PayForView.com Embarks On Acquisition Trail With Swartz Financing

$60 Million Equity Line to Fund and Incubate Related Companies

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 2000--PayForView.com (OTCBB: PAYV - news) today announced it is
seeking to acquire established and start-up companies in related and complimentary businesses financed by a registration of its
$60 million equity line with Swartz Institutional Finance.

Marc Pitcher, president of PayForView.com says the company`s recently approved status as a fully reporting issuer made it eligible to register the Swartz
purchase.

``We have been working with Swartz since we signed the financing agreement last June, and now meet the necessary requirements to register the securities.
Our discussions regarding use of funds centered on acquisition and incubation as a tool to increase revenue and exploit the synergies of like-minded
companies.``

Pitcher continued, saying ``PayForView`s strategy is to acquire ownership in internet related companies which will enable us to leverage the collective
resources of these companies to provide a rapid an efficient execution of our growth strategy.

PayForView`s Sid Amira agreed, adding that the marketplace is flush with talented, growing businesses in related fields.

``We have the team and the financing necessary to build a strong, vertically integrated organization. This funding will allow us to expedite PayForView.com`s
business plan ahead of schedule. Acquiring and investing in other companies in our space will enable us to achieve our goal of becoming a premier provider of
web based entertainment

The initial private equity line registration will cover the purchase, by Swartz, of common stock in the company, in an aggregate amount equal to $40 Million.
The equity line agreement includes an option to expand the line up to $60 Million. In addition to acquiring established companies and incubating start-ups,
PayForView.com will use the funds to support current operations.

Eric Swartz, manager of Swartz Private Equity LLC, said, ``We are excited about the opportunities available to PayForView.com. Our increased focus on
emerging Internet related companies is evident through our association with them. We will be there to aid them in becoming leaders in the Internet Broadcast
and Entertainment Industries.``

The registration is expected to be filed shortly and will be subject to regulatory process and approval.

PayForView.com is an integrated on-line and off-line entertainment company that will distribute movies, music, sports and live events direct to viewers on a
pay-for-view, retail and e-commerce basis. The company is in the process of acquiring content and creating programming for broadcast specifically over the
Internet and traditional media. Additionally, the company owns several off-line interests. Its investment in rap and hip-hop music label, Street Solid Records,
is distributed through K-Tel Distribution (NASDQ: KTEL). Voyager International Entertainment is currently packaging several motion picture projects for
production. Avalon Entertainment is the Company`s foreign sales division for these projects.
