So dann mal rein hüpfen Leute bevor es zu spät ist, hätten die Amis gestern mehr Zeit gehabt wäre Xoma auf 2 USD gestiegen, 200 Tagelinie verläuft bei 1,15 USD, wir stehen nachbörslich bei 1,21. Ziel Pre Market 2 USD. Ziel für die nächsten Wochen 5 USD.
So dann mal rein hüpfen Leute bevor es zu spät ist, hätten die Amis gestern mehr Zeit gehabt wäre Xoma auf 2 USD gestiegen, 200 Tagelinie verläuft bei 1,15 USD, wir stehen nachbörslich bei 1,21. Ziel Pre Market 2 USD. Ziel für die nächsten Wochen 5 USD.

Ich denke Royalties 2009 ca. 30 Mio USD siehe Filings und 2010 könnten es so um die 50 Mio USD sein. 3 zugelassene Medikamente und immernoch zum Schnäppchenpreis zu haben, andere Firmen haben nichtmal eine Zulassung und sind höher bewertet. Wo gibts denn sowas?
Xoma hat 21 Mio Cash auf der Bank.
Bei 2 USD wäre XOMA nichtmal 300 mio USD wert.
Also auf basis 2010 mit dem 6 fachen der royalties.

Beim Lizenznehmer, der UCB SA aus Belgien, gabs schon gestern einen heftigen Kurssprung!
Da wussten einige schon vorher Bescheid! Schade, hätte man UCB beobachten sollen, um dann noch rechtzeitig in Xoma einzusteigen, denn der grosse Kurssprung bei Xoma kam ja erst heute (in Europa).

Also mit dem premarket upmove habe ich mich getäuscht, das sind eher premarket gewinnmitnahmen die wir hier sehen, ich bin gespannt was hier im laufe des Tages noch geht, mittelfristig gehts auf jeden Fall richtung 2 USD, dafür produziert Xoma zu gute News derzeit. Wünsche euch trotzdem ein schönes we, auch wenn das Heute mit dem "zock" nichts geworden ist. Nie vergessen, wir sind hier bei Biotech, da geht es in größeren Spannen rauf und runter.

(Nasdaq:XOMA), a leader in the discovery and development of antibody therapeutics, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with an institutional investor to sell 11,764,706 units, with each unit consisting of one of the Company's common shares and a warrant to purchase 0.50 of a common share, for gross proceeds of approximately $10 million, before deducting placement agent fees and estimated offering expenses, in a "registered direct" offering. The investor has agreed to purchase the units at a purchase price of $0.85 per unit. The warrants, which represent the right to acquire an aggregate of up to 5,882,353 common shares, will be exercisable at any time on or after May 15, 2009 and prior to the fifth anniversary of the closing of the transaction at an exercise price of $1.02 per share, which was 120% of the closing price of the Company's common shares on the Nasdaq Global Market on May 14, 2009. Canaccord Adams Inc. acted as placement agent for the offering.
The transaction is expected to close on or about May 20, 2009, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Ich denke Royalties 2009 ca. 30 Mio USD siehe Filings und 2010 könnten es so um die 50 Mio USD sein. 3 zugelassene Medikamente und immernoch zum Schnäppchenpreis zu haben, andere Firmen haben nichtmal eine Zulassung und sind höher bewertet. Wo gibts denn sowas?
Xoma hat 21 Mio Cash auf der Bank.
Bei 2 USD wäre XOMA nichtmal 300 mio USD wert.
Also auf basis 2010 mit dem 6 fachen der royalties.
Also aus meiner Sicht unterbewertet! Ziel 3,5 USD in 2009 und 5 USD in 2010.

b) Dilution durch den Investor der nun im Boot sitzt.
c) Währungsproblematik in D , durch den starken Euro.
d) Verlust hat man nur bei Verkauf;-);-)
e) Sehe hier nach wie vor ein strong buy.
Der Kurs wird in Amiland gemacht in D nur reagiert, heute Feiertag in USA. Wer hier schmeißt selber schuld.

Glaube auch nicht dass es diese Woche unter die 50Cent bei uns gehen wird...denke dass hier irgendwann wieder eine Gegenreaktion einsetzt und wir vlt. in 1-2 Wochen wieder bei mind. 0,80€ stehen werden!!

considering the size of the crohns mkt and that cimzia was only on the ra mkt for 1 month, the # is pretty strong.

Ich hab mir mal den Chart über 10 Jahre angesehen. Dabei fällt auf, dass wir in einem Abwärtstrend seit dem IPO sind!
Wäre heute der Kurs über 2 $, wäre der Abwärtstrend gebrochen. Als Seitwärtsbewegung wird es noch 1 - 1,5 Jahre dauern, bevor der Abwärtstrend beendet wäre .
