Vielleicht hat ITN ja auf dieser Fachmesse in Vietnam (Viewater) einen sehr guten Eindruck bei den ca. 300 Unternehmen und 10.000 Besuchern hinterlassen oder von dort sogar ein paar Aufträge mitgebracht. Wer weiß das schon.

Ich find es sehr gut das sie sich Gedanken über ITN machen. Das sollten sie auch sofern sie Aktionär sind. Habe ihre Argumentation aufmerksam gelesen und gebe ihnen mal folgende Gedankenanstöße.

zu 1. Schon mal was von einen Debt to Equity Swab gehört. In ihrer Betrachtungsweise vernachlässigen sie die nicht unerheblichen Schulden von ITN. Daraus habe ich gefolgert das derjenige der die Schulden besitzt (hier Safbon) auch die Patente besitzt in Zukunft. Denn wenn ein Insolvensverfahren durchgeführt wird, werden immer die Gläubiger (hier Safbon) zuerst bedient. Zusätzlich wird Safbon danach alles alleine entscheiden können ohne die jetzt noch existierende ITN AG fragen zu müssen. Dies liegt klar im Interesse von Safbon.

zu 2. Werte ich als unwichtige Aussage, da hier ohne irgenteine Relevance.

zu 3. Was soll bitte eine chinesisches Staatsunternehmen (hier Safbon) mit deutschen Verlustvortrag. Das ist mal die größte Lachnummer die ich je gehört habe. Eine völlig abwegige Abhandlung von jemanden der nicht weiß wie kompliziert der Vorgang an sich ist. Nur soviel Safbon müsste hier die kpl. Wertschöpfung in Deutschland belassen. Wovon hier ganz klar nicht auszugehen ist.

Was bleibt den Kleinanleger hier. Ein hochriskantes Investment mit mehr Risiko als Chance.

Habe mir auch mal Gedanken gemacht, ob es aus Sicht von SafBon Sinn machen würde, ITN vor die Wand fahren zu lassen. Für mich klingt es aus folgenden Gründen unlogisch:

1. Sollte ITN einfach pleite gehen, und SafBon nicht einspringen, wäre der Weg frei, daß sich ein weiterer Interessent die Technologie von ITN schnappt. So etwas kann ganz klar nicht im Interesse von SafBon liegen.

2. Zwar hört man schon mal von windigen kleinen Chinabutzen, die ihre Aktionäre prellen, aber davon ist diese Firma mit einer Marktkapitalisierung von ca. einer Mrd. € weit entfernt. Die werden, meiner Meinung nach, darauf Wert legen, sich korrekt zu verhalten. Allein schon die Nachricht, daß eine kleine Beteiligung pleite gegangen ist, würde dem Ansehen der Firma schaden, was also auch nicht im Interesse von SafBon liegen wird.

3. Der Verlustvortrag von ITN könnte von SafBon erstmal ausgenutzt werden.

Was ich natürlich nicht ausschließen möchte, ist, daß es nochmals zu einer Kapitalerhöhung kommen wird, falls die Liquidität nicht ausreicht. Dies wäre dann aber eher positiv zu sehen, da es schließlich demonstriert, daß man an ITN festhält und es zugleich mit Kapital stärkt.

Insgesamt muß sich für mich der Erfolg nicht in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten einstellen. Da bin ich total entspannt und geduldig und halte weiterhin die Aktien, weil ich denke, daß Mehrheitsaktionär SafBon einfach zu groß ist, um ITN über die Klinge springen zu lassen. Falls sich die Lage bessert, wird man das schon vorher am Kurs erkennen. An der Börse wird es immer irgendwelche Personen geben, die mehr wissen als die anderen. Dann wird man als Anleger nicht bis zu den bestätigten Zahlen warten können. Etwas Mut und Zuversicht gehört halt dazu, wenn man dabei sein möchte.

Ich wechsel meine Meinung auch gelegentlich, jedenfalls, wenn der Kurs überhitzt.
Ich habe während der Inso für 0,18 eine kleine Posi genommen. Es gab ja schliesslich kaum einen Grund, das sie es nicht wieder raus schaffen. Schwups, geschah das unausweichliche und sie stieg auf 1,90. Doch schon bei 1,10 wechselte ich meine Meinung. Am Tief vor zwei Wochen habe ich meine Meinung schon wieder geändert. Irgendwie liegt immer Blut auf der Strasse, wenn ich Itn kaufe. Naja, egal, wir sind ja schliesslich zum Geld verdienen hier. Tolle Start Up Firma, Echt ! und eigentlich haben sie den Sprung schon geschafft. Oder HKroll?
