in den letzten Tagen ist in diesem Wert mal wieder ordentlich Volumen reingekommen. Allein in der letzten Woche haben die Aktien fast 200 % Kursgewinne verzeichnet. Ich konnte bisher keine großen Berichte in Börsenpublikationen finden, do dass es sein kann, dass hier noch wesentlich mehr Potenzial vorhanden ist. Das Portfolio des Unternehmens sieht ganz ordentlich aus, stellen sich in den Sektoren Gold und Kohle auf. Vielleicht können zukünftige Aktionäre auch noch nette "Kohle" mit den Aktien verdienen. Ich habe mir heute mal eine kleine Position in den Aktien gekauft. Good luck für alle Aktionäre.

heute allerdings Kurssprung.

Hintergrund:

Das ist ein enger Markt, wo einige den Markt machen. Es gibt auch künftig erratische Bewegungen nach oben und unten mit Volumina von zeitweise Null und dann wieder bis zu einigen 100.000 Dollar.

Die Kurssprünge nach oben werden Folge von lancierten Meldungen sein, z.B. daß man was gefunden hat und jetzt auf die geologischen Untersuchungsergebnisse wartet usw.


Das ist das Resultat meiner eigenen DD, ist auch nichts Neues, da bekannter alter Käse.

Da ich hier wie die Jungfrau zum Kind kam, schließe ich es jetzt aber ab.

Nachtrag, habe ich erst jetzt gelesen, deckt sich aber mit meiner bereits gemeldeten Ahnung.


Da war vor Handelsbeginn eine Meldung, daß eine Gold-Acquisition positiv geprüft wurde und jetzt den Organen vorgelegt wird zwecks Genehmigung und Abschluß.

Man steckt je nie drin, aber dieser Fall ist so schön durchschaubar, daß er als Übung ideal ist.

Ich denke da an einen Titel (Reynolds oder so ähnlich), pink shit, die hatten eine Option auf irgendein Vorkommen. Der Laden hatte nur einen Manager = Initiator, sonst nichts, aber einen Schwall von news über Prüfung der Proben usw.

hier ist wenigstens eine gewisse Überwachung durch die SEC durch Segment BB.

Mit großem Glück will ich sogar die vage Chance nicht ausschließen, daß die Rentner-Band im Management von erfahrenen Minen-Leuten sogar fündig wird.

Markt-Kapitalisierung ist aktuell 31 Mio.

Das hat mit der Lage des Unternehmens nichts zu tun.

delisting nicht in Sicht, das geht noch Jahre, vermutlich aber irgendwann mit Verlassen des BB-Segments, was zusätzliche Kosten bedeutet.

Consulting Agreements

Effective October 1, 2010 and November 1, 2010, Denarii Resources Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company") entered into certain consulting agreements with certain consultants as described below:

ITEM 3.02 UNREGISTERED SALES OF EQUITY SECURITIES
Effective October 1, 2010 and November 1, 2010, the Company entered into the various consulting agreements. Therefore, the Board of Directors authorized the issuance of an aggregate of 9,999,999 shares of its restricted common stock to the consultants at either a per share price of $0.02 per share of $0.03 per share. The aggregate 9,999,999 shares of common stock were issued to either United States residents or non-United States residents in reliance on Sectin 4(2) or Regulation S promulgated under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The shares of common stock have not been registered under the Securities Act or under any state securities laws and may not be offered or sold without registration with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements. The consultants acknowledged that the securities to be issued have not been registered under the Securities Act, that they understood the economic risk of an investment in the securities, and that they had the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from the Company's management concerning any and all matters related to acquisition of the securities.
