na ja, es wurde klar im vorigen monatsbericht herausgestellt, daß dieses jahr das geld nicht für anwälte etc. sondern für marketing zum generieren von umsätzen ausgegeben wird, einige angebote sowie eine vereinbarung zu einer zusammenarbeit mit siemens canada wurden bereits in angriff genommen.

auch versucht man geld aus obamas topf für neue energielösungen zu erhalten und wie auf einen schlag kommen scheinbar auch etliche neuanfragen hereingeflattert.

mal sehen ob aus conc wie phönix aus der asche aufsteigen wird.

hab zwar derzeit keinen überblick, wie viele aktien in umlauf sind, nach dem reverse split dürftens aber nicht mehr sooooo viele sein.

ich habe auch noch ein paar von diesen Teilen. Die sind bestimmt schon 5 Jahre alt. Aber wenn ich mir den Chart angucke, der ist noch nicht mal 1 Jahr alt. Wo ist denn der Langzeitchart hin????
Ich hatte die mal gekauft für 5000 Euro, sind jetzt noch nicht mal mehr 1 Euro wert. Der Laden ist absoluter Betrug. Pinksheet Scheiße halt.....

Habe auch noch 136 Stück im Depot haben viele Splits mitgemacht!
Früher CNES waren angeblich heute schon bei 0,12 das glaube ich nicht ist da schon wieder gesplittet worden? 1:1000?
Dann habe ich noch 0,136 Stück im Depot!
War mal überzeugt aber ich glaube nicht mehr daß sie nochmal kommt!
Verlust 99,98% momentan etwas weniger aber bei einem Verkauf würde ich draufzahlen!

(PGE) announced that it will begin rolling out more than 800,000 “smart meters” across its 4,000-square-mile service area after successfully completing its smart metering systems testing program. PGE began installing smart meters last year in selected test neighborhoods — urban and rural —before rolling them out territory-wide. The rest of the smart meters will be installed in an 18-month process slated for completion by late 2010. The capital cost of the project is expected to be $130-135 million. The smart metering system was purchased from Sensus Metering.

Silver Spring Networks, a smart grid networking solutions company, has been selected by Jemena Electricity Networks (JEN) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of energy infrastructure company Jemena Limited, and United Energy Distribution (UED) to provide the network for a rollout of a government-mandated AMI program in Victoria, Australia. Under the agreement, Silver Spring Networks will provide network infrastructure, devices, software and variety of services for the program. The deployment, which will begin on September 1, 2009 and be completed by 2013, will network approximately 1 million homes and businesses throughout Victoria.

Elster, Trilliant, and Itron Inc. have joined forces in support of C12.22, the newly published standard from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The open standard is fundamental to advanced metering, allowing for interoperability between smart devices and networks. The ANSI C12.22 open standard defines how to transmit standardized tables of meter data across wired or wireless networks using various transports such as IP.

This new standard sounds ominous as manufacturers will need to compy and be approved. I wonder if CONC is planning on going for approval?

Hi Lui_37!

Ich denke, wenn Conectisys wieder an die OTCBB wechselt. Weil der letzte Bericht zu spät gekommen ist, wurde das Listing auf Pinksheets umgestellt.

Könnte mir vorstellen, das Ende dieses Jahres oder Anfang nächstes Jahr das Listing wieder an der OTCBB aufgenommen wird.

CONECTISYS CORPORATION (CONC) and HENSHENGTONGDA COMMERCIAL
LTD (HCC)
SUBJECT: H-Net Metering System.
1. Purpose. The purpose of this Master Agreement (MA) is to memorialize
representations, terms and conditions for Installation, Distribution, Use, Service
H-Net Metering System and all the Agreements that have been accepted as understood
parties during their conversations and exchange of correspondence. This MA
binding agreement between the parties and will be the final negotiation and agreement.
2. References. The following referenced executed agreements attached hereto
as follows:
1. Consulting Agreement – Exhibit 1
2. Limited Warranty – Exhibit 2
3. License & Royalty Agreement - Exhibit 3
These three (3) Agreements are incorporate by reference as if detailed herein in
shall be made part of this MA.
3. Parties’ Motivations/Considerations: The parties are establishing a commercial relation with the potential for HCC to become a distributor of the H-Net Metering System to China. CONC is a manufacturer of the H-Net Metering System, which marketing, distribution, and installation are to be fully developed. HCC intends to establish a commercial and strategic relationship with CONC to be product distributor that could offer the opportunity for steady growth and market positioning within China.
4. Scope of the MA. The following are the general promises and representation the parties have made to each other and shall be binding upon execution of this MA:
4.1. Exhibit 1 – the Consulting Agreement describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which CONC will provide professional services with respect to the H-Net™ Meter System (H-Net™) licensed by CONC to HCC pursuant to a certain hardware and Software License.
4.2. Exhibit 2 - This 20 Year Limited Warranty this Limited Material Warranty describes the remedy in the event the Products are found to have defects in material or manufacturing workmanship which cause malfunctions before the expiration of the stated warranty period.
4.3. Exhibit 3- The license and Royalty Agreement whereby CONC grants to HCC a royalty-bearing, license to use and/or sell the Licensed H-Net Metering System Products within China. This grant is subject to the payment by Licensee to CONC of all consideration as provided therein.

5. This Purchase Agreement will be signed in Beijing at HCC. A purchase order will be issued by HCC at that time for 2000-Units and 5-BaseStations for the some of $548,000 (Five Hundred and Forty Eight Thousand) USD and monies wired by instruction provide by CONC the cash due as specified within the agreement to sell the H-Net Metering System in commodity and specifications as outlined in this Agreement with all pricing based on quantity 30,000-unit commitment for $8,202,000(Eight Million Two Hundred and Two Thousand) USD. Each Purchase Order shall include a delivery schedule.
6. Duration of the MA: This MA shall remain in force for a period of no less than two years. during which both parties shall make their best efforts to fulfill the Agreements listed here as Exhibits 1, 2, and 3.
7. Effective date. This MA shall become effective immediately after its execution.

Ich kann euch nur sagen, dass der CEO von Conectisys im Moment in Bejing ist, um die Vertragsdetails zu besprechen (das steht im Monatsbericht).

Lt. einigen Personen, die auf www.investorshub.com posten, wird er ungefähr 2 Wochen dort bleiben.

Offiziell ist alles noch nicht, denn ein Press Release hat es noch nicht gegeben. Alles steht nur in den Monatsberichten an die Aktionäre.

Initial purchase of 30,000 H-Net MeterSystems and 66 H-Net BaseStations for the sum of $8,202,000.00

* Parties desire to form a more long term relationship by Licensing, and Marketing Agreements provided by CONC

* Offering exclusive rights to the new division of HCC known by this reference as (ConectiSys-Asia), shall manufacture, sell, and deploy the H-Net MeterSystem in China

wundert mich natürlich auch. damit würden sie nun aber quasi offiziell den weg des vorsätzlichen betruges gehn. das wäre ja echt der wahnsinn. kann mir natürlich hier auch alles vorstellen, aber cnes waren wir bislang ja zumindest von solchen machenschaften verschont. oder kann es tatsächlich sein, dass man sonst über die rein gar nix beim googlen findet ? kanns mir nat. auch nicht vorstellen. asozial alles

Wieviele Shares stehen eigentlich noch aus? Es waren mal 50mrd - ob die beim Split1:2500 gekürzt wurden weiß auch keiner (siehe Diskussion auf i-Hub).

If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a white candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the SELL-IF alert remains valid, however, without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long white candlestick. Any white candlestick following a SELL-IF alert makes the signal void and invalid.

The market looks strong on the short side. So you may continue to carry the existing short positions. If the SELL-IF is confirmed, new short sale positions may be considered.

ja,ja, bin ja auch schon seit 3 jahren dabei u. hab den thread auch regelmässig verfolgt. nur dass hier wäre ja nun eine neue qualität von betrug (wenn man "betrug" überhaupt klassifizieren kann).

frage mich nur, wie einfältig das wäre, einfach ne company anzuführen, über die man gar nix weiter findet im net (selbst wenn sie aus china kommt - was ja an sich schon bisschen, na ja, wie soll ich sagen "anrüchig" erscheint)

es müsste ja aber auch jedem auffallen, der investiert. warum ist der kurs dann so enorm gestiegen. klar, könnte nat. auch manipuliert sein...

desweiteren findet man im letzten report ja auch den namen der siemens canada ltd., mit denen sie "angeblich" sogar engere kontakte pflegen. diese firma existiert ja nun definitv. fahren sie nun sozusagen zweigleisig: mit authentischen firmen im realen kontakt und mit scheinfirmen im scheinkontakt ??

sicherlich ist alles denkbar, man muss nur genügend phantasie entwicklen. aber in diesem fall hier bin ich wirklich ein wenig verwirrt.

tja, lass ich mich wohl mal einfach wieder richtig zulaufen am wochenende, vielleicht kommt mir dann die erleuchtung in diesem schwierigen fall

Hi Leute!

Erstmal muss ich mich, glaube ich, entschuldigen, wegen meiner schlechten Recherche. Leider konnte ich auch nicht wissen, dass der Auftrag von einer Betrugsfirma erteilt wurde. Jetzt stellt sich nur die Frage, ob es alles geplant war oder die "Spignos" tatsächlich einer Betrugsfirma zum Opfer gefallen sind? Ist schon alles sehr merkwürdig. Naja, immerhin haben sie sich den Fehler im neuen MR ja eingestanden.

Mal schauen was jetzt passiert. Ich bleibe noch bei der Stange.

das war eine glasklare abzocke.da brauchste dich nicht entschuldigen.das es eine von cnes durchgeführte aktion war,ist auch eindeutig.welcher solide kaufmann prahlt mit irgendwelchen verträge ohne den partner zukennen.Und die sind auch noch so dreist und spielen jetzt so als wenn sie das opfer wären.aber was solls,hoffentlich sind hier nicht zu viele drauf reingefallen.

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 05.28.2009 (7) days ago, when the stock price was 0.1800. Since then CONC has fallen -63.89% .

BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick which has an open equal to the previous close but closing higher. The buying price is the previous close ( 0.0600 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.

Patience pays off. The market wavered a bit but finally confirmed the recent bullish formation. The dose of the previous day was not enough for a BUY-IF confirmation but today it is. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion. The market is now ready for a bullish move.
