Kohle und Potash klingt gut, aber die Bude ist zu klein um hier spekulativ rein zu gehen.

mal beobachten ob die Aktie ein echtes Lebenzeichen gibt

Sidon Receives Priority Status Comfort Letter for Saskatchewan Coal Properties

- SIDON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE:SD - News; FRANKFURT:SY7 - News) - Sidon International Resources wishes to announce that it has received a letter of comfort from the Government of Saskatchewan in regards to the coal application submitted by the company (See news release of June 26, 2008). The application encompasses 18,432 hectares (approximately 45,546 acres) in east-central Saskatchewan in the area of the recent Goldsource Mines coal discovery.


The letter of comfort states that Sidon has priority status on 100% of the applications submitted.

Sidon also recently applied for approximately 225,000 acres of potash permits in the Vermilion area on the Saskatchewan-Alberta border. This is in close proximity to Unity Saskatchewan, the site of the first potash mine in Canada. Final approval on these applications is expected in the near future.

Mr. Alawas stated, "Management is optimistic about the future of the company. Having priority on the coal applications recently submitted and the expectation of the Potash approval forthcoming, will enable Sidon to be active on multiple prospects in the second half of 2008."

Eagle Hill announced intercepts of 19.61 grams per tonne gold over 33 metres at the Windfall Lake prospect (March 10, 2010). Sidon's Windfall prospect is located in the Abitibi mineralized belt of Northern Quebec. This area between Val d'Or and Chibougamau is known for its gold and copper production and excellent infrastructure for exploration and mining.

This research report below came out yesterday on Canaco Resources Inc.(CAN--TSX Venture) Canaco shares rose 50% from .42 to .63 on 7,983,100 shares traded. Canaco is one only a few junior exploration companies in Tanzania . Sidon International Resources Corp.(SD--TSX Venture) has recently announced (March 31, 2010) that it has entered into a letter of intent for the grant of an option to purchase an initial 80-per-cent interest in the Morogoro East gold (MEG) property with high-grade gold prospects in the Morogoro area of Tanzania.
Sidon will be acquiring the option from Kokanee Placer Ltd. through its private Tanzanian subsidiary company for the aggregate amount of seven million common shares, $1.5-million (U.S.) cash and conducting $1.5-million (U.S.) in exploration over a two-year period. As well the company will undertake, as part of its option to acquire its interest in the property, to provide equipment to enable the Tanzanians to continue their small scale mining operations permitted under their primary mining licenses (PML). Sidon 's on-site consultant will monitor this operation to establish a more scientific recovery report. Sidon will be able to acquire the remaining 20 per cent by further payments of $4.5-million ( U.S. ) and three million common shares subject to a 3-per-cent net smelter return. The foregoing payments for the 20-per-cent interest may be made over a period of up to three years, where until the final payments have been completely paid, the company will need to incur, subsequent to the completion of the 80-per-cent interest, earn-in exploration or development expenditures of $1.5-million (U.S.) during the first year, $1.5-million (U.S.) during the second year and $2-million (U.S.) during the third year.
The initial property consists of several PMLs and one 60-square-kilometre prospecting license (PL) that covers the area of the PMLs. The PMLs are between 0.3 and 0.5 hectare in area. The PML properties have had local Tanzanians digging by hand and chisel into the stratiform gold-bearing horizon for the last eight to 10 years. Processing the rock material in small ball-mill-type crushers and then by gravity water sluice box and final hand-panning methods to recover the gold. They have reported recovering from 40 to 60 grams of gold per 25-kilogram bag of recovered rock (approximately 40 bags of recovered rock would equal a tonne). The company has no independent verification of this grade or recovery but AFGF president, Laurence Stephenson, PEng, geologist, was able to estimate the amount of material processed and the reported recovery over the years that suggests that there is a high-grade zone warranting further investigation. This agreement is subject to exchange approval.

In the 1990s Tanzania only had approximately one million ounces of known gold reserves, now it has over 50 million ounces of reserves, placing it in third place in the African gold-producing countries behind only South Africa and Ghana. Considering it has at least five world-class gold deposits, Tanzania has yet to be subjected to serious and prolonged exploration by modern methods. Few junior resource companies have had the ability to become involved in this expanding gold district and management is excited about what the future development of this prospect will provide for the growth of Sidon. Seeing how the market embraced Canaco Resources Inc. after their recent discoveries in Tanzania, it is clear that there is growing market awareness for this emerging gold district in Africa. In anticipation of completing the option, Sidon has engaged Dr. Mathew Ball to complete a National Instrument 43-101-compliant report. Dr. Ball visited the property last month to inspect the artesianal operations to review the geology and gather the information needed for his report.

Sidon as part of its option and supplying the equipment during the earning of that initial 80-per-cent interest will be entitled to 50-per-cent interest in any recovered gold net of expenses over the next 12 months.

Sidon Int'l closes private placement

COMPLETION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND PROPERTY TRANSACTION

Sidon International Resources Corp. has closed the private placement of 15.8 million units which was announced in Stockwatch April 21, 2010, where each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant having a two-year term at the exercise price of 10 cents per share for the first year and thereafter 15 cents per share for the second year. The company granted a total of 65,000 common shares and $3,250 cash as part of the finder's fee payable in connection with the private placement.

All of the shares issued under the private placement and issuable pursuant to the exercise of the share purchase warrants are subject to a four-month hold period expiring Nov. 21, 2010.

Morogoro property

The company announces that it received acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the option agreement among the company, Kokanee Placer Ltd. and AFGF (Tanzania) Limited, whereby the issuer will acquire an option to earn per cent of the legal and beneficial interest in certain prospecting and primary mining licences located in the Morogoro regional mining district of the United Republic of Tanzania in exchange for cash payments in the amount of $1.5-million (U.S.), seven million common shares and exploration expenditures of $1.5-million (U.S.).

Shares issued to the optionor are subject to a hold period expiring on Nov. 21, 2010.

Wenn sich dies so bestätigen sollte werden wir CAN hinter uns lassen...

Wie aber schon mit verschiedenen Shareholdern erörtert ist SD im Augenblick ein sehr undurchsichtiges Invest. Es gibt EXTREM gute Aussagen (siehe oberen Beitrag) und auch EXTREM negative. So geistern z.B. Aussagen von CAN im Netz, dass dieses Gebiet von SD von Ihnen bereits 06 überprüft worden sei und keine nennenswerten Ergebnisse zustande gekommen seien. Wie und was die geprüft haben konnte ich nicht genau herausfinden.
Ebenso wenig wie die von BMR auf die hohen Grade kommen...
Tja, und von der Homepage von SD geht auch nichts hervor.

Also bleibt uns nichts anderes übrig als Meinungen und Gedankenansätze zu sammeln um evtl. ein bißchen Licht ins dunkle zu bringen...
Fakten: -SD konnte das PP schließen wie aus letzter News zu lesen ist...
-Der Kurs ging unter extrem hohen Volumen die letzten Tage stark nach oben...
-Can versucht SD "schlecht zu reden"
-BMR behauptet das Gegenteil
-Erst am 29.07 verkaufte ein Insider 100k zu unter 0,13CAD.
-CAN (ein Nachbar) hat sehr gute Drill Ergebnisse veröffentlich

Überlegungen: CAN hat das Gebiet, welches SD heute drillen möchte angeblich bereits ohne Erfolg untersucht... Würde erklären, weshalb Can es damals nicht gekauft haben...
Warum aber haben die Leute von SD dieses "Nichtsbringende" Gebiet gekauft??
Warum äußert sich CAN überhaupt dazu? Haben die evtl. ein Interesse den Kurs von SD unten zu halten? Bei denen kommt bald einiges an Cash in die Kasse....

SD hat keine KAP Erhöhung, sondern ein PP durchgeführt. Wer investiert eine solche Summe in einen Explorer, der NICHTS hat?

Wie kommt BMR dazu solche Zahlen zu veröffentlichen? Welches Interesse haben die?

Warum verkauft ein Insider 100k zu solch niedrigen Kursen wenn SD doch sooo gut ist??
Evtl. hat er bei dem PP günstig shares erworben, welche ja eine Haltefrist haben und veräußert nun ein wenig altbestand, die er schon einige Zeit hatte...

Aber eins ist wirklich interessant: WELCHE Leute kaufen diese Massen an Aktien in CANADA??? Das ein AreaPlay steigt wenn unmittelbar daneben gute Drills kommen ist o.K.
Dann springen ein paar Trader auf und es entsteht etwas Fantasie.
Aber die kaufen doch keine 1,2Mio!!!!! Das ist ja bei 0,15CAD schon richtiges Geld!!
vor allem hat SD fast 50% zugelegt innerhalb einer Woche... und auf TH und 52Hoch geschlossen...
Man beachte vor allem die Kaufpanik am Ende des Tages...

Also: Entweder wissen einige wirklich mehr aufgrund von irgendwelchen mir unbekannten Untersuchungen (like BMR) und decken sich ein. Oder vielleicht weiß CAN mehr, äußert sich daher negetiv über SD und ist fleißig Shares am sammeln für eine Übernahme...?

Sonstige Instits etc. kann man nahezu ausschließen, da die meisten erst ab 1CAD und NI-Reports investieren dürfen...

Hoffe das ein paar Investoren ihren Gedanken mal freien Lauf lassen und diese hier zur Verfügung stellen. Vielleicht bin ich ja auch vollkommen auf dem Holzweg und jemand hat für sämtliche Punkte eine plausible Erlärung...

Die andere aufgeführte Aktie, Gold Bullion, ist ebenfalls sehr stark gestiegen, in wie weit die wirklich auf das Level von Osisko kommen bleibt abzuwarten und ist auch für uns SDler uninteressant.
Wichtiger zu wissen wäre jetzt, wie "unabhängig" die Analysten von BMR sind und wie frühere, in ihr Portfolio aufgenommene, Aktien performt haben...
Interessant auf jeden Fall, dass sie bereits im März wieder in ihr Portfolio genommen wurde aufgrund des Nickel Projekts....

Resümee: Aufgrund der Aufnahme schon vor dem Tansania Projekt kann ein darauf ausgelegter Push meiner Meinung nach ausgeschlossen werden. In wie weit die "Analysten" von BMR evtl. finanziell an einer "blue sky" Aussage beteiligt sind kann wohl niemand sagen... Da aber auch negative Aspekte (like horrieble websites) erwähnt werden will ich BMR mal als positiv-neutral bewerten....
Außerdem kann auch ein solches Volumen nicht hergepusht sein, meiner Meinung nach!!

Die Frage wie BMR auf die enormen Grade kommt hat mir jetzt doch keine Ruhe gelassen.
Ich weiß, dass z.B. Uran aufgrund von Messungen aus dem Flugzeug heraus aufgespürt werden kann. Aufgrund der Stralung, absolut nachvollziehbar.
Ebenso hat Goldsource meines Wissens nach ein Verfahren um auch Kohlevorkommen aus der Luft ausmachen zu können...

Jetzt einfach mal einen Gedanken. KÖNNTE es denn nicht sein, dass Goldvorkommen auch irgendwie aus der Luft aufgespürt werden können?
Das wäre mir ehrlich gesagt etwas zu einfach, da man dann einfach nur über die Kontinente fliegen müsste und schwupps hätte man alle Vorkommen aufgespürt und bräuchte nicht teuer zu drillen...

Nein ich denke eher anders. Man kann nicht Goldvorkommen aufspüren (wahrscheinlich ebenso wenig wie Kohle). Aber man kann die geologische Beschaffenheit des Bodens aus der Luft messen! Aufgrund von den Drill Ergebnissen von CAN weiß man also das Goldvorkommen bei einer Anomalie x und in welche Richtung es sich vermutlich ausdehnt...
Wenn man jetzt die Bodenbeschaffenheit von CAN aus der Luft untersucht und dann eine solche Messung bei SD durchführt, KÖNNTE man doch aufgrund von gleichen Anomalien
den zu erwartenden Goldgehalt schätzen...???
Dies könnte von Personen/Gruppen evtl.BMR durchgeführt worden sein und zu einem positivem Ergebniss geführt haben. Das würde das enorme (bisher unerklärliche) Kaufinteresse erklären...

Meinungen, Erfahrungen gerne erwünscht!!

...doch doch......beim aufspüren von aussichtsreichen GOLD- feldern bedient
man sich ebenfalls aus helicoptern durchgef. vermessungen....und zwar zum
erstellen sogenannter MAGNETIC maps...........nachfolg. eine map+ comm.
eines VAX- proj., welche wiederum rückschl. auf gold- gehalte im gestein
geben (nur mal zur veranschaulichung !!!)


....TOP- geologen sind im stande daraus, nebst gesteinsproben usw.
die ´most favourable´ bohrgebiete aufzuspüren - bleibt zu wünschen, daß SD
auch welche hat bzw. unter vertrag nehmen kann!!!




A geophysical survey in the eastern and southern parts of the property shows an active magnetic response indicating the probable presence of mafic rocks interbedded with generally lower magnetic volcanic pile represented by felsic to intermediate rocks or sediments

The magnetic response shows the presence of many linear magnetic units most probably represented by gabbro sills. Many interruptions, breaks, lateral displacement and disruptions in the magnetic response may suggest the presence of faults or tectonic structures.

The VLF response, according to the Lambert Géosciences Inc. report, brings many hopes to possible tectonic structures. Many zones are particularly remarkable, whether by their intensity or by their continuity over long distances. Thus, the VLF survey shows an important zone of more than 2 kilometres in length southeast of Coniagas Lake and another one of more than 2.5 kilometres in length to the northeast of the head of the Guillet Lake (Kelly and 215 showings). Another important zone, in excess of 1.5 kilometres, lies along the Guillet Creek, located northwest of the Guillet Lake (Audrey showing). Many other zones in excess of hundreds of meters were also found.

SEHR interessante Karte!! Also besteht durchaus die Möglichkeit, dass sich Leute/Gruppen oder BMR einer solchen Technik bedient haben und daher hohe Goldgehalte bei SD vermuten...
Daher sich evtl. mit shares eindecken...

Sidon Provides Sampling Update for Its MEG Project in Tanzania

VANCOUVER,BRITISH COLUMBIA, Nov. 15, 2010 (Marketwire) -- SIDON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES CORP. (TSX VENTURE:SD) (FRANKFURT:SY7) (OTCBB:SIDNF)

Sidon International Resources Corp. reports on its initial sampling program of its MEG Property southeast of Morogoro in east central Tanzania.

The Company is reporting on the sampling work it has completed to date while accessing the main vein. This includes four grab samples of the main vein that did not contain visible gold. They returned values of 12.8 gm/t, 11.2 gm/t, 15.7 gm/t and 21.5 gm/t. The sampling of two shafts (the overlying rock and not the vein) indicated that at least the 2 metres above the vein have elevated gold values (0.18 gm/t and 0.66 gm/t). A bulk sample of 88 kilograms of rock from the bottom of the shaft was crushed by the company's small ball mill crusher and collected an amalgam sample of sulphides and gold of 1.76 grams (or approximately 20 gm/t). It was sent to Seamic Laboratories in Dar es Salaam for final analysis.

For further investigation of the surrounding rock, a 916.1 kg sample with no apparent vein material in it was crushed, from which 1.9 grams of gold were recovered. Analysis of the sample and the tailings is still pending.

The company also processed 50 kg of tailings and analysis indicated that at least 10.5 gm/t gold was recovered. Since this material is the "tailings" part of the processed vein material (selective or otherwise) it indicates what was missed by the primitive methods used, and also the high grade nature of the vein.

Two samples from the diggings' "non processed" rock assayed 12,790 ppb (12.79 gm/t) gold and greater than 10,000 ppm arsenic, and 780.2 ppb (0.78 gm/t) gold and 2,351 ppm arsenic. All these results are very encouraging to the company's exploration project and are comparable to what another company found on its similarly metamorphosed property.

The company is upgrading the existing access road to accommodate the core drilling on the hard rock zone. This access road will also serve as the mine road for the trucks carrying the gold-bearing alluvium from the new gold discovery area-which is approximately 300 metres south of the existing known hard rock workings-to the placer processing plant for test mining of the placer deposit. No reserves are estimated as placer is notoriously unpredictable, but once operations commence a quantifiable resource estimate on the alluvium will be made. The company is using the estimated amount of the alluvium as an outline of the quantity of material to be mined with no definitive grade value.

Given the nature of the coarse gold in the placer that has been observed less than 100 metres from the projection of the vein, and the visible gold observed in the vein in samples not assayed, it is encouraging that the company's initial efforts at defining a resource on the property are well focused. Soil sampling and geological mapping along the vein structure has been completed and results from samples are pending, however the vein (bed) has been traced for over 1,500 metres

(TSX VENTURE:SD)(FRANKFURT:SY7)(PINK SHEETS:SIDNF) reports that its operating consultant AFGF (Tanzania) Ltd. has signed a contract with Simba Drilling Company Ltd. of Tanzania to initiate a drilling program on the company's MEG Property southeast of Morogoro in east central Tanzania.

Initially the contract calls for 1,500 metres of drilling along the ridge that is between the two placer areas of the Prospecting License. The ridge hosts the vein that the Primary Mining License holders have been mining for the last 5-7 years.

In preparation for moving the drill on site, AFGF has held several meetings with local Tanzanians and government officials to prepare the drilling permit. On Sidon's behalf, AFGF has undertaken to complete remedial work on the property access road and has financed the digging of a new water well for the local villages.

The company continues to liaison with the local villages with respect to its Mining License Application.

Sidon International Resources Corp. reports that it has been given the authorization by the district regulators of the Morogoro Region to initiate its drilling program on the company's MEG Property southeast of Morogoro in east central Tanzania.

The first six drill holes will test the continuation of the vein that the Primary Mining License holders have been mining along the ridge that is between the two placer areas of the Prospecting License.

In moving the drill on site, AFGF utilized the equipment to prepare the area for the installation of the wash plant for testing of this year's discovered placer deposit.

Also the company has given the local artisanal mine operators some of their recovery mats for testing the recovery of their vein material that has been crushed to a fine powder by their operations. Initial observations by AFGF personnel and the artisanal operators suggest that an enhanced recovery of the gold is apparent. Further testing will be undertaken.

Sidon International Resources Corp. (TSX-V: SD; FWB: SY7) gibt bekannt, dass es von den Regulierungsbehörden der Region Morogoro die Genehmigung für den Beginn seines Bohrprogramms auf dem unternehmenseigenen Grundstück MEG, südöstlich von Morogoro, im mittleren Osten von Tansania, erhalten hat.

Sidon International Resources Corp. reports that it has commenced its drilling program on the company's MEG Property southeast of Morogoro in east central Tanzania.

Abby Farrage, Director of Sidon states, "This is a significant step forward for Sidon. To now be underway on this gold prospect in one of the most talked about regions in the gold world is something management has been working towards for many months. The first hole is being drilled to intersect the vein mineral extension adjacent to the workings of the vein that the Primary Mining License holders have been mining has now commenced.

The first 27 metres of this hole were in the marble unit which is visible in outcrop to the east of the main mineralized ridge. At the contact from 27 metres, metasedimentary rocks were intersected with strong silicification and up to 10% pyrite, arsenopyrite, pyrrhotite, and chalcopyrite being observed. This zone is well above the artisanal mined vein (estimated to be at between 95 -100 metres down the hole) and represents a significant envelop of mineralization associated with the contact and the mineralized vein.

Sidon International Resources Corp. ("Sidon" or "the Company") wishes to update its shareholders regarding Sidon's acquisition in the Handeni district of the United Republic of Tanzania. The property consists of approximately 50.5 square kilometres northeast of Canaco's Magambazi property and immediately north of Douglas Lake Minerals Ltd.'s acquisition which borders Canaco's property.

Sidon had been in negotiations to acquire properties that it felt held significant potential both in the Morogoro region of Tanzania where drilling is currently underway on Sidon's MEG property, and in the Handeni district where Canaco has experienced such success. Sidon International Resources Corp.: Placer Sampling Update for MEG Project, Tanzania

Sidon International Resources Corp. ("Sidon" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:SD)
(FRANKFURT:SY7) (PINK SHEETS:SIDNF) reports on its initial sampling program of
the placer deposit that the Company now feels is closely associated with the
identified hard rock mineralization on its MEG Property southeast of Morogoro,
in east-central Tanzania.


Placer gold is notorious for the vagueness of clarity, and bulk sampling is one
of the few ways to overcome this. However no certainty can be expressed in grade
and resource estimates, but the Company's placer expert has been able to
quantify regulatory acceptable resources (inferred), and although no resource
estimate is being made, he is confident that his estimates bear further
investigation.


To date, the Company has sampled in a relative controlled situation 0.5 m(3) of
previous worked material, and recovered approximately 0.5 grams of gold (1 gm
per cubic metre grade). It has now processed approximately 0.2 m(3)of fresh
material with significantly more gold presence, and recovered 0.32 grams of gold
(1.6 grams per cubic metre grade). Both these samples confirm that recoverable
gold is in the placer system, and in the tests all of the recovered gold was
captured by the wash plant's first 2 meters of the recovery "mat" with little or
no gold reporting to the next 2 metres of the mat.


The sampled material represents 1-2 metres of alluvium in the valley's immediate
river area of approximately 40,000 m(2). The alluvium continues at least another
100-200 metres up the valley, and testing of that alluvium in new, un-mined
areas is ongoing.


The proximity to the artisanal mining of the vein and the presence of
significant amounts of large garnets in the placer alluvium, which have been
identified in very large amounts in the drill core, suggests a very close
relationship of the placer to what is in the underlying rock.


More work needs to be completed to confirm this relationship but, all in all,
the exploration program in 2010 has been a success.

Ziemlich Interessanter Wert.
Grenzt direkt an Canaco`s Liegenschaften.
Gegenwärtig konzentriert man sich auf Morogoro (East). Soll wohl der Company-Maker sein. Derzeit reichen die Finanzreserven nicht aus um die Liegenschaften in der Nachbarschaft von Canaco zu beackern. Ich hoffe auf gute Bohrresultate in den nächsten Wochen und ein PP das Sidon ermöglicht Explorationen in der Nähe von Canaco durchzuführen.

New Handeni Property Acquisition Adjacent to Canaco

Mar. 14, 2011 (Filing Services Canada) -- Sidon International Resources Corporation (SD - TSX Venture, SIDNF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets, SY7 - FWB), (the "Company") has entered into an option agreement with AFGF (Tanzania) Limited to acquire an 80% interest in a property adjacent to the Canaco property in the Handeni area of Tanzania.

The property consisting of approximately 50.5 km2 is located in the eastern portion of the PL 6927/2011 issued to AFGF (Tanzania) Ltd., the optionee, on February 28th, 2011. Preliminary fieldwork has already identified an east-west (030 degrees) trending structure from Kwandege gold area to the west through the Kwamuuhindi hills to the Mtunguru Hill showing. Placer workings either related to this showing or areas to the west are projected onto the property. The Mtunguru showing with reported visible gold and sulphides is associated with quartz veins in amphibolitic rocks.

The option agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Under the option agreement, the Company may exercise the option to acquire an 80% interest in the property by paying a total of $5,000,000 in cash payments, issuing 10,000,000 shares and incurring $5,000,000 in work expenditures, as follows:

a. paying $1,666,666 and issuing 3,333,3334 common shares within 5 days of TSX Venture Exchange approval of the transaction ("Exchange Approval") and after delivery of NI-43-101 compliant technical report;

b. paying $1,666,667, issuing 3,333,333 common shares and incurring $1,500,000 in work expenditures on or before 13 months from Exchange Approval;

c. paying $1,666,667, issuing 3,333,333 common shares and incurring $1,500,000 in work expenditures on or before 24 months from Exchange Approval; and

d. incurring an additional $2,000,000 in exploration expenditures on or before the third anniversary of Exchange Approval.

The Company will have an option to acquire the remaining 20% of the legal and beneficial interest in the Property by paying further payments of $3,000,000 for each additional 5% interest for a total payment of $12,000,000. Upon acquiring a 100% interest in the Property, the optionor will be entitled to a 3% net smelter return royalty. The Company may repurchase up to 1% of the net smelter return royalty by paying $1,000,000 for each 0.5% net smelter return for an aggregate payment of $2,000,000.

The Company wishes to announce a private placement for up to 25,000,000 units at a price of $0.08 per unit for a total of $2,000,000. Each unit shall comprise of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant having a five year term from the date of issuance for the purchase of one further common share of the Company at the exercise price of $0.12. The Company further announces that Mr. Souhail "Abby" Farrage, a director of the Company, will withdraw from the periodic investment program previously announced on January 10, 2011. Instead of investing $1,000,000 in 8 bi-monthly tranches, Mr. Farrage will take part in the aforementioned private placement for a total investment of $1,000,000.
The Company also wishes to announce the appointment of Barnabe Geisweiller as Director of Communications.
