Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company has entered into an agreement to supply Shell Oil convenience store locations with several different cleaning solutions for store use and resale to the public.

Hochstedler commented, "Our sales team has brought another great opportunity to EESO. Shell Oil Convenience store chain will be utilizing our products designed for cleaning floors, beverage towers and the concrete pads located outside at the gas pumps. Hi @ all,

ich will den Wert nicht unbedingt schlecht machen, aber Vorsicht bei solchen Penny-Stocks. Das sind meistens Push-Werte, bei denen man mehr Geld verlieren als gewinnen kann. Schaut einfach mal den Chart an, die sind grad mal 1 Monat an der Börse....

Unter Umständen kann man an den ersten Tagen ein paar Euro machen, sobald das Teil aber rote Zahlen schreibt, würde ich sofort verkaufen oder noch besser short gehen

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO S. Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company has signed the "contract for conditional sale of Real Estate" to acquire the test site to continue improving its agricultural odor reduction product. Possession of the property was conveyed upon the contract execution.

Hochstedler commented, "The agriculture industry offers a tremendous opportunity for our shareholders. Right now the USDA does not require odor control here in the United States, but we all are aware of housing developments that have fought to shut down hogging operations due to the offensive odor. Couple the odor reduction, improved health of the animals and ability to turn the waste into useable processed fertilizing mulch and this literally could produce potential revenues of over $500 million per year," Hochstedler further commented.

CEO Jared Hochstedler stated, "ECO has been the distribution arm and owner of all 35 proprietary formulations for all of the EESO products. Now that ECO is fully engaged in several major international distribution agreements, I feel it is time to bring as much value as possible and as quickly as possible to the shareholders of EESO."

Here is Full Email and Response thought I would post whole thing since someone already posted 1/4 of it already.

I understand your theory Justin, especially with respect to EESO the past months, but rest assured that a new strategy combined with well placed strategic alliances has created a conduit for major growth. Because more shares have been released this does not mean that they were released to the open market. There is much underway and I only wish I was at liberty to give all the news now, but it must be released strategically and I can assure you that all will be well justified in the coming 3-4 weeks. I do not choose to represent anyone as a 'messenger' unless I have done due diligence on the message and unless I feel strongly about those I represent. As media relations, my company is young, but I have much experience in working with businesses, small and large as a private wealth manager for a major worldwide institution as well as a strong background in the entertainment and PR industries; I chose to work with EESO because I feel strongly about its principals, their purpose and the direction the company is heading with much work for my company to tend to due to an upcoming surge of PRs and progress to announce to its shareholders.

I can at least respect you for being a stand up person as you always respond to me. I can't say I would've reacted in as calm as manner as you did in your e-mail so I respect that. I can assure you I am not in EESO for "short-term arbitrage", I am actually in EESO because I like the products and what the company may or may not have in the pipe line. What I am upset about is the fact that every time EESO PPS goes up Jared dilutes more and more, sure there may be "strategy" behind this dilution and I understand that. It is hard to stand by watching the PPS go down so much from dilution over the last year and then having to buy more and more EESO stock just to average down to get close to the current PPS only to watch that disappear due to more dilution. I understand you are the go between here and have to hear this all the time from shareholders I just wish we could have a little more honesty about the dilution such as why or for what so "longs" know what's going on here. I can assure you that if we had some idea why the shares were being diluted it would make us all feel much better about holding our positions. As always thanks for your time. I to agree that we can benefit both sides in this i.e. company and shareholders if I could post your response to my email, would you have a problem with me doing so?

Justin-- with all due respect, if anyone wants to run the company, by all means, send in your application and business achievements to date for consideration---The position is not open, but its always worth a try. Again, respectfully, there is an Aesop's fable that demonstrates the downside of trying to please all of the people all of the time. But I can maintain that there is a strategy for EESO's growth that is being followed in a disciplined manner. A global expansion does not consist solely on vats of product going through the warehouse and, being media relations, I can only report to you decisions and actions taken by the company to facilitate its shareholders' long term interests--- this is not a company for short-term arbitrage chasers but a biotech company geared to take it to the next level progressively over the next several months. Shareholders those holding onto this stock for the past year have been more than patient over this past year watching the PPS go to crap. There are some very frustrated "longs" that see the newest attempt at diluting more shares as an insult to our intelligence. I can not believe after positive news and the PPS moving up in a good fashion Jared would've dumped more shares. Please pass along to him that we will warn everyone to stay away from him and his company and not purchase any more shares if he continues to dilute. This is not the way to raise capital he should sell products that he already has large Vats of to raise capital, oh I guess the whole sales part isn't going so well. I sent this e-mail to you not as a slam to you but rather Jared and his poor attempt at running a company in the ground. I hope you pass along to Jared that his SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT HAPPY! Prime Time for Enzyme Environmental Solutions
CBS Affiliate Airs Story About EESO's Odor Remediation Solution

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/06/09 -- Despite tough economic times, Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO), a Fort Wayne, Indiana company, is reporting record success. "They passed this law back in February of 2005. In the process of them passing the law, we started to do some tests in South Korea and were able to develop this product," Hochstedler told Newschannel 15's Matt McCutcheon.

The issue worldwide is larger than most people realize as a simple news search will produce thousands of results. A recent article ("Proposed Fee on Smelly Cows, Hogs Angers Farmers"; Bob Johnson, Associated Press Writer - Yahoo News) puts it simply when quoting Rick Krause, the senior director of congressional relations for the American Farm Bureau Federation as he states, in reference to pending egregious fees suggested by the EPA to be placed on farmers for air-polluting animals, "It's something that really has a very big potential adverse impact for the livestock industry."

"Fees won't cure the environment," says Hochstedler. "That's what the powers that be consistently fail to realize. Money can't solve this problem; only strategic actions in favor of the environment that will enable the livestock industry to flourish minus the pollution, and I believe we have that solution in hand."

While there's not much competition for the company overseas, it's a different scenario here in the U. S. Increasing expenses squeeze into farmers' profits, and with little money left over, it's unlikely they'll voluntarily invest in odor-removing products.

Despite some difficulty appealing to U.S. farmers, Enzyme Consultants has other products in the United States. In the Spring of 2009, a company will take Enzyme Consultant's nearly three-dozen household cleaning products nationwide; and they all use enzymes as the main ingredient.

"What enzymes do is attack food fats, food oils, and food greases. And our product works well in those environments," said Gene Sherrill of Enzyme Consultants.

Enzymes are also safer is most cases. A dictionary offers this definition of an enzyme: "a protein that helps other organic molecules enter into chemical reactions with one another."

A simple test, like with the company's enzyme-based stain-removing pen, shows just how effective enzymes can be. But while the products work and can be safer than other cleaners, company officials say their biggest challenge is changing public perception of harsher cleaners.

"It's kind of like taking medicine. If it doesn't taste bad, then it doesn't work. If this cleaner doesn't stink like pine, or smell like chlorine or whatever, it doesn't work," said Bill White, Enzyme Consultant's VP of Sales.

"Say, I have a flyswatter in my left hand and a baseball bat in my right hand. Both of those can kill a fly. But this is an overkill with the baseball bat, and it's a danger to the person who's using that bat for that purpose. And it's a danger in that environment he's using it to kill a fly," further explained Sherrill.

"Everyone is using these products now; we're just going to give you an alternative that is safer," said White.

Enzyme Consultants projects total sales of $8 million in 2008, and nearly five times that in 2009. Enzyme Consultants employs about ten people in Fort Wayne, which is expected to grow as more of their products take off.

bin seit April 08 dabei, habe den ersten RUN mit Gewinn (200%) mitgenommen. Bin dann im Okt. wieder zu .0008 eingestiegen, gestern hab ich zu .0041 ein viertel meiner Shares mit knapp (400%) Gewinn verkauft. Rest lass ich mal laufen.
Mein Ziel: $0.10 - $0.50 bis Ende März 09. Dann Aufstieg in eine andere Liga z.B. Nasdaq.

Well, danton, I have to respectfully disagree..... I've been giving it some more thought (as sleep escapes me!) and these meetings equate to far more than 600 potential investors, IMO.

Let's look at it this way:

I have personally shared the EESO investment opportunity with about 10 others ... my reasoning was to share this opportunity with friends and family to better their lives financially. I gave them the info to research and mull over. No pressure - just info. Seven of those individuals liked what they learned and chose to take a little risk and invest in EESO. I am only one investor here but in reality, I represent eight investors. Actually, even more, because since then those ones have shared EESO with others, which brings me to the next point.

Now if those 600 Wow Greeners were excited, do you think they will keep the EESO investment opportunity to themselves? Highly doubtful. IMO, it would be a reasonable estimate to say they could share this stock pick with 1, 2 or 3 others, or even more. So that audience of 600 could easily snowball into 1,200 or 1,800 or even more investors, sharing EESO with the same intention - to better the lives of family and friends financially. We always take care of our own, don't we. And do you wanna wager those who chose to get in, who are watching their EESO investment fatten their portfolios every day (recovering losses from the market meltdown since they invested in EESO) are going to spread the good word about their good fortune? You bet they will!!

No wonder this thing is running with strong buying and crazy volume! Most people don't invest in penny stocks, let alone sub-pennies. These new ones will be buying up as much as they can and while it's a steal. And once it hits the pennies, look out for even more momentum. And even then, it will still be considered a bargain.

I would never fault anyone for taking a profit early, but I truly believe this thing has barely just begun its run. With 25+ meetings scheduled between now and March 28 (with more being added weekly) -- do the math on the potential number of new investors, and the possible subsequent share price.

Now if EESO were to come out with a good sleeping aid as a perk for their investors....

EESO- this is the weekly chart. it shows the major trend here - which is obviously up. reaching .03 will complete the cup and I would think it would be pretty likely to rest and form the handle-but who knows- news trumps all. I do expect it to get to .03-barring some unforseen disaster. not tomorrow but next 1-2 weeks is pretty likely-IMO

Pit Solution(R) and FG-500(R) Biotech Garners Enhanced Product Order Negotiations

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/23/09 -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions (PINKSHEETS: EESO) announces today that the letter of intent with Star Towers, Inc., Bo and Su Lee of Atlanta, Georgia, is now ready to move into the negotiation of a contract phase.

The letter of intent was announced publicly by EESO in a press release dated December 4, 2008. The release explained the pending relationship between Enzyme Environmental Solutions and the Lees whose many projects include both domestic and international development. One of their larger domestic projects is the Star Towers project in Atlanta, GA (www.star-towers.com).

The Letter of Intent directly relates to the Lees' work in South Korea focusing on odor and garbage remediation with use of EESO's proprietary technology, Pit Solution® and their FG-500®, "an enzyme based compost solution for food waste which will be sold primarily to restaurants to eliminate food waste and pollution which has grown at an increasingly alarming rate."

LPMC, the firm negotiating with EESO for the Lees, has secured the last phase of testing to be completed in South Korea with a private firm. Also participating in the final test are representatives of the South Korean Government. The testing should be completed within two weeks. The tests were expanded due to the initial LOI estimates of approximately $28,500,000 over seven years, which has escalated an additional 85% which equates to $52,725,000 over a seven-year period. Initially this includes only a portion of companies that Star Towers, Inc. has entered into negotiations with. The contract with Star Towers will include many areas of South Korea. Hochstedler and the Lees are mutually satisfied thus far with the proceedings.

Sehr schöne Woche!!!
Hab 25% verkauft mit fast 700% Gewinn, der Rest sollte nicht vor 0,02 veräußert werden...
Hoffe doch sehr dass die am WE wieder einige erfolgreiche Sitzungen haben so dass am Montag ,01 einfach überrollt wird. Denke der Tag gestern war ganz heilsam. Denke auch dass da was manipuliert wurde damit noch einige Insider die Chance hatten an günstige shares zu kommen.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Health officials in Fort Wayne are trying to find out what's causing high lead levels among Myanmar refugee children.

Fort Wayne is home to thousands of refugees from Myanmar, also known as Burma.

A recent spike in cases of lead poisoning among Burmese children has led officials from the Allen County Healthy Homes program and an investigator from the State Department of Health contracted with the Centers for Disease Control to visit the children's homes looking for possible sources.

The News-Sentinel reports that the team has mostly ruled out the usual sources, like lead-based paint.

Investigators now are looking at medicines, toiletries or household products that may have been imported from countries such as Thailand where the refugees lived before coming to the United States.


"Do an investigation to try and identify screen children to see who may be lead poisoned that we hadn't identified before, and than do a survey, interview families and parents to see if we can identify any common sources that may be the cause of this problem," said Dr. Deborah McMahan from the Allen County Board of Health.

Enzyme Consultants is a local company that has helped many of the refugees get accustomed to life in the United States. To help with this problem, the company is donating some of it's products. 100 percent natural green cleaning supplies, to replace the potentially toxic products they're currently using.


"It's unfortunate that this has happened with the Burmese population that lead poisoning is prevalent in the home. We want to do what we can as a local company to get those out of the home and put clean green products in the home for their use," said Mark Newbauer from Enzyme Consultants.

Dr. McMahan said the family interviews will be key to the investigation. She also said they may not have a source until sometime this summer.

Lohnt es sich zur Zeit eigentlich überhaupt noch bei EESO einzusteigen?
Hab die Aktie erst gestern indekt und bin daher net sehr gut informiert.

wenn du long gehst dann kanns sich für dich auch lohnen unter $.02 ists meiner Meinung noch billig!

Chart technisch sieht es nach einem cup and handle, der bei $.035 cup vollendet ist, aus!

Laut den NEWS (ca. 15-20 PR's) die noch kommen sollen, kann man Kurse über $.10 erwarten!

Aber natürlich alles nur meine Meinung.

Good morning ALL. Today seems to be the day of the beginning!Friday EESO did buy back 4,000,000 shares. Even though some will say that that is not alot of shares to buy back, it's a start.It probable cost the company about 100,000 or so! The Wow Green launch tonight, I am willing to bet that the start of Wow Green will sky rocket in the coming weeks. It is a great opportunity for those that are hurting with the economy the way it is to make up the difference. I think that the prices of the products will be far cheaper than retail in stores and makes buuing them from WOW Green very attractive.
I spome to Jared this morning and he stated that after the launch tonight, there will be information on hte Wow Green web site so that all who signed the pre launch agreement, will be able to see their I D #, where they are in place and be able to sign the official launch agreement to get started. Imagine that if there are lets 5,000 signed up, and each the first wekk sign up 25 distributors, that equates to 125,000 the first week.That I think is a realistic estimation. Of course the momentum is juts getting started, The following two week period if 125,000 sign up only 25 in two weeks that equates to 3,125,000 new distributors. There are endless possibilities there!!!! Jared will be at the Launch tonight and I am willing to bet that EESO will be part of the spotlight. I for one would want to know where Wow Green is receiving their products from, and I am sure that question will be answered. All long investors should be excited about this. But that is just my opinion!!

New Investors!
For more than a year EESO has been working very hard to stay alive. Every new company goes through the same thing, stay afloat.During that same year EESO has also been working on how to become a country wide company. There have been quite a few bumps in the road but lets talk about what they have done. They have began to buy back shares.
They have established themselves over seas.
They have exceeded their 8 million dollar goal of last year upwards of 9 + million dollars.
They , not that many do, will post their financials before the CC on Thursday and have stated that they can be verified.
They will also release their projections of income for this year which I suspect will include domestic as well as internationally before the CC on thursday,if I read the PR correctly, and totaly shock the world!!!!!!
They have held one and will hold the next open house on the 27th of this month at their office, which most small compaines do not do.
Jared has held for the past two months and again on thursday a conference call with investors, answering questions when asked, which most companies do not do.
They have purchased additional equipment, out of pocket to expand the companies opportunities.
They have grown. I know I am missing several things here and other posters can fill in the blanks and please do. This is not just a stock, it's a company, that has paid it's dues as the long investors here have done.Talk about share holder value, wow if I could just be one, and I will in a few short, well thats another story.
It is not what Jared has said, or done, it is the results of his actions as well as his staff that the shareholders now see. That is the determining factor that can be appreciated not only by the customers, but by the share holders that stayed through the tough times and can now grab the apple from the tree so to speak, that EESO , Jared and his staff grew from a seed.

CEO Travels to South Korea to Meet With Government and Corporate Entities Regarding Biotech

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - March 13, 2009) - (PINKSHEETS: EESO) -- Outstanding test results on formulas have called for a meeting ahead of schedule. Enzyme Environmental Solutions CEO, Jared Hochstedler, is leaving for South Korea this Saturday (March 14th - March 18th, 2009) to visit with decision makers from three large corporations, one of which is a household name, internationally; as well, officials from the Korean government are set to meet with Hochstedler regarding their findings on EESO biotech and its several potential applications which would have a positive long-term effect on their overall economy. EESO Announces Attendees at South Korea Testing and Private Meetings

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Receives Letter of Intent for Buyout

U.S. Company Makes an Offer on EESO as an Undervalued Entity

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - March 20, 2009) - The promise of news from South Korea has attracted positive attention to Enzyme Environmental Solutions (PINKSHEETS: EESO) as of late for its products and formulas, including the food and garbage applications inherent to the FG-500. One company has taken particular interest in EESO and came to CEO Jared Hochstedler recently with an offer to purchase the company in its entirety.

One week ago today, the prospective buyer deposited approximately 1% of the total purchase price offered into ESCROW as a sign of its good faith to follow through should Hochstedler accept the offer. On the flip side, the buyer requested that EESO release at least 300 Million of its remaining shares on a restricted basis as part of the overall exchange should both parties come to a mutual agreement; So far so good according to Hochstedler, "The buyer -- who we can't name just yet due to confines of our negotiations -- has taken particular interest in our industrial applications and is positioned very well internationally. Ganz einfach da ist ne andere Frima die unsere aufkaufen möchte!

Dazu werden die zu erwartenden Einnahmen und die abgeschlossenen bzw. noch schwebenden Berträge aus den Verträgen addiert, plus ein wenig Trinkgeld. ergibt dann den zu zahlen Preis pro Aktie.
Meiner Meinug nach so zwischen 0.25 und 0.50 USD pro Aktie!

EESO Provides Algae Remediation in Korean Drinking Reservoir With $12M Deal

Enzymes Called in to Starve Cyanobacteria in Crucial Water Source

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - March 25, 2009) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) has secured a contract from its recent trip to South Korea. The contract was entered into between Star Towers, Inc. in association with Dow Chemical and Enzyme Environmental Solutions late last week.

The signed contract is a one year term and calls for a total $12M ($12,000,000.00) purchase of EESO's proprietary biotech and product for use in bacterial remediation in Chungju Lake, a man-made reservoir that goes about 100 meters deep with a volume of over 2 billion tons. Chungju Lake is one of Korea's largest man-made lakes and is the main water source for domestic (includes drinking/tap water), agriculture and industrial use in that area. The area also is host to numerous tourist attractions and scenery and stands as an overall revenue source for Korea.

It was found in a 2004 report published in The Journal of Microbiology that two species of Cyanobacteria (the dominant phototropic bacteria in water environments) were found to be prevalent in Chungju and the nearby Dunpo reservoir: Microcystis and Anabaena and the problem has only escalated from there. These bacteria were found to be directly linked to pollution levels, "which is sad," states Star Towers owner, Su Lee. "This (Chungju) reservoir is, at times, boasted as Korea's 'largest and cleanest' man-made reservoir. What does that say to us? The pollution has to stop, and I believe that the recent meetings between government officials and Jared's company (Enzyme Environmental Solutions) will help us to put into place garbage and food waste remediation which is a large part of our pollution problem."

The enzyme solution provided by EESO is unique in that it doesn't attack the bacteria directly, but rather its food source, forcing it to starve to death rather than potentially resurfacing in mutated form over the long term.

Lee goes on to state, "In addition to preventative measures to be taken by Korea as a government and community to eliminate or significantly minimize pollution, we need to take measures to clear the matters at hand. I think this initial contract with EESO should prove highly effective as our testing of this product has produced outstanding results and I am looking forward to its applications in bacterial remediation of our water sources, including bacterial remediation in our reservoirs such as Chungju."

City authorities have already put into place agendas to tighten regulations regarding the management of water pipelines and tanks. "We are taking these measures to build public trust in Seoul's tap water," a spokesman for City Hall told The Korea Herald. Initial product for the deal shipped from Enzyme Environmental Solutions' facilities in Fort Wayne, Indiana this morning. The order is the first of multiple shipments to be sent to Korea for the purposes of the agreement with Star Towers in association with Dow Chemical.

President/CEO Jared Hochstedler feels, "It will be a big step in the right direction for us internationally as I think there's a collective understanding here that our products have several useful, cost-effective applications for countries and municipalities worldwide. Murphy, a happily married father of four girls, has an extensive background in engineering, management and operations. His educational background includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from Iowa State University and a Master's degree in Management from Regent University. His career began in the nuclear power industry where he worked as a project manager at a nuclear plant in Iowa. He then worked as a consultant to Florida Power and Light specializing in the area of Quality Control and regulatory compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Recently, he has been involved in management on contract with several non-profit organizations.

Guten Morgen Zusammen,

wir brauchen hier wohl noch ein wenig mehr Geduld.

Der Kurs wird derzeit von irgendjemand (mit vielen Aktien) noch zurückgehalten, warum auch immer!?
Das wir sehr schnell bis .02 gestern mit nur wenigen käufen geflogen sind, ist meiner Meinung ein sehr gutes Zeichen.

Da muss morgen was kommen!!! Buyout ist ja nicht unbedingt die beste Lösung, lieber noch ein paar Verträge und neue Kontakte vorweisen. Allein mit dem sicheren 12 Mio Deal ist der Wert eigentlich schon an die 0,10. Als die 0,02 diese Woche (endlich!) mal wieder durchbrochen wurden konnte man am besten sehen wie stark EESO zurückgehalten wird. Da wird seit Wochen extrem auf die Bremse getreten, denke das wird nicht mehr lange möglich sein. FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A Fort Wayne company with an international following may soon be sold. Just last month, Enzyme Consultants (which also does business as Enzyme Environmental Solutions) signed a $12 million deal with South Korea to provide algae remediation in a Korean Drinking Reservoir.

The deal caught a lot of attention, including the eye of a major US corporation. As a result, CEO Jared Hochstedler has been busy fielding a merger offer. Moments before NewsChannel 15 caught up with Hochstedler Thursday, he turned down the merger offer.

The company can't release the name of the national company just yet. Enzyme Consultants specializes in green technology for cleaners and odor removers.

They're relatively free of the dangerous and often toxic chemicals, which are found in similar products. Hochstedler started the company about a decade ago here in Fort Wayne, and says, despite his rejection, the merger offer is still on the table.

In addition to the company's contract with South Korea, it's also entered into a marketing arrangement to take about a dozen of its consumer cleaning products nationwide.

Hochstedler says he wants to earn a higher return on investment for shareholders before accepting any offer. Again, one could come from that same company within the next 30 days.

Release from the company:

Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (Other OTC:EESO.PK - News) turned down a buyout offer this morning after considering the company's valuation factors including current customer volume and pending negotiations as well as how it would potentially affect the shareholders who have been an integral part of the company's continued growth and success. The offer, as refused, consisted of a total purchase price consisting of .10 a share for common shareholders.

Enzyme Environmental CEO and President, Jared Hochstedler, comments, "I feel the price offered, as written, undervalues the company and I'll tell you why: We have achieved significant success in South Korea with our bacterial, garbage and odor remediation applications with our proprietary biotech. Within a week of our return we received a $12M order with other requests in negotiation. We have a lucrative, long-term agreement with our exclusive retail partner which currently supplies both licensing and manufacturing revenues that grow exponentially with our client's distributor base. We are experiencing a new level of growth in terms of prospective client inquiries domestically, by companies large and small, for garbage and hog odor remediation as well as our water treatment solutions. Last but not least, I feel our share price, at current market value, is not reflective of the company's actual value and, as we continue to progress, I believe it will correct itself accordingly along the way. EESO has much on the table which hasn't even been released to the public including continued R&D on the company's GC-2000, which converts auto-residue into fuel-oil. We're learning quickly that the applications here are nearly limitless. Hochstedler sent written notification today to confirm the decision that was conveyed to the buyer and select executives via recorded teleconference earlier this week. Mark Murphy, VP of Operations, says, "It was a respectful conversation on both sides. I believe that in terms of company growth, this buyer could take the company to new levels with its market reach worldwide. Further research, development and implementation of formula applications could lead to significant increase in company revenue and the prospective buyer has the resources that could facilitate this efficiently. That said, it wouldn't be fair to shareholders who are crucial to our success, to take a buyout offer at .10 a share for common shares. Attractive as it may be at face value, it isn't what we're willing to accept based on what we feel to be the true valuation of the company."

The prospective buyer, who wishes to remain confidential at this time, has stated that it will take this information into consideration with a reevaluation of the deal in terms of mutual benefit. The buyer has stated that it will, within 30 days, respond with a counter-offer to Enzyme Environmental Solutions for its purchase with a price that should prove to be satisfactory for all involved. Hochstedler feels the prospective buyer understands his reasons for refusal of the offer as written and is looking forward to a counter-offer that will more closely reflect the company's value and its potential as a whole.

Ich denke mal das der potenzielle Käufer den Kurs nicht weiter hochlassen möchte, damit er eine bessere Verhandlungsbasis hat.
Wobei die Daytrader nicht zu vergessen sind immerhin über +25% wenn man das Tageshoch sieht! Am Donnerstag zu .0185 nach der NEWS rein und gestern zu .023 -.025 wieder raus ist doch ein gutes Investment!

Ja da hast du recht, nur werden das wohl die wenigsten sein die hier Daytraden.

Die Aktie hat im Moment Potential und Phantasie wie lange nicht mehr und das sollte auch der Anleger im Kurs veststellen. Und wenn hier nicht gedeckelt werden würde, dann wären wir weit über 0,03 €.

Aber wir sollten hier unbedingt am Ball bleiben, denn lange wird es nicht mehr dauert. Und dann geht es sehrstark gen Norden.

Leute bleibt stark und durchhalten. Es ist soweit

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - May 15, 2009) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO Jared Hochstedler has been granted permission from prospective buyers to release pertinent information in regards to their offer.

This announcement is to summarize and confirm that the original buyout offer was negotiated by LMPC (Loss Prevention Management & Consulting corp.) CEO, Craig Douglass, acting as independent consultant on behalf of private acquisitions partners, Bo & Su Lee, in association with Han Bool Co., LTD, and a conglomerate of additional companies in Southeast Asia which have requested within the collective agreement to remain anonymous at this time. Any conflict of interest regarding Douglass' previous associations with both parties as a supporter was fully disclosed and accepted by all involved.

Bo & Su Lee are involved in projects around the world including their latest U.S. domestic real estate venture, The Star Towers (www.star-towers.com) in Atlanta, GA. The group's original offer to EESO was a complete buyout at .10 per share based on the company's 2,000,000,000 (2B) authorized common shares in the form of cash and stock totaling $200,000,000 (200M). The offer was turned down by CEO Hochstedler with confidence that the company, including its overall potential internationally, was worth significantly more. The prospective buyers agreed to respond with a counter-offer and have done so at a price that Hochstedler wishes to remain confidential at this time.

"This has been an interesting turn of events; and it has been exciting for us to say the least," comments Hochstedler. "The counter-offer is a cash and stock offer that is considerably more attractive than the group's first offer to us. This is a very positive step for EESO and its shareholders. I firmly believe that we have entered into a new stage of growth at Enzyme Environmental and we are not turning their counter-offer down, but we have requested more time on our decision due to a few notable factors: We've had an extensive increase in percentage of unsolicited inquiries and finalized sales in the licensing and private labeling arenas the last few months. Much of the credit for this goes to our new President, Mark Murphy, who has been very active in developing key marketing tools, industrial test kits and implementation of a branded sales force in both domestic and international sectors. In addition, our successes in South Korea, as evidenced by our recent buyout offer, have attracted an additional prospective offer from a globally recognized player in the Commodity Chemicals industry," comments Hochstedler. "It would be foolish not to take the time to evaluate this opportunity. It's not necessarily the size of the buyer that affects our decisions, but rather, exploring every option available to EESO and its shareholders prior to making any final verdict regarding a buyout of any kind, be it partial or complete."

The new prospective offer is pending the corporation's due diligence on Enzyme Environmental Solutions including its product and formula applications in terms of efficacy and marketability. Further, the corporation's pending offer is attached to a confidentiality clause which forbids the release of their name until, and only if, a formal offer is made.

The counter-offer from the Lee's, Han Bool and their affiliates is currently withstanding as-is and Hochstedler will continue "harvesting success in the midst of a situation that will certainly bring additional value to EESO and its shareholders," according to the CEO. "If, for any reason, the second party fails to come through with an offer in a reasonable amount of time, we will be disclosing details regarding the original party's counter-offer and making a decision therein before its expiration. We believe our overall strategy here inevitably puts EESO and its shareholders in a winning position in both the short and long-term."

Ich denke so lange die Zahlen vom neuen "buyout"-Angebot noch nicht veröffentlicht werden, wird sich der Kurs auch nicht bewegen und wenn dann nur minimal nach unten oder nach oben.
Also bleibt uns nichts anderes übrig als abwarten.

(PINKSHEETS: EESO) is pleased to announce that they have resolved the legal dispute with Belmont Partners over the purchase price of their original shell for the company. The civil case filed by Belmont will be dismissed and there will be no future claims regarding the shell purchase. President Mark Murphy states, "While we did not agree with the claims of this suit regarding our original financial responsibilities in this matter, we are glad to resolve this issue and move on."



EESO continues to work on negotiations with the SEC regarding their complaint of failure to register certain shares that were sold in 2009

The attorneys from both parties are communicating frequently, have discussed a specific resolution and it is estimated that an agreement will be reached soon


Legal negotiations are also continuing with Wow Green. The original contract that was signed by the two companies remains in effect. Wow Green has added another product line to their portfolio, which is allowed by the agreement. However, Wow Green will still be under contractual requirement to pay royalties on all products moved through the Wow Green multi-level marketing system, as outlined by the license agreement


Business operations are continuing as normal at EESO. Product is being manufactured and shipped to existing customers. New customer development is progressing in Korea, South America and in the domestic US. Current plans are to resolve remaining legal issues and move forward to build the company's market share and increase its overall strength and stability


EESO has also become involved in the relief effort in Haiti. CEO Jared Hochstedler escorted a orthopedic surgical team there last week and will be returning home this weekend. Murphy is leaving with another medical team today to relieve the first team. Hochstedler has family and friends involved in ministry in Port Au Prince and Murphy has been travelling to Haiti doing missions work for over 10 years

da bin ich auch deiner meinung, dass hier ordentlich die post abgeht, vor allem gibt es nur wenige brooker, wo die aktie handelbar ist, ich bin mit dabei - kann sie aber zur zeit nicht traden.

hab sie vor ca. 6 monaten gekauft(0,0023), sind in meinem depot zur zeit nicht handelbar. hab schon bei meiner bank nachgefragt, die meinen, dass ich zu ihnen gehen muss und versuchen dann über einen anderen brooker zu verkaufen. werde mir die ersten 2-3 handelstage mal ansehen und dann entscheiden.
