(Pinksheets:BWIH - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Budget Waste, Inc., located in Western Canada, announced today that the company is on track to realize approximately 10,000,000 revenues for the year ended March 31, 2010.

The Company projects revenues of $10,161,000 and a gross margin of $2,002,000 representing 19.7% of sales. Selling, general and administrative expenses for the year are expected to be $2,406,000 or 23% of sales. The Company anticipates net income to total $1,069,000 for the year ended March 31, 2010 due to gains from restructuring. A net income of $578,000 was realized in the third quarter and $705,000 for the nine months ended December 31, 2009. BWIH management has a meeting scheduled with the buyer's team at the BWI offices in Calgary for March 3, 2010. That means if something materializes and a deal is finalizes it could be announced any day!! Buyouts are always good news for people already positioned in the stock cause the buy out price is usually higher.
