Bei 25 Mio an Aktien bei jetzigem Kurs hat RPC einen Marktkapitalisierung von 37,40 Mio USD. Ich denke nach oben ist noch viel Luft (bis 20 USD). Ist nur meine Einschätzung.

ich bin seit einiger Zeit sehr interessierter Leser von wallstreet-online und habe mich heute endlich auch mal angemeldet.

Ich habe selbst auch ein paar Aktien von Radient, daher interessiert mich natürlich, worauf deine Einschätzung (Kurs bis 20 USD) basiert. Da ich aktientechnisch doch eher ein Neuling bin, würde ich mich über eine Antwort sehr freuen. Vielen Dank!

Meine Einschätzung sagt, dass RPC viel Geld verdienen wird, dass heisst lange nicht, dass der Aktienkurs gleich auf 20 USD von Heute auf Morgen steigen muss. Vielleicht braucht RPC noch ein bisschen Zeit dafür.
Nur Geduld muss man haben. Mit Gewinnmitnahmen muss man bei starkgestiegenen Aktien immer rechnen.

Danke für diese Zusammenstellung. Hm, ich werde die Aktien wohl noch eine Weile behalten, auch (oder gerade weil) es nicht so viele sind. :-) Mal sehen, was die nächsten Tage/Wochen so bringen. Wenn Radient weiterhin so geschickt einen Tag nach dem anderen Pressemitteilungen über neue Kooperationen herausbringt, dürfte das sicher noch einiges an Interesse hervorrufen. Dies allein dürfte ja wahrscheinlich schon den Kurs steigen lassen. ;-)

RPC expects JPI will be contractually positioned to move forward with the completion of a sale or financing by the end of the third quarter 2010. RPC currently owns approximately 98% of JPI, which as part of RPC's deconsolidation process, is noted as a special asset on RPC's balance sheet and valued at approximately US$20 million as of September 30, 2009.

Bin zufällig auf den Wert gestoßen. Langsam wurde es mir langweilig. Ich hatte verkaufslimit vor zwei wochen zu 0,34 USD gesetzt gehabt. Habe zufällig gesehen, dass meine Aktie stark gestiegen ist (50%) und habe sofort storniert. glück gehabt.

RPC's Onko-Sure product validation follows PLS' completion of a phase I, 37 subject trial to provide a preliminary evaluation of the use of Radient's Onko-Sure test as a complement to Provista's existing BT Test breast cancer screen. The Phase I trial was run by Provista in the company's Arizona-based CLIA laboratory.

RPC's Onko-Sure IVD test is a simple, non-invasive, patent-pending and regulatory-approved test for use as an aid in early detection of cancer. Onko-Sure enables physicians and their patients to effectively monitor and/or detect certain types of cancers by measuring the accumulation of specific breakdown products in the blood called Fibrin and Fibrinogen Degradation Products (FDP). FDP levels rise dramatically with the progression of cancer. Onko-Sure is approved by the US FDA for the monitoring of colorectal cancer, Health Canada as a lung cancer screen and cancer monitoring tool, and the European Union, Indian government, Korean government, and Taiwanese government as a cancer monitoring or cancer screening test.

Provista's BT Test, or Biomarker Translation Test, measures the molecular level of specific proteins in the blood and, by using a proprietary relational software program developed by Provista, a comprehensive report is generated providing the healthcare provider with the individual concentration levels of each of these proteins markers along with a singular test score, called the BT Score, which an indicator of breast cancer presence or absence. The BT Test is greater than 95% accurate in detecting breast cancer when used on women under 50, and greater than 80% accurate in women 50 years and older.

Radient Pharmaceuticals Announces First Quarter 2010 Financial Results; Provides Update on Onko-Sure(TM) Product Sales and Monetization of Its China-Based Subsidiary Jade Pharmaceuticals


Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation (NYSE Amex: RPC), a US-based pharmaceutical company specializing in the research, development and sales of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) cancer tests, announced today unaudited results and the filing of its Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") for the fiscal year first quarter 2010.

Operational Re-cap:
Until the second quarter FY2009, Radient Pharmaceuticals was focused on the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products through its China-based subsidiary Jade Pharmaceuticals Inc. (JPI). In the second half of 2009, RPC's executive management team repositioned its business to focus solely on the development, manufacture and marketing of advanced IVD products, including its proprietary Onko-Sure™ IVD cancer test. The Company also repositioned various business segments in order to monetize the value of these assets either through new partnerships, separate IPO's or the sale of the assets which include (i) 98% ownership of JPI; (ii) 100% ownership of RPC's proprietary cancer vaccine therapy technology Combined Immunogene Therapy (CIT); and (iii) 100% ownership of RPC's Elleuxe™ brand of advanced skin care products based on a proprietary formulation that includes human placenta extract ingredients.

Currently, RPC is actively engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sale and marketing of Onko-Sure specifically in the United States, Canada, China, Chile, Europe, India, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and other select worldwide markets. Onko-Sure IVD Cancer Test Kit Commercialization Plan:
For the first quarter of FY2010, RPC achieved net revenues from Onko-Sure product sales of approximately $37,000. This figure excludes approximately $103,000 in deferred distributor revenue, which is expected to be recorded as revenue when criteria under the Company's revenue recognition policy are met. RPC's first quarter FY2010 sales were below the Company's stated target of approximately $297,000 due to lower than expected sales from select distributors who did not meet minimum commitment requirements to retain exclusive territory rights. In order to mitigate this issue, the Company added an additional distribution partner for one territory and is currently evaluating others that have not met their forecasted minimum orders.

RPC believes this action, coupled with additional signed distribution contracts and hiring of a Director of Oncology, will enable RPC to meet its FY2010 forecast of approximately $7.6 million in Onko-Sure cancer test kit sales. The Company previously forecasted, and continues to expect, the majority of its Onko-Sure cancer test kit sales will be realized in the second half of FY2010.

Financing Initiatives:
In the first half of FY2010 RPC completed various convertible note and warrant purchase agreements that generated approximately $6.4 million in operating capital. Additionally, a small percentage of existing warrant holders exercised outstanding warrants which generated approximately $740,000 in incremental working capital to RPC.

JPI Monetization Plan:
In conjunction with JPI's management, RPC has established its monetization plan for its China-based subsidiary Jade Pharmaceuticals Inc. In accordance with the plan, JPI executive management intends to acquire a well-managed, China-based pharmaceuticals manufacturing and marketing company to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of JPI and its subsidiary JJB. Furthermore, the combined, broader-based pharmaceuticals business then intends to seek a financing and public listing in the U.S.

JPI has had active discussions with various companies that have indicated interest in merging with JPI; however no agreements have been reached to date. JPI's executive management anticipates it will complete a transaction of the type described above by year-end FY2010.

Q12010 Financial Results:
For the three-month period ending March 31, 2010, RPC reported revenues of approximately $37,000, as compared with corporate segmented revenues of approximately $23,000 in the first quarter of FY2009. RPC reported a comprehensive first quarter loss of approximately $2.60 million ($0.11 per share) in FY2010 compared to approximately $1.65 million ($0.12 per share) in FY2009. Approximately $870,000 of the first quarter FY2010 losses from operations were due to amortization of debt discount and accretion of debt issuance costs.

According to Douglas MacLellan, Chairman and CEO of Radient Pharmaceuticals, "We have truly experienced three consecutive difficult quarters. The Company's future prospects however, should not be judged on the merits of this transitional period. We believe we have now put in place a low risk path that will enable RPC to achieve profitability by the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2010. On April 15, 2010, RPC filed with the SEC an Annual Report on Form 10-K that included an audit opinion with a "going concern" explanatory paragraph which expresses doubt, based upon current financial resources, as to whether RPC can meet its continuing obligations without access to additional working capital. The Company has raised additional capital and continues to pursue expense reductions to ensure ongoing financial viability. This disclosure is in compliance with the NYSE Amex Company Guide Rule 610(b) requiring a public announcement of the receipt of an audit opinion that contains a going concern qualification and does not reflect any change or amendment to the consolidated financial statements as filed. RPC received USFDA for its Onko-Sure® IVD cancer test approximately 24 months ago, which marked the point at which RPC could begin commercialization. Since that time a considerable amount of work has gone into creating a domestic & international distribution network, plus the highly effort of validating RPC's USFDA approved Onko-Sure® test kits with oncologists, gastroenterologist and lab directors. RPC has added various needed validation tools that include the first edition of RPC's 2010 Onko-Sure® Reference Guide for physicians, oncologists, clinicians, consumers and patients, ("ODR") designed to significantly gain sales traction for Onko-Sure® in North America and other international markets. The Company is also working on additional clinical trials and inclusion in industry publications to determine the standard of care for cancer diagnosis and targeting additional validation tools, which are anticipated to be in place by year-end. The Company is now in a position to begin making significant headway in commercializing Onko-Sure® in target market.

Target Market Segment Details:

US FDA approved use as a CRC Monitoring Test Market in the US & Canada: This market represents a US$200 million per year market at the wholesale level, and is growing at a 10% annual growth rate. The competing test for Onko-Sure® is the Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) -- a test that typically only identifies cancer its latest stages when the probability of treating the disease is lowest. Onko-Sure® has been clinically shown to identify cancer in its earliest stages, and these studies also indicate Onko-Sure® to be a superior test to CEA. To capitalize on this, we are implementing an aggressive commercialization strategy in the US specifically targeted towards physicians, oncologists, clinicians, consumers, patients and reference labs that show demand for the test.


US FDA Approved use as a CRC Monitoring Test in International Markets: This market represents a US$250 million per year market at the wholesale level, and is also growing at a 10% annual growth rate. We expect sales of Onko-Sure® in North America will create new market share in the International CRC monitoring market by FY2011.


Government-backed General Cancer Screening Test (predominately outside the US): Government backed general cancer screening represents a potential US$1 billion per year market that is currently in its infancy. International recognition and demand for government-backed general cancer screening has only just begun. U.S. adoption of government back general cancer screening for high risk populations is expected to be commonplace by 2015. Based on RPC market analysis, we anticipate driving solid adoption and sales of Onko-Sure® in high risk populations specifically in India and Colombia by the fourth quarter 2010, and Brazil by the second quarter of 2011. We are actively targeting other countries and expect sales to ramp as RPC's initial commercialization program in the above markets demonstrates results. Additionally, through our US-based CLIA lab partner, we have initiated product sales for Onko-Sure® that is being used as a general cancer screen in the US and Canada and we are selling Onko-Sure® as a general cancer screen in Korea and Taiwan. In order for RPC to gain up to US$1 billion in Onko-Sure sales from government-backed general cancer screening initiatives ("GCSI"), which would be focused on "patients with a high risk of developing cancer," RPC will need to sell approximately 1,488,095 kits annually.


Health Canada Approved use as a Lung Cancer Screening & Monitoring Test: This represents a US$50 million per year market, also currently in an infancy stage. More Canadians are diagnosed with lung cancer than any other cancer type, with mortality from lung cancer higher than breast, colorectal and prostate cancer combined. In 2010 alone, 1 in 12 Canadians are expected to develop lung cancer. Smoking causes most lung cancers. That said, approximately 50% of patients diagnosed have never smoked (15%) or are former smokers (35%). Most lung cancers are diagnosed in late stages, due in part to lack of effective screening procedures, this is a primary factor that leads us to believe Onko-Sure® will become an important and high demand test for cancer screening. Lung cancer patients and their family members are often stigmatized by a widespread prejudice about smoking, and many feel isolated and hesitant to tell others about their diagnosis. Lung cancer receives little public or media attention. This is due, in part, to a small community of survivors to bring a voice and attention to lung cancer issues. The latest World Health Organization ("WHO") statistics indicate there are approximately 7.4 million cancer deaths worldwide annually. RPC's goal is to test approximately 70 million "high risk factor" patients per year with the goal of identifying cancer in approximately 10% of this high risk factor population. Habe mir die Geschichte nun genauer angeschaut, ich glaube die haben gestern neue Stücke ausgeschenkt...daher auch das hohe Volumen und der Kursverfall, 40 Mio wollten sie an Verbindlichkeiten abbauen, das haben sie getan, neues Ziel für mich: 1,50 Dollar innerhalb der nächsten Woche, nur meine Meinung

Also wenn ich mir den Bericht ( 06.12.10 ) zu der Ationärsversammlung vom 03.12.10 anschaue , da wurden ja ganz schön viele neue Aktien genehmigt.Ob das so gut ist für uns Kleinaktionäre ist sehr fraglich.Mal sehen was da zum Schluß raus kommt.

nachdem ich in Stockhouse zufällig auf RPC aufmerksam wurde, habe ich- als Biologe und Hobbyanleger immer interessiert an guten Biotech-Investments- mich mal ausführlicher mit diesem Stock befasst:

dies ist eine bekannte Strategie, die ich von bereits von anderen substanzlosen Biotechs kenne (GLIF); kein seriöses Pharmaunternehmen äußert sich zu solchen news anderer Pharmafirmen_ warum sollte man auch?
außer
man kommentiert die news eines Pharma-Riesen, will als unbedeutendes Unternehmen so auf sich aufmerksam machen und sich sogar aus Sicht der Anleger mit einem Pharmariesen vergleichen bzw. auf eine Stufe stellen;

bei genauerem Lesen dieser news, die sich auf der RPC webseite befindet, wird man feststellen, dass es sich lediglich um ein Krebs-Programm handelt aus dem RPC über den indischen Distributor den Verkauf von 25OOO Kits erwartet
erwartet!!!!!! völlig überzogene Erwartungen des Managements!!!!

bislang konnten vom Onco Sure nur Absätze in einer völlig unbedeutenden Größenordnung max 150 Kits getätigt werden!
Schaut euch mal die Größenordnungen der anderen Verträge in Asien an:

Warum wohl? Na? könnte das wohl mit der mangelnden Aussagekraft des Tests zusammenhängen
Glaubt hier einer die Inder sind blöd und schlechtere Wissenschaftler als die Amis oder Europäer;
hier versucht man einen völlig ungerechtfertigten hype auszulösen!!!
die in dieser news krass überzogenen und zweimal erwähnten Aussagen über ein mögliches Potential von 10 -20ig facher Umsatzgröße sind ein klares Indiz dafür und sprechen Bände!!!!

Meine Beurteilung: Finger weg -substanzloses Produkt einer immer unbedeutend bleibenden Firma!!!!!!!

Na brauchst wo noch ein günstigen Einstiegskurs.
Der neue Krebstest ist aber gut da kannst Du schreiben was Du willst.Mußt Dich mal auf den Markt über solche zur Zeit zur Verfügung stehenden Testmöglichkeiten informieren bevor Du die Firma so runter machst.
Umsonst ist dieser Krebstest von den zuständigen Zulassungsbehörden in den USA nicht zugelassen wurden.
Übrigens bezeichne diesen Krebstest nicht als "unbedeutendes Produkt einer Mini-Firma".Das Produkt rettet bestimmt mal vielen das Leben.
Viele große Firmen haben auch mal klein angefangen.Und um erst mal bekannt zu werden muß man eben die Werbetrommel rühren.( Marktwirtschaft)
Und jetzt hat eben mal eine kleine Firma ( noch klein ) was gutes erfunden.


Natürlich nur meine Meinung , kein Kauf bzw. Verkaufempfehlung.

nun, dies ist die typische Reaktion eines INvestierten- Verteidigung seines Investments-
durchaus nachvollziehbar- wer will sich auch schon eingestehen, dass er auf das falsche Pferd gesetzt hat!

zu deinem Vorwurf der mangelnden Information muss ich gegenhalten!
Im Gegensatz zu dir bin ich des Englischen durchaus mächtig und habe mir auch im Gegensatz zu dir die letzten SEC-filings intensiv angeschaut!

Hast du dir mal Gedanken gemacht, warum sich die Firma vor einiger Zeit einen neuen Namen verpasst hat und warum man den Test umbenannt hat? naaa?

Du scheinst auch vom Biotech- und Pharmabereich nicht allzu viel zu vertsehen- oder?

wie gesagt, ich bin dort zuhause!

wenn eine kleine Firma ein gutes innovatives Produkt in der pipeline hat -das kommt öfter vor-, dann bleibt das nicht lange ein Geheimnis!! Das ist so gewollt Häufig werden schon dann von frühzeitig- also im Entwicklungsstadium mit großen namhaften Unternehmen der Pharma bzw. Biotech-Branche Kooperationen gesucht:
nach dem Motto wir bringen das nötige Geld zur Vermarktung (aus Sicht des Riesen) ihr das know -how!
Dieser Test liegt seit Jahren wie Blei in den Regalen!
Du hast aber sicher eine logische Begründung dafür, wieso hier nicht einmal seitens eines Großen Interesse besteht- oder ?

Zeige mir eine ernsthafte Publikation- ich meine ernsthafte- kein Aktienpush eines zweifelhaften Biotech-Reports- der deine vermuteten und die seitens des Managements angepriesenen Qualitäten des Tests bestätigt!

Ich wette- die wirst du nicht finden!

Soviel zu deinen Vorwürfen meiner mangelnden Information!

How many tests would you pay for trying to find a cancer that did not exist? Your insurance isn't going to pay for those tests.

RPC has had this test around for over 20 years. Don't you think doctors would be interested in it if it had value?

Why is management pushing the test so hard rigt now? Well, their Chinese pharma blew up in their face and there was nothing left but Onko Sure and it was not selling. You either close down the business or push Onko Sure. Manaement is paid well by RPC so they obviously want to keep their jobs. Take note that management holds almost no stock in this company. Wo stehen die neuen Nachrichten das dieser Krebstest negativ ist.Meinungen und Vermutungen von Laien sind da fehl am Platz.Nur richtige Fachliche Aussagen sind was Wert.
Dann lasse ich mich auch von Deiner Meinung überzeugen.
Und wieso wurde dann dieser Krebstest von der amerikanischen Zulassungsbehörde erst zugelassen wenn er so "ungenau" ist????
Wenn dieser Test wie Du schreibst wie Blei in den Regalen liegt warum forschen dann auch große Firmen daran weiter.

PS:Bin auch der englischen Sprache mächtig.schreibe aber hier eben auf Deutsch, da wir hier in ein deutschsrachigen Forum sind.

Radient Pharmaceuticals Announces Progress and Potential Completion Date for Its Onko-Sure(R) Clinical Study

The clinical trial represents the largest study conducted to date for RPC's Onko-Sure® IVD cancer test. Approximately 1,000 colorectal patient samples with various disease stages are being tested in parallel by RPC and Mayo to directly compare the efficiency of the Onko-Sure® test with the Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) test. Patients with confirmed clinical diagnoses are tested across six clinically distinct patient groups that include: (1) Stage I colon cancer; (2) Stage II colon cancer; (3) Stage III colon cancer; (4) Stage IV colon cancer; (5) Control subjects who are confirmed negative for colon cancer; and (6) Control subjects with benign polyps of the colon. Many distinct patient groups are included in the trial in order to add multiple layers of data and conclusions to the analyses.

Topline goals of the study include: (1) validation of the overall effectiveness of Onko-Sure® for the detection of colorectal cancer as compared with normal and benign controls; (2) assessing the efficiency of Onko-Sure® in each independent colorectal cancer stage; (3) assessing the overall efficiency of RPC's Onko-Sure® IVD test as compared with that of the CEA test; and (4) comparing the stage-specific efficacy of Onko-Sure® versus CEA; especially early cancer stages. According to industry reports, CEA is reported to misdiagnose a disproportionate number of early stage cancers with 68-97% of biopsy positive patients unable to be monitored with CEA because their CEA values are below the manufacturer's cut-off. Clinical data also confirms detecting cancer in earlier stages can lead to improved accuracy in the treatment, monitoring and recurrence monitoring of the disease in cancer patients.

TUSTIN, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/11 -- Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation (NYSE Amex: RPC), a US-based company specializing in the research, development, and international commercialization of In Vitro Diagnostic cancer tests, announced today the signing of a definitive agreement for the private sale of Convertible Notes ("Note") and Warrants ("Warrant") in the original principal amount of $8.4 million and the right to purchase RPC common stock. RPC intends to use the net proceeds from the Note for general corporate purposes, including activities related to the long-term commercialization of RPC's Onko-Sure® in vitro diagnostic (IVD) cancer test.

The $8.4 million of Note issued pursuant to this transaction has an 11 month term and will be initially convertible in whole or in part into shares of RPC common stock at the conversion price equal to $0.60 per share, subject to adjustment. Each buyer will pay $888.88 for each $1,000.00 of principal amount of Notes and related Warrants to be purchased at closing. The conversion price of the Notes are subject to adjustment upon the occurrence of certain events, including recapitalization, stock splits, and similar corporate actions. Each buyer will receive a Series A Warrant and a Series B Warrant, each of which has a five year term. The Series A Warrants are initially exercisable at $0.67 per share and the Series B Warrants are initially exercisable at $0.8175 per share. The exercise price of the Warrant and the number of warrant shares is subject to adjustment upon the occurrence of certain events, including capital adjustments and reorganizations. The Company is required to file a registration statement to register for resale 130% of the number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the Note and exercise of the Warrant on or before February 9, 2011. Additional terms of this transaction will be disclosed on a Form 8-K to be filed by the Company. In addition to his busy schedule at Animal Critical Care Center, Dr. Robert Rooks devotes considerable time to the sled dog racing industry. Radient Pharmaceuticals Announces Results for U.S. Clinical Trial of Onko-Sure(R) for Colorectal Cancer / Clinical Trial Data Confirms Onko-Sure(R)Plus CEA Analysis Is an Improved Alternative for Detecting Colorectal Cancer
TUSTIN, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/27/11 -- Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation (RPC) (NYSE Amex: RPC) announced today the results of its analysis of data from the U.S. clinical trial conducted in collaboration with a well-recognized, large third-party not-for-profit group practice and its affiliates for RPC's Onko-Sure® in vitro diagnostic (IVD) cancer test.

Based on the final trial analysis, it has been determined that Onko-Sure® (DR-70) is a useful tool when combined with Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) in detecting colorectal cancer (CRC) in all stages, and specifically, in early Stages (stages I and II) where early diagnosis and treatment can lead to better patient prognosis. Additionally, the study demonstrated RPC's Onko-Sure® IVD cancer test can be up to 17% more effective in detecting CRC in Stages I and II over Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA). Furthermore, the study also showed when Onko-Sure® is combined with CEA, the sensitivity of the combined tests delivers additional increased sensitivity as opposed to using CEA alone.

RPC plans to disseminate these results in a peer-reviewed journal, either independently or with other third party healthcare organizations. Additionally, RPC plans to present these results to physicians at international oncology conferences and scientific meetings.
