aber man muss nicht der Mann der ersten Stunde sein und durchhalten. Man darf zwischendurch gerne mal abspringen und wieder aufspringen. Ist manchmal gesünder. Ich bin bei 0,9 Cent raus und freue mich jetzt darüber. Unter 0,7 wird es wieder interessant, aber einsteigen werde ich wohl dieses Jahr nicht mehr.

Hallo zusammen, da war das erste Mal seit Monaten bei den Amis mal wieder richtig was los in Sachen CBAI und hier hat es keiner mitbekommen. Es gab mal wieder eine Verlautbarung letzten Montag, aber diese könnte wohl in der Tat sehr vielversprechend für den Wert der Aktie sein. Eine Vereinbarung mit der National Association Representing U.S. Health Insurance Plans könnte der Durchbruch für CBAI in den USA sein. Zumindest hat das Volumen deutlichst angezogen. Mal sehen, was nächste Woche bringt.

Ein US-Berufungsgericht hat der Regierung von Präsident Barack Obama am Freitag grünes Licht für die Fortführung der staatlichen Förderung der embryonalen Stammzellenforschung gegeben. Es sei unwahrscheinlich, dass die Kläger mit ihrer Forderung nach einem Förderstopp Erfolg haben würden, hieß es in der Erklärung des Gerichts in Washington. Dieses Urteil in zweiter Instanz ist ein wichtiger Sieg für Obama, der die staatliche Förderung der Stammzellenforschung im März 2009 wieder erlaubt und damit den Kurs seines Vorgängers George W. Bush in dieser umstrittenen Frage korrigiert hatte.

Im August hatte das Gericht die Förderung in erster Instanz vorerst gestoppt und war damit dem Antrag von zwei Wissenschaftlern und christlichen Organisationen gefolgt, die die Wiedereinführung der staatlichen Förderung angefochten hatten. Sie argumentierten, ein Embryo sei bereits ein vollständiger Mensch. Der Staat dürfe keine Forschung unterstützen, die die Zerstörung des Embryos zur Folge habe, auch wenn damit andere Leben gerettet werden könnten.

Bei den embryonalen Stammzellen handelt es sich um Zellen eines menschlichen Embryos in den ersten Tagen der Entwicklung. Wissenschaftler sind überzeugt, mit diesen beschädigte oder kranke Zellen ersetzen zu können und damit Lähmungen, Blindheit und einige chronische Krankheiten heilen zu können.

MARIETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Smart Holdings, Inc. (SMHS.PK), announced today that the Company has been aggressively trying to remove a DTC chill order placed by the DTCC back in June.
