"I am of firm belief that 2008 will be an exciting year for Revenge Designs. We have been working diligently to provide for the continued growth and stability of the company. We are presently focusing efforts to finalize and complete discussions on several exciting projects and I look forward to updating shareholders as the various projects are reduced from verbal understandings into formalized written agreements. I appreciate the support of Revenge shareholders and I extend my best wishes to everyone during this Holiday Season," said Revenge Designs, Inc., CEO Peter Collorafi.

Revenge Designs, Inc. Completes Renovations and Resumes Production

DECATUR, IN, Jan 22, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Revenge Designs, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that it has completed all major renovation work at its new 10,000 square foot production facility in Decatur, Indiana.
During the move and subsequent renovation the Company put a temporary hold on production. The completion of all major renovation will now allow the Company to resume operations and begin accepting new vehicles. Currently the Company has several Pontiac GTOs nearing completion for various clients. These vehicles have brought approximately $180,000 in revenue to the Company. The new facility has enabled the Company to increase production efficiency and reduced overhead costs significantly. The reduction in overall cubic feet and streamlined production lines will allow the Company to save significant amounts on utility costs over the previous location.

Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, stated, "We are very proud of our new building. Everyone has put tremendous work and effort into getting everything accomplished as quickly as possible. There are a few minor cosmetic items left to complete but we can now resume full operations. The best thing about all of this is that we own the building so no money is being thrown away in leasing agreements."

Due to the recent construction activity and resulting dust the Company was unable to perform many of its production and vehicle enhancing operations. With major construction complete the Company can now perform services for its ongoing clients.

Revenge Designs, Inc. Processing Preliminary 4-Year, $80M Production Contract

DECATUR, IN, Jan 29, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Revenge Designs, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that the recent business trip was an extreme success and a preliminary 4-year contract valued at $80M is currently being processed. At the request of the signing party, details on the preliminary contract will be withheld from the public for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. This is to allow marketing materials to be completed and to prepare for an official unveiling ceremony for the general public. The Company will provide updates on this very exciting contract as they develop.
The contract being processed today will generate approximately $5M in quarterly revenues with forecasted margins of at least 15%. Taking into full account the conversion of any outstanding promissory notes and preferred shares on a fully diluted basis, our quarterly Pro Forma numbers support an estimated .001 earnings per share per quarter, or .004 per share on an annual basis.

Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, stated, "This is just the first of three pending contracts we have previously stated that we will seek to deliver to our shareholders in 2008. While our merger was a difficult transition for Revenge Designs, these contracts should dispel any doubt as to the direction the Company is headed. I understand that news was released by one of our current shareholders that caused some panic among investors. The 240M shares will be issued under rule 144 and would be restricted for at least 6 months. I regret the loss anyone may have suffered by the news issued by Signature Leisure."

      From Bellwether.com

      [Revenge Designs Inc. (PINKSHEET:RVGD)]

Yesterday we had a conversation with Brian Sozzi of Wall Street Strategies, to ask his professional opinion on Revenge Designs Inc. (PINKSHEET:RVGD).

This conversation was conducted on March 26th 2008.

Q: What’s your current take on Revenge Designs?

A: Revenge Designs a specialty car designer and production assembler announced the completion of its secondary offering to pay for its new 20,000 square foot production space and to install a state-of-the-art paint booth and oven system. The company will use the remaining funds to purchase additional equipment, tooling and to stock its inventory with parts needed to fulfill demand for future Honda Ridgeline orders as well as its large upcoming production contract.

Q: What more can you tell us about the company?

A: The Company enhances cars appearance, performance, and interior and management’s goal is to make America’s Super Car which would compete with the likes of Ferrari and Lamborghini. The Company does have a nice niche worked out and does have some good contracts (namely with the Honda Ridge and Pontiac GTO), but with the current environment discretionary spending is falling which would cut into top line growth.

Q: What’s your appreciation of current management strategy regarding financing of the future facility?

A: Management is paying for its new 20,000 square foot facility with equity, which we applaud as the entire cash flow will be able to be used to grow the Company organically in lieu of paying down its debt.

Q: So analytically speaking, what would you tell investors looking to position themselves in this stock?

A: Moving forward, to stay successful, management needs to expand the handful of custom contracts it currently holds. We like the stock and feel that it has picked out a nice niche in the market place.

Revenge Designs will assemble the GTM with parts supplied by GM or newly manufactured engineered products.

Revenge Designs is currently in negotiations with one of America's largest Dealer Networks. It is our objective to supply over the next four years 200 vehicles per year through participating Dealerships within this organization. Revenge Designs will also sell 50 personalized vehicles through its own location. MSRP for these vehicles will be $88,000 to $125,000 depending on the customers need for speed.

Although I have devoted more than six month on this project, details of the final participating Dealers and Suppliers will remain confidential until permission has been granted by those individuals. We are bound by certain non-disclosures and the company must honor these agreements.

As we have shown over the past few press releases, Revenge Designs, Inc. is the "REAL DEAL." We now occupy our own quality building and will be expanding our facility by constructing an additional adjacent facility. We employ qualified, team player, specialized tradesmen and have begun production and revenue generating operations in 2008.

Can I bring to the shareholders attention what is "UNREAL," the fact that we are not a ten year established company, producing the same product every day, every week, every month? Please understand every new design, every new part, can take weeks, even months to perfect to the standard of original factory fitment. Appearance and fitment are very important to entice future Dealership sales. All of the parts that we design must meet these special requirements by our suppliers.

If just for a moment, day traders, shareholders and previous toxic investors could just take their finger off the sell button and let their investment breath, I am sure growth and stability would occur.

I also believe Mr. Chad Sykes, our investor relations representative, has been a great asset to our company. Most days for me as CEO of Revenge Designs are spent working on future designs, quality of fitment and quality of suppliers in order to achieve our goals. As difficult a job it is, I would not want to exchange positions with Chad.

In the coming weeks our press releases will consist of topics relative to Revenge Designs previously mentioned negotiations, future requirements, growth of the company, production of the GTM, the Honda Ridgelines and new Satellite centers. Genuine, positive investor inquiries are always welcome as we do listen to our shareholders and are working hard to build value.

In the coming months Revenge Designs will provide investors an open house tour of our production, to give investors the chance to meet and greet with those who are working hard to build value and to possibly drive one of our enhanced vehicles. We thank you for your continued support.

      Sincerely,

      Peter Collorafi

      Last update: 12:02 p.m. EDT Sept. 26, 2008
DECATUR, IN, Sep 26, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Revenge Designs Inc (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, provides a corporate update to its shareholders.
Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs, Inc President and CEO, stated:
I'd like to thank all our shareholders for their daily emails and phone calls of support and excitement about the direction of the company.
We are all thrilled to have our venue booked for the release of the Revenge Designs Super Car. Plans for the vehicle and the release event are moving forward fantastically.
While the Revenge GTM Super Car has taken longer than anticipated the wait will be well worth the OEM end product. In order to build the GTM Super Car as a hand-built OEM vehicle redesigning portions of the vehicle and having parts manufactured solely for Revenge has been necessary. Those of you who understand the design process will wonder at how we have achieved so much in such a short time.
Though the cost to have exclusive parts manufactured for Revenge and maintaining Revenge Designs on a day-to-day basis has been costly, the amount of inquiry and the diversity of interested peoples and companies makes it worth the money. Our projected sales to our interested parties will certainly be able to cancel out any costs that were incurred during the design and manufacturing process.
The Revenge GTM Super Car isn't all that's going on at Revenge. Inquiries about the Revenge Designs GTO are still soaring. We've had a number of customer vehicles booked to be delivered and built over the winter period. There's also been a considerable interest in the Revenge GTO Sport Wing and Sport Mirrors.
As for the Honda Ridgeline, the sales are lower than we projected; however, considering the state of all SUV sales, we don't think we are alone in that area. In order to improve sales and provide a fresh look at the Revenge Designs Ridgeline, Revenge will be releasing photos from a full professional shoot. The photos will be used to develop full color brochures to go out to all the Honda Dealers to be passed on to their clients with the delivery of the 2009 models.
As the company has been growing we have had other companies express their interest in being involved with Revenge Designs. This includes, but is not limited to, giving the company exclusive rights to some of the parts and accessories Revenge will be using. As we get closer to finalizing these ventures we will release the pertinent information.
On behalf of Revenge Designs, I'd like to say that myself and the entire Revenge Designs Team is overwhelmed with the public support we're receiving. We are looking forward to many years of success for everyone involved. Thank you.

Feb 27, 2009 10:00 ETRevenge Designs Inc. to Update Shareholders on GTM-R Show Tour and Company Structure
DECATUR, IN--(Marketwire - February 27, 2009) - Revenge Designs Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, would like to take this opportunity to update everyone on the response to the GTM-R Super Car in Detroit and Chicago as well as information on the stock.

Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs Inc. President and CEO, stated:

Ever since we returned from the Detroit Show the ball has been continually rolling here at Revenge. The official numbers came in for attendance at Detroit and hit a staggering 650,000. With such impressive attendance came some similarly impressive opportunities for Revenge. The Ukrainian and Middle Eastern exotic automotive markets are now very anxious to get a little Revenge. We are now looking to export Revenge vehicles to a distributorship in the area as of the middle of 2009.

With all of the American and International media exposure, TV and print coverage at Detroit, we didn't think that things could get better for Revenge. However, the response and coverage at the Chicago Auto Show was just as amazing and has given Revenge the opportunity to further broaden our audience. Attendance is estimated at 1.5 million people in Chicago. We had great responses from exotic vehicle owners. One of our favorite emails from an exotic collector reads, "We now have an affordable super car with low maintenance costs and a host of luxury features."

Revenge is also being approached by exotic dealerships throughout the United States who think it's "great timing to have an exotic super car we can offer as an introduction into the market." And our personal favorite from a business executive client, "Finally a true super car. American-made, affordable servicing, 0-60 in 3.2 seconds and a bonus high mileage to the gallon."

Overall both of the shows have been a huge success for Revenge Designs Inc. Displaying to an overall audience of 2.2 million plus television and print exposure worldwide the new American Super Car at an affordable price for the sports car enthusiast has been very well received. Updates on export and American sales inquiries will be released as they become available. However, the privacy requested by our clients will remain of the utmost importance.

We'd like to express a very special thank you to General Motors Performance Parts division for their assistance in the completion and display of Revenge Designs GTM-R Super Car. And I personally would like to thank everyone for the avalanche of professional resumes we have continually received since displaying in Detroit. Revenge is looking to expand and hire professionals with a background in metal fabrication, electrical and mechanical engineers.

I would like to inform all investors, although my initial inquiry and filing for a reverse split may have been, in some cases, the correct and usual direction for the company I have come to a more beneficial conclusion. After reviewing all angles of how the reverse split would affect the company and especially our shareholders I have filed with NASDAQ and CUSIP a withdrawal of our reverse split application as of February 25, 2009. It is still going to take some time for the automotive industry to regain its strength. Now that Revenge Designs Inc. is stamping its mark on the industry by continually producing quality products and now with expanding our market overseas it is imperative for Revenge Designs Inc. and its shareholders to remain as a team. Rebuilding our share prices is a joint effort that requires remembering that we are all working for the same goal.

I wish to thank, on the behalf of my wife Bonnie and Emily, the shareholders who visited us at the Detroit and Chicago Auto Shows. Also, thank you for the emails of encouragement which have helped to fuel our passion over the past six weeks.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 36.670.018 von DoktorMed am 27.02.09 18:16:51Revenge Designs Inc. Signs Agreement With 110 MPGe Engine Company, HP2G LLC

110 MPGe engines might seem like a science-fiction story but for Revenge Designs and HP2G LLC it’s all reality. Peter is eager to announce that we have signed an agreement with HP2G to install their engines for aftermarket purchasers, and best of all, to make the first production vehicle that comes standard with an HP2G engine will be exclusively from Revenge Designs.

The V-8 HP2g motor uses E85 fuel, is proven 110 mpge (miles per gallon – equivalent), create emissions of less than 200 g/mi, and still generate 400 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. Doug Pelmear, the President/CEO of HP2G LLC, has been noticed by the X-Prize Foundation and awarded the Green Zone Award at SEMA Las Vegas last year. He also had the opportunity to attend the North American International Auto Show and the Washington Auto Show. Peter and Emily actually got to spend a lot of time hanging out and talking shop with Doug at the Detroit show and thoroughly enjoyed the slew of people he brought up to see us!

Revenge and HP2G have developed a Master Installation Agreement for the United States so that the initial Revenge Certified Installation Center and Test Facility can be built and running by early 2010 with Revenge satellite centers around the country. The new installation center will be an extension of the current Northern Indiana headquarters. Revenge will be maintaining our current office for management and R&D purposes. Expanding will be a positive thing for both Revenge and whatever community will be home to the Revenge Certified Installation Center; Peter has been working tax incentives, local assistance, and employment incentives into the package so that the whole community benefits from the success of Revenge and HP2G. No second location has been decided just yet, but we’re all anxious to see where the new building will be!

Along with being excited to announce the agreement that has been reached, Peter and Doug are also anxious to announce the first production vehicle to utilize the HP2g 110 mpge V-8 engine will be the (drum roll, please!) …

The current economic climate and the general public’s concern for energy efficiency makes now the perfect time to introduce a vehicle with such revolutionary fuel-economy that still maintains the amenities in a vehicle that people crave. Things like extra leg and head room, a Ferrari GTB-like wheel base, strong chromoly tubular chassis, left-hand/right-hand drive options and the HP2g motor will all be standard in the new Revenge Verde Super Car.

The production of the GTM-R Super Car will not continue. It is simply not feasible to produce a vehicle that is not entirely designed in-house and requires such a considerable amount of reconstruction and design.

The Revenge Verde Super Car has been in development for several months and we hope to release it during the 2009 LA International Auto Show in December. In LA we hope to have a left and right-hand drive version on display; partly to illustrate the versatility of the vehicle and partly to release the vehicle to the entire World! Then in late 2010 Revenge will be introducing the Super Saloon vehicle into the family. The Super Saloon car is in the early stages of the design process and is shaping up to be a tremendous four-door edition to the Revenge line of vehicles.

By the end of 2009, the installation center building will be in construction and the whole automotive world changed by the Revenge Verde Super Car and the revolutionary HP2g 110 MPGe motor! Peter, Doug and the whole Revenge team cannot wait for this venture to be in full swing!

Peter would like to “commend Mr. Pelmear for his relentless fight to strive for a clean air environment now. His ability to release his proven technology now, in 2009, is making improvements for not only our generation but for our children and generations to come.”
