TORREYPINES THERAPEUTICS, INC. Merger with RAPTOR PHARMACEUTICALS

On July 27, 2009, Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp., a Delaware corporation ("Raptor"), entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reorganization (the "Merger Agreement") with TorreyPines Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("TorreyPines"), and ECP Acquisition, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of TorreyPines, ("Merger Sub"), pursuant to which, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Merger Agreement, TorreyPines will acquire Raptor in a stock-for-stock reverse triangular merger (the "Merger"). In the Merger, Merger Sub will be merged with and into Raptor, with Raptor surviving the merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TorreyPines.

Aktienkurs lag vor 2 Jahren noch bei gut 6,50 Euro !!!!!!!

Schaut heut gar ne mal schlecht aus *g*.
Gut das ich mir gestern mal einige geholt habe bei 0,257 Euro.
Waren zwar net viel, aber wenn die Aktie wieder auf 6 Euro geht,
würde mir das auch reichen *g*.
Heute schonmal kanpp 110 % im Plus gewesen........

Die Aktie schein hier niemanden zu Interessieren.....
Aber mir egal.
Wenn das Ding bei 4 Euro steht , wollen alle rein und dabei sein,
statt jetzt günstig einzusteigen.....

Werd wohl nochmal ( falls nochmal TPTX nochmal etwas zurückkommmt)
nachlegen........

Doch interessiert mich schon, aber ich warte noch bis die wieder unter 10USCent ist...
Mal sehen wann das sein wird....

Übrigens habe ich da noch eine andere, die vielleicht auch noch was Wert ist...
Particle Drilling....kostet im Moment 0,009USCent, wenn ich da 500€ anlege habe ich fast 100000 Aktien, brauche dann nur zu warten bis die wieder 1 € erreicht, dauert zwar, aber es wird wohl was werden...

Sag mir mal deine Meinung dazu?

Leider bereits noch ein paar bei 0,208 abgegriffen.
Aber egal, wenn die bald wieder über 1 Euro stehen

Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. and TorreyPines Complete Merger / Creates Biopharmaceutical Company Named Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. to Trade Under NASDAQ Ticker "RPTP"

NOVATO, Calif., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. ("Raptor") (BULLETIN BOARD: RPTP) and TorreyPines Therapeutics, Inc. ("TorreyPines") announced today the completion of their merger. The combined company is named "Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp." and will commence trading on September 30, 2009 on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol "RPTP." Pursuant to NASDAQ's regulations, for the first 20 trading days the ticker symbol will be "RPTPd".

The combined company will be headquartered in Novato, California and managed by Raptor's existing management team including Christopher M. Das heist für meine Shares, sollte der Kurs über 3,50 Euro
bzw. 5 Dollar bleiben, bin ich Breakeven mit meinem Einstand.

Denke aber , da dürfte die nächsten Tage durch die Aufmerksamkeit
eher der Zug nach oben Richtung 10 Dollar laufen.

Habe 10.000 Torrey Aktien gehabt ....

Und ab wann geht der neue Kurs los, sehe noch nix am Horizont !

Die habe erstmal alles ausgeetzt. wollte auch noch heute welche kaufen aber das war ein Satz mit "X".
Die bringen nun eine neue Aktie mit dem Kürzel "RPTP" raus. Wann das sein wird steht in den Sternen...
Also, alle die eine Aktie davon haben, Ihr müßt da wohl nun durch...
Muss mal sehen, wann die die neuen Aktien auf den Markt schmeißen und wie teuer die dann sein wird...

Es passiert nämlich nichts in meinem Depot ...
