      ---

      HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RESULTS

      * Passenger numbers at Copenhagen Airport increased by 11.4% in Q1 2010. The number of locally departing passengers increased by 15.2%, and transfer traffic increased by 5.2%

      * Revenue increased by 7.4% to DKK 703.5 million (2009: DKK 655.2 million)

      * EBITDA increased by 24.4% to DKK 331.4 million (2009: DKK 266.5 million). EBITDA totalled DKK 337.4 million excluding one-off items (2009: DKK 292.1 million). EBITDA benefited from the increase in passenger numbers. Q1 2009 was also impacted by restructuring expenses

      * EBIT increased by 35.7% to DKK 218.4 million (2009: DKK 161.0 million). When excluding one-off items, EBIT amounted to DKK 224.4 million (2009: DKK 186.6 million)

      * Results of international investments were a profit of DKK 8.1 million, which was an decrease of DKK 1.0 million (2009: a profit of DKK 9.1 million)

      * Profit before tax increased to DKK 170.6 million (2009: DKK 110.4 million). Profit before tax amounted to DKK 176.6 million excluding one-off items (2009: DKK 136.0 million).

      * Capital expenditure amounted to DKK 108.9 million in the first three months of 2010 (2009: DKK 100.3 million).

      OUTLOOK 2010

The total number of passengers is expected to increase based on the expected traffic programme for 2010 and the significant growth in Q1 2010. On the basis of expected higher operation costs, mainly due to depreciation derived from the high investment level, profit before tax is expected to be slightly lower than in 2009, when excluding one-off items. Based on the strong performance in Q1 2010, the temporary closing of the airports due to volcano ashes is not expected to change the outlook for 2010.

CPH continuously seeks to adapt the investment level to the current economic environment. In accordance with the charges agreement, CPH is committed to invest approximately DKK 500 million in 2010. This will be supplemented by CPH Swift and other commercial investments.

Copenhagen Airport back on growth track

Passenger numbers at Copenhagen Airport grew by 11.9% year on year in May. This
brought travel patterns back to the level of before the ash cloud paralysed
European airspace for six days in April. The year-to-date increase in passenger
      numbers was 4.8%.

A total of 1,897,202 passengers passed through Copenhagen Airport in May,
reflecting an increase of about 200,000 passengers or 11.9% as compared with
the same month of last year.

“We recorded growth across the board in May, and Copenhagen Airport is among
the major European airports that have recorded the highest growth rates in
2010. In particular, it has been interesting to note the growth on a number of
the intercontinental services both to North America and Asia, which contributes
to underlining the position of Copenhagen Airport as a northern European
traffic hub,” said Carsten Nørland, VP, Sales for Copenhagen Airports.

The growth on Danish domestic services also continued, and the number of
domestic passengers increased by 29,7% year on year. The number of
international passengers grew by 10.0%, whilst transfer passengers grew by
      12.2%.

      News von www.cph.dk vom 22.06.

Copenhagen Airports A/S (“CPH”) today signed an agreement to sell its 49%
aggregate interest in the Mexican airport company Inversiones y Técnicas
Aeroportuarias, S.A. de C.V. ("ITA") to CPH's local Mexican business partner,
      Fernando Chico Pardo.

      The proposed transfer
Since 1999, CPH has been a shareholder in ITA and currently holds
      49% of the
share capital. Fernando Chico Pardo currently holds 51%.

The sale is inter alia conditional upon:

      • approval by the Mexican Ministry of Communications and Transport;
      • approval by the Mexican competition authorities

The sale will therefore not be recognised in the financial statements until
after regulatory approval, expected in Q3 2010.

If the sale is completed, CPH will no longer hold any interest in ITA and will
no longer have an agreement to act as Key Airport Partner in ITA, whereas the
current Technical Service Agreement will be continued in 2010, so the effect on
profit in 2010 will be in line with the forecast.

The expected effect on profit before tax is up to DKK 400 million.

strong passenger growth kicks off the summer season

Passenger numbers at Copenhagen Airport during the first month of the summer
were 9.3% higher than in the same month of last year. A total of 2,091,952
passengers flew either into or out of Copenhagen Airport in June, which were
only 5,000 fewer than the record set in the summer of 2008.

178,689 more passengers passed through Copenhagen Airport than during the same
month of 2009. This represented a 9.3% increase, bringing the summer traffic
off to a good start. An increase was seen in the number of departing
international passengers and transfer passengers, and domestic traffic
continued its strong growth; the year-on-year growth rate for June being 23.3%.

“June traffic gave us a good start to the summer, and our forecasts indicate
that growth should continue in the months to come. Whilst it is too early to
say whether we can reach the record level of the summer of 2008, these figures
highlights the continued attractiveness of Copenhagen as a destination” said
Carsten Nørland, VP, Sales, for Copenhagen Airport.

During the first six months of the year, a total of 9,908,436 passed through
Copenhagen Airport, and the year-to-date increase in passenger numbers was 5.7%
      higher than in 2009.

Halbjahresbericht sieht gut aus und zeitnahe Zwischendividende
      :DBörse kann so einfach sein:D

Passenger numbers at Copenhagen Airport increased by 5.7% in H1 2010. The number of locally departing passengers increased by 6.7%, and transfer traffic increased by 3.5%

Revenue increased by 12.5% to DKK 1,603.2 million (2009: DKK 1,424.6 million) primarily due to the increase in passenger numbers and an agreement to terminate a long term rent contract with SAS Cargo

EBITDA increased by 18.9% to DKK 864.4 million (2009: DKK 726.8 million). EBITDA totalled DKK 900.4 million excluding one-off items (2009: DKK 755.6 million). H1 2009 was also impacted by restructuring expenses

EBIT increased by 23.2% to DKK 629.6 million (2009: DKK 510.9 million). When excluding one-off items, EBIT amounted to DKK 665.6 million (2009: DKK 539.7 million)

Results of international investments were a profit of DKK 16.2 million, which was an increase of DKK 9.7 million (2009: a profit of DKK 6.5 million)

Net financial costs increased by DKK 41.5 million mainly due to loss on interest rate swaps in connection with the repayment of bank debt and extraordinary amortisation of loan costs in connection with repayment and cancellation of bank facilities in June 2010 due to their replacement by USPP fundings

Profit before tax increased to DKK 480.6 million (2009: DKK 393.7 million). Profit before tax amounted to DKK 516.6 million when excluding one-off items (2009: DKK 422.5 million)

Capital expenditure amounted to DKK 323.9 million in the first six months of 2010 (2009: DKK 237.0 million)

In June 2010, bank facilities of DKK 1,043.0 million and EUR 83.8 million were repaid/cancelled. CPH obtained new fundings of USD 247.0 million and GBP 23.0 million in June with an eight and ten year maturity via a USPP. The new facilities equivalent to DKK 1,704.2 million were provided by a group of USPP investors

      OUTLOOK 2010

The total number of passengers is expected to increase based on the anticipated traffic programme for 2010 and the growth in H1 2010.

Based on the strong traffic performance and despite the impact of the Icelandic ash cloud the final outlook for 2010 is revised. Profit before tax is now expected to be slightly higher than in 2009, when excluding one-off items. The revised outlook is based on a continued recovery in the world economy.

CPH continuously seeks to adapt the investment level to the current economic environment. In accordance with the charges agreement, CPH is committed to invest approximately DKK 500 million in 2010. This will be supplemented by CPH Swift and other commercial investments

First time ever:World's largest passenger airliner guested Copenhagen Airport
An Airbus 380 landed in Denmark for the first time ever at 8.18 am on 15 September. The Danish media and other aviation buffs were on the spot in force as the huge and rare 'bird' prepared to land at Copenhagen Airport. Copenhagen was Lufthansa's first destination en route to a total of four major Scandinavian airports.

      Traffic Statistics December 2011

Record-high number of passengers at Copenhagen Airport 2011

A surge in the number of international travellers lifted passenger numbers passing through Copenhagen Airport in 2011 to a record 22.7 million. Traffic in December also hit a record at almost 1.6 million passengers.

A total of 22,725,517 passengers travelled through Copenhagen Airport in 2011, which represents a 5.7% year-on-year increase. From 2009 to 2011 the number of passengers has gone up by 15.3%. The number of international passengers grew 6.7% in 2011, passing the 20 million mark for the first time.

"Almost 90% of our traffic is international, while many of our Nordic competitors have around 40-50% domestic traffic, and the more than 20 million international passengers underline our position as one of the key traffic hubs of northern Europe. The improvement was achieved through growth in both European and intercontinental traffic," said Carsten Nørland, VP, Sales and Marketing for Copenhagen Airport, and he continued:

"Competition among European airports is intense, but we are working to generate continuing growth. The decision by Finnish-based Blue1 to use Copenhagen Airport as a hub beginning in March of this year and the coming SAS and Air China routes to Shanghai and Beijing respectively are all particularly promising.”

In December, Copenhagen Airport recorded almost 1.6 million travellers, which was a monthly record. Moreover, the number of transfer passengers increased for the second consecutive month, while domestic traffic continued to fall, which was due to capacity adjustments and fewer frequencies to a number of domestic destinations. London confirmed its position as the most popular destination out of Copenhagen, ahead of Stockholm and Oslo.
