In den USA hat das US-Patentamt der lokalen Suchmaschine Local.com ein Patent zugesprochen, in dem die lokale Suche nach Webseiten beschrieben wird. Local.com hat sich patentieren lassen, dass Webseiten anhand von Standortinformationen durchsucht werden und will dafür nun Lizenzzahlungen kassieren.
Zwar steht das Patent auf wackeligen Beinen, weil anno 2005, als das Patent eingereicht wurde, bereits Wettbewerber mit dieser Technik gearbeitet hatten, dennoch besitzt Local.com nunmehr eine exzellente Waffe in der Hand, seinen Wert nach oben zu treiben bzw.

(Nasdaq: EFUT - News), a leading front supply chain management software and service company in China, today announced that Beijing Tourism Group ("BTG" or the "Group"), one of China's largest tourism groups, has licensed e-Future ONE VPM (Visual Process Management) Solution to centralize purchasing and optimize business processes of its selected business segments.

Local.com steigt ohne News in den letzten beiden Tagen stark an..heute schon wieder TH 7,66$ mal sehen welche nachrichten hier noch dieses Jahr veröffentlicht werden.

Eins ist sicher Anfang/Mitte nächste Woche wird der Kurs stark steigen da am 5November die ersten Zahlen nach der Patent Zusage kommen..da will keiner was verpassen !!!
