ROCHESTER, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/25/10 -- ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX) today reported strong second quarter financial results and provided an optimistic forecast for the second half of 2010. The Company's revenue and profits for the six months ending 2010 were substantially improved as compared to the same period in the prior year.

For the quarter ending June 30, 2010, the company recorded total sales revenue of $652,960, and net income of $77,319, in the second quarter of 2010, a significant increase over revenues and net income in second quarter of 2009. Equally significant is that total revenues for this quarter showed an increase of 80% over first quarter of 2010's revenue of $361,815, and the net income rise from $46,667 in first quarter of 2010 to $77,319 in second quarter of 2010 represents a 66% increase from last quarter.

John Zankowski, ImageXpres Corporation president, CEO, states, "The strong revenue and profits recorded in second quarter of 2010 are a result of several key strategies put in place during the second half of 2009, and first half of 2010, that are just now beginning to generate consistent sales revenues on a weekly and daily basis. Most notable is the Company's recent launch of its FreePrintze™ website, and associated advertising revenues from small and medium businesses seeking a better way to reach targeted consumers in their local geographic area. Sales revenue attributed to ImageXpres Printing Solutions, which includes FreePrintze™ direct mail advertisements, was $324,690 in second quarter of 2010. This represents a very strong showing, with the program just now moving out of market testing to full-scale implementation. The FreePrintze™ printing and e-commerce business segment should prove to be a major growth engine for the Company as major advertisers are enlisted, and the FreePrintze™ consumer base grows exponentially over the next several quarters."

Mr. Zankowski also comments on the Company's SmartKiosk systems and medical systems product lines, both of which show sales revenue increases for the period ending June 30, 2010. Mr. Zankowski states, "The Company has devoted a major portion of research and development funds toward the implementation of an enterprise interactive kiosk and digital signage solution that can provide significant product differentiation for large retail chains, and independent, small retail businesses. The company is now completing various market trials and pilots in several key market segments. To date, the Company has recorded sales revenues of $283,000 in its SmartKiosk Systems product segment, which includes both kiosk and digital signage hardware, as well as digital advertising software/content revenues. As these SmartKiosk market trials progress, and customized software requirements for retail customers are completed, it is expected that large-scale sales to several major retail chains will begin to drive significant increases in sales revenues going forward."

The third segment of the Company is its medical healthcare product line, including its Surg-i-Scan™ surgical Checklist boards, and "digital" Surg-i-Scan™ software app for Apple's iPad, iPod, and iPhone devices. The Company's presence in this important, growing market segment is minimal to date, with total revenues of $45,270 in second quarter of 2010, but the Company's products are well positioned, and highly differentiated from the competition.

Mr. Zankowski states, "A major marketing and sales effort is just beginning, and the Company expects to achieve significant increases in revenues as its digital product line becomes more familiar to surgeons, nurses and other caregivers associated with patient care initiatives worldwide. The Company is receiving sales inquiries from hospitals now trialing the Surg-i-Scan™ digital Safety Checklist app, and we expect sales of customized versions of the current digital checklist to ensue, along with added pull-through sales of physical checklist boards to hospitals."

ROCHESTER, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/04/11 -- ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX) today announced the availability of a new addition to its successful line of Surg-i-Scan™ (Surgical) Safety Checklist products, its Patient Bedside Safety Checklist. The new custom-configured checklist board is designed to improve the daily care of patients who are recovering following surgery, or while undergoing diagnostic test procedures.

John S. Zankowski, ImageXpres President, CEO, states, "We are getting excellent feedback from hospital staff(s) now using our Surg-i-Scan™ Safety Checklist system in operating rooms. We are very pleased with the way OR teams have embraced our Surgical Safety Boards, with their unique slider mechanism that ensures positive safety protocol adherence during the perioperative process. Now we are expanding the universe for patient safety checklists by developing, manufacturing and promoting a Patient Bedside Checklist, which promises to deliver the same kind of error reduction and improved patient care results in the ICU, diagnostic testing, and medical/surgical rooms. The new product addresses a long understood need for improved in-patient communication / patient care protocols.

"The timing is perfect right now for the Company to devote increased dedicated resources toward rapid commercialization and effective marketing of our Surg-i-Scan™ product line, which provides cost-effective solutions for broader medical applications that now include intravenous procedures, labor and delivery, and medical/surgical patient bedside safety. There are millions of in-patient rooms where our safety checklist products can be installed, and begin assisting nurses and other caregivers in their daily efforts to deliver improved patient care.
