Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS) announced today it completed its acquisition of BioConversions International. The transaction record date is 5 February 2009.

All record-date stockholders and all prior EGVI stockholders will receive, pro rata, $2,000,000 in Convertible Preferred Stock. The Preferred Stock may be converted into Common Stock annually.
The Conversion feature will expire in 5 years.

es war doch klar das dieser schub nicht immer weiter so gehen konnte. man muss auch mal mit 500% - 1000% zufrieden sein. bei den hotstocks auf einen nachhaltigen anstieg zu hoffen ist denke ich eher mutig. wer hier bei 0,2usd noch einsteigt hat einfach zu viel geld und zockt auf sehr dünnen eis.

trotzdem ein toller trade. mal sehen ob sie nochmal nachlegen kann. denke aber eher nein. über das we will das ding keiner mehr im depot haben

The press release contains a reconciliation of "Adjusted EBITDAX" and "Distributable cash flow" to net income and net cash provided by operating activities and a reconciliation of "Net income excluding certain items" to net income, ENP's most directly comparable financial performance and liquidity measures calculated and presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
The attached press release includes, among other things, the financial measure of "G&A expense excluding non-cash compensation," which was calculated by deducting non-cash compensation from total G&A expense.

Year-End Reserves and Production
ENP's total proved oil and natural gas reserves as of December 31, 2008 were 26.1 million barrels of oil equivalent ("MMBOE"), consisting of 16.6 million barrels of crude oil, condensate, and natural gas liquids and 56.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas. ENP produced 2.3 MMBOE during 2008 averaging 6,139 barrels of oil equivalent per day during the fourth quarter of 2008.
At December 31, 2008, oil reserves accounted for 64 percent of total proved reserves, and 89 percent of total proved reserves are developed. Based on annualized fourth quarter production for 2008, ENP's ratio of reserves to production is approximately 11.6 years for total proved reserves and 10.3 years for proved developed reserves.

Encore Energy Systems Announces Cash Dividend and Record Date of February 20, 2009 for Patent Royalty Proceeds Distribution

OXFORD, MS, Feb 13, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS) announced today the record date for its stockholder escrow account and cash dividend. The cash dividend record date is 20 February 2009.

All stockholders of record on 20 February 2009 will be entitled to yearly dividends, pro rata, from all royalties received under the Company's current patent license agreements.

All royalty revenue received from these projects will be direct-deposited, in full, to a Shareholder Escrow Account. The dividend will be distributed to all record-date stockholders on an annual basis, pro rata.

The Company granted a worldwide license for its geothermal patents. dir ist aber schon klar an welcher börse du hier handelst? alles nur zock und verarsche. da drüber solltest du dir schon im klaren sein. hier gibt es nur tief rein und nie länger als 2 tage halten. dann bist du auf einem guten weg. bei solchen kursen ein zu steigen ist irre. und wer das macht hat die gier nur so auf der stirn stehen und wird am ende alles verlieren. der zug hier ist schon auf hohem tempo gewesen und wird vielleicht noch mal kurz fahrt auf nehmen. aber warscheinlicher ist das es ab nun erst mal down geht. nächste woche wieder 0,0005usd.

denk an meine worte. jetzt einsteigen und nächste woche ist dein geld weg.

Sehr geehrter Imperator, du verunsicherst hier Leute mit Aussagen, die einfach nicht stimmen.
Pink Sheets bedeutet nicht automatisch, daß hier nur Müll
gehandelt wird, es gibt viele Aktien, die Potential haben.
Für dieselben ist es aber schwierig richtig hoch zu kommen,
weil sich viele Trader, bzw. organisierte Gruppen hier aufhalten, die mit Kleingeld Kurse
steuern können, doch das wirst du sicher wissen.
Denk mal an Aktien wie ACTC, AMNE, EESO,...die versuchen durch Substanz aus dem Sumpf rauszukommen, doch das ist schwierig, weil Fonds,etc. ja in diesem Segment bzw. Preisklasse nicht eingreifen können. Und hier ists genauso, les mal die Publikationen.
Nichts für ungut.

ja richtig, der zock ist durch. sehe ich auch so. bin froh bei 0,12 verkauft zu haben. lieber 500% als so ein bangen wie jetzt. aber manche bekommen den hals nicht voll und zahlen jetzt die rechnung. die zu 0,002 eingestiegen sind tun mir jetzt schon leid.

ok meinte natürlich 0,0012 aber selbst darüber bin ich froh. denn der nächste wert kommt die woche bestimmt der ausbricht. da kann man schließlich wieder ein paar hundert % machen wenn man schnell genug ist.

hier sind meiner meinug nach die höchstkurse vorerst gesehen. vielleicht zuckt sie ja nochmal nach oben aber ansonsten fäht der zug wohl weiter. bin mal auf diese woche gespannt.. ab dienstag gehts ja wieder los

Also 6 Freunde und ich halten zusammen mit mir 150 Mill. Aktien, die haben wir im Bereich zwischen 0,002 USD und 0,0012 USD gekauft.
Liest man sich durch die nordamerikanischen Boards würde man glauben, daß mehr als die angegebenen Shares bereits gekauft wurden.(Ungefähr 500 Mill Aktien).Soweit beurteilbar kein signifikantes Insidertrading. In den letzten Stunden am Freitag wurden 150 Mill Shares in 1 Tradingsession verkauft, was den Aktienkurs allerdings kaum tangiert hat, immerhin etwa 1/3 der ausstehenden Aktien)

Fazit: der MM betrieb unglaubliches Share-Dumping, Naked-Short-Selling und damit Manipulation.(welcher Broker läßt das zu ?, Banken tuns hier nicht)


Was kommt als nächstes: meiner Meinung nach die Zahlen noch vor dem 20.02 und dann ein Tradinghalt.

Pure Phantasie? Wunschdenken?

Eine hoffentlich grüne Woche allen Investierten.

Was meint ihr? In meinem Depot steht A0MZJK. Allerdings mußt ich extra anrufen, wieso kann ich nicht kaufen ...? Ja, wir geben das Problem weiter. Wenige Minuten später war die Aktie nicht mehr gesperrt, ich konnte kaufen. Plötzlich steht da diese WKN. Gebt sie mal bei google ein

Nun zu dir. Du willst uns also sagen, daß 500 Mill. shares auf dem Markt sind? Und das trotz naked short Verbot in den USA mehr als die ausstehenden Aktien verkauft wurden? Ist das nicht normal, manche waren ja nur kurz drin, vielleicht mehrmals.

Andererseits. Wenn das stimmt gibt es in den nächsten Tagen einen short-squeeze. Was hat es mit der Dividende auf sich? Bei Palomar war das ein ziemlicher Reinfall. Ist das hiermit zu vergleichen, habe das damals nur am Rande mitbekommen. Für mich eher eine Masche um die Leute am verkaufen zu hinden, auch wenn der Kurs fällt.

Wie geht es weiter? Morgen wird der Kurs wohl kaum sinken, der Zock wäre zu amateurhaft. Ich denke es wird noch etwas Spannung aufgebaut, vielleicht sehen wir morgen erneut Kurse zwischen 0,0008 und 0,0020.

Abschmieren sollte sie vor Freitag nicht. Das kommt dann eher nächste Woche.

gut also , Dividende hin oder her, ist nicht so gelungen denn Leuten, sonst wäre der Kurs bei 0,0006 oder so , sage ich Montag zu 0,0001 oder was meint ihr dazu. Ich dachte der Kurs wird heute Explodieren und dann das.


Muss sagen gut das ich nicht zu 0,0002 bedient worden bin, wenn ja dann hätte ich es gleich zu 0,0003 verkauft und das heute zwei mal, war wohl nicht so

glaub hier könnte bald wieder die post abgehen; vor allem der umstand dass gewisse seiten die firma als scam hinstellen werden, könnte als kontrindikator zum kauf anregen, denn ich denke die beste zeit zu kaufen ist wenn keiner ein papier will und die tatsache dass hier gewisse einschlägig und gutfrequentierte infoseiten vom kaufen abhalten wollen, dann erst rech!!!
