New Green Technologies Reaches Agreement for Licensing Low Hydro Technology for Natural Gas Field Use
Wednesday December 10, 11:11 am ET

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New Green Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:NGRN - News), announces that it has entered into an agreement to license its low hydro technology for potential use with natural gas wells throughout North America. The license will keep NGRN’s revenue share in the technology, and control of its uses. The technology, which was originally derived for use with air and gas substances looks to be built for prove out and commercial use for creation of electricity in the large pressure natural gas wells. The use of the Energy Commander technology is expected to reduce the amount of Carbon Dioxide released from well operations, and provide efficient electricity for well use. The technology, which uses small amounts of pressure to create electricity from water flow, can use the massive amounts of gas pressure available to supply all needs for natural gas well operations on site.

NGRN’s clean energy power system, the Energy Commander, is a patented technology, utilizing waste water, fluid or gas flow from any source where flow pressure is present, and yet wasted, to create electricity. While NGRN concentrates its efforts on its other waste to energy technologies, the Energy Commander will be developed through third parties to use its ability to take in the wasted pressure flows of gas wells to create electricity for use at the wells, to power filters and to create power needed at the well sites, including pumps. The Energy Commander was originally designed for use with air systems, so its adaptability for use with large pressures available from gas wells is expected to be technologically an easy fit. Any fluid, including gas goes through the heart of the patented Energy Commander system, into a positive displacement set of cylinders that creates massive mechanical forces, all of which is transferred to a generator creating both electricity, and optional air pressure, both being for direct use or storage. The gas then moves out of the unit, to its original destination pipeline, through the use of available reintroduction technologies. With tens of thousands of natural gas well heads in production in North America, the potential for use of the Energy Commander is considered to be substantial.

NGRN’s management has chosen to concentrate on its efforts with its Catalytic Activated Vacuum Distillation (CAVD) system for waste to oil and gas production, and has advised its EU partner, Cm2 of Italy, that all agreements are henceforth cancelled due to their non-performance with the technology for hydro use.

TAMPA, Fla., May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- New Green Technologies, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: NGRN - News) announces it has completed all electrical work on site for the operation of its mobile waste to energy reactor unit in Palm Harbor, Florida. NGRN has now completed preparations for the running of several waste feedstocks. These feedstocks will be tested for viability and commercial exploration purposes. NGRN has made the appropriate applications for permitting which will allow testing of these waste feedstocks. The mobile waste reactor runs the patented CAVD system and has already been operated at other locations to run numerous waste feedstocks.

With the power setup in place, the mobile CAVD reactor will now be able to run several waste feedstocks from large resource heavy areas that are available to NGRN. NGRN will lock up large amounts of these waste feedstocks for the operation of much larger scale plants. NGRN has already gained preliminary lock up agreements of several waste feedstock sources. With the mobile facility coming on line, NGRN is able to use chemical testing of output of any waste feedstocks to prove out its' energy potential from the production of energy through electricity or through fuel processing. NGRN is working close in hand with environmental protection agencies to assure that all processed waste will be permitted or exempted for testing on an ongoing basis.

Once permitting and testing is completed, this plant will be able utilize a variety of different waste feedstocks including automobile shredder residue (ASR), carpet waste, citrus waste, tobacco waste, wood waste, agricultural wastes, and others to create oil and gas. The running of these different feedstocks will enable different measurement and planning for large scale plants to be built for the numerous feedstocks. It is anticipated that the results of running these feedstocks through will show the viability of using the CAVD system as a means of profitable waste remediation.

TAMPA, Fla., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- New Green Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NGRN - News), www.newgreentech.us, announces that it entered a bid for a study to use its waste to energy gasification process for using waste wood ties to create energy and dispose of toxic railroad ties in Canada. NGRN has made a strategic partnership to use a base level of 250,000 (approximately 50,000,000 pounds/25,000 tons) of railroad ties a year which could yield 3,000,000 gallons of bio-oil annually for a single 75 ton per day waste tie to energy plant. Previously, the NGRN technology had shown its ability to convert bio mass into large volume bio-energy.

NGRN and Green Energy Solutions, Inc. (GES), had previously entered into a joint venture to establish a large scale project feasibility study for wood waste in Canada. GES, as part of the feasibility ramp up with NGRN has entered into a preliminary agreement for a base level of available wood railroad ties for conversion to bio-fuels and energy. Under the partnership, NGRN would use its Catalytic Activated Vacuum Distillation (CAVD) pyrolisis gasification process to show the commercial use of the system for the larger scale plants. The plant would also be able to create an approximate 120,000,000 standard cubic feet of gas annually. Between the two feedstocks the bio-fuels would be able to use the fuels to power electric production or sales. The availability of railroad ties could under the available source could be enough for three such plants from the sources railroad ties.

The GES and New Green proposal with the source of feedstocks, is under a bid to receive funding for the feasibility study for railroad ties. Use of the CAVD could solve serious environmental issues in disposal of railroad ties. Scrap railroad ties are classified as hazardous waste, which is expensive to treat and dispose. The system has been proven out in numerous feedstocks, such as tires, carpet waste, and bio-waste, and was found to be emissions friendly. The project will encompass using modular CAVD technology in a large plant to reduce the volume of the stockpiled construction debris, and if necessary, NGRN's plasma system to convert any hazardous materials remaining in the concentrated waste to cleaner burning gas. NGRN expects to be advised of the feasibility bid award by June, 2009.
