Inca Pacific arranges $1-million bridge loan

INCA PACIFIC ENTERS INTO CREDIT AGREEMENT

Inca Pacific Resources Inc. has entered into an unsecured bridge financing facility for up to $1-million from a director.

The facility will be available to Inca Pacific for a period of 18 months from the date of the credit agreement and may be drawn down as needed with interest payable monthly at a rate of 12 per cent per year on amounts advanced. Inca Pacific will pay a standby fee of $20,000 by the issuance of 12,121 common shares upon the initial advance of funds.

In addition, a drawdown fee of 3 per cent of the amounts advanced shall be also payable. Funds drawn down on the facility will be payable on the earlier of 18 months from the date of the credit agreement, the date of any change of control, the date the company completes an equity financing or the occurrence and continuation of default.

The company may repay any funds drawn down under the facility in whole at any time before maturity, without notice or penalty.

Inca Pacific (WKN A0DLFF) – Übernahme in den nächsten 6 Monaten wahrscheinlich

Sehr entspannt fand ich Bill Galine am Stand von Inca Pacific vor, das Projekt Magistral (Kupfer / Moly) ist ja bereits erschlossen und eine vollständige Feasibiltiy Studie liegt vor. Im Februar hat man auch noch einen neuen COO eingestellt um das Projekt voranzutreiben, sodass Anfang 2009 mit dem Bau der Anlage begonnen werden kann. Die Abbaugenehmigung soll im Herbst 2008 erfolgen.

Ob Inca Pacific (WKN A0DLFF) trotz sehr guter wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen das Projekt jemals selber in Produktion bringen wird, ist sehr fraglich. Denn das Unternehmen wird intensiv von anderen Gesellschaften umworben. Alleine auf der PDAC wurde mit einer Vielzahl von potentiellen Käufern verhandelt.

Es ist daher auch kein Wunder, dass der Präsident und Direktor Antony Floyd massiv in den letzten Monaten eigene Aktien gekauft hat. Alleine in den letzten 6 Wochen waren es über 135.000 Stück.

Eine aktuelle Studie von Haywood Securities geht von einem Kursziel von 4 CA$ aus (aktuell 1,5 CA$), ich glaube auch, dass das ein realistischer Übernahmepreis ist.

Die Firma an sich ist schon deutlich unterbewertet, aber spätestens wenn die Genehmigung zur Errichtung eines Bergbaues erteilt wurde, wird ein Übernahmekampf um das Projekt beginnen.

Ich bin sehr zuversichtlich, dass wir Ende des Jahres dieses Unternehmen nicht mehr auf dem Kurszettel sehen werden.

ist ja interesant....hier war nie viel los,ich weiß nur das sprott große anteile von inka halten soll.was meinst du eigentlich damit das dieses unternehmen am ende diesen jahres nicht mehr auf dem kurszettel sein wird ??

Vancouver, British Columbia, April 2, 2008 - Inca Pacific Resources
Inc. (TSX-V:IPR) ("Inca Pacific") is pleased to report that on March
28, 2008, its Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (the "ESIA")
for the Magistral Copper-Molybdenum Project located in Ancash, Peru was
submitted to the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines (the "MEM").

Simultaneously, the ESIA was presented to local communities in the
vicinity of the Magistral Project. Several periods of review, public
consultation, commentary and response will follow. Copies of the ESIA
were given to local governments and local civic committees. A copy is
also available for public review at Inca Pacific's office in Conchucos,
the town closest to the Magistral Project. Inca Pacific recently met
with members of several government agencies who agreed to support its
request for an expedited approval of the EISA which Inca Pacific
estimates will take approximately nine months.

Inca Pacific is developing the Magistral copper-molybdenum project
located 450 kms north-north west of Lima in the Department of Ancash,
Peru. A final feasibility study was completed in 2007, and is
available for review at www.incapacific.com.

wie stehen die chancen wirklich für eine übernahme, bzw. was passiert wenn die nicht kommt?

kursziel auf sich von 12 Monaten wäre interessant.
