RMD Entertainment (RMDM) Set Sights on Acquiring China Based Distributor of Educational Audio/Video Products And Asset Purchase From MonArc (MONA)

TORONTO, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - RMD Entertainment Inc. (www.RMDMGroup.com, PINKSHEETS:RMDM) is pleased to announce the Company has engaged in discussions with a Chinese distributor with over 600 retail locations of educational audio and video products. The Company has extensive distribution in place in key Provinces across China, in the form of smaller retail footprint stores, in rural and urban centers.

RMD sees this as a growth sector, as China continues to place great effort in bringing broader growth in prosperity to the many rural sectors of the country that have not yet had the full benefit of the economic growth that has transformed the extremely successful special economic development zones.
Current interm management has committed to providing more frequent announcement of business developments as they occur, and bringing greater transparency of the Companies operations to its shareholders. The company has recently updated its filings on Pink Sheets.Com.
In other Company news, Professor Yang a spokesperson for both issuers said; "Progress continues on the acquisitions of PP365.com and Innotrek Inc from MonArc Corp (MONA) with both sides scheduled to meet later this week in Beijing with their corporate advisors. The respective management teams of both companies have agreed in principle that payment in the form of stock is the most appropriate acquisition strategy. This will be followed by a dividend payment to MONA shareholders, with both companies currently being wholly owned subsidiaries of MonArc Corporation.
