Pursuant to the terms of the SPA, AKTOR Constructions, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, will receive initial cash proceeds of US$7.5 million and is eligible for additional proceeds where EG Greece subsequently completes a transaction with an arms-length party which attributes a valuation to Hellas Gold (net of outstanding indebtedness) in excess of a certain threshold amount.
Vorausgegangen war letzte Woche die Verabschiedung eines Gesetzes im griechischen Parlament, welches die Lizenzerteilung für Rohstoffproduzenten beschleunigen und die Gültigkeitsdauer der Lizenzen erhöhen wird. Eldorado Gold hatte im Oktober 2019 für das Skouries-Projekt die Erlaubnis erhalten, einen antiken Bergbauofen verlegen zu dürfen. Elektromechanische Installationen sind bereits seit September 2019 möglich, allerdings fehlt noch die Baugenehmigung für eine Dry Stacking Anlage zur Aufarbeitung der Tailings. Im Februar 2020 hatte der Staatsrat, Griechenlands oberstes Verwaltungsgericht mitgeteilt, dass Eldorado nachzuweisen hat, dass die Verfahren (u.a. Flash Smelting bei stark Arsenhaltigem Erz), die man eingeplant hat, sicher für die Umwelt sind.

In September 2019, we received electromechanical installation permit approvals from the Greek Ministry of Energy, Environment and Climate Change and in October 2019, we received approval for the Skouries building permit which allowed us to begin installation of the Skouries mill building. Additionally, consent to relocate an ancient mining furnace from the Skouries open pit area was received from the Central Archaeological Council in 2019 with works planned for mid-2020.

Eldorado continues to work with the Greek government to achieve the necessary terms and conditions required to re-start full construction at Skouries. These include approval to implement dry stack tailings at Skouries, a stable regulatory framework and assurances that provide appropriate foreign direct investor protection and dispute resolution as well as regulatory approval for subsequent permits and technical studies.

In terms of environmental licences, the bill requires the state to either approve or refuse environmental permits but not to delay their issue, with a permit considered to be automatically approved if there is no reply within a deadline set by law, barring some exceptions. It also extends the duration of permits from 10 to 15 years, or 21 years for activities with EMAS certification. The new law aims to cut down the maximum time needed to get an environmental permit to a few months (150 days) instead of the present six-eight years.

Eldorado must convince the Environment and Energy Ministry with a new study that it's gold mining techniques are safe for the environment. If it fails to do so, the investment will be at loose ends as the gold mine is at the center of its investment in northern Greece. So far there has been no comment from the Canadian company, nor has there been any announcement on how it will overcome this obstacle.

im Q 4 hat eldo. einen durschnittlichen veraufsp. von 1420 dollar pro unze ,im Q1 2020 im moment
1640 dollar ;macht 220 mehr pro unze bis jetzt. plus billgeres diesel. plus 30000 oz mehr produktion pro Q.
irgendwann wird da jemand einen bleistift rausholen ,dann gibt es eine neubewertung ,
ausser erdowahn will in griechenland einmaschieren ,dann wirds schwierig für uns mit dem kurs!

Eldorado ist von seinen letzten Hochs von vorletzter Woche mittlerweile wieder mehr als 20% runtergekommen. Heute bricht die Aktie nun erneut verhältnismäßig stark ein. Und das bei den zuletzt gemeldeten grandiosen Aussichten. Verstehen tue ich die Underperformance nicht. Gibt es dafür eine Erklärung?
