Hi Morchel,

MGHC ist Pick of the week bei stockchampion. Sie notiert aktuell bei 0,17 $ und kommt in den nächsten Wochen aus den Pink Sheets raus in den OTC BB. Ich habe mit MGHC vor ein paar Wochen für 0,042 $ gekauft. In einem anderen Newsletter hieß es "Beobachten". Was kann man schon viel falsch machen für 0,042$. Also habe ich mir 45000 Stück ins Depot gelegt. Hier nun das Profil:

MGHC: Millennium Group Holdings, Inc. is a Chestnut Hill, MA based
holding company whose primary focus is to acquire and develop Internet
and technology related companies. Millennium has filed a Form 10 and
should be fully reporting shortly. The company is currently in
negotiations with several emerging companies in the web design, internet
travel and internet entertainment industries. On 12/21/97 Millennium Group
Holdings was purchased as a shell company and was incorporated May 12,
1998 in the State of Delaware. Over the past 2 years the current staff has
been working to get it clean and fully reporting. Millennium Group
Holdings is debt free.

MGHC recently announced an investment in Totalforceonline.com (TFO), an
all military information portal based out of Boston, MA.
Totalforceonline (TFO) is also an interactive site which allows users to
suggest links, products, stories, photos and information to enhance the
usability of the web site. "It is a permanent work-in-progress site."

MGHC is currently trading on the pink sheets and is rumored to be
re-listed with in the next several weeks. MGHC is rumored to be
releasing several anticipated press releases after it is re-listed,
rumored to be announcing contracts, and acquisitions after it is
re-listed. The stock has been under heavy accumulation recently and has
shown the ability to make strong runs while on the pinks. This stock has
a fairly low float and has the potential to make strong upward movements
once relisting is completed and the rumored deals come to fruition. Any
announcements of acquisitions/reverse mergers will be made after the
filing is complete.

MGHC is currently a highly speculative stock that has the potential for
great rewards. MGHC impressed us with it`s ability to hold most of it`s
market share during the recent market dips, that being a very bullish sign
for a pink sheet . The stock currently does not show a bid and ask price
since it is trading on the pinks, this will change once relisting occurs.
We do not recommend trying to day trade this stock currently due to the
lack of a bid & ask price. We feel MGHC has the potential to bring nice
short term gains and we are giving it a SHORT TERM TARGET PRICE OF $2.00.
Any long term potential this stock may have will depend on any
acquisitions and/or other deals that may be announced following the
relisting.
