auf Sicht von 3-6 Monaten gibts nur eine Richtung und die Heißt NORDEN...wie gesagt enfach liegen lassen auf Q1 und die ersten Erlöse warten und dann wird die Rakete spät. starten. Kurse von 10-20Cent sollten wir dann locker sehen (wie es laufen kann seht ihr bei VKNG)

gute sache das, freue mich auch, dass es weiter geht...

ABER: bei all der Warterei und Euphorie bzgl. des Namenswechsels/Mergers gehe ich nicht davon aus, dass dies eine Garantie ist, dass der Kurs jetzt explodieren wird - ich lasse mich aber gern eines besseren belehren und wünsche uns allen viel Erfolg

nee das ist es auch nicht aber ein enorm wichtiger Schritt für die Zukunft!! Ich denke aber 20-40% sind heute locker drin...

Die Explosion erwarte ich im April 2010 wenn die ersten Erlöse aus Q1 bekannt gegeben werden!!

Denke wir werden heute eine Explosion sehen, aber leider höchstens nur für die erste 1 bis 2 Std.
Es gibt noch viel zu viele Zocker bei IVOT. (Das gleiche ist gestern Neomedia passiert, sehr gute Nachricht ist Raus ---- heftige Kursexplosion --- und in Minus geschlossen.
Wir müssen auf die erste Quartalzahlen warten, erst dann erwarte ich Kurs 0,02 bis 0,03 je Aktie.
Nur meine Meinung dazu…..

beim mir ist Ivoice halt mehr als ein Zock denn ich sehe den Wert irgendwann bei mehreren Cent, da ich so überzeugt bin werde ich auch so lange die Kurse so günstig sind weiter nachlegen. 4-5 Mio will ich bis Jahresende gerne haben.

It appears that there is changes happening behind the scenes and it will obviously entail TPHM so I suspect news very soon regarding merger or similar...

Repayment And Settlement Of Outstanding Debt With
Institutional Investor
MATAWAN, N.J.—December 7, 2009--iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOI), a
developer and licensor of proprietary technologies, announced today that it has repaid
approximately $500,000 in convertible debt to an institutional investor.
On November 13, 2009, iVoice, Inc. (“Company”) entered into a Settlement Agreement
dated November 12, 2009 with YA Global Investments, L.P., formerly known as Cornell
Capital Partners, LP (“YA Global”) whereby: in exchange for a $500,000 cash payment
and entering into a non-interest bearing amended and restated debenture with a
principal amount of $671,600, the Company was able to extinguish all other obligations
owed to YA Global including disputed interest on other debentures previously paid-off,
termination of various warrants, and reduction of the collateral securing the remaining
debenture from all of the assets of the Company to only the $370,000 Secured
Convertible Debenture issued by Thomas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. and held by iVoice,
Inc. Additionally, the Company and YA Global executed a general release effective
through the date of the Settlement Agreement. This transaction leaves a balance of only
$671,600 due to the institutional investor.

Guten Morgen zusammen!!

Schön zu sehen dass sich unser Forum immer weiter füllt und auch neue Gesichter hinzustoßen....ich war ja hier monatelang als Einzelkämpfer unterwegs!!

Zum Thema günstig aufstocken kann ich nur eins sagen:

JETZT machen(!!), in ein paar Wochen könnte es dafür schon zu spät sein....die ersten revenues müssten bald kommen, weitere Reseller (vor allem aus Europa und Canada) sollten veröffentlicht werden etc.

Kauft in den USA und nicht in Berlin, dann tut sich auch direkt etwas am Kurs (bei genügend Stück).

Ich werde mir in den nächsten Tagen auch nochmal ein paar xxx.xxx gönnen, dann hab ich aber wirklich genug (Grüße an Alex!!)

Du hast den Nagel auf den Kopf Getroffen, wer hier und die nächsten Tage oder Wochen nicht Investiert der ist selber Schuld.

Ich kann dir Sagen es sind viele Investierte die dir Danke Sagen können mich eingeschlossen, das du solang als Einzelkämpfer unterwegs warst, aber jetzt Glaube ich bist du nicht mehr alleine Unterwegs, ich Hoofe das noch mehr Investierte und Neue Investierte hier im Forum Schreiben und das wir das Boot hier gemeinsam an Land ziehen, nicht zu schnell sonst sind wieder Zocker hier am Werke und dan Springen die meisten wieder ab.

mach dir nix draus auch du wirst hier noch deine 300-500% machen, wenn du ein wenig Geduld hast.

Ich würde auch nicht direkt beim nächsten Hype abspringen (nur wenn du Zocken willst)...ansonsten ist man hier auch sehr gut mit LONG dabei. Wie gesagt ich verkaufe nix zu unter 0,10€!!
