abr ohne Schei* sie ist schwer zu traden, alle Ausbrüche kamen bisher sehr unerwartet und entweder man war in dem engen Zeitfenster dabei und machte $$$ oder ebend nicht... von nachhaltiger Kurszunahme oder Aufwärtstrend weit und breit keine Spur...

dein mond-kompass scheint auch nur in deutschland zu funktionieren in den usa will er wohl nicht so richtig
aber warten wir mal auf 15.30 kann auch passieren das ich das mit dem kompass zu rück nehme

dann hast du wohl vor 48 Stunden einen Stromausfall gehabt.....Glaube mich ganz schwach zu erinnern das in Amiland über
200 Mio. Stück gehandelt wurden und der Kurs um 315 % gestiegen ist.....

Aber egal, man(n) muss sich halt immer das passende für sich zurechtlegen.....

UDT stimmt mit den verschiedenen Behauptungen nicht überein, die von Cal Tech im Brief und hat gemacht sind, gebeten, dass Cal Tech alle streitigen Sachen einem Schiedsgericht unterwirft. Bis heute ist keine weitere Handlung genommen worden, und UDT setzt fort, unter dem Lizenzvertrag zu leisten. Jedoch kann es keine Versicherung geben, dass der Lizenzvertrag tatsächlich weitergehen wird, oder dass UDT im Stande sein wird, den Gebrauch, die Entwicklung und die Kommerzialisierung der zu Grunde liegenden Patente und Technologien fortzusetzen. In erster Linie betrifft der Lizenzvertrag eine Gruppe von Patenten, die die "BSM" Technologien von UDT und verwandte Produkte unterstützen. Der Verlust dieser lizenzierten Technologien würde eine nachteilige Wirkung auf die Aussichten von UDT haben, so lange bis abwechselnde Technologien lizenziert oder entwickelt werden.

The contract includes equipment for the detection of harmful bio-agents, including anthrax, ricin and botulinum toxins.

"This contract will provide vital bioterrorism detection equipment to the DoD for a very sensitive sector of our national security and intelligence," said Jacques Tizabi, CEO of Universal Detection Technology. Universal Detection Technology's bio-warfare detection equipment is used extensively by first responders and private industry throughout the country. The contract includes orders for UNDT's anthrax, ricin and botulinum toxin detection equipment that detect a bio-agent in as little as three minutes. A DoD agency, the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is part of the 16-member Intelligent Community, and is charged with building and operating the nation's reconnaissance satellites. das Interesse wird auf jeden Fall langsam größer und durch Partner in Deutschland kann man vielleicht bald sogar Infos hier bekommen.
Ich habe mal die Dönges GmbH angeschrieben, da kam aber nur die Antwort das der Vertrieb noch in Vorbereitung ist, bin mal gespannt wie lange es dauert.
Muss id4 Recht geben, so lange keine konkreten Zahlen über die schon getätigten Verkäufe kommen traue ich dem ganzen noch nicht so richtig.

LA JOLLA, Calif., Oct 06, 2009 -- Transdel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TDLP), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing topically administered products using its proprietary transdermal delivery platform, today announced positive top-line clinical results for its lead pain drug Ketotransdel(R)( )in a Phase 3 trial which evaluated the efficacy and safety of the drug in acute soft tissue injuries of the upper and lower extremities. Ketotransdel(R) is comprised of a transdermal formulation of ketoprofen, an NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug), and the Company's innovative proprietary Transdel(TM) drug delivery system.

Top-Line Results and Trial Design

The double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, multi-center Phase 3 study enrolled a total of 364 patients with acute soft tissue injuries in 26 centers in the United States.

The primary efficacy endpoint was the difference between Ketotransdel(R) and placebo in the change from baseline in pain intensity as measured by the 100 mm Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) during daily activities over the past 24 hours on Day 3. The VAS is a well known and validated instrument for pain measurement. The study achieved statistical significance in its primary endpoint in the per protocol analysis. The statistical analysis of those patients that complied with the study requirements (the per protocol (PP) population) included a total of 252 patients and showed a positive and statistically significant outcome in the primary efficacy endpoint between Ketotransdel(R) and placebo, reaching a p-value of less than 0.05.

Secondary endpoints included safety assessments and other efficacy parameters.

Ketotransdel(R) demonstrated an excellent safety and tolerability profile similar to the placebo cream. In particular, there were no Ketotransdel(R) treatment related gastrointestinal, cardiovascular or other clinically relevant adverse events reported, which are commonly observed with oral NSAIDs.

Ketotransdel(R) was well absorbed through the skin with minimal blood concentrations of ketoprofen detected in a subset of patients who underwent pharmacokinetic (PK) assessments following multiple exposures during the study. These PK results are consistent with the Company's previous clinical study findings.

Analysis of the Intent-to-Treat (ITT) population of the primary efficacy endpoint (which includes all study patients even if they failed to comply with the protocol and study requirements) favored Ketotransdel(R) compared to placebo but not to a degree that reached statistical significance. We believe that this finding was not due to a lack of effect of Ketotransdel(R), but rather due to patient compliance issues, non-adherence to protocol procedures and other potentially confounding factors (e.g., incorrect use of study drugs and/or concomitant use of unallowed drugs).

Die letzten NEWS waren alle gut.

Allerdings was für eine Kursexplosion fehlt sind genaue Zahlen die durch verschiendenste Zusammenarbeiten erwirtschaftet werden.

Sollten hier genauere Daten kommen wird der Kurs explodieren.

Was einige auch beunruhigt ist das die O/S Zahl normal bei gut 600 Millionen liegt was auf derzeitigem Kursnivau eine MK von ca. 6 Millionen Dollar entspricht.

Allerdings liegt die Zahl der A/S bei 20 Milliarden was einige zur Zeit beunruhigt.

Wenn ich allerdings in den US-Foren jetzt schon Stimmen höhre das die Firma dilutiert dann wird mir schlecht.Ersten sollten Sie sich mal die Tagesvolumina anschauen und dann Vergeliche ziehen zu anderen OTC-Aktien wo wirklich dilutiert wird(z.B CBAI).Dann kämen Sie zum Schluß das hier zur Zeit sicherlich nicht dilutiert wird.

Also es bleibt spannend aber die Charttechnik sieht gut aus.Sollten die kommenden Tage die 0,01 Dollar überwunden werden sind größere Kurssprünge drin.

Sollten Zahlen kommen(in NEWS) könnte die Aktie fliegen lernen.

Weit weg weisen kann ich dies gar nicht bei einer Aktie die an der OTC gelistet ist.

Nur sollte sich die Dilution für ein Unternehmen auch lohnen.

Bei diesen mageren Umsätzen von ca. 50 Millionen gestern oder sogar unter 20 Millionen ein paar Tage zuvor kann man aicherlich davon ausgehen das da nicht dilutiert wurde.

Es gibt gut 600 Millionen Aktien und da sollte ein Volumen bis zu 100-200 Millionen normal sein wenn NEWS rauskamen.

Wenn hier plötzlich Umsätze von 500 Millionen und mehr an einem Tag kommen kann man davon ausgehen das hier auch dilutiert wird(siehe CBAI bestes Beispiel zur Zeit).

Das mag vielleicht auch hier noch kommen aber ich schätze dann sehen wir hier andere Kurse.

Jedem sollte aber weiterhin bewußt sein das es eine OTC Aktie ist und somit in die Abteilung Zock reingehört.Wer dies so sieht schaut sich halt die NEWSlage an und die Charttechnik sowie die O/S und A/S an und 2 Punkte von 3 sind genial.Der 3te Punkt ist zur hälfte auch gut also für mich ein guter ZOCK.

Ein wenig Geduld bracuth man vielleicht denn von heute auf morgen gehen die seltensten Zocks auf.

Also warten wirs ab.

Hi leute ich muß mal unseren charttechniker Woddy01 fragen ob er das loch nicht geseheen hat auch in fach kreisen GAP genannt es steht bei 0.0023 und so ein "GAP"wird immer geschlossen also kann man davon ausgehen das sie noch weiter fällt

A recent report published by the RAND Corporation, states that "given the inherent secrecy with which states and other actors will conduct [chemical and biological] CB agent development, adversary programs could acquire new CB agents years before US defense planners recognize those agents. After the US intelligence community recognizes those CB agents as threats, the United States will probably need many more years to establish a comprehensive defense against them. Such gaps in CB defense capabilities pose a potentially serious risk to US military operations."
Rogue nations and terrorist groups have developed new and more sophisticated scientific capabilities and dual-use manufacturing sectors have proliferated, increasing the threat of development of lethal chemical or biological agents. The Anthrax attacks of 2001 were one incident which showed how just a few grams of weaponized anthrax sent through the postal system caused such havoc. "In the coming decades, these factors will likely increase the probability that the United States will face 'unknown' CB threats against which existing defenses are inadequate even for US military personnel," the report said.
According to a report by NBC New York, "Security officials are warning the leaders of major Wall Street banks that Al Qaeda terrorists in Yemen may be trying to plan attacks against those financial institutions or their leading executives." Intelligence analysts have suggested they have a general but growing concern that operatives in Yemen may again try to send package bombs of biological and chemical agents through the mail to Wall Street bankers. The latest "Inspire" issue also made reference to trying to use anthrax in an attack, officials said.
"As the world witnesses unrest in some very volatile regions in the Middle East and North Africa, there is a growing concern that weapons of mass destruction can be acquired by rogue regimes and terrorists and be used against the United States and its allies. kannst du heute vergessen. mit 1.4 bil. aktien nur so gering gestiegen. das ist ein scam. ich hatte sie gestern auch auf dem radar und habe die ganze zeit das orderbuch beobachtet. da wurde immer wieder dilution der firma betrieben. die laden ohne ende aktien ab. WARUM? wenn doch alles so toll aussieht? die aktienstruktur gibt da aufschluss.

vor 5 monaten 1.9 bil. aktien ausstehend. problem 20 bil. dürfen sie auf den markt schmeissen. warum 20 bil. AS. keine seriöse firma macht so etwas. die verdünnen bis die 20 bil. voll sind und dann kommt ein RS.

die aktie ist gestern am start mit ca. 80 mio. aktien fast auf dem tageshoch gewesen. und dann folgten über 1.3 bil. das 15 fache und nichts passierte. mit so viel gehandelten aktien hätte die aktie mindestens bei 0,004 stehen müssen. die geht heute wieder down weil das vol. natürlich sinken wird und die ausgabe weiterer aktien den kurs drücken wird. vielleicht am start nochmal etwas hoch das war es dann.

ja genau. die fehlt bei der abzocke hier eigentlich. vielleicht kommt sie noch ne hier würde ich die finger von lassen. auch wenn es am start noch mal 30% hoch gehen kann, die warscheinlichkeit das sie zusammenfällt ist einfach zu groß. das vol. wird heute stark nachlassen. aber ob die firma dann auch weniger aktien auf den markt schmeisst ist fraglich. würde mal gerne den aktuellen OS haben. liegt bestimmt schon bei 3.5 bil. und wird täglich mehr bis die 20 bil voll sind. dann 0001 ohne bid und RS. aus die maus. diese firma ist komplett danach aufgebaut. leider,,, sonst wäre hier gestern ein 10 bagger drin gewesen

da wir uns hier in der otc bewegen ist mit jedem szenario zu rechnen;

ich deute den gestrigen anstieg allerdings als anlauf in die nächste phase!
der kurs wurde fast über die ganze zeit gekonnt um die 0,0013 herum gedrückt;
am späten abend wurden die zügel dann gelockert und wir sind auf TH geschossen!
normalerweise würde ich bei so einem schönen anstieg auch die erste halbe stunde
des nächsten handelstages zum verkauf nutzen - in diesem fall rechne aber mit einem
mehrfachen 10-bagger; 3000% und mehr könnten drin sein, wenn man der news glauben
schenkt; natürlich wäre es auch ok, wenn man die hälfte des bestands vergoldet; ich jedoch behalte alle anteile, weil ich das investierte geld nicht brauche ;-)

also.... es sieht nach einen tollen tag heute aus!

Precision Technologies PTD, will give UNDT an on the ground marketing presence in Japan.

Concerns over food contaminated by radiation from areas surrounding the troubled nuclear plant in Fukushima spread beyond Japan's borders on Monday morning, with world health officials warning of the potential dangers posed by the tainted food.

World Health Organization officials told reporters Monday that Japan should act quickly to ban food sales from areas around the damaged nuclear plant, saying radiation in food is more dangerous than radioactive particles in the air because of accumulation in the human body.

"Walking outside for a day and eating food repeatedly are two different things. This is why they're going to have to take some decisions quickly in Japan to shut down and stop food being used completely from zones which they feel might be affected," WHO spokesman Gregory Hartl said, according to the Associated Press.

Ach,na ja,so schlimm wird es doch auch nicht sein,und ausserdem hat es ja erst mal news gegeben,ich weiss zwar nicht,was damals als Investment gelegenheit gedient hat aber im Moment kann es doch recht spannend werden,ich würde auf keinen fall für 0,003 meine Teile abgeben,guck mal jetzt tickt es schon in Singapur und in den Häfen der ganzen Region wird auch noch der eine oder andere messkram installiert werden müssen,sowas kann man leicht unterschätzen auf jeden Fall sind wir im Moment immer wieder Gesprächs Thema,warte einfach noch ein bisschen ab,ich glaube,das wird noch werden.

bei UNDT sehe ich aus Sicht von ca. 4 - 12 Wochen mehr
Gewinnchancen als Verluste.

Na gut,dann werde ich Dich ebenfalls mit Grüßen ins Wochenende schicken,schau nochmal an der OTCBB vorbei,es gab nämlich einen Auftrag der Us Armee für UNDT,über das Volumen habe ich noch nichts gefunden,da geht es aber um Biochemie und das ist immerhin hier spezialgebiet,sowas kann mann leicht unterschätzen,da kann sich was bewegen

Interesse an den Sicherheiten des Ausstellers

(a) In der Gesamtheit besitzt die Berichts-Person vorteilhaft am 21. Februar 2012 8.327.426.425 Anteile der Stammaktien des Ausstellers und darstellt ungefähr 45.6% solcher Kategorie Sicherheiten er. Dieser Prozentsatz des wirtschaftlichen Eigentums basiert auf insgesamt 18.259.372.299 Anteilen der Stammaktien, die am 21. Februar 2012 hervorragend sind, und umfaßt 39.750 Anteile Stammaktien den völlig bekleideten Wahlen zugrunde liegend, die von der Berichts-Person besessen.

(b) Die Berichts-Person hat die alleinige Energie, die Abstimmung von und die alleinige Energie, die Einteilung zu entledigen oder zu verweisen von, 8.327.426.425 Anteilen der Stammaktien des Ausstellers zu wählen oder zu verweisen.

(c) Anders als den Erwerb, der in dieser Änderung Nr. 3 des Zeitplan-13D beschrieben, gegeben es keine Verhandlungen in den Anteilen der Stammaktien des Ausstellers von der Berichts-Person während der letzten sechzig Tage.

Der große Moment ist da,schon gesehen,diese Handy app wird präsentiert,soweit ich verstanden habe,handelt es sich um ein kleines extra Gerät,das mit dem Handy über Blue Tooth verbunden bleibt und Alarm schlägt.Also,jetzt würde mich interressieren,was das kleine Gerät kostet,wenn das erschwinglich wäre,nicht übel,gar nicht übel!

Jeder Inhaber eines Zertifikats oder Bescheinigungen, das unmittelbar vor dem Datum des Inkrafttretens Split vertreten ausstehenden Aktien von Alt-Stammaktien (die "Alte Zertifikate") benannt ist, ab und nach dem Split Datum des Inkrafttretens, das Recht, gegen Einreichung eines solchen alten Zertifikate zu erhalten, werden des Unternehmens in Transfer-Agent für die Stornierung, werden ein Zertifikat oder Zertifikate (die "Neuen Zertifikate"), die die Aktien der neuen Stammaktien in die die Aktien von Old Common Stock früher von solchen alten Zertifikate vertreten, so ergab sich unter den Bedingungen hiervon umgegliedert. Sollte eine Umwandlung von Old Common Stock hierunter eine Anteilsbruchteils schaffen würde, so sind diese Anteilsbruchteils bis auf die nächste ganze Zahl von Stammaktien abgerundet werden. "
