Tatsächlich haben sie im allerletzten Quartal einen Gewinn ausgewiesen. Mir ist völlig unklar, wie das zustandekommt. Beachten wir, dass der Laden genau drei verschiedene Assets besitzt:
1. Cash von 252.510 Dollar
2. Geschäftsausstattung und Autos im Wert von 34.218 Dollar.
3. Gesperrte Aktien von irgendwas, was nicht dasteht, im angeblichen Wert von 125.000 Dollar.
Sonst besitzen sie NICHTS. Im letzten Quartal haben sie plötzlich 334.602 Dollar Umsatz gemacht und dabei NULL Kosten der erstellten Güter. Zuvor haben sie im ganzen Jahr 2009 etwa 80.000 Dollar Umsatz und im Jahr 2008 6.200 Dollar Umsatz gemacht.
Sie haben keine Angestellte. Der CFO hat der Firma 82.000 Dollar Kredit gewährt.

Keine Angestellte, ne Viertelmillion Dollar Cash und sonst eigentlich gar nix. Aber vielleicht haben sie sich vom 30.9.2009 bis jetzt ja zum Weltunternehmen entwickelt. Wir sind auf das nächste Filing schon sehr gespannt.

In connection with this forward split, the Company will increase its authorized shares from 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 shares. An effective date for the split has not been determined but is expected to occur in late July for shareholders of record as of July 15, 2010.
