HSI haut mal wieder kräftig auf den Putz. Habe mir einfach mal die ersten 10 k gesichert. Mehrfach habe ich schon mit Empfehlungen von Börse Inside gut verdient aber es ist wohl doch ein Glücksspiel. Aber: Auch im Casino kann man schnell sein Geld verzocken.

Push kam gestern auch schon, da wurden in D Mondpreise zu 0,5€ gezahlt um dann in USA am Tagestief bei 0,42€ zu schließen.

habe auch keine Ahnung, ob es News gibt. Ich kann nur mit Bestimmtheit sagen, dass ich schon tief in den roten Zahlen bin. Das musste man allerdings auch einkalkulieren. Vielleicht ist "Börse Inside" jezt raus. Die haben - so weit mir bekannt ist -125 oder gar 150 k in´s Musterdepot gelegt.

jetzt ists ein absolutes highest Risk Invest und aktuell ohne Geschäftsgrundlage. Ich trau mich nicht mehr dran, maximal bei 0,15 Dollar Cent.

Übrigens erbärmlich, wie Börse Inside ihren Push hier auf einmal totschweigt und solche essentiellen News ignoriert.

Na ja, BI schweigt so manches tot, wie jeder Börsenbrief übrigens. M.E. hatten sie noch andere Projekte erwähnt. Leider habe ich in USA geordert, so dass ich diesen Wissensvorsprung nicht ausnutzen konnte. Pech gehabt wahrscheinlich.

Die Verzehnfachung, die BI angekündigt hatte hätte mich eh mißtrauisch machen müssen. Aber Gier frist Hirn.

Mit meinem Taschengeld von 1000€ bleibe ich aber erst einmal drinnen.

Hast Du noch einen Link zu der Meldung? Steht da drinnen "erst mal" oder 100% abgelehnt. Könnte ja auch eine Verhandlungstaktik sein. Laut BI war ja der Deal so gut wie sicher.

ROBK hat sich auf der homepage schon geäußert, sieht nicht unbedingt endgültig aus. Deswegen würde ich auch eventuell noch mal rein gehen. Kann man natürlich null einschätzen.

Habe übrigens auch in USA gekauft und in Stuttgart verkauft, sind dieselben Paiere.

Seneca Nation President Barry E. Snyder Sr.’s gamble on opening a $1.3 billion casino in the Catskills to offset sluggishness at the tribe’s three Western New York casinos has hit a snag: The nation’s partner has been refused a gambling license by the Seneca Gaming Authority.

The authority, which regulates gambling for the Seneca Nation, has found Rotate Black, a Michigan start-up company, “unsuitable” as a partner in the venture.

Authority commissioners hired an outside consultant to investigate Rotate Black and its principals, then told the Seneca Tribal Council in late November that it would not issue a license, according to documents obtained by The Buffalo News.

But Snyder, who has been trying to eliminate the authority, overruled its commissioners by issuing an executive order allowing Rotate Black to pursue the casino while it appeals the unsuitable finding.

Snyder’s action, taken without the approval of the Tribal Council, means that Rotate Black is proceeding as “a presidential representative,” according to the order Snyder gave councillors a half-hour before their December meeting.

The move shows the power that Snyder, who has served four terms as president, still has in the Seneca Nation.

Gambling split the Senecas when the first casino opened in 2002, but as the casinos made millions of dollars and Senecas collected thousands of dollars in annuities, opposition waned. Since the bad economy shut down expansion of the three casinos, however, there is rising concern about the $500 million the Senecas still owe on the casinos in Niagara Falls, Salamanca and Buffalo.

A Catskills casino, if it were financed by the Senecas, would increase that debt burden, but the gamble is that it would make so much money being 90 minutes from New York City, it would more than pay off the debt.

If the Gaming Authority turns down Rotate Black’s appeal for a gaming license, Snyder admits in his executive order, the Seneca Nation could not proceed with the Catskills casino with Rotate Black as a partner under agreements that both parties signed.

The Senecas are one of three tribes with proposals for a Catskills casino, which is considered highly attractive because it would be the closest gambling operation to New York City. A change in federal law allowing off-reservation casinos is needed for any Catskills casino to be approved.

Seneca leaders last year made $330,000 in political contributions to various state Democratic committees and have lobbied federal officials for approval of the Catskills casino in the Town of Thompson in Sullivan County.

Snyder could not be reached to comment at his Seneca Nation offices, and Rotate Black’s officials did not return a telephone call to comment.

Klint Nephew, chairman of the Seneca Gaming Authority, declined to comment when reached at his Niagara Falls office.

Nephew signed the resolution of unsuitability to the Tribal Council but did not list the reasons for the refusal. The authority had hired a Phoenix, Ariz., consultant, Lightstone Solutions, to conduct the investigation.

Rotate Black, based in Petoskey, Mich., has told the Seneca Nation its attorneys will appeal the unsuitable finding.

The company lists the Seneca Catskills Mountains Hotel and Casino as its major project on its Web site but did not list the unsuitable finding and failure to get a license in its reports to the federal Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gambling experts said such a finding requires SEC notification to alert investors.

Anthony P. Cellino, supervisor of the Town of Thompson where three tribes are proposing a casino, was unaware of the Seneca Nation development when reached Thursday.

“I’m not surprised,” Cellino said. “I’ve been dealing with Native American casino proposals for quite some time.”

Besides the Senecas, the Mohawks and the Stockbridge- Munsees also have casino proposals in the town.

The Senecas and Rotate Black announced an agreement in April with the Sullivan County Legislature, stipulating that the Senecas will make annual payments of $15.5 million during the two-year construction of the casino and $20 million a year for the four years after the hotel has been completed and gambling begins. The two other tribes signed similar agreements.

Rotate Black has estimated the Seneca Catskills Mountains Hotel and Casino would generate $160 million in annual fees to state and local governments.

Rotate Black bought 63 acres in the Town of Thompson for $500,000 and transferred that land to the Senecas for the proposed casino.

Seneca Gaming wrote off more than $100 million in expansion projects at its three Western New York casinos in 2009 and for the first time reported a loss for the year, $19.37 million. The company owes $500 million in construction bonds.

Other Events

On December 4, 2009, Rotate Black Inc.'s subsidiary, Rotate Black Gaming, Inc., received a written determination from the Seneca Nation of Indians’ gaming regulatory body, the Seneca Gaming Authority (“SGA”). The determinations found our gaming subsidiary and four of our officers unsuitable to be issued a Class III Gaming License by the SGA.

We believe that the determinations of unsuitability by the SGA are completely unfounded and based on a clear misunderstanding of the underlying facts.

We believe we are in a situation similar to the Seneca Gaming Corporation (“SGC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Seneca Nation of Indians, which found itself recently in a licensing dispute with the SGA. As publicly reported by them, SGC and a number of its officers and employees where charged with licensing violations in the summer of 2009. These licensing violations were ultimately rescinded by the SGA. Although we can provide no assurance, we expect that once the facts have been explained to the SGA, it should grant Class III licenses to Rotate Black Gaming, Inc. and to the four named individuals similar to the over 50 different gaming jurisdictions in which Rotate Black entities and officers have been granted Class III Gaming licenses, including California, Nevada and New Jersey. We believe that the SGA should ultimately agree with these experienced and established gaming jurisdictions.

Rotate Black Gaming, Inc.’s attorneys, on December 23, 2009, requested clarification from the SGA as to precisely which Rotate Black affiliates were determined unsuitable, as this is not clear from the SGA's determination letter. To date, the SGA has not responded. Rotate Black Gaming, Inc. and the individuals we know are affected are finalizing an appeal of the SGA’s initial decision, which is expected to be filed with the SGA in January.

The rights and obligations of Rotate Black Gaming, Inc. under its Development Agreement with the Seneca Nation of Indians for development of a casino in the Catskills continue. The term of the Development Agreement was extended through the appeal process by Executive Order of the Seneca Nation President on December 23, 2009.

Ich schreibe Euch den ganzen Text von "HSI" vom 01.03.2010.
Wir verweisen nochmals auf Rotate B., die nach Verzögerungen im operativen Geschäft und Problemen bei der Umsetzung des Seneca-Casino-Projectes seit unserer Erstempfehlung deutlich unter Druck geraten war. In den vergangenen Wochen scheint die Aktie einen Boden gefunden zu haben und auch operativ könnte sich in Kürze einiges tun: Wie Rotate B. vor einigen Tagen ankündigte, wird man den geplanten Kauf des Casinobootes wohl bis zum 15. März abschließen können und hat hierfür bereits um eine behördliche Genehmigung des Deals gebeten. Sie wissen: Allein das Casinoboot, das bereits ab mitte des Jahres in Betrieb genommen werden soll, dürfte den Schätzungen des Unternehmens zufolge bei Umsätzen von knapp 60 Mio USD ein Gewinn von knapp 15 Mio USD gegenüberstehen. Angesichts einer Market-Cap von nur knapp 18 Mio USD können sich anleger mit Rotate Black puren Sprengstoff ins Depot legen.

Also, die Nachricht, die der HSI schreibt klingt gut aber beim Googeln habe ich nur die obige Nachricht gefunden. Da aber der 15. März bereits verstrichen ist, ist die Nachricht sicherlich mit Vorsicht zu geniessen. Wir sind ja schließlich an der OTC. Bis jetzt ist das viel heiße Luft.

Wenns klappt wäre es schön. Bin leider mit einem EK von 0,3€ dabei und habe gestern nur 1K nachgelegt und den Kurs von 0,168$ auf 0,18 hochgetrieben

Der Liegeplatz fürs Schiff soll beantragt worden sein und das Schiff selbst wird jetzt angeblich für 40 Mio US Dollar renoviert. Im Herbst soll es dann in Betrieb gehen.

On February 2, 2010, Rotate Black, Inc. entered into a Purchase Agreement with the Chapter 11 Trustee of Cruise Holding II, LLC to purchase the gaming vessel "The Big Easy." The Purchase Agreement provided for a closing date no later than March 15, 2010, subject to a single extension of 30 days, at the election of the Company upon a payment to the Trustee of an additional cash payment, which was made on March 14, 2010.

On April 20, 2010, the Company entered into an agreement with the Trustee to extend the closing date to on or before June 1, 2010. Rotate Black, Inc. remitted a cash payment for this extension on April 21, 2010. Additional payments on May 1, 2010 and May 14, 2010 are required for this extension. The Company anticipates the closing to occur on or before May 27, 2010.

Naja,

der 27. ist vorbei. Bin mal gespannt, ob bis zum 1.6. was folgt, da dieser Termin auch im 8K- filling steht. Ansonsten muss ich überlegen, ob es sich wirklich lohnt in diesem hochspekulativen wert zu bleiben. Im Moment finanzieren die sich wohl über Ausgabe von Aktien und Geldborgerei/Finanzierungshilfen, so wie ich es im 10K verstanden habe. Da kann man nur hoffen, dass bald was positives passiert.

Formerly owned by Harrah's Entertainment, the 240-foot gaming vessel boasts 30,000 square feet of gaming space and two recently renovated restaurants. The casino is expected to operate 825 slot machines and 24 table games and is expected to create more than 450 new jobs.

The gaming vessel is to be docked, initially, in the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Company anticipates operations to begin in December 2010 pending final gaming approval.

wenigstens stehen sie zu ihrem Wort (wenn auch mit Verzögerungen). Laut HSI wäre aber jedes erfolgreich abgeschlossene Projekt eine Neubewertung wert. Aber dieses Projekt beflügelt wirklich nicht den Kurs.

Schaun mer mal. Vielleicht wirds ja was über kurz oder lang. Was wird eigentlich aus dem Land, was robk für das Seneca Casino erworben hat, wenns nicht klappt mit dem Casino?

Following the Company's previously announced purchase of the "Big Easy" gaming vessel on June 16, 2010, the Company is pleased that the "Big Easy" has been safely moved from the Port of St. Petersburg, FL, to dry dock, where the vessel will undergo new paint and canvas, and ready itself for its journey to Mississippi. The Company anticipates that it will take approximately 60 days for the maintenance work to be completed.

also, als es 0,099 zu 0,1 stand hatte ich zu 0,1 geordert und nix bekommen.

von freerealtime oder wie die seite heißt halte ich nix.

Habe letztendlich welche zu 0,11 bekommen. Ich hoffe noch auf einen kleinen Hype und wenn der erst Ende des Jahres kommt, auch ok bzw. dann ist das halt so.

Jooo, das glaube ich auch. Obwohl es auch immer wieder irgendwelche News gibt, bleibt der Kurs auf der Stelle. Habe jetzt ein Paar mit Verlust verkauft. Behalte 10000 Stück zum zoggen. Oder zum Totalverlust

Mal sehen, wie die sich nach dem 2.08. entwickeln. Denke erst einmal gehen die Richtung 0,3$, was dann real 0,06 entspricht. Aber alles nur Speku. Ein Zock wird es evtl. im Jan/Feb geben, wenn das Schiff fertig wird oder wenn es von den Seneca noch etwas Positives gibt.

Na wenigstens Urlaub kann ich mir noch leisten

naja, da der 2. August der Stichtag war (Sonntag, heute) ist also morgen schon zu spät, um die Teile rauszuhauen. Deshalb hatte ich mein vorheriges Post auch geschrieben. Deshalb behalte ich sie ja auch bis jan/feb 2011. Ob ich nun 750€ oder 450€ dafür bekomme, spielt keine Rolle mehr.

Ist lustig. Jetzt bin ich riesig im Plus..... aber nur weil die Comdirect zwar den Resplitkurs anzeigt aber noch die volle Aktienzahl aufführt...lol...wird sich bestimmt gleich relativieren.

Im Übrigen haste recht. habe eine Verkaufsorder drinnen und werde erst einmal an der Seitenlinie bleiben. Denke nach dem Resplit gibts ne Kapitalerhöhung und anschließend werde ichs versuchen, wenn das Alles vor dem Jahr 2011 passiert. Da bei uns nach einem re-split in 03/2010 und angekündigter Unternehmensneugründung bis jetzt nicht viel pasiert ist, wollte ich gestern über unsere hp([e-mail]) mal ein paar fragen stellen. Zu meinem Erstaunen landete ich bei [e-mail], das ja wohl euere Spielwiese ist.

Keine Ahnung, was Du meinst. Zolon + ROBK hatte ich nie in Zusammenhang gebracht. Was mich nur wundert ist, dass die auch nach dem Stichtag noch normal gehandelt werden, obwohl gestern der Stichtag war und bei der Comdirekt dieses auch am Kurs (0,5$) angezeigt wurde. Heute hingegen +20% bei 0,12$ also dem alten Kurs. Versuche gerade zu diesem Kurs meine letzten Stücke loszuwerden. Nur komisch dass am 3.8. zum alten Kurs gehandelt wird. Ist mir alles sehr suspekt, daher möchte ich erst einmal an die Seitenlinie und abwarten, bis die nächste Kapitalerhöhung nach dem RS kommt

meine letzten Stücke waren nicht handelbar bei der doofdirect und springen immer zwischen den Kursen vor Split und nach Split. Und schwups eingependelt bei 0,4 $=o,08$ alt.
