IRVING, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 12, 2008 -- Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation (Other OTC:PGPM.PK - News) (Frankfurt:PHV.F - News) reports EPS for its Fiscal 2007. Pilgrim's Net Income for the twelve months ended December 31, 2007 was $33,725,949, resulting in (EPS) earnings per share of $0.06 for the entire year. Pilgrim's recent activities related to acquisitions, farm-outs and well reactivation program have contributed to the optimization of the company's EPS and improvement of its overall value. Pilgrim's reactivation plan has successfully put back online 35 wells. By optimizing production and increasing operational efficiency, Pilgrim will continue to generate a consistent rate of return for its shareholders. The company expects to continue this trend by keeping overhead low while expanding capital deployment over more well interests. Pilgrim Petroleum Announces Boost Oil Production and Progress Update in Operations for Q1 2008

DALLAS, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 25, 2008 -- Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation (Other OTC:PGPM.PK - News) (Frankfurt:PHV.F - News) announces its oil production levels increased by an average of approximately 15% over the last two months, after completion of four additional re-activated wells.
The company estimated these additional wells would increase production by approximately 10-12 bpd per well, adding at least 5% more to the portfolio, or 1,500 barrels per month, upon full completion. In addition, the company will apply for drilling authorization from RRC of Texas in Wichita and Archer County, and we will complete well designs and procurement for two well program in 2008; Lock#2, Lock#4. Pilgrim will complete on July 2008, a design for extensive 9 wells on the same area.



* Commenced construction of new road and new drill site location for Archer
county properties.

the basis of seismic attributes.

Hallo das glaube ich leider nicht . Bis wenige Minuten vor schluß standen wir noch im Minus.Was ich beobachten konnte ist das 15 Minuten vor schluß alle ihr Ask zurückgezogen haben bis 0,0025 . Deute ich als absprache der MMs das sie unser Baby endlich laufen lassen .I hope so

Pilgrim Petroleum signs letter of intent for Cowan project with Frontier Energy

Pilgrim Petroleum has signed a letter of intent with Frontier Energy, pursuant to which Frontier will purchase 100% working interest and 40% royalty interest in the Cowan project located in Archer County, Texas from Pilgrim Petroleum.

The transaction will be subject to American Petroleum reservation of 1/8 overriding royalty.

The company will be the operator and the drilling contractor for the exploration of two new wells on the property.

The letter of intent includes provisions whereby the two parties will use their best efforts to move forward to execute and deliver a definitive purchase and sale agreement within few days.

DALLAS, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 31, 2008 -- Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation (Other OTC:PGPM.PK - News) (Frankfurt:PHV.F - News) is pleased to announce its financial results for its six months ended June 30, 2008. Pilgrim's Net Revenues for the year totaled $64,453 compared with $42,255 during second quarter last year, an increase of 53%. On the other hand, operating expenses reported an increase of 100% approximately from $64,164 to $144,043 compared to last year's results. The increase in operating expenses was primarily due to the increase in administrative and operational costs and infrastructure.
