CARDIFF, Calif., Aug. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Blackhawk Fund, (OTC Bulletin Board: BHWF) is actively marketing the real estate holdings owned by The Company, which have an appraisal value in excess of $2,200,000. Upon sale of these properties, Blackhawk's revenue will increase to the highest level in The Company's history.
The Company is in the process of liquidating its real estate holdings as the final phase in the shift to becoming a pure Media Company. The Blackhawk Fund acquired 10 cable television shows and related media properties in January, 2007. This highly profitable business model has attracted some of The Nation's leading authors, speakers and businesses as clients of The Blackhawk Fund Media. The demand for our media business is increasing every month, which requires 100% devotion from The Company to keep up with the Agreements already signed over the past seven months.
