Bzgl. POSO gibt es was ganz Heisses, was bislang noch sehr wenige wissen.
"By contract Intel has control of the news release. It will arrive.
Pursuant to other news events, our goal is to have the outcome of the news be in place and operating, rather than creating hype absent of substance. In the case of Intel, they have been very slow.

Hallo Intracorny,
ganz meine Meinung " STRONG Buy".

Was kannst Du über ---TURBODYNE--- sagen ??????
( hier findet man in alller
Regel mehr , auch mit etwas größerem Alter).
Meine Meinung zu Turbodyne. Verkloppen so schnell du kannst und - na rate mal - ja richtig - in POSO investieren.
Gibt es hier vielleicht irgendwelche Zweifler?? Intracorny was meinst Du? Oder bist Du schon draußen?
Good trades für alle POSOS. Es geht wieder ab.
Gruß dak

CIW Certification Fast-Track Announced for Microsoft, Novell Certified Professionals
TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2000 9:18 AM
- BusinessWire
AUSTIN, Texas, Jul 18, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
i-Accelerate Program Provides Internet Skills Training and
Certification for MCSEs, CNEs, Others
ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO) today announced the new i-Accelerate program, a fast-track Certified Internet
Webmaster (CIW) program specially designed for Microsoft and Novell professionals to achieve the Master CIW
Administrator certification.
By recognizing that these professionals have already demonstrated specific IT knowledge and expertise, i-Accelerate
allows them to obtain Master CIW Administrator status in less time than the standard program.
According to Julie Rowe, vice president of products and programs for ProsoftTraining.com, the CIW certification
program gives students industry-validated Internet and e-business skills, focusing on in-depth studies in areas such
as HTML, Internet security, and project management, that are critical and necessary in all industries today. Details
are available at www.CIWcertified.com.
With the new i-Accelerate program, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSEs), Certified Novell Engineers
(CNEs), and others have the opportunity to bypass two of the normally required four Master CIW Administrator
exams. As a result, this industry-recognized certification is now obtained faster and at less cost to these
professionals.
The CIW program is specifically designed for professionals in all industries wanting to be recognized as Internet
experts and an integral part of the e-business revolution. "The CIW certification is one of the fastest growing IT
certification programs in the market," said Martin Bean, president of Thomson Prometric. "Recognizing the skill set of
Microsoft and Novell professionals and enabling them with important skills on topics such as e-commerce and
security provides true value to the marketplace."
"What sets the CIW certification apart from other designations is an advanced level of Internet and e-business skills,
including server administrator, Internetworking and online security -- skills not available through any other
designation," commented Rowe. "By combining a networking and technical skill set with advanced Internet
technologies expertise, IT professionals are given a strong platform to perform a wide range of responsibilities in the
industry, and to distinguish themselves significantly from their peers."
By accessing the CIW Training Locator tool at www.CIWcertified.com, IT professionals can easily find the nearest
training or testing center to complete the program. Those eligible for the i-Accelerate program include individuals
certified in the following technologies: NT 4, Windows 2000, and MCSEs; Netware 4, Netware 5, and CNEs; and
other specified Microsoft and Novell professionals.
In addition, to receive credit for entering the program, participants must complete the application on the
www.CIWcertified.com site and mail it in with an official Microsoft or Novell transcript. Passing the CIW exams and
submitting a certification agreement entitles professionals to the Master CIW Administrator designation.
The i-Accelerate exams will cost $300 USD: $125 for the Foundations exam and $175 for the Master CIW
Administrator for Microsoft and Novell professionals exam. Training for the certification will be provided by the network
of more than 800 CIW Authorized Training Providers (CIW ATPs) worldwide. Certification information and exam
details can be accessed on the official CIW program Web site, www.CIWcertified.com.

Es gibt wieder einiges zu vermelden:
1. Die nächsten Zahlen kommen erst wieder am 27.9.00. Is also noch ne ganze Weile bis dahin.

Was lernen wir daraus?

Bei POSO gibt´s mal wieder was Neues.
Mein KZ in 2-3 Jahren beträgt min 100$.

ProsoftTraining.com Revenue Grows 125% in FY 2000
Austin, Texas – September 27, 2000 - ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq: POSO), the global leader for Internet
certification, training and courseware, today reported financial results for its fiscal year ended July 31, 2000.
Revenues for fiscal year 2000 were a record $19,571,807, a 125% increase over revenues of $8,716,016 in the
previous year. The company reported its first profitable fiscal year with net income of $1,630,824, compared to
a loss of $11,606,935 in the previous year. Earnings per share for the fiscal year were $.09 compared to a loss
of $.90 the previous year.
Revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2000 were a record $6,643,401, a 120% increase over revenues of
$3,024,715 in the previous year’s fourth quarter. Fourth-quarter revenues grew 29% sequentially when
compared to the prior quarter. This also represents the company’s sixth consecutive quarter of sequential
revenue growth. Net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2000 was $1,036,265, compared to a loss of
$475,081 in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 1999. Earnings per share were $.05 for the fourth quarter of fiscal
year 2000, compared to a loss of $.03 the previous year.
Courseware revenue for fiscal year 2000 grew 322% to $6,608,429, compared to $1,564,840 the previous year.
Certification revenue grew 438% to $2,537,647 compared to $471,473 the previous year. Since 1998 when the
company first entered the courseware and certification business, these revenue streams combined have grown
at a compound annual rate of 223% and courseware and certification revenue now account for 47% of total
revenue.
Other financial highlights include:
·Cash flow from operations increased by $6,527,216 from the previous fiscal year
·Cash flow from operations for the fourth fiscal quarter was $2,149,302
·Cash balance increased $11.9 million to $13,043,625
·Days sales outstanding (DSO’s) declined below 55 days
·Gross margin as a percent of revenue increased 42 percentage points over the previous year
·Book value increased $49.9 million or $2.19 per share
“The fiscal year results show tremendous improvement over the previous year,” said Jerry Baird, Chairman and
CEO of ProsoftTraining.com. “Some of our revenue, expenses and receivables came from the ComputerPREP
acquisition which we closed shortly before fiscal year end. Not only did we increase revenue this year, but we
are making a profit and have a very strong balance sheet. This combination has opened up for us many
opportunities from companies interested in alliances, partnerships and acquisitions.”
Recent highlights for the company include:
· Achievement of the 10,000-certificate milestone for CIW
· 47% sequential growth in testing for the fourth fiscal quarter
Acquisition of ComputerPREP, a leading technology publishing company
· Announcement of relationships with NETg and IBT Technologies for online CIW training
· Completion of a private placement of common stock in connection with the acquisition
· Hiring of Robert Gwin as Chief Financial Officer
· Introduction of the CIW i-Accelerate program for Microsoft and Novell Certified Professionals
· Addition of the CIW Associate certification and credential
· Certification of more than 700 channel sales personnel as CIW Sales Specialists
· Movement of ProsoftTraining.com to the NASDAQ National Market
· Inclusion of ProsoftTraining.com in the Russell 2000 Index
Baird continued, “We continue to focus attention on courseware and certification where our business has the
most profit, scalability, and brand awareness. We told investors we would make investments in sales and
marketing and we will continue to do so to further penetrate our training channel. It appears we have an
opportunity in the coming months to get focus and attention from many learning companies as they may not
see demand for Windows 2000 training develop until second calendar quarter 2001. As a result, we expect
another quarter of sequential revenue growth despite the seasonal slowdown that our global training channel

As a result, we expect
another quarter of sequential revenue growth despite the seasonal slowdown that our global training channel
traditionally faces in the final portion of the calendar year.”
The company encourages all interested investors to join a conference call on which company management will
discuss fiscal year 2000 results and provide more detailed guidance for future expectations. The call is
scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2000 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. The phone number for the
call is 801-303-7411 pass code 300. Re-broadcast will be available for two weeks at 913-383-5731 PIN 3039.

Heißt so 125%.

@Intracorny,
MFG Alfac

Sieht wirklich nicht gut aus. Schlechte Nachrichten konnte ich ebenfalls nicht finden. Aber die langfristigen Perspektiven
bleiben gut. Habe soeben finden können.

Stock of the Day: ProsoftTraining.com: Easy as
E-Learning
Research Analyst: Hal Levey (10/17/00)
Certification, especially in the fast-paced world of the Internet, is absolutely essential for information
technology professionals trying to keep up with changes in the industry.
And our latest Street Beater, e-learning company ProsoftTraining.com Inc. (NASDAQ: POSO - news), has
established a presence in the burgeoning marketplace for Internet training and certification.
In late September, the company reported fourth quarter earnings of $0.05 a share, topping analysts`
expectations that the company would earn $0.03 a share. In the year-ago fourth quarter, ProsoftTraining.com
posted a loss of $0.03 a share. The latest quarter was the second consecutive period in which the company
beat analysts` expectations.
Revenue growth was also strong. Revenues in the latest quarter jumped 120% over last year`s tally, to $19.6
million. Fourth quarter revenues were 29% higher than third quarter revenues, representing the sixth
consecutive quarter of top-line growth.
Prosoft`s courses cover basic Internet skills, Web site design, Internet server administration, security and
e-commerce. The company`s teaching staff conducts classes for the company`s clients and also offers
consulting services.
In June, the company acquired publisher ComputerPrep Inc. from privately held Drake International Technology
Group for $30 million. ComputerPrep`s 1,000-title library complements Prosoft`s training for Internet, Linux, and
Microsoft programs. Also, the company provides Internet skills courses conducted through its Certified Internet
Webmaster (CIW) program.
At the time of the acquisition, ComputerPrep had 3,500 active customers. Its two business lines, technology
training publishing and online training software, generated $14.5 million in revenue in 1999. Prosoft intends to
discontinue the software business and focus on ComputerPrep`s technology training business. Prosoft expects
to record $11 million in incremental revenue in fiscal 2001 as a result of the acquisition.
The industry outlook supports Prosoft`s efforts to grow. Research firm International Data Corp. estimates that
information technology training will increase revenues from $9.4 billion in 1999 to $16.8 billion by 2004. The
business skills training industry is shifting away from an instructor-led model, according to IDC.
In 1998, instructor-led training accounted for 77% of the information technology market, according to IDC. That
number will decline to 35% of the market by 2004, meaning that courseware -- or online and printed textbooks --
will become increasingly important.
Earlier this month the company announced that it has issued more than 10,000 CIW certificates. SunTrust
Equitable Securities analyst William R. Becklean, one of the two Wall Street analysts covering the stock, notes
that the CIW program is similar to Microsoft`s own program, under which more than one million certifications
had been issued.
In a research note in late September, Becklean said the potential exists for Prosoft`s CIW certifications to be
``at least as numerous as Microsoft, and arguably greater, since we believe that, over time, there will be many
more people with general Internet skills than with specific Internet skills.`` The revenue potential is impressive:
students pay $250 each to achieve minimum CIW certification, a population that translates into $250 million in
revenues for Prosoft, according to Becklean`s estimates.
In July, the company unveiled its i-Accelerate program, a fast-track CIW program specially designed for
Microsoft and Novell professionals to achieve the Master CIW Administrator certification. The i-Accelerate
allows these individuals to obtain Master CIW Administrator status in less time than the standard program.
In August, the company`s common stock moved to the NASDAQ National Market, after being traded on the
SmallCap Market since 1996. This gives the stock greater visibility.
At a recent quote of $10, Prosoft shares are trading well off their 52-week high of $29.88, but above the
52-week low of $2.63. At present levels, the stock has dropped sharply from the mid-teens level seen just after
the company announced fourth-quarter results in late September. It`s a fair bet that investors took the stock
down a peg, along with all things Internet-related.
ProSoft`s prospects look good, especially compared with its peers in the education sector. Shares of Corinthian
Colleges Inc. (NASDAQ: COCO - news), a street-beating education company we recently spotlighted as a Stock
of the Day pick, have jumped 30% since we wrote about it.
Prosoft trades at 40 times the consensus estimate of $0.25 a share for fiscal year 2001 (ending July 2001). That
price-to-earnings multiple is a bit higher than other education companies such as Strayer Education (NASDAQ:
STRA - news) and Corinthian Colleges. Several other players in this arena have no P/Es at all, as they are not
expected to post a profit.
Investors turned off by the P/E multiple or the presence in tech may be overlooking the company`s growth
potential. The Information Technology Association of America estimates that there is a need for 1.6 million new
IT workers; more than half of those jobs will go unfilled due to a dearth of qualified workers.
Prosoft has strengthened its balance sheet, positioning the company for expansion, as cash and equivalents
grew to $13 million in the latest fourth quarter from $1.1 million a year ago. Fiscal year 2000 marked the
company`s first year as a profitable company, something not many Internet-focused entities can brag about.
Bottom Line:
Prosoft has been beating analysts` expectations, but has low visibility and a pretty low share price. The
company just marked its first profitable year, and is poised to grow along with the need for Internet training
among professionals.

Ach noch was?

Press Release
ProsoftTraining.com Reports First Quarter Fiscal 2001
Results
Revenue Increase of 150% Drives Record Net Income
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 2000--ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO - news), the global leader
for Internet certification, training and courseware, today reported financial results for the first quarter ended
October 31, 2000.
Revenues for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001 were a record $9.46 million, a 150% increase over revenues of
$3.78 million in the previous year`s first quarter. First-quarter revenues grew 42% sequentially when compared
to the prior quarter, representing the company`s seventh consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth. Net
income for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001 was $1.14 million, compared to $60,466 for the first quarter of
fiscal year 2000. Net income per share on a fully diluted basis was $.05 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001,
compared to zero cents for the previous year`s first quarter.
Income before income taxes, amortization and depreciation for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001 was $1.71
million or $0.07 per share, compared to $0.25 million or $.02 per share in the first quarter of fiscal year 2000, an
increase of 574%.
Courseware revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001 increased to $6.67 million, a 730% increase over
courseware revenue for the same quarter the previous year. This increase was due to broader acceptance of
the company`s proprietary CIW Internet skills certification program, an increase in CIW-certified instructors
teaching CIW courses with our courseware, and revenue related to the ComputerPREP acquisition. Certification
revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001 was $.70 million, an increase of 120% when compared to $.32
million for the same quarter of the previous year. Service revenues for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001
declined 21%, to $2.10 million when compared to $2.66 million for the first quarter of the previous fiscal year.
This decrease is a result of the company`s success in training CIW-certified instructors of the CIW channel and
some softness in our non-CIW services business.
Gross profit, defined as total revenues less costs of revenue, for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001 was $5.63
million compared to $1.85 million for the previous year`s first quarter, an increase of 205%. Gross profit as a
percentage of revenue increased to a record 59% for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001, compared to 49% for
the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. The improvement in gross profit margin reflects the increase in
courseware revenue as a percentage of total revenue. Sales and marketing expenses for the first quarter of
fiscal year 2001 increased as planned as a percentage of revenue to 18%, compared to 9% for the previous
year`s first quarter. General and administrative expenses for the first quarter of fiscal year 2001 were 20% of
revenue, down slightly as a percentage of revenue from the previous year`s first quarter, despite increases due
to the ComputerPREP acquisition and additions to the senior management team.
``We were delighted by the exceptional growth in our courseware business during the period,`` observed Jerry
Baird, Chairman and CEO of ProsoftTraining.com. ``It reflects that the early adopters of CIW are moving to the
next stage of development in which they begin using the instructors they have developed to teach CIW classes
with our courseware.``
Baird continued, ``A year ago our certification revenue was almost entirely due to CIW Authorized Training
Provider signup fees. This past quarter, the majority of certification revenue came from certification testing
which continues to grow sequentially. Since our customers are utilizing more of their own instructors, we are
shifting some of our instruction resources to value-added service products such as CIW 2GO.``
In October the company released its CIW 2GO e-learning service to its CIW channel. This unique product allows
students to participate in a virtual classroom environment to prepare for CIW job roles and certification testing.
It gives training centers the opportunity to complete a sale with a prospective customer who cannot take the
time away from work required for classroom training. It also gives each center an e-learning offering so they
can take advantage of this fast-growing segment of the training and education market.
CIW recognition in the academic arena was further enhanced in October with the announcement from the
University of Phoenix, a subsidiary of the Apollo Group and the largest private institution of higher education,
that it will begin offering CIW courses at select campuses in January 2001. The University of Phoenix will carry
the CIW curriculum as a subset of its larger IT degree programs, enabling students to graduate with at least two
industry-accepted credentials.
Also in October, Course Technology, a division of Thomson Learning, announced its intention to publish
textbooks and materials that prepare people for CIW certification. Course Technology will publish CIW Approved
Curriculum in response to demand from its academic and university customers.
The company encourages all interested investors to join a conference call on which company management will
discuss fiscal year 2001 first-quarter results and provide more detailed guidance for future expectations. The
call is scheduled at 5:00 p.m. EST/4:00 p.m. CST on November 29, 2000. The phone number for the call is
801/303-7411; pass code 300. This is a ``listen-only`` phone number. Re-broadcast will be available for two
weeks at 913/383-5731; PIN 3056. For more information, and to view the accompanying Webcast presentation,
