquisition Agreement

The Board is pleased to announce that after the trading hours on 21 September
2007, Anping Medical, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, entered
into the Acquisition Agreement with Shanghai Rentung to acquire 51% of Shanghai
Rentung's interest in the Medical Equipment. The Consideration for the Acquisition amounts to RMB74.12 million (equivalent to approximately HK$76.93
million) and would be satisfied as to RMB38.00 million (equivalent to approximately HK$39.44 million) by cash to be financed by the Group's internal
resources and as to the remaining balance of RMB36.12 million (equivalent to approximately HK$37.49 million) by the issuance of 150 million Consideration
Shares at the Issue Price of HK$0.25 per Consideration Share.

In addition, Shanghai Rentung has also guaranteed that the net income attributable
to the Group's interest in the Medical Equipment for the year ending 31 December
2008 will be no less than RMB10.20 million (equivalent to approximately
HK$10.59 million), and in the event that the actual net income derived from the
Medical Equipment attributable to the Group is less than RMB10.20 million,
Shanghai Rentung will compensate Anping Medical by way of cash payment, with
a ceiling of RMB38.00 million (equivalent to approximately HK$39.44 million), in
the amount equivalent to four times the difference between the aforesaid net
income guaranteed and the actual net income attributable to the Group.

Since the Acquisition involves the issuance of new Shares and the relevant
percentage ratios (as defined under the Listing Rules) are less than 5%, the
Acquisition constitutes a share transaction which is subject to the announcement
requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.

The Consideration Shares will be issued under the General Mandate which
amounts to 1,106,921,377 Shares as at the date of this announcement. As at the
date of the announcement, the General Mandate has not been utilized by the
Company. Application will be made by the Company to the Stock Exchange for the
listing of, and the permission to deal in, the Consideration Shares.

The Company requested for suspension of trading in the Shares on the Stock
Exchange from 9:30 a.m. on 21 September 2007, pending the release of this
announcement. Application has been made by the Company to the Stock Exchange
for the resumption of trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange with effect from
9:30 a.m. on 2 October 2007.

BACKGROUND OF THE ACQUISITION

Shanghai Rentung has established the Medical Project with the Main Hospital of the
Second Artillery Force to provide medical consultation services relating to tumour/cancer treatment in Beijing, the PRC. Under the Medical Project, the Radioactive Tumour Diagnosis Centre and the PET-CT Medical Consultation and
Research Centre have been established to provide tumour/cancer medical consultation and related services with advanced medical apparatus and equipment
(fixed assets) comprising mainly the Medical Equipment. Shanghai Rentung is
responsible for the investment in the Medical Equipment as well as the operations
and management of the Centres. The total investment cost incurred by Shanghai
Rentung for the Wholly-owned Medical Equipment and the 50% Owned Medical Equipment amounted to RMB37.00 million (equivalent to approximately HK$38.41
million) and RMB7.00 million (equivalent to approximately HK$7.27 million), respectively. The Wholly-owned Medical Equipment and the 50% Owned Medical Equipment are the only fixed assets used in the Medical Project. The Group, upon

completion of the Acquisition, will recognise the 51% ownership share of the
Wholly-owned Medical Equipment and the 51% ownership share of the 50% Owned
Medical Equipment. Shanghai Rentung, upon completion of the Acquisition, will
recognize the 49% ownership share of the Wholly-owned Medical Equipment and
49% of the 50% Owned Medical Equipment.

The Medical Project commenced its operations on 16 June 2007, and as at 30 August
2007, the net book value of the Medical Equipment as recorded in the books of
Shanghai Rentung amounted to approximately RMB22.44 million (equivalent to approximately HK$23.30 million) and the profit attributable to Shanghai Rentung for
the three months ending 30 September 2007 is estimated to be not less than RMB3.60
million (equivalent to approximately HK$3.74 million).

Assets to be Acquired

Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, Anping Medical has agreed to acquire and
Shanghai Rentung has agreed to dispose of 51% of its interest in the Medical Equipment. The Group will record the Medical Equipment as fixed assets upon
completion of the Acquisition. As at the date of this announcement, the Group has no
intention to acquire further interests in the Medical Equipment.

Conditions Precedent to Completion of the Acquisition Agreement

The Acquisition Agreement is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions:
(i)
the completion of a due diligence review to be carried out by Anping Medical on
the business, financial and operations of Shanghai Rentung with results
satisfactory to Anping Medical; and
(ii) the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange having granted the listing of, and
the permission to deal in the Consideration Shares.

None of the above conditions precedent can be waived by either parties to the
Acquisition Agreement.

Completion

Completion of the Acquisition Agreement shall take place on the 15th business day
after the date of fulfillment of the last of the above conditions or such other date as
may be agreed in writing between the parties to the Acquisition Agreement. If any of
the above conditions are not satisfied on or before 31 October 2007, the Acquisition
Agreement will be terminated and neither party to the Acquisition Agreement shall
have any claim against the other, provided that the rights and liabilities of the parties
thereto which have accrued prior to termination shall subsist.

Net Income Sharing

Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, Anping Medical is entitled to share 51% of
the net income attributable to Shanghai Rentung derived from the Medical Project
commencing from 1 July 2007.

Net Income Guarantee and Compensation Mechanism

Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, Shanghai Rentung guaranteed that the
Group's attributable interests of the net income generated from the Medical Project
for the year ending 31 December 2008 will not be less than RMB10.20 million
(equivalent to approximately HK$10.59 million) and such net income will be
reported by an external qualified accountant in accordance with generally standard
practices accepted in Hong Kong (the "2008 Guaranteed Net Income"). The external
qualified accountant will be appointed by the Group. In the event that the actual net
income (the "2008 Actual Net Income") derived from the Medical Equipment attributable to the Group (the 2008 Actual Net Income will be reported by an external
qualified accountant appointed by the Group) is less than RMB10.20 million,
Shanghai Rentung will compensate Anping Medical by way of cash payment (the
"Cash Compensation") in the amount equivalent to four times the difference between

the 2008 Guaranteed Net Income and the 2008 Actual Net Income. The Cash
Compensation is capped at RMB38.00 million (equivalent to approximately
HK$39.44 million) in the worst scenario e.g. a loss is recorded for the year ending
31 December 2008.

In addition, if the net income derived from the Medical Equipment does not meet the
monthly targeted net income to be agreed mutually between Anping Medical and
Shanghai Rentung for any three consecutive months after 1 January 2008, Anping
Medical will have the right to takeover the control/management of the Medical
Project. As at the date of this announcement, the monthly targeted net income has not
been determined between Shanghai Rentung and the Group.

Since the Medical Project only commenced its operations in June 2007, the Directors
consider that a net income guarantee based on a full year's financial results will be
more meaningful, particularly given the fact that it will take time for the Medical
Project to further establish its business and attract patients.

The Board will treat the 51% interest in the Medical Equipment in the consolidated
financial statements of the Group as fixed assets, and recognize the net income
derived therein in the consolidated income statements of the Group, which the Board
considers to be in accordance with the Hong Kong Accounting Standards. If there are
any changes with respect to the said intended accounting treatment, the Company will
issue a further announcement.

Consideration

The Consideration of RMB74.12 million (equivalent to approximately HK$76.93
million) will be satisfied as to
(i)
cash of RMB38 million (equivalent to approximately HK$39.44 million) which
will be financed by the internal resources of the Group; and
(ii) the remaining balance of RMB36.12 million (equivalent to approximately
HK$37.49 million) by the issuance of 150,000,000 Consideration Shares of
HK$0.1 each at the Issue Price of HK$0.25 per Consideration Share.

The Consideration of RMB74.12 million was determined after arm's length
negotiations between the Company and Shanghai Rentung. Having considered the
above, together with (i) the 2008 Guaranteed Net Income; (ii) the opportunity for the

independent non-executive Directors) consider that the Consideration is fair and
reasonable.

The Consideration Shares

As at the date of this announcement, there are 11,178,738,885 Shares in issue and the
150,000,000 Consideration Shares will represent:

(i) approximately 1.34% of the existing issued share capital of the Company; and

(ii) approximately 1.33% of the issued share capital of the Company enlarged by the
Consideration Shares.

The Consideration Shares will be issued under the General Mandate which amounts
to 1,106,921,377 Shares as at the date of this announcement. As at the date of the announcement, the General Mandate has not been utilized by the Company. Application will be made by the Company to the Stock Exchange for the listing of,
and the permission to deal in, the Consideration Shares.

The Issue Price

The Issue Price was determined after arm's length negotiation between the Company
and Shanghai Rentung and represents:
(i)
a premium of approximately 53.37% to the closing price of HK$0.163 per Share
on the Last Trading Day;
(ii) a premium of approximately 50.42% to the average closing price of HK$0.166
per Share for the last 5 trading days up to and including the Last Trading Day;

(iii) a premium of approximately 45.35% to the average closing price of HK$0.172
per Share for the last 10 trading days up to and including the Last Trading Day;

(iv) a premium of approximately 38.05% to the average closing price of HK$0.181
per Share for the last 20 trading days up to and including the Last Trading Day.

Given the fact that the Issue Price is at a substantial premium to the average closing
prices of the Shares, the Directors (including the independent non-executive
Directors) consider that the Issue Price and the issue of the Consideration Shares are
fair and reasonable and in the interest of the Company and the Shareholders as a

REASONS AND BENEFITS OF THE ACQUISITION

The Group is principally engaged in investment holding in a variety of business,
including (i) provision of financial services; (ii) provision of media, consulting,
marketing and technology services; (iii) property holding and (iv) the management
and operation of a network of medical centres in the PRC. The Directors are of the
view that the medical market sector in the PRC is booming and the Group will focus
on the management and operations of medical centres. For other businesses, the
Group may seize attractive opportunities to divest, including but not limited to, its
investments in financial services and property holding. As at the date of the announcement, the Group has not signed any definitive agreements to dispose of
other businesses save for the disposal of certain investment properties as disclosed
in the 2007 interim results announcement of the Company.

As disclosed in the Company's circular to the Shareholders dated 18 June 2007, it is
the intention of the Group to continue its expansion into the PRC medical industry
through various acquisitions of hospitals and medical centres and through co-
operation with hospitals with strong local patient stickiness to expand its national
network in the PRC, as well as to purchase additional medical equipment, including
medical equipment for diagnosis and treatment of tumours/cancers to strengthen its competitiveness. Having considered that (i) the Centres are located in Beijing which
will expand the geographic coverage of the Group's medical centres in the PRC; (ii)
the Group's future profitability and financial performance will be enhanced and (iii)
the Main Hospital of the Second Artillery Force is a major hospital in the PRC, particularly, Beijing, the capital city of the PRC, the Directors (including the independent non-executive Directors) considered that the Acquisition will not only
increase the number of patient visits, but will also further establish the Company's
brand name in the PRC. Accordingly, the Directors (including the independent non-executive Directors) considered that the terms of the Acquisition Agreement are
on normal commercial terms and in the ordinary and usual course of business of the
Company which are fair and reasonable and the Acquisition is in the interest of the
Company as a whole.

LISTING RULES IMPLICATION

Since the Acquisition involves the issue of new Shares and the relevant percentage
ratios (as defined under the Listing Rules) are less than 5%, the Acquisition

CR kauft 51% von Rentung. Rentung versichert bis Dez 2008 10,5 Mio HK$ netto Gewinn zu machen und wenn nicht, dann bei Anping bis zu ca 40 Mio hk$ zu kompensieren.

Eigenartigerweise gibt es in D kaum Umsätze. Ich denke irgendwie ist hier schon alles in den Winterschlaf eingetaucht. Die -, oder, eine Seitwärtsbewegung, wird wohl bis Feb 2008 anhalten.

Hallo Leutz, hier das neueste von CR:

The Board is pleased to announce that after trading hours on 9 November 2007,
Anping Medical, the Company’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into
the Acquisition Agreement with the Vendor, pursuant to which Anping Medical has
conditionally agreed to acquire and the Vendor has agreed to sell the Medical
Equipment and the entitlement to the Net Income. The Consideration for the
Acquisition amounted to RMB41 million (equivalent to approximately HK$42.56
million) and will be satisfied by way of cash to be financed by the Group’s internal
resources. The Medical Equipment to be acquired are the only fixed assets used by
Gamma Knife Centre and Radiation Therapy Centre for provision of precision
radiotherapy services such as gamma knife treatment of tumours and neurosurgical
diseases in PLA 463 Hospital, a reputable “3A Grade” hospital in Shenyang City.
The centres were established in 2004 with the approval by the relevant regulatory
authorities.
In addition, the Vendor has warranted that the Net Income for each of the periods
from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008 and from 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009,
respectively, will be no less than RMB10 million (equivalent to approximately
HK$10.38 million). In the event that the actual Net Income falls below the
warranted Net Income of RMB10 million for any of the two periods as mentioned
above, Anping Medical will be entitled to a compensation, being five times the
difference between the warranted Net Income and the actual Net Income, and such
compensation will be paid in cash after deducting the First Compensation Amount.
As the relevant percentage ratios (as defined under the Listing Rules) is larger than
5% but less than 25%, the Acquisition constitutes a discloseable transaction under

Leider habe ich in den letzten Monaten immer weniger Zeit, mich mal aktiv zu beteiligen, bin aber noch nicht weg.....

Ich denke, nach der jetzigen Neuausrichtung (China Renji) müssen wir schon ein wenig Geduld haben, aber es wird nun doch endlich einmal kontinuierlich an etwas gearbeitet.

In der Vergangenheit hat SBII immer "grosse Übernahmen / bzw. Projekte" angeleiert (Xybernaut, China-Glücksspiel etc.) von denen man hinterher nicht mehr viel gehört hat.

Ich glaube, spätestens bei den Zahlen für das erste GeschäftsHalbjahr 2008 müsste schon eine Tendenz zu sehen sein. Die bisherigen Übernahmen sollten dann in Umsatz und Gewinn ersichtlich sein. Den jeweiligen Pressemitteilungen nach müsste da schon ganz gut etwas herumkommen.

Ansonsten: Der "Reiseveranstalter" Wing On Travel bietet "Health Check Tours" für 1.800 US-Dollar an, die drei Tage dauern und den Flug von Hong Kong nach China, zwei Übernachtungen in "ordentlichen" Hotels, Vorsorgeuntersuchung (CT) bei China Renji einschliesslich Diagnose und Arztbesprechung beinhalten. Ähnliche "Touren" soll es wohl auch von Australien aus geben.

Und: In Vietnam sollen zwei jeweils etwa 2.000 Betten umfassende Gesundheitszentren gebaut werden. 49 % der ganzen Angelegenheit, die angeblich ein Gesamtvolumen von ca. 440 Mio. US-Dollar umfasst, sollen zwei chinesische Unternehmen aufbringen. Eines davon ist China Renji. Beginn der ersten Baumassnahmen geplant für Juni 2008.

Da ich mir diese Sachen am Wochenende im heimischen Wohnzimmer zusammengesucht habe, fehlen mir jetzt gerade die Quellen. Reiche ich aber schnellstmöglich noch nach, damit jeder selber schauen kann.

Was mich allerdings wundert, dass auf der China Renji Seite bis einschliesslich Freitag noch nichts hiervon zu lesen war.

Danke für Deine Recherche. Ich hoffe natürlich auch, dass sich nächstes Jahr was am Kurs ablesen läßt - nur an der Börse wird doch immer die Zukunft gehandelt - -

Hoffentlich ist da nicht schon alles eingepreist?? Und dann noch das Zittern um den gesamt chinesischen Markt, wo alle den Crash herbeireden wollen. Das Verunsichert auch.

Ich glaube, China Renji muss erst einmal dem Markt "beweisen", dass man jetzt nachhaltig mit Ernst dabei ist, ein chinaweites Netzwerk aufzubauen. Das will das Management ja durch die bisherigen und noch angekündigten Zukäufe / Beteiligungen erreichen. Ausserdem will man den Namen "China Renji" auch als "Marke" im Bewusstsein der potentiellen Patienten / Kunden und auch Anleger etablieren.

Natürlich gehören auch erst einmal die ersten Geschäftszahlen dazu, aus denen Umsatz- und Gewinnzahlen für dieses Segment ersichtlich sind. Versprochen haben in den letzten Jahren so viele (auch unsere SBII) Unternehmen recht viel bei Strategieänderung bzw. Neuausrichtungen.

Was mich einmal interessieren würde: Wenn China Renji wirklich einen Grossteil dieser 49 % - Beteiligung in Vietnam ausübt (immerhin bei einer Gesamtsumme von angekündigten 440 Mio. US-Dollar ein Betrag von 215,6 Mio.): a) Wie hoch ist hiervon "unser" Anteil und b) wie finanzieren die das? Wenn bei den bisherigen Umsatz- und Investitionszahlen das über Banken abgesegnet wird, würde das schon sehr FÜR das Vertrauen der Banken in dieses Geschäftsfeld sprechen?!?

Na gut, vielleicht bekommen wir ja auch hierzu mal eine offizielle PR - Mitteilung von China Renji, mit Details.

Seit zwei Tagen habe ich zwei Order für A0MYH5 in Frankfurt ausstehen, die nicht ausgeführt werden, obwohl sowohl BID als auch ASK ausreichend gefüttert sind und mein Limit passen würde. Hat jemand eine Vorstellung, woran´s hapern könnte?

Ich bin zwar kein Grosskunde, aber das ist mir in den letzten Jahren so noch nicht passiert....

Hätte ja schon gerne noch ein paar RENJI´s....

Du kennst doch meine alte Leier: Inzwischen nun endlich frisch geschieden, muss ich erstmal noch etwas kleinere Brötchen backen. Aber meine zwei "Brötchen" sind nun doch ausgeführt worden (an den Stückzahlen, die in der letzten Woche gehandelt wurden kannst Du sehen, dass es wirklich kleine "Brötchen" waren).

Ansonsten: Wenn ich mich nicht irre, müsste doch Ende Februar/Anfang März mal was mit den Halbjahreszahlen vom 01.07. bis 31.12.2007 sein??? Da sind die ersten Umsätze (und hoffentlich auch die versprochenen operativen Gewinne) der Übernahmen drin enthalben, bin ja schon ziemlich gespannt....

Nach X - Jahren CheungWah müssen wir doch mal irgendwie zu Geld kommen

Ich kann mich ganz schwach erinnern, mal ein paar CheungWah´s für schlappe 1,95 oder so gekauft zu haben (für die paar Stück damals könnte man Heute schon einen erklecklichen Batzen erwerben ).

Aber: Mama hat jesacht, allet wird juut.....

Ich weiss´ ja, dass ich eventuell nerve, aber: Hat irgendjemand eventuell ein konkretes Datum, wann die Halbjahreszahlen zum 31.12.2007 fällig sind? Auf der China Renji Seite finde ich dazu nichts (zumindest auf der englischen, chinesisch liegt mir nicht so... ).

Vom Gefühl her meine ich, so Ende Februar sollte etwas kommen....

CR gehts dafür wohl nicht so gut - sind wohl auch ein wenig Opfer der Chinablase. Aber wer mag, findet auf diesem Niveau noch gute EK Kurse.

Nur meine Meinung!!

Ich halte meine - wie schon öfter gesagt bis die auf 1 € stehen. Und wenn ich die Dinger vererben muß.....

letztes Jahr kamen die Zahlen am 18.4. - dieses Jahr könnte es etwas später werden (Bauchgefühl).

Jedenfalls ist der "newsflow" in letzter Zeit auch spärlicher geworden.

Es ist zwar mit die langweiligste Aktie, die ich in meinem Depot halte aber immerhin noch 30% im plus

Aber ich will unbedingt den Oiro sehen..........

Hoffentlich gehts nicht in die andere Richtung, einen SL will ich jedoch auch nicht setzen - und nachkaufen würde mir meinen jetzigen Schnitt versauen. Kann aber noch 10 Jahre warten.

Hallo fcharon!

Mit einem Oiro wäre ich auch schon recht zufrieden, habe in Kursdellen (und davon hatten wir in den letzten Jahren ja doch "ein paar" ) ein wenig gesammelt und dürfte ja nun, da ich geschieden und wirtschaftlich zerlegt und getrennt wurde , alles verbliebene behalten.

Dass es im Augenblick recht ruhig ist, beunruhigt mich nicht so sehr. Ich hoffe nur, dass man an den Zahlen sehen kann, dass die in den Übernahmeverträgen vereinbarten Ziele in Umsatz und Gewinn erreicht wurden. Auch wenn aufgrund dieser Verträge bei Nichterreichen der versprochenen Gewinne eine Multiple des Differenzbetrages als Ersatz durch den Verkäufer der jeweiligen Beteiligungen zu leisten wäre, ist mir doch eine zuverlässige Umsatz- und Gewinnaussicht aus dem jetzigen Kerngeschäft Krebs-/bzw. Tumordiagnostik und Behandlung wichtiger.

Ausserdem stimmt mich zuversichtlich, dass die Übernommenen einen Teil der Übernahmebezahlung in Aktien akzeptiert haben, zu einem deutlich höheren als den jeweils aktuellen Aktienkursen. Soetwas macht eigentlich niemand, der sich nicht wirklich einen höheren Ertrag als die Bareinnahme verspricht.

Aber davon ab: Hätte natürlich nichts gegen News zusätzlich zu den Zahlen.

Ausserdem sollten die mal Ihre Website aktualisieren. Speziell unter Ihrem Punkt "Netzwerk" sollten die in den letzten Monaten 2007 publik gemachten Übernahmen / Beteiligungen aktualisiert werden.

hab mir zu den Firmen auch mal Gedanken gemacht:

Wenn ich so eine Bude wäre, was würde mich dazu bewegen, solche preislich überhöhten Teile zu nehmen -- und warum sollte ich mich auf sa was wie "Konventionalstrafen" bei Nichterbringung der Umsätze einlassen? Entweder ich bin 1000% von mir überzeugt, schaffe es jedoch nicht die Banken dazu zu bringen mir die Kohle zu geben, oder ich bin ein Täuscher, der mit scheinbar guten Geschäften Investoren anlockt und sich dann vom Acker macht.

Kenne die chinesische Mentalität nicht, weiß aber, dass die 8000 Jahre Handelstradition haben und das stecket denen in den Genen.

Nicht zu vergessen, dass die alle mehr oder weniger staatlich kontrolliert sind und es auch sehr verlockend ist die internationalen Aktionäre sehr leicht abzuzocken sind. Hab diesbezüglich auch schon einige Beiträge gelesen.

Deshalb habe ich auch meine Position auf ein drittel reduziert. Glücklicherweise mit satten Gewinnen. Halte jetzt noch knapp ne Mio Papiere die quasi "for free" im Depot liegen und warte nun geduldig bis ich Millionär bin

Die Zahlen sehen in den anderen Bereichen bis auf Finanzen nicht so gut aus. Aber der wesentliche Kern ist obiger.

Ist aber nur meine Meinung und ist keine Kaufempfehlung.
