Bob M. ist nicht an Lungekrebs gestorben. Es war Magenkrebs.

Cannabis ist übrigens nicht karzinogen.

Nein, das raucht man nicht, es gibt verschiedene Applikationsformen, bei uns gängig ist Dronabinol in Tropfenform (z. B. als 2,5%ige Lösung). Alternativ auch als Tabletten aber die muß man in der Schweiz bestellen und sie sind in Dt. off-label. Das ganze wird in Deutschland gerade etabliert und ich verschreibe es auf (onkologischer) Station fast jeden Tag. Es wirkt hervorragend bei (tumor-)kachektischen, d. h. sehr abgemagerten Patienten als Appetitanreger.

Um es legal in Deutschland zu bekommen braucht man aber keine CMSI-Karte oder sonstigen Unsinn sondern einfach ein BTM-Rezept und eine Apotheke, die sich mit der Mischung auskennt (da die Tropfen idR dort direkt hergestellt werden).

Das Medikament an sich ist sehr gut, das Geschäftsmodell von CMSI ist in Deutschland aber sicherlich nicht tragfähig (weil die Karte hier einfach nicht benötigt wird und das Medikament von anderen Firmen produziert wird: Bionorica Ethics / THC Pharm) Die gesetzlichen Regelungen der Amis kenne ich zu wenig, vielleicht kann da jmd. was zu sagen?

wenn sie nicht von einem größeren Pharmakonzern übertrumpft werden dann is hier garantiert viel Musik drinnen! Cannabis wird endlich wieder die ganze Pharmaindustrie revolutionieren, erste Brustkrebsstudien aus den USA BEWEISEN dass Cannabis direkt gegen Krebs wirkt und nicht nur die Chemotherapypathienten vor dem Tod bewart.....aber es forschen schon ne Menge Firmen dran und es gibt alleine in Deutschland 3 Dronabinol-Lieferanten für die Apotheken, die es aus in Deutschland angebauten Nutuhanf gewinnen müssen. Da irgendne Uni im letzten Monat veröffentlicht hat, dass man es geschafft ,dass Bakterien nun THC produzieren können wird das ganze bald auch billiger.

die einzige Frage is also ob diese Firma schnell genug ist was innovatives zustandezubringen

Cannabis Medical Solutions Inc. Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) and Barney Frank (D-MA) plan to introduce a bill on Thursday that would end the federal prohibition on marijuana.


let's get to washington with breaking news. looks like we will see new legislation proposed tomorrow that would end the federal prohibition on marijuana. i just spoke to a person in barney frank's office that said mr. frank and congressman ron paul, a republican from texas are proposing a bill. they sent me a press release from the marijuana organization called normal, the national organization for the reform of marijuana laws, frank's office confirming the details saying they will announce this tomorrow as early as 10:00 a.m. in this press release, the marijuana group is saying the new legislation will end the federal war on marijuana and let states legalize, regulate, tax and control marijuana without federal interference. they also say the legislation would limit the federal government's role in marijuana enforcement to cross border or interstate smuggling and allow people to legally grow, use or sell marijuana in states where it is legal. the politics in this are very tricky, maria, not necessarily likely this would actually pass. i can tell you cash strapped states may be looking at this in the midst of this great recession as one new way to generate revenue. eamon, interesting development as states are looking for new revenue in the midst of these budget squeezes. you heard from our panelists

The bill by the conservative Paul and liberal Frank would allow states to determine their own marijuana laws —including medical marijuana laws—without federal interference.
