Webseite: http://www.globalgreensolutionsinc.com/s/Home.asp
Marktkapitalisation bei 52 Mio Aktien derzeit ca 49 Mio US Dollar.

SmallCap Sentinel: Algae as An Alternative Fuel
IRVINE, Calif., Oct 4, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) --
"The pain of gas prices has sparked a widespread desire and interest in alternative fuels," noted SmallCap Sentinel analyst D.R. Clark. "And some of these innovations are both head-turning in their application...and their origins. The advent of algae as the basis for a highly effective alternative bio-diesel fuel feedstock is beyond intriguing. Perhaps that's why Global Green Solutions' (OTCBB:GGRN) joint efforts to grow algae, which will be used as biofuel feedstock and ingredients in food, pharmaceutical and health and beauty products in sun-drenched El Paso, caught the media's eye."
The informational report "Better Mousetrap Files" has been made available to the investing public at www.SmallCapSentinel.com The report will discuss other environmental-solutions related companies including Evergreen Solar Inc. (Nasdaq:ESLR), SunPower Corp. (Nasdaq:SPWR), Suncor Energy Inc. (NYSE:SU) and Global Green Solutions.
"And if you're among the large body of investors who have not recognized the advances of this technology, the recent coverage by two leading entities in the area where green algae solutions are being researched will serve to provide investors with a deeper understanding," stated Clark. "This should simultaneously be of interest to investors of Global Green who are watching the company's innovations garner enthusiastic coverage."

Global Green Solutions and Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' and Owners' Association Form Joint Venture to Generate Renewable Energy
OCALA, FLORIDA, Nov 6, 2007 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
Global Green Solutions Inc. (OTCBB:GGRN) (Cusip 37947A105) and the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' and Owners' Association (FTBOA) have formed Florida Greensteam Equine Energy LLC (Equine Energy), a joint venture, to implement GGRN's Global Greensteam in Ocala, Florida. Global Greensteam will convert horse muck biomass - the combination of horse manure and straw or wood chips - into renewable energy in the form of electrical power which will be sold to the local grid.
"The FTBOA is very motivated to implement a sustainable, economical solution for the muck generated by the equine industry in central Florida," said Craig Harting, GGRN's chief operating officer. "Global Greensteam's high-efficiency cyclonic burner and heat recovery steam generator are specifically designed to handle horse muck as fuel. Our ecotechnology-based Global Greensteam process will generate renewable energy while complying with the most stringent air quality regulations."
"Florida is home to over six hundred thoroughbred farms and training centers," said Richard Hancock, executive vice president of the FTBOA. "The thoroughbreds and other breeds throughout the Ocala region total a population of approximately 50,000 horses which produce over 400,000 tons of animal waste annually. While the majority of it - 60-70% - can be land applied or composted, we need to implement an earth-friendly method to effectively dispose of the remaining 30-40%. Global Greensteam provides an opportunity to dispose of horse muck in an environmentally sensitive way while simultaneously providing renewable power generation and promoting economic development."
GGRN and FTBOA are presently negotiating the terms of the definitive agreement which will govern the formation and operations of Equine Energy. The current agreement reflects the intent of the parties; however it is not binding and may not result in a definitive agreement.
Global Green Solutions Inc., www.globalgreensolutionsinc.com develops and implements ecotechnology solutions for renewable energy and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Global Green Solutions Inc. is a U.S. public traded company (OTCBB:GGRN) with offices in Vancouver, San Diego, El Paso, New York, London, Brussels and Johannesburg.

Global Green Solutions and Sappi Limited Sign Agreement for Biomass Energy Generation Project in Southern Africa
JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA, Mar 11, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Global Green Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: GGRN) (Cusip 37947A105), an international ecotechnology company, and Sappi Limited, a leading producer of pulp and paper worldwide, have signed a letter of agreement to install GGRN's Greensteam system at Sappi's Usutu pulp mill in Swaziland, Southern Africa, subject to completion of a successful feasibility study. The Greensteam system will generate process steam through the combustion of waste biomass from forest felling, cuttings and tree bark. The project seeks to optimize the use of available biomass and could include replacing an older less efficient boiler with the high efficiency, low air emissions Greensteam process.
"Greensteam is a perfect fit for Sappi and Southern Africa," said Doug Frater, president and CEO of Global Green Solutions. "It substitutes renewable energy for fossil fuel, mitigates energy shortages and is economic, sustainable and environmentally friendly."
"This is a strategic step towards Sappi's goal to implement a sustainable renewable energy program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase energy efficiency. The project will also lessen Sappi's dependence on fossil fuel-based power from the grid and provide local employment opportunities," said Bertus van der Merwe, technical director for Sappi Southern Africa.
A definitive contract is targeted for July 2008 and plans call for the Greensteam facility to be operational by September 2009. Global Green Solutions Inc., in conjunction with Global Green Solutions PTY LTD and South Africa strategic partners, will build, own and operate the Greensteam facility.

Global Green Solutions to Provide Renewable Steam to Aera Energy
=======================================================================
San Diego, CA - April 3, 2008 - (GGRNOTCBB Cusip 37947A105) Global
Greensteam renewable energy systems will be producing steam from waste
biomass in a California oilfield under a contract signed between Global
Greensteam LLC, a subsidiary of Global Green Solutions Inc.
(GGRNOTCBB), and Aera Energy LLC, one of California's largest oil and
gas producers. The steam will be purchased by Aera for enhanced oil
recovery operations, replacing steam currently being generated by
natural gas fired units.
Recent California legislation banned the open burning of agricultural
waste biomass with the intent of reducing air pollution. Global
Greensteam's biomass combustion system is significantly more efficient
than open burning and the project supports California's Global Warming
Solutions Act of 2006, a greenhouse gas emissions reduction program.
"This is an exciting opportunity for us to demonstrate the capability
of our Greensteam systems, which are uniquely suited to utilize the
significant amount of waste biomass in this area in an
environmentally-sensitive manner while generating sustainable and
cost-effective energy for Aera," said Doug Frater, president and CEO of
GGRN.
The initial system will be constructed at an Aera oilfield near
Bakersfield, California. It is scheduled to begin operation in late
2008. An additional nine units are planned for installation over a
three-year period.
Global Green Solutions Inc., www.globalgreensolutionsinc.com develops
and implements ecotechnology solutions for renewable energy and
reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Global Green Solutions Inc. is a
U.S. public traded company (OTCBB:GGRN) with offices in Vancouver, San

EL PASO, TEXAS--(Marketwire - December 12, 2007) - Global Green Solutions Inc. (OTCBB GGRN) (Cusip 37947A105) -

Greetings,
Following up on your email inquiry, regarding Valcent Products and Global
Green Solutions, I offer the attached media links, news releases, and
articles of interest.
The media links observed in the Vertical Farming attachment (above), clearly
indicates that Valcent is benefiting from ever wider and more high profile
media coverage.
We think there is an excellent opportunity to profit from owning Valcent
shares, if you take advantage of international trends in renewable food and
energy sustainability.
The marketplace is responding right now to Valcent's commercial plan to roll
out of its High Density Vertical Growing (HDVG) Farming System (
<http://www.valcent.net/> www.valcent.net)
This coupled with managements intent to consolidate Vertigro Algae
Technologies (VAT) into Valcent, indicates Valcent has potentially a far
greater commercial appeal.
With media and financial sponsorship supporting Valcent, and with the
developing world's economies focusing on food + energy, industry pundits are
endorsing Valcent.
The opportunity to profit is based on Valcent's technological advancements,
world appeal for HDVG /Farming, and the revenue growth that Valcent is now
experiencing.
The international licensing /revenue opportunities opening up to Valcent,
for both HDVG and VAT (growing algae for biodiesel refiners) are of
staggering proportions.
With arable land use, water for irrigation, food supplies and nutritional
values all shrinking, and with transportation costs, fertilizer, herbicide,
pesticide uses escalating,
Valcent's HDVG /Farming System is the healthiest /safest /most efficient
commercially available system for establishing localized /renewable
/sustainable urban farming.
Valcent projects license revenue at $14MM for 2008, but growing
significantly in 2009 with HDVG systems soon rolling out across North
America /Europe /Australia.
However, we anticipate waiting 12 months for definitive algae yields, and
CAPEX and OPEX costing, in order to gain timing perspective for commercially
rolling out VAT.
Global Green will benefit by receiving $5MM + 5 MM shares of Valcent,
enabling it to commercialize Greensteam, under contract to Exxon Mobile
/Shell Oil and SAPPI.
As promised, I have attached the Greensteam Repositioning Statement for your
review. There is specific financial information available under NDA, if you
are interested.
Valcent receives 1MM hits /month to its website, indicating to us that it is
attractive to investors (VCTPF /OTCBB) between $0.35 - $0.45 /share (recent
trading range).
Global Green Solutions (GGRN /OTCBB) has been trading in the $0.10 - $0.15
/share range, while it awaits Greensteam pilot plant financing for
Bakersfield, California.
We know of very few pure "Farming Innovation" or "Green Energy" plays with
major company commercial contracts /revenue coming on stream, to compare
with.
I am anticipating that you will find real interest in these lower-priced,
high-growth potential, commercializing alternative energy companies.
Please call me toll free with any questions.
Best regards,
Halsey

Valcent Purchases Remaining 50% Of Vertigro Algae Technologies LLC
El Paso, TX. -- October 1, 2008 -Valcent Products Inc. ("Valcent") has reached agreement with Global Green Solutions Inc. ("Global Green") to purchase the remaining 50% interest in Vertigro Algae Technologies LLC, ("VAT") for US$5 million and 5 million common shares of Valcent. The transaction is to be completed within 60 days subject to finance. Prior to closing, Valcent intends to sell two additional country licenses for its High Density Vertical Growing systems, which will be the source of funds for the VAT purchase. In addition, the Company is working closely with a senior investment banking group. On closing, Valcent will own a 100% interest in VAT which is developing proprietary technologies to produce algae biomass fuels and other algae products. In addition, Valcent will sell VAT's algae technologies to Global Green on commercial terms.
VAT owns the exclusive worldwide rights (excluding Nevada) to the sales, marketing, and commercialization of the proprietary algae production technologies. VAT is building a 100 panel algae bio-reactor and intends to be in production testing during the first quarter of 2009.
Glen Kertz, Valcent's CEO notes, "this strategic purchase clears the way for senior sponsorship of Vertigro Algae Technologies LLC as it prepares to complete the 100 panel reactor which will then allow design of a commercial scale production unit." He further commented, "Global Green was a significant partner during the start up phase of Vertigro over the last 2 years and Valcent fully intends to continue to work with them by providing algae technologies for deployment in their biomass power generation business on normal commercial business terms".
