US Entrepreneur Builds Global Network For Rapid Growth in GPS Technology
      August 17, 2004

Atlanta-based EarthSearch Communications launches in fall 2004

ATLANTA, GA., Aug. 17 -- Entrepreneur, and Chairman/CEO Kayode Aladesuyi's dream of growing a "borderless business" is about to become a reality this fall 2004 with the launch of EarthSearch Communications, Inc., a Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technology company.

Aladesuyi has a history of impressive entrepreneurial pursuits. In 1998 he founded PlanetLink Communications Inc.(OTCBB:PLKC), an Atlanta based company that he eventually took public and expanded to 6 stores in the Southeast region. Says Aladesuyi, "I learned a lot launching and taking PlanetLink public, but in honesty I believe I was destined to create EarthSearch Communications Inc.; and I am dedicated to guiding this company to its IPO and seeing it flourish globally."

In the late 1970s GPS was used almost exclusively by the military. During President Clinton's administration, GPS was opened to more commercial use. GPS technology (or "telematics", as it's known in Europe) offers limitless possibilities to create applications that track, locate and protect mobile assets, personnel and people anywhere in the world. With GPS, the prospects for growth and potential for success are unlimited, for the entrepreneur with the vision to pursue it.

Mr. Aladesuyi is preparing ESC for rapid growth by recruiting a strong executive management and sales team. Second to join the company was Executive Vice President, Azfar Haque. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Haque, founded Bulldog Insurance company, where he managed annual revenues of $5 million as President and CEO.

In addition to the headquarters office in Atlanta, the ESC infrastructure includes, a fleet management and PR division in the US, Curitiba and Sao Paulo, Brazil; a market development office for its UK operation, and EarthSearch Technologies a Research & Development office in New York City which is currently developing proprietary software products that facilitate location-based billing solutions.

"New uses for GPS are generated daily. Most people know about its navigational and security features," says Aladesuyi, "but there are worlds of opportunity still to be found in business development, improvements in consumer relations management, transport management, vehicle tracking, reductions in insurance premiums, and customized consultative programs."

Prior to entering the technology field, Aladesuyi was President of Loud Entertainment Group, an independent television production company. While at Loud, he produced programs that aired on Atlanta's local WB and UPN affiliates. Mr. Aladesuyi holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Alabama State University, and attended Kennesaw State University's MBA program.

EarthSearch Communications Inc. is a privately held company scheduled to launch in October 2004. The company focuses on the manufacture and development of tracking technology for security services, fleet management solutions, law enforcement, courier service, critical cargo and personal assets including automobiles. "We are a solutions provider. Our company will work to incorporate GPS on the industrial and individual levels," says Aladesuyi.

While ESC's home base is Atlanta, GA, the business, like its founder, is not limited to that region. In 2003, Aladesuyi, a native of Nigeria, and first generation US citizen, negotiated a deal with Wevada, a subsidiary of Siemens of Belgium, for exclusive rights to its proprietary technology and manufacturing of tracking devices for the US and global markets. Later, Findware UK Ltd. was brought in to develop an exclusive, customized, tracking solution software called "ES 6.0" for the automotive market.

The official launch for EarthSearch Communications is scheduled for October 2004. For additional information about ESC go to www.earthsearch.us. To attend the launch event; get more details regarding ESC, or to interview Mr. Aladesuyi, contact Karen Glover at SingleSource Consulting, Inc.: (718) 941-5049 or singlesourcecons@aol.com.

EARTHSEARCH COMMUNICATIONS ENCOURAGES USAGE-BASED INSURANCE SYSTEM VIA AUTOSEARCH GPS DEVICE AT NO COST TO INSURERS
      November 01, 2004

ATLANTA, GA -When EarthSearch Communications (ESC) launches AutoSearch this month in the US, the focus will be on insurers, commercial fleets and the automotive industry. After successful tests and pacts with automakers and telecommunications companies in South America, EarthSearch will approach the US insurance industry with a revolutionary program that offers their premiere GPS product AutoSearch at no cost.

In earlier attempts to use GPS technology for determining a usage-based rating system, by monitoring a driver's driving behavior then gauging risk, some auto insurance industry pioneers of the system found that their use of GPS technology failed due to "… prohibitive costs, complex production and device installation..." EarthSearch plans to eliminate those barriers by facilitating a program that allows insurers to promote the installation of the AutoSearch device free of charge to its customers with the acceptance of a monthly service charge to be paid by the insured. The AutoSearch installation process takes only 45 minutes for those cars that are not already equipped with the technology.

According to Chairman/CEO Kay Aladesuyi, "By adopting the AutoSearch product, insurers can develop a Mutual Interest Relationship with their clients and set their product apart from the pack, by offering a variety of benefits including reduced risk of car theft, increased safety, and reduced premiums; all while encouraging safer driving behavior and clean driving records. Insurers benefit with up-to-the-minute usage stats, decreased fraudulent claims, improved underwriting guidelines and enhanced revenue and profits. Eventually this product can level the playing field for all insured individuals because rates will be based solely on usage, not gender, your neighborhood or the time of usage "

For insurers the ability to reduce fraudulent claims and recover stolen vehicles quickly, means less pay out and increased profit. Leaner and more underwriting data can increase revenue. For example, data from the vehicle history and impact records can help determine who is at fault if a car rear ends another. Velocity if negative tells which car was moving backwards, positive velocity tells a different story, thereby taking the risk out of determining who is at fault and who should pay. Vehicle history and impact data also verifies a driver's claim to have been involved in an accident at a particular time and location. Ignition detection can provide data on whether a vehicle was driven with a key or hotwired. If hotwired it will be caught by the AutoSearch 3D Geo Fence feature. Overall, the device offers benefits to the insurer and security for the insured.

AutoSearch can be customized to access information such as diagnostics, speeding, and vehicle location through the Internet, by phone or PDA. Stolen vehicles can be remotely disabled for recovery. AutoSearch can be manipulated to meet the demands of small and large fleets, individual use, in addition to other equipment and personal assets such as boats. Its return on investment can be calculated by increased productivity, improved consumer satisfaction and loyalty, extended life of mobile assets, reduced theft and damage and decreased insurance costs.

EarthSearch will be the first in the US to offer the breakthrough 3D Geo Fencing technology. 3D Geo Fencing provides the shortest theft detection radius on the market today--10-feet in any direction—up, down, backwards and forward. Other features offered by AutoSearch include vehicle route tracking, navigation capabilities, panic buttons for emergency support, remote alarm devices that detect unauthorized drivers and disconnect batteries, real-time start/stop logging, and mileage and hour counters to monitor engine use.

ESC is a privately held company based in Atlanta, GA, with fleet management and PR divisions in the US, Curitiba and Sao Paulo, Brazil; and a market development office for its UK operation. EarthSearch Technologies, a research & development office in New York City, is currently developing proprietary software products that will facilitate location-based billing solutions. ESC is scheduled to launch this fall 2004. The company will offer the most advanced application of Location Based Solution technology on the market for Mobile Asset and Fleet Management operation. EarthSearch Communications, Inc. Successfully Completes Listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
      August 31, 2007

MARIETTA, GA, August 31, 2007 -- EarthSearch Communications, Inc., a Marietta, Georgia-based hi-tech company specializing in the development and distribution of state-of-the-art wireless communication and GPS products, announced today that it has successfully completed an offering of new shares in connection with the company's listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. EarthSearch is listed today with the ticker symbol (3ES1).

A total of 5 million shares were issued at the price of 2.25 Euros. GFS Acquisition Partners, LP has acquired $1.25 million of the initial issues. After completion of the transaction, EarthSearch has a total 28 million shares outstanding.

EarthSearch Communications intends to use the funds raised to facilitate the manufacture of products to support one of the company's flagship projects -- a beta-test launch of AutoSearchGPS devices at select Mazda dealers in the Atlanta-metro area. Additional funds will be allocated to expedite R&D operations for the development and deployment of Navigation multi-media products. The company has completed registration in Mexico and plans to launch operations in the first quarter 2008 and is currently completing registration to open offices in China in September 2007.

The company is well positioned to acquire businesses and assets within strategic markets, which will spur continued business growth and facilitate the sales of EarthSearch products and services globally.

"This is a significant milestone in EarthSearch's history and strengthens our position as a leading provider of wireless communication and GPS products both nationally and internationally," said CEO Kayode Aladesuyi. "The investment community has received us very favorably, and we have secured high-quality shareholders. We look forward to making the most of this new phase of EarthSearch's development, together with our new investors and our highly motivated and talented team," he added.

      About EarthSearch Communications, Inc.:
Originally established in December 2003, as a sales organization to market cutting-edge GPS products in the United States, EarthSearch has evolved over the years into an
R&D-based company -- in an effort to remain competitive in the marketplace. In 2004, the EarthSearch team launched the company's R&D division, EarthSearch Technology.

In 2006, EarthSearch launched a global-hosting platform to support a multinational locations-based services operation. Last year, the company completed, launched and
began manufacturing its first revolutionary GPS product, "AutoSearchGPS 1.4TL" -- utilizing GPRS technology. Earlier this year, the company launched the first-ever interactive, cell phone vehicle-management application using both GPRS and WAP technologies. The vehicle-management application allows parents of teenage drivers to remotely control their teenagers' vehicles, providing the capability to monitor and alter driving behavior. NEW “VEHICLE MANAGEMENT” TECHNOLOGY HOLDS PROMISE TO REDUCE TEEN DRIVING FATALITIES - Atlanta-based rollout of revolutionary GPS technology is met with high hopes from parents, politicians, law enforcement and traffic safety officials
      September 14, 2007

ATLANTA, GA, September 14, 2007 -- The advent of a revolutionary new vehicle-management device allows parents to monitor and alter teen driving behavior -- all from a cell phone or computer. The high-tech Georgia-based developer and manufacturer of the AutoSearchGPS device, EarthSearch Communications, Inc., has announced the rollout of a pilot program with Mazda USA, the maker of popular models such as the Miata and the Tribute SUV. The vehicle-management device -- currently offered as an option to Mazda vehicles at select Atlanta dealerships -- is the latest weapon to be deployed in the increasingly desperate battle to reduce the nationwide epidemic of teen driving fatalities.

Despite stringent state legislation and driver education programs, car crashes remain the leading cause of teen deaths (16- to 20-year-olds) in the United States. Traffic safety sources report more than 3,400 teen driver fatalities every year, 275 last year in Georgia alone. The thought of losing a child to a car accident is every parent's worst nightmare -- it is impossible to ignore the staggering statistics. Sixteen-year-olds are three times more likely to die in a motor vehicle crash than the average of all drivers.

"This technology offers parents a variety of protective measures to minimize the deadly risks associated with teen driving," said Kayode Aladesuyi, CEO of EarthSearch Communications, Inc. (ESC). "Since speed is the determining factor in many teen driving accidents and fatalities, many parents choose to put a speed restriction on their children's driving behavior." Parents are alerted via phone if their child exceeds a pre-determined speed or strays beyond a certain perimeter, he added. The parent also has the option of remotely disabling the vehicle from their cell phone as soon as the driver turns off the ignition.

EarthSearch recently partnered with RoadWise, a national driver education group dedicated to reducing teen driving deaths, and WBS Radio B98.5 FM in a community-based effort to educate parents on what they can do to protect their children on the road. "This is a rare piece of technology that truly makes the world a safer place -- particularly for our children," said Tamela Danzey, vice president, RoadWise America, a technology-based driver education company in Duluth, Georgia. For detailed parental information, visit: www.earthsearch.us/products.php?section=people_search.

Georgia officials have tried a variety of strategies to curb teen driving fatalities, including laws, like the Teenage and Adult Driver Responsibility Act (TADRA), that restrict the hours during which teens can legally drive. Experts have given such efforts mixed reviews in regard to effectiveness. Despite these efforts, teen driving deaths continue to be a major safety concern across the country.

Driver safety expert and former head of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Dr. Jeffrey Runge, has referred to teen driving fatalities as an epidemic. "We're talking 1,400 injuries a day, 15 deaths a day," Runge said. "It's not only the personal cost. There's a huge economic cost. Every brain injury, we believe, costs society about a million dollars."

The NHTSA estimates the economic impact of auto accidents involving 15- to 20-year-old drivers is over $40 billion. By all accounts, teen driving deaths will continue to be a serious problem as the youth population surges. Based on current population trends, there will be
23 percent more 16- to 20-year-old drivers on the road in 2010 than the 26 million there are today.

The device, AutoSearchGPS Vehicle Management system, is currently available as an add-on option in Mazda products at five Atlanta-metro dealerships: Rick Case Mazda, Sutherlin Mazda, Jim Ellis Mazda of Atlanta, Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta and Mazda of Roswell. For more information on dealership locations, visit www.earthsearch.us/products.php?section=Autodealer. The vehicle-management device has the following state-of-the-art capabilities from an application on a cell phone or computer:

      • Movement Sensor -- receive an alert if there is unauthorized movement of the vehicle;
      • Locate/Track -- ability to locate and track your vehicle in real time or with the assistance of EarthSearch customer support;
      • Disable/Enable engine remotely for enhanced security ("disable function" can only be executed when engine is disengaged); and
      • Alerts -- receive various alerts: silent alarm, movement, speed, battery disconnect, geo-fence.

      For more information visit, www.earthsearch.us/products.php?section=auto_search.

This high-tech weapon in the emotional nationwide fight to protect teen drivers and passengers has been a long time coming for the manufacturer, EarthSearch Communications, which began work on the tracking device in 2004. "We are very proud of the product we've developed," Aladesuyi said. "We believe our technology will dramatically reduce teen driving deaths. Period." Although the initial product rollout is confined to the Atlanta metro area, ESC plans to take the technology national in the coming months.

      The Global Positioning System (GPS)

The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a satellite-based navigation system made up of a network of satellites placed into orbit by the U.S. Department of Defense. Originally intended for military applications, GPS was made available for civilian use in the 1980's. GPS operates in any weather conditions, anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.

Originally called the NAVSTAR (Navigation System with Timing And Ranging) Global Positioning System, GPS was developed by the US Department of Defense to provide all-weather round-the-clock navigation capabilities for military ground, sea, and air forces.

Global Positioning System (GPS) comprises of three parts:
      # 24 satellites orbiting the Earth

      # A collection of ground control stations which monitor the satellites

      # GPS receivers that can be attached to individuals, animals, or mounted to a specific object such as a vehicle or personal property

The satellites are synchronized to produce encoded navigational information revealing exact positioning and time. Any object or individual equipped with a GPS receiver will intercept these transmissions. Using a simple mathematical formula derived from triangulation, the receiver is able to calculate its own longitude, latitude, velocity and even altitude. For companies utilizing GPS applications, this information would be transmitted to a central dispatch or control location.

Since its inception, GPS has grown into an integral asset for a variety individuals and companies around the globe. Some key GPS uses include: recreational (e.g. boating, aircraft hiking), corporate vehicle fleet tracking, surveying and asset retrieval. GPS employs 24 spacecraft in 20,200 km circular orbits inclined at 55 degrees, guaranteeing 100% tracking coverage.

      TransLocator Technical Data

GPS satellites circle the earth twice a day in a very precise orbit and transmit signal information to earth. GPS receivers take this information and use triangulation to calculate the user's exact location. Essentially, the GPS receiver compares the time a signal was transmitted by a satellite with the time it was received. The time difference tells the GPS receiver how far away the satellite is. Now, with distance measurements from a few more satellites, the receiver can determine the user's position and display it on the unit's electronic map.

A GPS receiver must be locked on to the signal of at least three satellites to calculate a 2D position (latitude and longitude) and track movement. With four or more satellites in view, the receiver can determine the user's 3D position (latitude, longitude and altitude).

Once the user's position has been determined, the GPS unit can calculate other information, such as speed, bearing, track, trip distance, distance to destination, sunrise and sunset time and more.

Earlier this year, the company launched the first-ever interactive, cell phone vehicle- management application using both GPRS and WAP technologies. The vehicle- management application allows parents of teenage drivers to remotely control their teenagers' vehicles, providing the capability to monitor and alter driving behavior. The EarthSearch vehicle-management system is positioned to compete directly with OnStar Corporation's service. The EarthSearch application puts full control of the vehicle directly in the hands of the consumer/owner whereas OnStar's service is controlled by a remote third-party. EarthSearch recently began offering the AutoSearchGPS at participating Mazda dealerships in Atlanta, Georgia -- as a commercial beta launch for an evolving relationship with Mazda North America. In the 4th quarter 2007, ES Technology will embark on a global-licensing model business operation that will allow distributors and licensees to offer and market EarthSearch products around the world.

In 2006, EarthSearch began rolling significant investments into R&D activities for the development of state-of-the-art products, such as Personal Navigation Devices (scheduled for 4th quarter 07 launch), delivery of mobile television, video-on-demand services, "infotainment," Internet access and navigation contents into automobiles.

The EarthSearch family of products currently includes the AutoSearchGPS(R) 1.4 Consumer and AutoSearchGPS(R) 1.5 Fleet and the MobileManager advanced fleet management device with dual Sim application.

      • Movement Sensor -- receive an alert if there is unauthorized movement of the vehicle;
      • Locate/Track -- ability to locate and track your vehicle in real time or with the assistance of EarthSearch customer support;

CESVI SA Certifies US-Based EarthSearch Communications for AutoSearch Location Tracking Service
      November 20, 2004

ATLANTA, GA - CESVI SA certified US based EarthSearch Communications (ESC), for offering one of the best products, solutions and support services in the Brazilian LBS industry. The CESVI announcement enables ESC to supply the automotive industry and insurance companies in South America with AutoSearch TL1.3, a Location Based tracking device. The announcement also places ESC among a small group of companies that have been certified within the Brazilian market--where there are more than 250 competitors.

AutoSearch 1.359TL is a small compact device, covertly installed, that offers Navigation, Security and Telemetric functions. Equipped with GPS and GSM antennas, the unit operates on a GSM network. It is an effective device to deter auto theft, locate stolen vehicles, and provide personal safety.

According to ESC Chairman/CEO Kayode Aladesuyi, "EarthSearch will deliver products to the local Brazilian market within the next 2 weeks. We anticipate being well received here, because there are approximately 350,000 car thefts annually in Brazil.

"Following our SA launch, AutoSearch has taken on a momentum of its own in Brazil. We have exceeded our goals. Current testing of AutoSearch by several major auto manufacturers underscores the fact that we have one of the best products in the market.

"Recent studies show that in the US, California and Detroit are experiencing substantial increases in auto theft. Millions of cars were stolen last year across the country; and the insurance industry lost $8 billion according to CNNMoney; we are here to fill that market need as well," he said.

CESVI is widely recognized as the insurance association certification agency responsible for certifying telemetry and location based service providers in South America. As part of AutoSearch's certification process, the product infrastructure was subjected to rigorous testing, including hosting platform, software, hardware device, security and recovery services, navigation platform, installation and retail network.

CESVI (Center of Experimentation and Road Safety) is part of a global association developing standards for the telemetry industry. Inaugurated in 1996, in São Paulo City, CESVI BRASIL is the only automotive research center of Latin America. It is a member of RCAR (Research Council of Automobile Repair), an international network with 24 research centers in repairing and road safety. CESVI's president is Antonio Cássio dos Santos

ESC is a privately held company based in Atlanta, GA, with fleet management and PR divisions in the US, Curitiba and Sao Paulo, Brazil. A market development office is located in the UK. And in New York City, EarthSearch Technologies, a research & development office, is currently developing proprietary software products that will facilitate location-based billing solutions.

EarthSearch Communications Unveils 3D Geo Fencing Focused On Theft Detection
      September 28, 2004

The Next Wave In Location Based SolutionTechnology

ATLANTA, GA - Even equipped with the top GPS tracking devices on the market today, a vehicle can be stolen, stripped by the local chop shop; have its contents pilfered or tampered with, as long as it remains within the 1-mile radius that goes undetected by standard Geo Fencing. But now, 3D Geo Fencing offered by EarthSearch Communications (ESC) will detect unauthorized movement of the vehicle within just 10 feet in any direction—up, down, sideways forward or backwards. ESC will begin offering 3D Geo Fencing in the US and South America by November 1, on its proprietary device AutoSearch and be made available to all of its OEM partners.

In a time when theft, terrorism, and high alerts are commonplace, 3D Geo Fencing offers the most advanced auto theft notification and recovery product on the market today. When a vehicle is accessed illegally, the alarm immediately notifies the vehicle owner or fleet manager via PDA, computer or telephone within the first 10 feet of unauthorized movement.
Geo fence technology is not new, but the 3D capability offered by EarthSearch is the next wave in its evolution. Geo fencing creates an electronic fence that surrounds your vehicle and alerts you if the automobile moves outside of a specified area. In the past, the fencing area range about 1 mile or more from its secured location-- not much help if the auto was stolen, driven around the corner and compromised. Now, 3D Geo Fencing, enhanced with a highly advanced motion detection technology, provides added security through EarthSearch. It will be offered for both commercial and personal use by ESC, whose product line (scheduled to launch fall 2004), includes AutoSearch, Fleet Management Solutions, EarthNav, AssetSearch, and PeopleSearch.

"3D Geo Fencing is a great enhancement to our product line and breakthrough technology for our industry. It's Geo Fence on steroids, and we are very excited that EarthSearch will be the first company globally to offer it," exclaimed ESC Chairman/CEO Kayode Aladesuyi. The dynamic growth of this industry fuels our passion to become the global leader in GPS Tracking technology," he said.

ESC is a privately held company based in Atlanta, GA, with fleet management and PR divisions in the US, Curitiba and Sao Paulo, Brazil; a market development office for its UK operation, and EarthSearch Technologies, a research & development office in New York City, which is currently developing proprietary software products that facilitate location-based billing solutions.
