Der Handel in Deutschland sollte wohl schon mal eingestellt werden und nur noch in Wien gehandelt werden. Nach der wende war dies mein erster großer Aktiengewinn. Jetzt scheint nichts mehr los zu sein.

Der Rest des Geschäftsmodells war damals glaube ich schon tot. Nun scheint das ja leider auch für ganz Ungarn zu gelten. Ob sich hier eine Chinabude billig ein Gebäude auf dem europäischen Markt sichern wollte oder was der 4:1 Split soll, keine Ahnung.
Was war denn Deine Intention für den Kauf?
Ich werde meine steuerfreien Verluste jedenfalls (noch) nicht realisieren.

Ich mach hier mal den Adenauer: Mit dem Split scheint sich auch die Ausrichtung mit massiven Kurssteigerungen geändert zu haben. Es gibt eine super Homepage die sicher für "our hungarian-speaking-friends" noch aussagekräftiger ist. Die Entwicklung in dem ungarischen Umfeld kann man ja fast als Sensation bezeichnen. Von einem Verkauf der Pecs-Immobilie allerdings kein Wort mehr.

It has been a long trip, which would not have been possible if not, for the dedicated and hard effort of the group’s employees who have stuck with our company through thick and thin.
Whilst not being able to divorce us from today’s surrounding economic realities and environment, our company has withstood the headwinds, shown by the following achievements:
In a sector which comprises 5.000 participants, we are amongst the top 3 builders merchants, are amongst the top 5 purchasing organisations in Hungary.
This has resulted in an increased in turnover by 10,4% whilst the overall market has shrunk by 28,1% (according to Hungarian Central Statistical Office).
Our forward-looking strategy centres on 3 key elements:
A marked drive to gain market share with our purchasing organisation. This is a win win formula, an after having added 16 partners in 2011 we expect to grow aggressively.
Exploiting acquisition opportunities in a hugely fragmented sector. This should have a positive effect on margin and on cost structures due to the synergistic effects.
The drop in newly built houses raised the demand for resurrection especially in Hungary where the need to renew buildings and rationalise their use of energy is huge. Therefore we aim to focus, on the sustainability and retrofitting sector, which will show its fruits in due course as the firm engages in higher value added services with corresponding higher margins. This last point is of particular importance to me, as I believe that in focusing on sustainability we will be able to leave an improved environment for future generations.

Today Konzum is the parent company to the top 3 Hungarian builders merchant employing around 200 people in 23 locations across Hungary generating a consolidated turnover of 8 billion HUF (approx. 28 Million Euro) in the last business year.

Alles gut und schön, nur die zitierte "Konzum" hat eine völlig andere ISIN (nämlich: HU0000116637) als meine Aktie (nämlich: HU0000072939). Ist das denn die identische Gesellschaft, nur das sich die Aktien im Nennwert unterscheiden?
