The acquisition of the Beaufor and McKenzie Break properties continues the Company’s strategic consolidation of gold resources and exploration potential surrounding its Novador development project, which hosts a current resource of 3,793,900 ounces M&I and 1,179,400 ounces Inferred along the Monique, Pascalis, and Courvan gold trend deposits.
The Beaufor property currently hosts an historic, high-grade, measured and indicated gold resource of 219,200 ounces of gold at 5.3 g/t and inferred mineral resource of 122,500 ounces of gold at 4.7 g/t. This further consolidates the Courvan Gold Trend, which includes the Courvan, Senore and Beaufor deposits. The trend contains significant exploration upside, which will be the focus going forward in 2024 and 2025.
The McKenzie Break Property is proximal to the Company's Novador Project and hosts an historic, high-grade indicated gold resource of 146,000 ounces of gold at 3.2 g/t, with an inferred mineral resource of 250,600 ounces of gold at 3.1 g/t. The property has significant exploration upside, and exploration programs are currently being planned.
The acquisition costs of $11.50/oz are comparable to the Company’s discovery costs at Novador of approximately $10/oz, and therefore represents a very accretive transaction.

Probe Gold Begins Summer Drilling Program on its Detour Quebec Project
Highlights:
Work-bans due to wildfires have been lifted and access to the project has re-opened
A 7,500-metre summer drilling program has commenced spanning the Company’s 100% owned Detour Quebec project as well as the Midland La Peltrie Option property.
The program will continue testing the large, mineralized copper-gold-silver-molybdenum system discovered in 2022, which remains open along strike and at depth.
The drilling will also focus on two new gold targets along the Lower Detour Deformation Zone, as well as follow-up drilling on one gold target along-strike of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited’s 58N high-grade gold discovery, which is approximately 10km to the west.

A 7,500-metre summer drilling program has commenced spanning the Company’s 100% owned Detour Quebec project as well as the Midland La Peltrie Option property.
The program will continue testing the large, mineralized copper-gold-silver-molybdenum system discovered in 2022, which remains open along strike and at depth.
The drilling will also focus on two new gold targets along the Lower Detour Deformation Zone, as well as follow-up drilling on one gold target along-strike of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited’s 58N high-grade gold discovery, which is approximately 10km to the west.

Drills are currently active on a significant expansion and exploration program at Novador with drilling program increased by 15,000 metres to a total of 68,000 metres.

The Company has launched the new website www.probegold.com, featuring the new logos and project name.
The Val-d’Or East project is being renamed the Novador project, which is one of the most significant undeveloped gold projects in Canada and still expanding. The new name reflects the project’s history in Val-d’Or and its future as a development asset.
A recent Mineral Resource Estimate for Novador's Monique property, the first of three updated resource estimates (Monique, Pascalis and Courvan) resulted in a substantial gain of over 1.3 million additional ounces in Indicated and is now comprised of 2,038,900 ounces in the Indicated category.
