NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 4, 2010) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "IMMC") (TSX VENTURE:IMI - News; FRANKFURT:L9J - News) has, subject to regulatory acceptance, entered into an option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the 1,400 hectare Cumshewa Property, located 25 km south of the community of Sandspit, B.C. on the east coast of Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands). The Company can acquire 100% interest in the property by making option payments totaling $150,000 in cash or common shares, at the discretion of the Company, and by incurring $1.5 million of exploration or development expenditures over seven years. The Company's interest is subject to a 50% re-purchasable 2% net smelter return royalty.

The Cumshewa Property, is situated 62 km south-east of Taseko Mines Ltd.'s Harmony gold deposit. This deposit, was described in December, 2008 on Taseko Mines Web page, as a large tonnage gold deposit with an estimated 64 million tonnes measured and indicated resource grading 1.35g/t Au, outlined at a 0.6g/t cut off, (2.7 million ounces of gold). The Sandspit fault, which is thought to be a major control in the formation of the Harmony gold deposit, is projected to traverse the Cumshewa Property.

The exploration target, therefore, on the Cumshewa Property is a Harmony-type large tonnage gold deposit.

According to the B.C. Government Minfile reports, three documented, historic mineral showings occur on the property (Minfile names: Cumshewa, Bella and Marino). The reports also identify three distinct styles of mineralization. These are: 1) low grade, large volume epithermal, low sulfidation gold/silver (Au/Ag) mineralization; 2) bonanza style gold-silver veins; and 3) gold-antimony veins. There is also the possibility of epithermal hotspring-type mineralization on the claim block. In addition, the Minfiles report that samples taken from veins and stock works by previous operators have ranged from 2 to 20 grams/tonne (g/t) Au and between 5 and 200 g/t Ag. There are also numerous, lower grade drill and trench intercepts on the property, including a 1975 drill intercept of 1.5 g/t Au over 6 meters and a trench sample that assayed 5.14 g/t Au and 5.24% antimony over 6.1 meters. The area is underlain by Middle Jurassic Yakoun Group rocks consisting of porphyritic andesite agglomerate, and tuffs and volcanic sediments that are crosscut by mafic and felsic dikes. The strata dip gently to the north.

David G. Mark, BSc. PGeo, a qualified person under NI 43-101, has reviewed and approved the contents of this news release.

      Stock Options Grant Clarified

The Company also wishes to clarify its stock options announcement of December 24, 2009 and advise that the grant of three year incentive options to its employees, officers, directors and consultants under terms of its Stock Option Plan, was for the right to purchase 2.91 million shares at $0.10 per share and not 3.2 million shares at $0.10 per share as announced. The Company has no other stock options in effect.

International Millennium Mining Corp.: Drilling Continues and Additional Ground Acquired at Simon Mine Property, Nevada

      9:01 AM ET, May 3, 2010

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 3, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- International Millennium Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "IMMC") (IMI) (FRANKFURT:L9J) is completing the second of two holes to test the main Simon Mine MMI geochemical anomaly and is about to commence a third hole to test a strong Induced Polarization (IP) anomaly located just SW of the main Simon Mine workings in an area previously unexplored by drilling. The intensity of the IP high suggests the possible presence of sulphide mineralization beneath an area of jasperoid/hematite altered limestone cut by rhyolite dikes. The Company's 100% owned Simon Mine Property is located in the Walker Lane Trend, near Mina, Nevada.

Following the recommendations in the June 11, 2009, Report of David Mark, P.Geo, IMMC initiated a minimum 3,000 meter drill program to test certain primary coincident mobile metal ion (MMI) geochemistry and induced polarization (IP) geophysics targets developed from programs carried out by the Company in 2007 and 2008.

Thomas L. Evans, Professional Geologist, California, the qualified person under NI 43-101 responsible for the drilling program, reports the drill program commenced in early February, 2010. Hole S10-1 was drilled on the North side of the Mammoth Fault to test a down-dip target below the 300 meter level of the Simon Mine where Federal Resources last mined mineralised material. The hole was collared in a hanging wall of Tertiary, volcanic and intrusive rocks. S10-1 encountered strongly altered and faulted rhyolite tuff and shallowly emplaced felsic intrusives. Phyllic alteration consisting of quartz-sericite with pyrite mineralization was common. The hole was lost at 191 meters when clay gouge and fault breccia sloughed into the hole.

A replacement hole, S10-2, was collared 100 meters east of the original site on March 3, 2010. The hole encountered volcanic and intrusive phases similar to those in S10-1. Despite difficult drilling conditions, S10-2 reached the Mammoth fault at 314 meters where it entered a footwall of Luning limestone. Although no significant mineralization was found, the hole is continuing to test deeper levels in the footwall sequence. Intrusive porphyry dikes have been intersected, and silica alteration and bleaching have increased at the current depth of 543 meters. The hole is expected to be completed at about 600 meters.

The Company also announces that seven new contiguous lode claims (approx.55.7 hectares) have been located to cover a molybdenum and copper MMI geochemical anomaly situated on the southwest side of the Simon property. The new claims are contiguous with the western boundary of the Simon property.

The anomaly is a large bulls-eye type feature located in late Tertiary lake bed sediments of the Esmeralda formation. Any drilling on this target would test for a concealed copper-molybdenum porphyry beneath these sediments.

The Simon Mine is a past lead, zinc, silver, gold and copper producer. In addition, there are unsubstantiated reports that 50,000 to 100,000 tons of mineralized material, with unknown grade, remain within the mine, but this cannot be confirmed until the underground workings are dewatered.

      Stock Options Correction

The Company also wishes to correct its stock options announcements of December 24, 2009 and March 4, 2010, and advise that the grant of three year incentive options to its employees, officers, directors and consultants under terms of its Stock Option Plan, was for the right to purchase 2.81 million shares at $0.10 per share and not 3.2 million or 2.91 million shares at $0.10 per share as previously announced. The Company has no other stock options in effect.

      International Millennium Mining Corp.:
Simon Drilling Intersects Encouraging Mineralization Over Significant Interval

      9:01 AM ET, June 1, 2010

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jun 1, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- International Millennium Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "IMMC") (IMI)(FRANKFURT:L9J) has completed a third hole, (S10-3), at its Simon Project in Mineral County, Nevada. The diamond drill hole was collared 1,155 ft., S 75 degrees E (95 degrees Azimuth (Az)) from deep hole S10-2. A fourth hole, (S10-4) initiated from the same pad as S10-3 is nearing completion.

Qualified Person, California Professional Geologist, Tom Evans, reports, hole S10-3 was drilled S 15 degrees W (195 degrees Az) at a steep angle (-78 degrees) from NAD 27 UTM Coordinates E424592, N4268657. It was collared in Mid-Tertiary age, rhyolite quartz crystal welded tuff that shows moderate clay alteration and weak pyritization on fractures. The hole crossed a fault and entered intensely brecciated crystal tuff intruded by alaskite, alaskite breccia and a 5 ft thick pebble dike. The breccia matrix shows strong sericite alteration and contains disseminated pyrite and occasional arsenopyrite. A few siliceous clasts in a sericitic matrix show sporadic chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena throughout the 90.6 ft. breccia unit. Sphalerite and galena increased at a depth of 351.5 ft. in the hole for 1.5 ft. and increased again in a brecciated alaskite dike at 359.5 ft. where disseminated and veinlet hosted sphalerite and galena was observed. Similar mineralization continued to 372.5 ft where near-massive sphalerite/galena breccia mineralization near a limestone contact was intersected to 375.6 ft. The hole went into Triassic age Luning limestone at this depth. This fractured and calcite veined limestone appears mostly barren, however an 8.5 ft. interval shows moderate sphalerite and galena mineralization from 412-420.5 ft. The hole persisted in limestone to its termination at 507 ft. The full brecciated and the mineralized limestone units, comprising approximately 120 ft. of core are to be assayed.

Drill hole S10-4, has so far, encountered similar geology, but mineralization, where observed, appears less intense than in hole S10-3. Both drill holes and near-term planned drill holes, are exploring an un-mined block of favorable geology which appears to start above and continue below known lead-zinc-silver mineralization, exposed on the 353 ft. level between the No. 1 and No. 3 production shafts of the old Simon mine. Hole S10-3 and S10-4, as noted above, encountered lead-zinc mineralization with expected silver credits. Core samples are being sent to ALS Chemex in Reno for analysis.

International Millennium Mining Corp.: Simon, Nevada Drilling Intersects Strong Sphalerite/Galena Mineralization in Drill Hole No. Seven

      9:01 AM ET, July 6, 2010

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jul 6, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- International Millennium Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "IMMC") (IMI)(FRANKFURT:L9J) has, completed diamond drill holes S10-4, 5, 6 & 7 at its Simon Base Metal / Silver Project in Mineral County, Nevada.

Total core footage of 5,780 feet (1,762 meters) has been drilled to date in 7 holes.

Qualified Person, California Professional Geologist, Thomas L. Evans, reports drill hole S10-4 was drilled to a depth of 597 feet from the same pad and on the same section as S10-3 (reported on in June 1, 2010 News Release) but at a flatter minus 65 degree angle to test the favorable rhyolite-limestone contact to the south of the strong Pb/Zn mineralization found in S10-3. Drill hole S10-4, collared in rhyolite welded tuff (Simon Rhyolite), encountered strongly brecciated, sericite altered rhyolite, felsite and alaskite. Weak to moderate sphalerite-galena-pyrite mineralization occurs from 327.5 - 328.6 ft. and again from 377.8 - 381.0 ft. The hole hit limestone at 452.5 ft. where only minor amounts of sphalerite were noted.

Hole S10-5, drilled to a depth of 466 ft., was collared 100 ft. behind (northerly) S10-3 & 4 and on the same section at a minus 72 degree angle, at NAD 27 UTM coordinates E424580, N4268685. This hole drilled through similar rhyolite and breccia geology to the limestone contact at 425 ft. where 1.5 ft. of moderate to good galena-sphalerite with chalcopyrite and arsenopyrite occurred from 423.7 - 425.2 ft.

Hole S10-6 was collared 400 ft. east of S10-5 and 400 ft. north-northeast of the old No. 1 shaft. S10-6 was designed to duplicate angled reverse circulation (RC) hole SR-17, drilled by American Gold Resources (AGR) in 1988 and known to have a good Pb, Zn and Ag intercept (Barringer and Bondar Clegg assays being available). However, the exact azimuth and dip angle of SR-17 were not known at the time IMMC drilled S10-6. Only after purchasing a complete AGR data package on June 10, 2010 from Magallan Resources, a small Utah exploration company, were the azimuth and dip obtained. As it turned out, IMMC's S10-6 was drilled on the correct site and azimuth (Az) at S30 degrees W (210 degrees Az), but at minus 68 degrees instead of minus 45 degrees and thus missed the intercept drilled in SR-17. This drill hole will be re-drilled at the correct dip with a slight variance in azimuth when the Company returns for phase 2 drilling. ARG's SR-17 intercept is noteworthy and is reported as follows from assay certificates and from a February 21, 1989 report on behalf of ARG by Mark Malkoski:

RC HOLE SR-17 INTERCEPT NORTH AND IN HANGING WALL OF SIMON MINE

      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
From ft. To ft. Length ft. OPT Ag % Pb % Zn Description
      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
      265 325 60 2.79 2.91 3.30 Low-grade halo near old
      slope
      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
      325 437 112' 2.13 2.67 3.60 Stope-fill and remnant
      pillars
      ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

(Assays by Barringer with check assays by Bondar Clegg confirming the
results are believed to be accurate)

      Shorter intervals assayed higher grades.

Significantly, from a mining standpoint, the values were reported as zinc and lead sulphides, not oxides. Oxides would be difficult to recover in a milling process. Silver presumably occurs with the mineral galena (Pb S).

IMMC's drill hole S10-7 appears to be the best hole so far and contained a significant galena, sphalerite intercept. S10-7 was collared from the same sites as S10-3 and S10-4 but drilled S 42 degrees E (138 degrees Az) at minus 74 degree dip. The hole was designed to test an undrilled and un-mined block below the old 353 ft. level between the No. 1 and No. 3 shafts. The S10-3 intercept (currently being assayed), situated some 90 ft. west from the S10-7 intercept, showed similar mineralization. For recall purposes the NAD 27 UTM coordinates for S10-7, S10-3 and S10-4 are E424592, N4268627.

Hole S10-7 was collared in the usual quartz crystal rhyolite welded tuff unit and crossed a fault into breccia at 235 ft. but hit a fine grained latite porphyry dike from 254 - 322.5 ft. This latite dike became brecciated and well mineralized from 325 to 336.8 ft. Weakly to un-mineralized alaskite occurred from 336.8 to 361 ft., at which depth the hole entered strong sphalerite and galena mineralization. The 21.5 ft. visually good grade zone was mineralized in its entirety, but contained several 2 to 3 ft. bands of very heavy sphalerite and galena with lower grades in between. Sphalerite occurs as coarse reddish-brown clots and streaks, intimately mixed and sometimes rimmed by galena in an altered and fractured alaskite host, but also in calcite veinlets. S10-7 encountered fractured, bleached and calcite veined limestone at 382.5 ft. A 1.4 ft. zone showing very strong and coarsely crystalline sphalerite, galena and pyrite, was intercepted past the contact at 388.5 ft. The hole continued in barren limestone from 388.5 ft. to its terminal depth at 477 ft.

Completion of drill hole S10-7 marks the end of phase I drilling on the Simon mine property. The Company is now awaiting assays. Priorities for Phase II drilling will be based on geological interpretation of the Phase I drill data and compilation of the Phase I drill data, with the Company's existing mobile metal ion and geophysics data and the AGR data package acquired from Magallan.

"We are encouraged by what has been seen to date in the Phase I drilling at the Simon Mine and are looking forward to a second phase of comprehensive drilling." states IMMC President & CEO, John A. Versfelt, "In addition to following-up Phase I findings with the next drilling phase, we are also looking forward to the opportunity to drill test other targets on the Simon property."

International Millennium Confirms New Mineralized Zone at Simon Project, Mineral County, Nevada
      8/18/2010 9:01 AM - Market Wire

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Aug 18, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IMI)(FRANKFURT:L9J) (the "Company" or "IMMC") has received assay results from diamond drill holes S10-3 and S10-7, at its Simon Mine project in Mineral County, Nevada. These assay results confirm the presence of significant silver (Ag), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) mineralization in a previously unexplored and un-mined block of ground situated between the old No. 1 and No. 3 production shafts. This mineralization occurs at or near a shallow dipping contact between alaskite, rhyolite breccia and Luning limestone approximately 40 feet below the old 353 ft. level and above the 500 ft. level of the Simon Mine. IMMC has completed 7 diamond holes, the location, azimuth, angle, and geology of which were documented in Company news releases dated June 1, 2010 and July 6, 2010.

A Summary Of Results From 7 Drill Holes Follows:

S10-1: No significant Mineralization; hole lost above target depth.
      S10-2: No significant mineralization.

      S10-3: SIGNIFICANT INTERCEPT
      INTERVAL

      Including: 362.0 375.7 13.7 43 1.67 1.65

      S10-4: ANOMALOUS INTERCEPT
      371.0 388.0 17.0 11 0.17 0.20 trace
      452.6 477.0 5.6 5.6 0.29 0.50 trace

      S10-5: SIGNIFICANT INTERCEPT
      423.7 425.2 1.5 43.0 1.65 0.72 trace

      S10-6: No significant mineralization.

      S10-7: SIGNIFICANT INTERCEPT
      361.0 389.9 28.9 62.3 2.38 2.0 0.065
      Including: 361.0 370.5 9.5 104.0 4.39 3.29
      388.5 389.9 1.4 105.0 4.58 7.07

The interval 323.5 ft. to 361 ft. showed strongly anomalous silver, lead and zinc values.

The mineralization found in hole S10-7 below 361.0 ft. compares favourably with recorded historic production grades at the Simon Mine between 1919 and 1969. M. Malkoski, in his 1989 report entitled "Geology, Mineral Deposits, and Proposed Exploration at The Simon Mine, Bell District, Mineral County, Nevada" prepared for American Gold Resources Corporation, describes Simon Mine production during that period as "...97,823 tons at grades of 3.20 opt (ounces per ton) Ag, 4.8% Pb and 5.4% Zn." and a May, 2006, NI43-101 compliant report done for IMMC, titled "Technical Report on the Simon Mine (Ag-Pb-Zn-Cu) Property Mineral County, Nevada, by Sears, Barry & Associates Limited, S.M. Sears, P.Geo. reports documented production at the Simon Mine for the 1921 - 1968 period as 94,838 tons having an average grade of 3.18 oz/ton Ag, 4.8% Pb and 5.37% Zn."

Mineralized zones found in S10-3 and S10-7 are 95 ft. (28.96m) apart along the same contact and will be infill drilled as part of the next drilling program. The ground east of S10-7 is open for drilling for approximately 160 ft. (48.77m) over to the main Simon deposit mined from the No. 1 shaft, providing a 255 foot (77.72m) additional mineralization strike opportunity from S10-3.

IMMC's July 6, 2010 news release included information on a -45 degree RC hole, SR-17, drilled by American Gold Resources (AGR) that intercepted an un-mined hanging wall zone east and adjacent to the main ore body. This relatively shallow intercept, 200 feet below surface, assayed 2.79 opt Ag, 2.91% Pb and 3.30% Zn over 60 ft. occurs 354 ft. (107.9m) vertically above the reported (361.0 ft. to 389.9 ft.) intercept in S10-7, thus providing a 354 ft. (107.9m) interval as a target for infill drilling in order to determine if the S10-7 zone and the reported SR-17 zone are connected.

The drill assay intervals were calculated using the weighted average method. Drill core analysis and assaying was conducted by ALS Chemex which is an ISO Certified laboratory. The following analytical methods were utilized by ALS Chemex: ME-MS61, multi-element, ME MS81, multi element including rare earth analysis, PGM-ICP23, AU-AA23, OG62 for lead and zinc higher grade intervals and OG62b for silver checks. Descriptions of these analytical methods can be seen at ALS Chemex web-site (www.chemex.com). The Company has implemented a quality assurance and quality control program to ensure that sampling and analysis of all samples was conducted in accordance with the best possible practices.

Thomas L. Evans, California Professional Geologist, and a Qualified Person, under NI 43-101 who is in charge of the drill program, prepared and approved the contents of this news release.

International Millennium Mining Corp. Internationale Millennium Mining Corp

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 12, 2011) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IMI - News ; "IMMC" of the "Company") announces that a drilling program is underway on the Company's Nivloc Mine property in Esmeralda County Nevada. North Vancouver, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (Marketwire - 12. Januar 2011) - Internationale Millennium Mining Corp (TSX VENTURE: IMI - News , "IMMC" der "Gesellschaft") gibt bekannt, dass ein Bohrprogramm Nivloc ist im Gange über die Gesellschaft Mine Eigentum in Esmeralda County in Nevada. The initial drilling program of up to 8,200 ft., planned by and carried out under the supervision of Tom Evans, California Professional Geologist, and a Qualified Person, under NI 43-101, is targeted to test the northwest dipping Nivloc vein at the 800 to 900 ft. levels, down to the 1,050 ft. level of the Nivloc Mine.

The Nivloc mine is located in Nevada's Walker Lane trend approximately 38 miles southwest of the city of Tonopah and 6.9 miles southwest of the community of Silver Peak. Die Mine liegt in Nivloc Nevadas Walker Lane Trend etwa 38 Meilen südwestlich von der Stadt Tonopah und 6,9 Meilen südwestlich der Gemeinde von Silver Peak. The property is accessible by State Highway and local road and comprises 29 claims, including three claims covering the mine workings, nine additional claims staked by the Company and most recently, eighteen (18) claims under terms of letter of intent with Silver Reserve Corp. (SRC) with finalization of a formal option and joint venture agreement expected shortly (see the Company's October 14, 2010, news release). Oktober 2010, Pressemitteilung).

The history of the Nivloc, is described in a July 2009, NI 43-101 Report on the Nivloc Silver Property by Coast Mountain Geological Ltd (Coast Mountain 2009) done for Silver Reserve Corp. The report includes the following deion of the mine's production history between 1930 and 1943 following acquisition of the mine by Fred A. Vollmer in the early 1930's (Whiteley 1934). Die Geschichte der Nivloc in einem Juli 2009 ist beschrieben, NI 43-101 Bericht über die Nivloc Silber-Grundstück von Coast Mountain Geological Ltd (Coast Mountain 2009) für Silver Reserve Corp getan Der Bericht enthält die folgende Beschreibung der Mine die Produktion Geschichte zwischen 1930 und 1943 nach der Übernahme der Mine von Fred A. Vollmer in den frühen 1930er Jahren (Whiteley 1934). "Mr. Vollmer sold the mine to Bralorne Ltd. of Canada (Bralorne) for about $450,000 in 1937 (Nivloc Mines 1946). Bralorne operated the mine under the name Desert Silver Inc. (Ebbley 1964). A cyanide mill with a 200 ton per day capacity was built, and began operation in October, 1937. It operated continuously until July, 1943, producing 364,064 tons from which 4,675,408 ounces of silver and 18,795 ounces of gold were extracted. The ore had an average grade of 12.84 ounces silver and 0.0516 ounces gold. From 1938 to 1942 the Nivloc mine was Nevada's largest silver producer (Hughes 1946)." " The report includes the following comments on mine infrastructure at the Nivloc prior to 1943, when war time labour and material shortages resulted in closure of the mine. "Including shafts, raises, winzes and levels, a total of 24,000 ft. had been developed by 1943. Lateral development of the mine opened the vein for a distance of 3,000 ft. on several levels with no indication of decreasing mineralization at either end (Hughes 1946). The shaft had been developed down to 600 ft. A level had been developed at 600 ft. and from it a winze had been driven to the 900 ft. level. On the 900 ft. level another winze was sunk to the 1,100 ft. level. The principal levels in the mine were the 440, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 ft. Drifting along the vein included approximately 3,000 ft. on the 440 ft. level, 1,300 ft. on the 500 ft. level, 3,700 ft. on the 600 ft. level, 3,000 ft. on the 700 level, 1,900 ft. on the 800 level, and 900 ft. on the 900 level. (Nivloc Mines 1946)." (Nivloc Mines 1946). "

Tom Evans, California Professional Geologist, commenting on historical resource estimates at the Nivloc, calculated prior to development of NI 43-101 standards, and which therefore are not to be relied upon, describes the vein deposit resource documented by Anaconda Minerals and Desert Silver sampling and partially verified in three (3) diamond drill core holes completed by Sunshine Mining Company in 1985, wherein Sunshine Mining calculated a possible (historic non NI 43-101 compliant) resource of 621,314 short tons at a grade of 4.5 opt (ounces per ton) silver (Ag) and 0.03 opt gold (Au) based on an assumed 12 feet mining width. Mr. Evans comments that the Sunshine calculation is believed to be conservative in light of Montreal geologist, HJ Bergmann, P.Eng statements in a 1956 report, representing the average grade mined at the Nivloc between 1937 and 1943, when a mill was operating at the Nivloc site, was 12.8 opt Ag and 0.05 opt Au. Mr. Evans advises that an August 1946, report by Nivloc Mines, Inc. states that some of the un-mined resource averaged 12.2 opt Ag and 0.069 opt Au and that the same report mentions five sections of mineralization of unknown size averaging 15-16 opt Ag and 0.10 opt Au. These reports, advises Mr. Evans, also suggest that gold values appeared to be increasing with depth down dip on the limonitic quartz-calcite vein structure. The reader is warned that data in these old reports are as yet unsubstantiated and therefore cannot be relied upon.

The Coast Mountain 2009, report for SRC describes the following encouraging results of a drill program consisting of five (5) reverse circulation and two (2) diamond drill holes completed for SRC in 2008 in an area some 3,300 ft. southwest of the Nivloc mine shaft: "In RNL-5 the interval from 375-380 ft. ran 727.6 ppm Ag and 652 ppb Au."

"Diamond drill core holes CNL-1 and CNL-2 were drilled in the area of RNL-5. CNL-1 encountered 263.7 ppm Ag over 15 ft. from 210-225 ft. in quartz veining, and 247.3 ppm Ag with 2044 ppb Au from 344-349 ft. in white to light grey quartz-carbonate vein with some open-space growth textures. Below, the interval from 354-359 ft. returned 144.6 ppm Ag and 1574 ppb Au. In CNL-2 quartz veining in a fractured zone with minor gouge development and limonite staining returned 750.4 ppm Ag within the interval 236.5-239.5 ft. Lower in the drill hole.... the interval 383-393 ft. returned 120.2 ppm Ag and 1718 ppb Au." " Tom Evans, believes these holes suggest either a new zone or possibly a faulted-off section of the Nivloc vein.

Mr. Tom Evans, is the Company's Qualified Person, under NI 43-101, who has reviewed and approved the contents of this news release with respect to the Nivloc property and the drill program underway.

The Company also advises that, following an initial geology work program, it has terminated its agreement to acquire the Cumshewa property in Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands) British Columbia. First Mexican Drills 33.4 m of 4.27 g/t Au, 395 g/t Ag & 1.24% Cu on International Millennium Hilda Property Sonora Mexico
      :):lick:

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jan. 21, 2011 (Marketwire) --

International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IMI) ("IMMC" of the "Company") in conjunction with First Mexican Gold Corp ("First Mex" TSX-V FMG) announces the results from the first three holes of the planned 10 hole diamond drill program (approximately 1250 metres) on the Company's property package in the Guadalupe - Santa Anna area of Sonora State, Mexico. The 1566 hectares property package (under option to and referred to by First Mex as the Guadalupe Property) is contiguous to Corex Gold Corp (CGE -TSX-V) Santana Property where consistently good exploration results have been demonstrated.

First Mex reports, the initial three holes, all from the Karen zone, on the Hilda 30 concession, have returned the following very good grade intersections from surface or near surface occurrences over significant mineable widths and which are highlighted by the following intersection in Hole HDH 10-05.

      -- 33.4 M of 4.27 g/t Au, 395 g/t Ag & 1.24% Cu beginning at surface.

Holes HDH 11-04 and HDH 11-05 were collared at the same location with hole HDH 11-04 having an azimuth of 70 degrees and a dip of -66 degrees. Hole HDH 11-05 had the same azimuth and a dip of -50 degrees. Both holes were drilled to approximately 100 metres depth and were mineralized throughout. These holes are not believed to be perpendicular to the mineralization on the Karen Zone.

Hole HDH 11-06 was collared 45 metres to the NW and 23 metres higher in elevation with an azimuth of 140 degrees and a dip of -54 degrees effectively cross cutting holes 4 & 5 on an 85 degree angle.

"We are very pleased with these initial results from our 2011 drill program at the Karen zone of the Guadalupe property and look forward to further drill results," said Jim Voisin, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Mexican. Mr. Voisin adds: "These initial holes for 2011 have confirmed the higher grade potential of this project and provide a good start to our 2011 program which has just barely begun."

"John Versfelt, the Company's President and CEO say's, "We congratulate First Mex on the excellent results of their initial drilling and await the results of further drilling with keen interest." Mr. Versfelt went on to say, "Results like this, add credence to IMMC's strategy of targeting silver/gold/polymetallic mineral properties in Canada and the Americas."

Having completed 5 diamond drill holes to date on the Karen zone, with 2 still to report, First Mex advise they will now take the time to model and interpret these very positive results to date before advancing the next phase of drilling on this zone. The next step is to be a planned IP program for the Karen zone.

The drill rig is presently moving approximately one kilometre west to Hilda 38 and the Diana zone where First Mex expect to drill two or three holes into what they consider a lower grade higher tonnage mineralized target. The final holes of this program are intended to be drilled on the Bailey zone, a recently acquired property with a very interesting display of azurite (Copper Carbonate Hydroxide) laden rock, where assays of initial rock samples from the adit of the historic copper mine have confirmed the significance of this high potential drill target.

SJ Geophysics Ltd. Geophysics of Delta B.C. has been contracted to mobilize an IP (Induced Polarization) crew to the Guadalupe project as quickly as possible to begin a 25 line-kilometre program. This 3D IP program is designed to enhance the drill targeting over future multiple target rich areas and provide follow-up data to assist in the next phase of drilling the initial discoveries within our continually expanding property package.

In addition to completion of the present drill program, building out of the new camp and the IP program, First Mex will continue to focus on extensive soil and rock chip sampling/mapping across the Guadalupe property. Precious metal results to date have been very encouraging and support First Mex's view of the positive exploration potential of this prospective gold/silver/copper bearing area.

John Archibald, PGeo, of Billiken Management Services Inc., a qualified person pursuant to NI 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical information in this press release on behalf of the company. Mr. Archibald advises core assays are performed on core sawed in half, with standard fire assay procedures and atomic absorption finish. Certified reference material, duplicate and blanks are inserted in the sample sequence for quality control. Samples were prepared and assayed by an accredited lab, ALS Chemex, Vancouver, BC. The rejects for all samples returning greater than 10 g/t Au are totally pulverized and re-assayed.

First Mexican Increases Land Package to 7,507 Hectares
      2/10/2011 3:41:27 PM - Market Wire

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Feb 10, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

First Mexican Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: FMG) is pleased to announce that it has added to its property package at its Guadalupe Property in Sonora State, Mexico. The Company's current property package of 1,566 hectares is contiguous to Corex Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CGE) Santana Property where consistently good drilling results have been demonstrated to date.

The acquisition of the El Hoyo & Santa Maria properties comes after many months of effort and is based on historic local mining as well as being on trend with regional faulting. The property package comprises 5,941 hectares and represents a significant milestone for the Company in securing two land parcels directly south of both First Mexican Gold and Corex Gold properties. Planned soil and rock chip sampling program will begin in the coming weeks.

The Company controls 100% of this property package as International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IMI) has opted not to participate. This acquisition brings the First Mexican Gold Corp. total land holdings in the area to 7,507 hectares.

The properties were acquired for consideration of US$125,000 and 940,000 shares of First Mexican Gold Corp.

Exploration results to date at the Guadalupe Property have been very encouraging and support the company's view of the strong exploration potential at the numerous prospective gold/silver/copper targets identified so far. The Company recently completed a 1,000 metre, 8 hole diamond drill program and continues with soil and rock chip sampling and mapping of occurrences. Sample testing results for the remaining holes are pending and expected in the coming days.

Additionally, with SJ Geophysics Ltd. of Delta, B.C., the Company is currently on site carrying out an extensive 3D - IP (Induced Polarization) survey program. In view of the positive results obtained so far, management has elected to increase the scope of this survey to 45 line kilometers (from the originally planned 29 kms). This 3D IP program is designed to enhance the drill targeting over future multiple target rich areas and provide follow-up data to assist in the next phase of drilling.

First Mexican Gold Corp. is an active explorer for precious metals in Mexico and holds an option to acquire 80% interest in the Guadalupe property package from (MIMSA) a wholly owned subsidiary of International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IMI).

First Mexican Increases Land Package to 11,506 Hectares
      2/14/2011 9:46 AM - Market Wire

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Feb 14, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

First Mexican Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: FMG) is pleased to announce that it has added to its property package at its Guadalupe Property in Sonora State, Mexico. The Company's current property package of 7,507 hectares is contiguous to Corex Gold Corp (TSX VENTURE: CGE) Santana Property where consistently good drilling results have been demonstrated to date.

The acquisition of the Vianney, San Martin and Panda properties continues the land package expansion strategy of First Mexican management. The property package comprises 3999 hectares that are contiguous to present land holdings and is considered very prospective for gold and silver mineralization.

The larger Panda property, 3750 hectares, is located just east of the recently acquired Hilda 31, 32 and Santa Martha claims and contains numerous historic workings. Systematic sampling of this area is planned to commence in the coming months.

The Vianney/San Martin claims, 249 hectares, will in the future be referred to as the Kristen zone. This Kristen zone lies north of and is contiguous to Hilda 38. Random soil and rock chip sampling has been conducted to date in the vicinity of visual outcrops which contributed to the decision to purchase this property. Evidence of historic mining in the Kristen zone is best exhibited from a surface excavation of approximately 150 metres on strike to a depth of 50 metres.

The Company has now identified a potential trend that extends from the Kristen zone and terminates on the Katelyn zone on Hilda 37 some 2 kilometres away. This trend has been sampled and found to be gold/silver bearing with similar rock types identified and the Company plans an early Spring IP program to assist in developing a drilling plan.

The properties were acquired for consideration of US$186,000 and 1,600,000 shares of First Mexican Gold Corp. plus a 2.5 % royalty of which 1.5% can be purchased for US$1 million. This property has been added to the existing Option agreement with International Millennium Mining Corp (TSX VENTURE: IMI

Zwischenzeitlich hat IMI zwei weitere Aquisitionen getätigt:

Company Sells Interest in Silver Project

RENO, NV, Feb. 28, 2011 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) --
Infrastructure Materials Corp. (NASDAQ OTC-BB: Symbol IFAM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silver Reserve Corp. ("SRC"), has finalized and executed an option agreement with International Millennium Mining Inc. ("IMMI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Millennium Mining Corp. ("IMMC") whose shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "IMI," to sell an 85% interest in SRC's NL Extension Projects Claim Group (the "NL Project"). The option agreement was preceded by a Letter of Intent between the parties that was signed in October of 2010. Pursuant to the option agreement, SRC will receive $350,000 and 1,925,000 shares of IMMC for the NL Project. The terms of the option agreement provide for payments to SRC over a five-year period with IMMI's interest in the NL Project vesting at the end of the period. If the NL Project is determined to be economically feasible, based upon criteria described in the option agreement, SRC will be required to fund its portion of the operating budget in order to retain its 15% joint venture interest and to acquire a 15% interest in IMMI's Nivloc Mine Project. In the event that SRC decides not to fund its portion of the budget, its 15% interest would be forfeited, but SRC would be entitled to a 2% net smelter royalty.

The Company's NL Project consists of 18 mineral claims located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, approximately 6 miles southwest of Silver Peak, Nevada on Highway 47. IMMI's Nivloc Mine Project consists of 11 mineral claims located contiguous with the Company's NL Project. The Nivloc Mine operated from 1937 to 1943 with ore grading 1.4175 grams of gold and 311.85 grams of silver per ton, according to public records. The NL Project represents one of the Company's 13 silver projects in Nevada that, along with a milling facility, are available for purchase as a result of the Company's decision to increase its focus on limestone properties.

Management is also pleased to report that IMMC has begun a drill program within the boundaries of the combined claim groups. The initial drill program of up to 8,200 ft., planned by and executed under the supervision of Tom Evans, California Professional Geologist and a Qualified Person under Canadian National Instrument 43-101, is targeted to test the northwest dipping Nivloc vein at the 800 to 900 ft. levels, down to the 1,050 ft. level of the Nivloc Mine.

Management is pleased with the transaction and believes that IMMC will be a great working partner on the NL Project. Mr. Todd Montgomery, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commenting on the finalized option agreement stated, "I am convinced we reached a win-win agreement. We received a fair price for the interest in our NL Project that IMMC acquired, while retaining a respectable carried interest moving forward. IMMC has acquired a great property that they are excited about exploring for the purpose of identifying a viable silver deposit. Plus, I believe they are a junior company with an aggressive approach to exploration."

IMMC is a publicly traded (TSX-V: IMI) Canadian mineral exploration company with an experienced management team and an aggressive silver exploration strategy in Nevada.

Infrastructure Materials Corp. is an exploration stage mining company that is directing its efforts to the exploration and development, if warranted, of cement grade limestone deposits in strategic locations in the United States and Canada and precious metal properties in Nevada.

More High Grade And Other Significant Intercepts Encountered In Recent Drilling At The Nivloc Project

North Vancouver, BC: International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX-V: IMI) (the “Company”) reports assay results from three additional diamond drill holes at its Nivloc Silver and Gold Project in southwestern Nevada. The new results are from holes 11NL-11, 12A & 13, drilled from Pad 3, which is located some 450 feet west of Pad 2. Two additional holes, 11NL-14 & 15, have also been completed from Pad 3. The drill rig has now been moved back to Pad 2, to target the 380-400 ft levels, where the Company anticipates good grade mineralization, which was not mined during the 1930s/1940s. The IMMC drilling program continues to expand the mineralized zone at Nivloc. These latest results reflect vein material not included in Sunshine Mining Company’s historic resource of over 621,000 tons in their 1987 report on Nivloc and is outside the areas mined by Desert Silver between 1937 and 1942.

      Drill Highlight from hole 11NL-11:...............

John A. Versfelt, President & CEO of the Company comments, “The Nivloc project is proving to be an exciting discovery for IMMC. Not only are we verifying the existence of the previously reported Sunshine Mining historical resource, but our drilling program is identifying significant new veins and proving the continuity of all the veins along strike and down dip.”

International Millennium Mining Corp.: More High Grade Intercepts Encountered in Ongoing Drilling at the Nivloc Mine, Nevada Project
      9/7/2011 9:01 AM - Market Wire

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sep 7, 2011 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IMI) (the "Company" or "IMMC") reports assay results from five additional diamond drill holes at its Nivloc Silver and Gold Project located in southwestern Nevada. Drilling to date has been from three drill stations (pads) targeting a 1,200 foot long by 600 foot vertical, un-mined zone within the Nivloc Mine. This targeted zone lies between two partially mined areas exploited by Desert Silver between 1937 and 1942. The new results are from holes 11NL-14 & 15, drilled from Pad 3, in the west-center of the target area and from holes 11NL-16, 17 & 18 drilled from Pad 2, located 400 feet east of Pad 3. Six additional drill holes, 11NL-19 to 11NL-24, have also been completed from Pad 2 and a seventh is in progress. Upon completion of drill hole 11NL-25 the drill will be moved to test areas east and west of the targeted block. The IMMC drilling program continues to extend the mineralized zone at Nivloc, which remains open at depth and along strike in both southwest and northeast directions.

Highlights from Holes 11NL-14 to 11NL-18

      Drill Highlight from hole 11NL-14:
      4.8 feet @ 276 gm/t Ag and 2.33 gm/t Au - Hanging Wall vein
      19.0 feet @ 172 gm/t Ag and 1.78 gm/t Au, including:
      5.0 feet @ 420 gm/t Ag and 4.57 gm/t Au - Main Nivloc vein

      Drill Highlight from hole 11NL-15:
      10.2 feet @ 181 gm/t Ag and 2.60 gm/t Au - Hanging Wall vein
      3.5 feet @ 86 gm/t Ag and 0.84 gm/t Au - Main Nivloc vein

      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-16:
      51.3 feet @ 115 gm/t Ag and 1.23 gm/t Au - Main Nivloc vein, including:
      14.5 feet @ 193 gm/t Ag and 0.98 gm/t Au

      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-18:
      17.2 feet @ 226 gm/t Ag and 0.11 gm/t Au - Main Nivloc vein, including:
      6.2 feet @ 349 gm/t Ag and 0.11 gm/t Au

Drill hole 11NL-14 intersected the Nivloc vein system above the 700 ft level, near the center of the target area and about 250 feet southwest of 11NL-5. Drill hole 11NL-15 intersected the Main Nivloc vein system above the 600 ft level, 400 feet southwest of 11NL-5 and was the most westerly hole to date. Hole 11NL-16 was the first of a series of holes planned to test an unexplored area between surface and the 440 ft level. The results from this hole indicate that this entire block has potential to host easily accessible mineralization. Drill hole 11NL-17 intersected the Main Nivloc vein system above the 440 ft level approximately 110 feet east of hole 11NL-16, and although assays were not as encouraging as the earlier hole, a wide vein system (115.5 feet) was intersected. Some re-assaying is planned for this hole. Hole 11NL-18 intersected the Main Nivloc vein approximately 130 feet east of 11NL-17 and also above the 440 ft level. The level numbers referred to above, along with distances from other hole intercepts, are deemed to be approximate.

As mentioned above, the drilling program is focusing on testing a target area that lies between previously mined zones within the Nivloc vein structure. The target area lies between surface and the existing 800 ft level drift in the old mine workings. The 800 ft level is approximately 900 feet below surface. Previous mining at Nivloc focused on high-grade lenses of ore encountered while drifting along the Main Nivloc vein structure. The current IMMC drilling program indicates that the Nivloc mineral bearing structure ranges from 50 to more than 150 feet wide and contains several parallel vein zones. It appears, from available data, that only one of these parallel vein zones was previously exploited. In addition to the potential for high-grade lenses, similar to those that were mined historically, results to date suggest that the material between the lenses is consistently mineralized and the entire structure may have potential as a low grade, bulk mineable deposit.

It is stressed that no tonnage or grade estimates have been calculated to date. The current drilling program is designed to generate enough reliable information to outline viable mineralized zones that can be converted to resources in compliance with NI 43-101 standards.

John A. Versfelt, President & CEO of the Company comments, "Seldom does one have an opportunity in the mining sector to be involved in the discovery of a deposit, especially one with the potential of the Nivloc Mine Property. It is exciting to develop and build a project that in the not too distant future has the possibility of becoming a producing silver and gold mine."

Thomas L. Evans, PGeo, the Company's qualified person under NI 43-101 in charge of the drilling program, reviewed and approved the technical disclosure of this press release on behalf of the Company.

      ...
John A. Versfelt, President & CEO of the Company comments, "The Nivloc project continues to be impressive, with its growing continuity, multiple veins and grades of silver and gold. Management is very happy with the drilling progress at the Nivloc project. We have increased the property size by staking and adding 73 new claims, for a total of 121 claims covering approximately 2,280 acres. In addition, the Company has discovered a decline on the Nivloc Mine property that is clean and structurally sound, measuring nine feet by nine feet and approximately 2,000 feet in length, ending within 170 feet of the historic Nivloc workings and approximately 80 feet above the 600 ft level. Together with...
      - the water rights,
      - the county road through the property and
      - power poles and lines already in place,
...this decline adds considerably to the Company's assets and future cost savings, and will be a significant factor when it is time to make decisions about the viability of bringing the Nivloc Mine back into production."

IMMC Drills 3 More Holes at Nivloc With Assays Up to 483.0 g/t Silver & 6.75 g/t Gold

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2011) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IMI) (the "Company" or "IMMC") reports assay results from three additional diamond drill holes at its Nivloc Silver and Gold Project located in southwestern Nevada.

The latest holes drilled on the Nivloc Property, holes 11NL-23 through 11NL-25, all intersected wide zones with greater than 4 oz/t Ag (see drill highlights and table below). These holes were drilled from pad 2 near the centre of the zone and were designed to test previously undrilled portions of the deposit below the old workings. Drilling reported to date has been from three drill pads targeting a 1,200 foot long by 600 foot vertical un-mined zone within the Nivloc Mine. This target zone lies between two partially mined areas exploited by Desert Silver between 1937 and 1942.

Five additional holes, 11NL-26 from pad 1, and 11NL-27 to 11NL-30 from pad 4 (located on the western part of the Nivloc deposit), have been completed. Drill hole 11NL-31 is in progress from pad 4. At least one additional hole is planned from pad 4 during November prior to moving the drill to a new location further towards the western end of the deposit. The IMMC drilling program at Nivloc continues to expand the mineralized zone, which remains open at depth and along strike to both the northeast and southwest.

Drill holes 11NL-23 to 11NL-25 intersected high grade lenses, enclosed by wide zones of lower grade material. Highlights include:
      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-23:
      64.0 feet @ 124.4 g/t Ag and 0.69 g/t Au – Main Nivloc vein, including:
      5.0 feet @ 449 g/t Ag and 1.84 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein

IMMC Drills 73 Feet of 158 g/t Silver and 1.33 g/t Gold at Nivloc

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 28, 2011) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IMI)(FRANKFURT:L9J) (the "Company" or "IMMC") reports assay results from three additional drill holes at its Nivloc Silver and Gold Project located in southwestern Nevada.

Assays have been received for drill holes 11NL-26 to 11NL-28 (see drill highlights and table below), all designed to expand the mineralized zone on the Nivloc property. All holes from the Company's drilling program have been collared on four drill pads and are oriented to systematically test a 1,200 foot long by 600 foot vertical, un-mined zone within the Nivloc Mine. This target zone, which is crossed by access/haulage drifts that were developed on four levels while the mine was in production, lies between two partially mined areas exploited by Desert Silver between 1937 and 1942.

Of the recently completed drill holes, hole 11NL-26 was the last hole drilled from pad 1 in the eastern portion of the target zone, and 11NL-27 & 11NL-28 were drilled from pad 4 in the western part of the zone. Four additional holes, 11NL-29 to 11NL-32, have also been completed from pad 4 and a fifth hole is in progress. Following completion of the fifth hole, the drill will be moved to a new pad further to the west to test new areas beneath and to the west of the old workings. The IMMC drilling program at Nivloc continues to expand the mineralized zone, which remains open at depth and along strike to both the northeast and southwest.

All holes continue to intersect high grade lenses enclosed by wider zones of lower grade material. Highlights include:
      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-26:
      109.0 feet @ 78.0 g/t Ag and 0.37 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein

      Drill Highlight from hole 11NL-27:
      18.2 feet @ 84.0 g/t Ag and 0.46 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein
      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-28:
      73.0 feet @ 157.8 g/t Ag and 1.33 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein
      6.5 feet @ 244.8 g/t Ag and 5.06 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein
      9.0 feet @ 352.7 g/t Ag and 2.53 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein
      ....
....John A. Versfelt, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, comments, "With the consistent excellent drill results that we continue to intersect at Nivloc, the Company's plan is to continue drilling throughout 2012 to develop a NI43-101-resource."

International Millennium Mining Corp.: Drilling at the Nivloc Project Returns Highest Grade Intersection to Date: 1,725 g/t Silver Over 5.5 Feet
      :eek::lick:

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 21, 2011) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IMI) (the "Company" or "IMMC") reports assay results from two additional drill holes at its Nivloc Silver and Gold Project located in southwestern Nevada.

Assays have been received from drill holes 11NL-29 and 11NL-30 (see drill highlights and table below), located in the western part of the Nivloc Vein structure. Both holes were collared from pad 4 and are part of a systematic drilling program designed to test a 1,200 foot long by 800 foot vertical, un-mined zone within the Nivloc Mine. This target zone, which is crossed by access/haulage drifts that were developed on four levels while the mine was in production, lies between two partially mined areas exploited by Desert Silver between 1937 and 1942.

Four additional holes, 11NL-31 to 11NL-34, have also been completed from pad 4. Drilling will continue after the Christmas break from a new location (pad 6) located in the eastern part of the target area. These additional holes will complete the initial pattern drilling designed to delineate a mineral resource within the area of the existing underground workings. Work will then focus on expanding the mineralized zone, which remains open at depth and along strike to both the northeast and southwest.

All holes continue to intersect high grade lenses enclosed by wider zones of lower grade material. Highlights include:
      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-29:
      172.6 feet @ 53.3 g/t Ag and 0.64 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein, including:
      13.5 feet @ 292.3 g/t Ag and 2.46 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein
      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-30:
      196.0 feet @ 98.6 g/t Ag and 0.31 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein, including:
      5.5 feet @ 1,725.0 g/t Ag and 0.16 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein

Both holes (11NL-29 and 11NL-30) intersected the Nivloc vein system between the 440 and 600 ft levels, in the western portion of the target area, east of the westernmost mine workings. The holes were centered 100 feet apart, and both intersected high grade silver and gold zones within a wide zone of lower grade material. The level numbers referred to above, along with distances from other hole intercepts, are deemed to be approximate.

      * Estimated true widths are calculated and may change slightly with additional structural information.
      ** Main Nivloc Vein (MNV).
*** Previous drill hole results are set out in the Company's prior news releases.

As mentioned above, the current drilling program is focused on a target area that lies between previously mined zones within the northeast-southwest-trending Nivloc vein structure. The exploration target lies between the surface and the existing 800 ft level drift in the old mine workings. The 800 ft mine level is approximately 900 feet vertically below surface, and the vein and workings dip from minus-45 to minus-65 degrees toward the northwest. Previous mining at Nivloc focused on high-grade lenses of ore that were encountered while drifting along the vein structure. The current IMMC drilling program indicates the Nivloc structure ranges from 50 to more than 150 feet wide and contains several parallel vein zones. It appears from available data that only one of these parallel vein zones was exploited by prior mining activity in the 1930s and 1940s. In addition to the potential for high-grade lenses similar to those mined in the past, the material between the lenses is consistently mineralized and the entire structure may have potential as a low-grade, bulk-minable deposit.

Part of the 2012 drilling program will be directed beneath and 500 feet west of the most westerly workings, and to the northeast of the main workings in order to test the mineralized zone beyond the current target area.

It is stressed that no tonnage or grade estimates have been calculated to date. The current drilling program is designed to generate enough reliable information to outline viable mineralized zones that can be converted to resources in compliance with NI 43-101 standards.

John A. Versfelt, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, comments, "With the consistent excellent drill results that we are experiencing at Nivloc, the Company's plan is to continue drilling throughout 2012 to develop a NI 43-101 resource."

Thomas L. Evans, PGeo, the Company's qualified person under NI 43-101 in charge of the drilling program, reviewed and approved the technical disclosure of this press release on behalf of the Company.

International Millennium Mining Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary International Millennium Mining Inc., has an option agreement with Silver Reserve Corp. (SRC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Infrastructure Materials Corp. (OTCBB: IFAM) to acquire an 85% interest in SRC's 18 claim NL Property, which forms part of the Nivloc Property.

The drill assay intervals were calculated using the weighted average method. Drill core assaying was conducted by ALS Chemex, which is an ISO-certified laboratory. The Company has implemented a quality assurance/quality control program to ensure that sampling and analysis of all samples are conducted in accordance with the best possible practices. The system includes the use of standards, blanks and duplicates to ensure analytical accuracy and the submission of duplicate samples to a second laboratory to verify the integrity of the analytical results.

International Millennium Mining Corp.: 2012 Drilling Program Begins at Nivloc Nevada Project

NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 23, 2012) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IMI) (the "Company" or "IMMC") has commenced the second phase of a drilling program at its Nivloc Silver and Gold Project located in southwestern Nevada. The holes in this program are designed to tighten the drill spacing in parts of a target area drilled with 34 holes in 2011 and to expand the currently defined mineralized zone by stepping out along strike towards the northeast and southwest.

Assays have been received from Holes 11NL-31 and 11NL-34 (see drill highlights and table below), located in the western part of the Nivloc Vein Structure. All 4 holes were collared from pad 4 and are part of a systematic drilling program designed to test a 1,200 foot long by 600 foot vertical, un-mined zone within the Nivloc Mine. This target zone, which is crossed by access/haulage drifts that were developed on four levels while the mine was in production, lies between two partially mined areas exploited by Desert Silver between 1937 and 1942. Three of these holes were designed to test the upper part of the target area, above the area outlined by previous drilling.

All holes intersected the Nivloc host structure with the best intersection being from the deepest hole, 11NL-31.

      Drill Highlights from hole 11NL-31:

      53 feet @ 92.3 g/t Ag and 0.86 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein, including:

      22 feet @ 165.3 g/t Ag and 1.88 g/t Au - Main Nivloc vein

Hole 11NL-31 intersected the Nivloc vein system between the 700 and 800 ft levels, in the western portion of the target area, 200 feet east of the westernmost mine workings.

Holes 11NL-32 intersected the zone beneath the 440 ft level. Holes 11NL-33 and 11NL-34 were aimed above the 440 ft level with the latter intersecting the zone at its shallowest point to date (200 ft level). The holes show a weakening of grade in this area, although 11NL-34 is thought to have drilled down an offsetting fault structure, missing the better part of the zone. The level numbers referred to above, along with distances from other features, are deemed to be approximate.
