Mein sehr geehrter JUNYAN...
Schönes Wochenende @ All

Dec. 15, 2010 (Marketwire) --
DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 12/15/10 -- China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) has released a letter to shareholders discussing what is referred to within the letter as the 'OTCBB Factor' to consider when investing in OTCBB quoted companies, including China Crescent Enterprises. The letter goes on to review China Crescent's operational successes and corresponding return on investment potential in light of the 'OTCBB Factor.' The letter also highlights potential operational successes anticipated in the coming year that could trigger future return on investment opportunities. China Crescent's current price per share (PPS) is less than a penny ($0.01). The letter makes special mention of both the opportunities to achieve dramatic returns on sub-penny investments and the careful considerations that should be addressed when making a sub-penny investment.
The letter from Philip Verges, China Crescent Founder and Board Member, is included in its entirety below.
Dear Fellow Shareholders,
China Crescent is a young Company with big plans. The prospect of long-term success looks promising in light of the Company's 2010 performance. China Crescent posted a profit through the first three quarters on over $50 million in revenue. The Company had only realized $30 million in revenue through the third quarter last year. In fact, the revenue for all of 2009 was only $45 million.
PPS Performance and ROI Past, Present and Future
In spite of the Company's tremendous fundamental financial performance, the price per share (PPS) is not steadily increasing. Some investors that purchased stock in anticipation of China Crescent achieving forecasted objectives are disappointed by the PPS performance. At the same time, other investors have managed satisfactory returns making China Crescent one of the most actively traded stocks quoted on the Over-The-Counter-Bulletin-Board (OTCBB).
I want all investors to realize satisfactory returns. So, the purpose of this letter today is to submit investment strategies I think are best suited for achieving optimal results from investments in OTCBB listed companies and to provide some highlights of how those strategies might be implemented with China Crescent.
The 'OTCBB Factor' To Consider Into Investments
The OTCBB is comprised of several different types of companies. Some companies list on the OTCBB to bypass the more expensive process of directly listing on a national exchange such as NASDAQ or the NYSE Euronext. This type of company then works to achieve a 'graduation' listing onto a national exchange. Other companies are delisted from national exchanges to the OTCBB after failing to maintain PPS performance standards. China Crescent does not fit into either of these categories.
China Crescent is an early stage, entrepreneurially managed company that listed on the OTCBB to gain access to the investment market that is available to publicly listed companies. China Crescent's business plans have required and continue to require investment.
Statistically, only about fifty percent of early stage, entrepreneurially managed companies, public or private, continue to operate beyond three to five years. That statistic alone makes these companies a high risk investment. A publicly listed early stage company can be less risky than a similar private investment because an investment in publicly traded stock can be liquidated at any time. The typical private investment only has the potential to realize a return if the target company happens to be one of the fifty percent that succeeds long-term. The public market investor has the opportunity of opting out of a long-term investment and otherwise taking a return on investment at anytime the PPS is higher than when it was purchase.
Take ROI When The Company Achieves A Milestone Success -- Again and Again
The type of investor attracted to OTCBB investments is frequently looking for a higher rate of return over a shorter period of time than what might otherwise be expected from an investment in a national exchange listed company. To those interested in OTCBB investments, I regularly suggest concentrating on the early stage, entrepreneurial category of OTCBB listings. While only about half of them will succeed long-term, many of them will have milestone successes along the way.

a) reversesplit mit ke
b) bewertungsschub um mindestens faktor 10 ( also auf niveau anderer handlesketten)
= sprung der aktie im vorfeld.
egal was irgendwer schreibt.
das interesse wird ab januar massiv zunehmen . !

We issued 145,446,977 shares of common stock pursuant to several agreements to exchange $476,795 in short-term debt for equity.
We issued 123,837,555 shares of common stock pursuant to two agreements to exchange $402,000 in trade payables for equity.
Also ein permanenter Anstieg v.a. der Accounts receivable und Supplier advances and prepaid expenses.
MfG.

These milestone successes can inspire corresponding increases in share price that create an opportunity for achieving a high rate of return over a short period of time.
Why doesn't the share price keep going up after a milestone success? Well for one, you are not the only investor taking advantage of the share price increase. The volume of selling stock in order to realize a return on investment from a milestone-inspired increase can overcome the demand to purchase stock and contribute to holding back a further increase. Sometimes the milestone-inspired selling can even contribute to reversing the increase. Milestone-inspired share price increases are most often only temporary. Another contributor to the frequent halt in a milestone success driven share price increase is an increase in issued and outstanding.
Remember, early stage entrepreneurial companies listed on the OTCBB in the first place to get access to investment and receiving that investment results in the company issuing new stock. The average share price on the OTCBB is about $0.04. If an OTCBB company raises $1 million with stock at an average share price of $0.04, then at least 25 million new shares are likely to be issued.
China Crescent's PPS has been volatile. The overall share price trend has been down over the last year, but the periodic increases have created return on investment opportunities many times. The return opportunities stretch periods of time that can last days, but sometimes only minutes. The OTCBB is an investment environment that requires constant attention.
I periodically conduct Webcast presentations on the 'Milestone Investing Strategy'. I plan to conduct the next presentation on Tuesday, December 21st.
China Crescent Potential Milestone Opportunities
The sales growth China Crescent has demonstrated through the first three quarters of 2010 has established some momentum. Management anticipates similar growth for the foreseeable future. The Company also has a number of pilot projects that could result in larger subsequent contracts. The largest of those has been discussed publicly by the Company. China Crescent has engaged a $1.6 million pilot project contract in conjunction with a $160 million letter of intent contingent upon a successful pilot. Ongoing sales success and the periodic large contracts are potential milestone-inspired share price increase triggers.
On January 6th, China Crescent will conduct a Webcast to present the Company's business plan for 2011. The presentation will include an overview of the Company's plan to achieve a NYSE Euronext listing in conjunction with a broader NewMarket Greenfield Partnership Program strategy. China Crescent also plans to spin off one of its operations into an independently traded company in a transaction that would result in a distribution of stock in the new public company to China Crescent shareholders. Any of these events could trigger a milestone-inspired PPS increase.
A Special Note on Sub-Penny PPS
China Crescent is one of a growing number of OTCBB companies with a share price below a penny. I will discuss the sub-penny phenomenon in the Milestone Webcast next week, on the 21st, as well as address the challenges faced by some investors when their brokerage firm makes it difficult to trade sub-penny stock. With a share price below a penny, investors should carefully consider the size of their overall investment. Much more stock has to trade in order to liquidate a position in the event a milestone-inspired PPS increase opportunity arises.
On the other hand, the potential benefit of a sub-penny share price is the increased possibility to realize dramatic returns. In terms of dollars and cents, a PPS does not have to increase much to create a dramatic ROI opportunity. For instance, stock purchased at a PPS of one tenth of one cent ($0.001) can potentially deliver a 100% ROI on a PPS increase of one tenth of one cent ($0.001) to two tenths of one cent ($0.002). When investing in penny and sub-penny stocks, it might be good to keep in mind the mantra "small investments over short periods of time." A $1,000 investment at a PPS of $0.001 purchases 1 million shares. It might also be good to make sure the trading volume of the company you are investing in can support your potential liquidation requirements.
The Small Equity Initiative
In the last year, I have founded an organization named the Small Equity Initiative to provide entrepreneurs with education on how best to secure investment, to provide investors with education on how best to achieve returns on small business investments and to advocate for much needed small business investment market improvements worldwide. The Small Equity Initiative has had a number of milestone successes of its own over the past year.
The Small Equity Initiative has been recognized by the United Nations. I now sit on an Advisory Board to the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR). The UNISDR has recognized the economic power and importance of the small business sector and is working to engage small businesses in entrepreneurial endeavors that can mitigate the risk of losses in the event of a natural disaster. The Small Equity Initiative also participated in the Annual Forum for Small Business Capital Formation held at the Securities and Exchange Commission and contributed to a number of requested small business investment regulatory changes. Just a few short weeks ago, the Small Equity Initiative participated in the Economist Magazine's World In 2011 Forum that included President Clinton and the Clinton Foundation among other notable participants.
I expect 2011 to be an even bigger year for the Small Equity Initiative. Please visit the Small Equity Initiative website to learn more (www.smallequity.com) and sign up to receive Small Equity updates by emailing info@smallequity.com.

(CCTR) China Crescent PPS Potential to Deliver ROI in Conjunction With 2010 Record Growth and Highlights of Anticipated 2011 Developments Discussed in Shareholder Letter
DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - December 15, 2010) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc.

Tatsächlich besteht hier seit Freitag regens Kaufinteresse.
Über 300 Mio Aktien wurden gehandelt!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Einfach mal abwarten, momentan bezahlt man noch 0,002 in Berlin.
Wer weiss wieviel in ein paar Stunden.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 40.916.157 von Kookie_Trader am 24.01.11 19:52:10(CCTR) China Crescent Announces Shanghai Greenfield Conference to Support Continued Rapid Growth After Reporting Record $50.9 Million Through Q3 2010
DALLAS, TX, Jan 24, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) today announced plans to host a Greenfield Partners Conference this March in Shanghai. The conference will focus on leveraging opportunities among NewMarket Technology Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) Greenfield companies, including China Crescent, NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL), Savanna East Africa, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) (OTCQB: NVAE) and World Series of Golf, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WSGF) (OTCQB: WSGF) to promote cross-selling into additional geographic markets and provide expanded product and service offerings. To date, the Greenfield Program has already provided multiple partner opportunities resulting in sizeable contracts.
China Crescent has hosted two previous Greenfield Partner meetings in China with positive results. Some example Greenfield Partner projects follow:
South American Telecommunications Equipment
China Crescent recently announced a third shipment of telecommunications equipment to a Greenfield partner in South America. NewMarket Greenfield partners in South America and China coordinated resources following a Shanghai conference last year to sign a telecommunications contract anticipated to generate approximately $1.2 million in revenue over a 12 month contract period.
$160 Million LOI in Japan
Last year, China Crescent entered into a formal letter of intent (LOI) agreement with an undisclosed Japanese firm to develop and provide 10,000 custom Wi-Fi devices. In conjunction with the LOI, the Japanese firm placed a $1.6 million purchase order for 100 sets of the device in order to conduct a pilot test. NuMobile was been selected by China Crescent to provide a key proprietary software component for the special purpose Wi-Fi communication device. The Japanese customer has committed to purchase 10,000 of the custom Wi-Fi devices for a total of $160 million over the next three years, subject to the performance of the first 100 sets.
East Africa Expansion:
Separately, NuMobile, China Crescent and Savanna East Africa have partnered to build a wireless broadband network in Nairobi, Kenya. The broadband network is intended to provide a wireless meter reading capability to local utility companies. After successful completion of the testing phase, the wireless broadband project is expected to expand throughout Nairobi, followed by expansion to additional cities and countries throughout East Africa.
Record 2010 Financial Performance
China Crescent recently reported $50.9 million in revenue through the first nine months of 2010, compared to $30.3 million for the same period in 2009, a 67% increase. Additionally, the Company's net income for the first nine months of 2010 was $3.3 million, up from $1.9 million for the same period in 2009. China Crescent's revenue and net income through the first three quarters of 2010 has exceeded the Company's 2009 annual revenue and net income results. China Crescent achieved $45.6 million in 2009 annual revenue with $2.2 million in net income.

Hier aus dem letzten Quartalsbericht, Seite 10: The Series D Preferred Stock bears no dividend and the holders have voting rights at all times equal to 51% of the total outstanding shares of our common stock.

denn sollte dann so richtig hv wieder rein kommen?

Stupid German Money trifft hier mal wieder voll ins schwarze.[/quote]

so long mal einfach abwarten.

(NWMT) NewMarket and (CCTR) China Crescent Announce NewMarket CEO Letter to Shareholders
DALLAS, TX, Apr 01, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- NewMarket Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: NWMT) today announced a letter to shareholders from CEO Bruce Noller. The letter is a follow up to an on-demand Webcast released March 17, 2011, by Mr. Noller and currently available on the Company's website (http://www.newmarkettechnology.com/wcbn_20100317.htm). NewMarket and its subsidiary, China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCQB: CCTR) are re-focusing on the information technology market. The Companies provide systems integration services globally, primarily concentrated within emerging economic regions, including China and Brazil. In the on-demand Webcast Mr. Noller highlights the Company's business plan re-focus on systems integration. In the letter released today, Mr. Noller follows up with more insight into NewMarket and China Crescent's plans to re-focus on systems integration. The letter is available on the Company website, www.newmarkettechnology.com, under "Investor Relations."
Dear Shareholders:
This letter is a follow-up to a Webcast I recently conducted last week. NewMarket has been rapidly evolving over the past two years. The purpose of the recent Webcast and this letter is to get the word out on the Company's latest plans for next steps in the evolutionary process to enhance shareholder value.
In this letter I provide a brief history of the Company. In an entrepreneurial approach to deliver on a founding mission to continuously introduce new technologies to market, the NewMarket business plan became somewhat complex over time. Management is working to simplify the business plan and in so doing, enhance shareholder value. The brief history below will explain how the business plan became somewhat complex and what management has done so far to simplify the plan. At the end of the letter I highlight the most recent steps underway to further simplify the NewMarket business plan and enhance shareholder value.
2002 - The Original Business Plan
NewMarket's operations today have grown from a business plan implemented in 2002 in conjunction with the reverse merger of a private business founded in 1997. The objective of the original business plan was to continually introduce new technologies to market. Remember, the late 90s was rich with innovative technology business plans and the NewMarket plan in 2002 might be fairly characterized as a holdover from the business plans in vogue in the late 90s. The first innovative technologies NewMarket worked to introduce surrounded the then early stage Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telecommunications business sector.
Systems Integration and Emerging Market Expansion (And Complexity)
The Company's innovative portfolio grew across a diverse range of various information technology innovations to include products and services for the medical, military and logistics markets. To support the ongoing implementation of new technologies, NewMarket built a systems integration capacity through acquisition and organic growth. NewMarket's business plan to continually introduce new technologies to market took the Company into a number of emerging economic markets. The Company has substantial operations today in Brazil and China. Just as innovative technology strategies were in vogue in the late 90s, emerging market business plans have similarly been a high-growth trend over the last decade.
The OTC Environment and PIPE Market
As an over-the-counter (OTC) quoted company, NewMarket has relied on the private investment in public equity (PIPE) market to access capital to support its evolving business strategy. Both the OTC environment and the PIPE market have undergone substantial changes over the past decade, with dramatic changes the past two years. Those changes have impacted the Company's ability to access the necessary capital to execute on its business plan. It is also the opinion of the NewMarket founders and management that the OTC and PIPE changes have impacted the return potential on shareholder investment and the manner by which a return can be realized. In reaction to the OTC and PIPE market changes, NewMarket has worked diligently over the last two years to simplify and enhance its business plan in order to move away from ongoing reliance on either the OTC environment or the PIPE market and to ultimately enhance shareholder value.
Business Plan Simplification and Shareholder Value Enhancement
NewMarket has worked to exit the innovative technology market. Some of the Company's early-stage innovative technology holdings have been divested or shut down over the past two years (approximately). Operations today consist primarily of subsidiary systems integration operations which reside outside the United States. Instead of developing innovative technologies in house, NewMarket has worked over the past two years to partner with innovative technology companies. The partnerships have been informal, with the intent of learning from the first partnership approaches and in the future, evolving a formal partnership approach. Management continues to evaluate the ongoing evolution of NewMarket's business strategy and objective of enhancing shareholder value. In the course of that ongoing evaluation, management has recently decided to discontinue the innovative technology partnership efforts. Management believes the best course of action is to continue in further simplifying NewMarket's business strategy and focus. It is management's opinion that the sum value of the Company's subsidiary systems integration operations is greater than the overall value of the Company as represented by the current share price and corresponding market capitalization. Therefore, management intends to concentrate all efforts on improvements to the value of each of the systems integration operations and work to connect the sum value of the subsidiary operations more directly to shareholders.
Following the publication of financial results for the 2010 fiscal year, management intends to share more details on the Company's plan to improve subsidiary systems integration operations and connect shareholders more directly to the value of the subsidiary operations. Keep checking back.
Best Regards,
Bruce Noller Chief Executive Officer NewMarket Technology, Inc.

Seit Oktober laufen umfangreiche SEC Untersuchungen.

Also allen investierten herzliches beileid.
