YASH has other deals ongoing including a venture project to build an international platform for driving Chinese Province's overseas investment enterprises and exports. On July 21st, Yasheng ECO-Trade Engaged an Investment Banking Firm to Obtain Banking Facility for Yasheng Russia Project. The Yasheng Russia Breeding Complex is expected by the company to be a joint venture between Yasheng ECO-Trade Corporation and Create Agrogroup Zao. A banking facility is required due to the expected cost of the project of $186 million and projected to be completed in three stages over five years.

wenn das alles klappt muss es kein faules ei sein. auch die arbeitsplätze in USA sind rar und hier könnten neue geschaffen werden. momentan bin ich aber eher kfr. an dem chart orientiert und setze auf die 0.1 unterstützung. bei stockcharts hat es in den vorherigen monaten auch so merkwürdige striche nach unten auf diese marke gegeben. wer weiss was das zu bedeuten hat!?

On August 17, 2009, Yasheng Eco-Trade (the "Company") entered into a Subscription Agreement with an accredited investor pursuant to which the investor agreed to acquire up $400,000 in shares of common stock of the Company at a per share purchase price equal to the average closing price for the five trading days prior to close. On August 17, 2009, an accredited investor purchased 350,877 restricted shares of common each at $0.57 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $200,000, which was paid in cash. On August 31, 2009, the accredited investor purchased an additional 150,060 shares of common stock at $.3332 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $50,000, which was paid in cash.

The shares of common stock were offered and sold to the accredited investor in a private placement transaction made in reliance upon exemptions from registration pursuant to Section 4(2) under the Securities Act of 1933 and/or Rule 506 promulgated thereunder. The investor is an accredited investor as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933.

falls euch YASH nicht so zusagt, bio-werte gehen ganz gut zur zeit. da hätte ich auch noch was.. aber nicht weiter erzählen

ich vermute dass bei YASH shorts am werk sind. seit dem 15.8. hat der wert von .67 dollars auf .1 dollars nachgegeben und das bei gutem news flow mit stetig steigendem handelsvolumen. nächste statistik kommt per 31.8. und dann sehen wir mehr

obwohl nach dem 31.8. hat das volumen nochmals stark angezogen und diese statistik sehen wir erst in zwei wochen. man oh man hier brauchen wir noch einen starken support.. wer ist mit dabei...

Die Frage ist, welche Rolle die YHGG.PK spielt, die ja wohl den Mutterkonzern darstellt, der sehr wahrscheinlich über entsprechende Gewinnabführungsverträge verfügt. Der Konzern ist mit gut 100 Mio $ bewertet, was bei einem Gewinn von 76 Mio in 2008 gut klingt. Nur KGV zwischen 1-2 ist bei Chinawerten immer so eine Sache. Meist implodieren die trotz niedriger KGVs. Wenn kaufen, dann m. E. maximal YHGG.PK, also einen Pinkie.

pinkies kauf ich nicht. YHGG brauch YASH (Namensgleichheit mit Yasheng haben die ja jetzt) um den amerikanischen Markt zu beackern. hierzu soll ja auch das neue logistikzentrum (s.o.)errichtet werden. der pinkiewert YHGG ist zu illiquide, hierzu ist YASH m.e. das vehikel um zumindest auf otcc-niveau und ggfs. höher zu kommen. mit den unternehmenskennzahlen von yasheng-group wäre sie ja schwer genug für höhere aufgaben.

On August 17, 2009, Yasheng Eco-Trade (the “Company”) entered into a Subscription Agreement with an accredited investor pursuant to which the investor agreed to acquire up $400,000 in shares of common stock of the Company at a per share purchase price equal to the average closing price for the five trading days prior to close. On August 17, 2009, the accredited investor purchased 350,877 restricted shares of common each at $0.57 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $200,000, which was paid in cash. On August 31, 2009, the accredited investor purchased an additional 150,060 shares of common stock at $.3332 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $50,000, which was paid in cash. On September 4, 2009, an accredited investor purchased 574,718 restricted shares of common each at $.22136 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $127,219.48, which was paid in cash.


The shares of common stock were offered and sold to the accredited investor in a private placement transaction made in reliance upon exemptions from registration pursuant to Section 4(2) under the Securities Act of 1933 and/or Rule 506 promulgated thereunder. The investor is an accredited investor as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933.
