In Kanada explodiert Continental gerade....Aktuell RT 5,96 CAD Wahnsinn...
Ich gehe davon aus, dass hier wirklich etwas ganz Großes in Gange ist...und in Deutschland merkt es (noch) keiner.
Die aktuellen Bohrergebnisse sind wirklich außergewöhnlich gut und lassen auf ein enormes Potential hoffen.

In Deutschland (Berlin WKN: A1CW79) wird Continental so gut wie gar nicht gehandelt. Erst Ende des Jahres ist eine Auflistung in Frankfurt geplant. Aktienkauf lieber in Kanada durchführen ( CNL.TO , ISIN BMG238501032 )

Gute Ergebnisse,kann man zustimmen..scheint mir aber so als ob sie schon eingeplant waren...somit Vorsicht wenn die 6Dollar Marke nachhaltig nicht überwunden wird !

normalerweise schreibe ich zu Aktien hier nichts, aber für mich sieht das so aus als wäre das schon vor einigen Wochen bekannt gewesen wenn ich mir den Chart anschaue. -> Sell on good News.

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass die Aktie in dem Tempo weiter steigt, das heutige Volumen wurde wohl eher dazu genutzt Positionen glattzustellen, sonst wären wir nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Niveau sondern erheblich drüber.

Meine Meinung, schauen wir in 2 Wochen nochmal

Continental Gold Limited Announces $57,000,000 Private Placement Financing
August 31, 2010

Toronto, Ontario - Continental Gold Ltd. ("Continental" or the "Company") (TSX:CNL), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a financing agreement pursuant to which a syndicate co-led by TD Securities Inc. and Clarus Securities Inc. (together, the "Underwriters"), has offered to purchase, on a bought deal private placement basis, 10,000,000 units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $5.70 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for total gross proceeds of $57,000,000 (the "Offering").� Continental Gold has also granted the Underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,000,000 Units, which is exercisable by the Underwriters at any time up to 2 business days prior to closing.

Each Unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.� Each whole warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $7.50 during the period ending 24 months following the closing of the Offering. In the event that the closing sale price of the Company´s common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange is greater than $9.75 per share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days at any time after closing of the Offering, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants by giving notice to the holders thereof and in such case the Warrants will expire on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the Company.

The Units issued with respect to the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.

The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about September 16, 2010 and is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including that of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund development of the Company´s mineral properties in Colombia and for general corporate purposes.

Der heutige Tag macht als Anleger richtig Spass. :-)
2 Wochen sind jetzt schon vobei - die Aktie hat heut mit 6,45$ sein Jahreshoch erreicht - in den kommenden Woche könnte es noch weiter nach oben gehen...da möchten sicher noch ein paar auf den fahrenden Zug aufspringen.

Toronto, Ontario, September 16, 2010 - Continental Gold Ltd. ("Continental" or the "Company") (TSX:CNL), is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced financing with a syndicate co-led by TD Securities Inc. and Clarus Securities Inc. and including Dundee Securities Corporation, GMP Securities L.P. and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. (collectively, the "Underwriters") pursuant to which the Company issued, on a private placement basis, 12,000,000 units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $5.70 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for total gross proceeds of $68,400,000 (the "Offering"). Mich wundert nur das in Deutschland kaum gehandelt wird. Außerdem scheinen die Anleger hier noch nichs von der Erfolgsstory mitbekommen zu haben.
Ich hoffe das der Kurs im nächsten Jahr zweistellig wird. Vorher wird auf keinen fall verkauft.

Moin zurück! Vermute eigentlich, dass die Continental Gold noch von gar niemandem gekauft wurde bei w : o. Zumindest könnte ich dies vermuten, weil sich keine Menschen Seele in diesem Thread aufzuhalten scheint.

Das macht aber gar nichts, weil die CONTINENTAL GOLD auch ohne Eure Aktienkäufe das Zeug zu einem Renner hat.

During the first quarter of 2010, gold sales resulting from exploration work and drifting in ore at the Buritica Project amounted to Cdn$ 1.93 million.

An exploration budget of Cdn$ 4.55 million has been allocated to the Buritica Project for the remainder of 2010. Approximately Cdn$ 3.5 million will be spent on a 22,000 metre drill program of which two thirds will be for infill drilling and a third for new target exploration.

Nein aktuell 7,13$ (+0.08 1.1%) in Kanada! In Berlin ( Handelsplatz Frankfurt wird erst Anfang Dezember gelistet) aktuell 4,969€. Gehandelt wird Continental ( WKN: A1CW79 ) in Deutschland so gut wie gar nicht. Der Handel findet hauptsächlich in Kanada ( ISIN: BMG238501032 , TSX:CNL )statt

wo kann man die geschäftslage erkennen also bilanz gewinn und verlustrechnung etc ?

Continental Gold ist ziemlich unbekannt in DE. Besitzt Top-Management ( u.a mit Ari Sussmann von Colossus Minerals), 6 gr. Projekten in Kolumbien, TOP-Bohrergebnisse geliefert, gr. Continental's Progress at Buriticá
The mineralization at Buriticá consists of a porphyry-related carbonate base metal and gold vein and breccia system that has yielded numerous important areas of mineralization and several additional targets to be tested. Since the first discovery-hole in late 2007, Continental has completed over 17,000 metres of diamond drilling and over 1,200 metres of underground development at this project.

However, despite the significant drilling already undertaken at the property, the company believes Buriticá has more to offer. The project is now at the resource definition stage and, as well as planning an NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate within the next 12 months, Continental intends to complete 30,000 to 60,000 meters of drilling to explore the significant additional high grade vein potential and the lower grade disseminated gold potential they believe exists in several areas on the property.

bin da kein experte aber sind 10 g au pro t viel ? werde das mal recherchieren.
bin da mal mit 1000 stück rein das ist es mir wert.

Eine sehr gute Frage die Du hier stellst!

Bohrergebnisse von Explorern gibt es zu Hauf, praktisch jeden Tag gibt`s welche davon.

Welche Ergebnisse davon sind jetzt gut, sehr gut, oder hervorragend, und welche sind weniger gut oder sogar eher schlecht?

Der eine Explorer vermeldet Bohrergebnisse von 3,5 Gramm pro Tonne, und dessen Aktienpreis steigt gleich danach um 30%, oder mehr Prozente an.

Ein anderer Explorer vermeldet 12 Gramm Gold pro Tonne, und deren Kurs bewegt sich trotzdem nicht vom Fleck.

Ein dritter Explorer vermeldet gar 120 Gramm Gold pro Tonne, und der Aktien Kurs fällt sogar daraufhin.


Es existiert leider keine allgemeine kurze Regel, nach der man Gold, oder Silber Bohrergebnisse auf die Schnelle, ganz einfach miteinander vergleichen, und daraus eine zukünftige Aktienpreis Entwicklung des Explorer abschätzen könnte.

Grundsätzlich gilt jedoch einmal folgendes:

Je höher der Gold/Silber Gehalt pro Tonne desto besser

Je höher die anzahl nachgewiesener Tonnen mit einem spezifischen Goldgehalt, umso besser.

Je tiefer die errechneten Produktionskosten, desto besser.
(Es spielt eine sehr grosse Rolle ob Gold im Sand, in normalem Boden, oder in Fels, oder Gestein gefunden wird)

Je kleiner das Länder Risiko desto besser.

(Ein Fund in Kuba, Venezuela, Russland, etc. ist nicht das Selbe wie ein Fund in Canada,Kolumbien oder in Schweden)

Je erschlossener das Fund Gebiet, desto besser.

(Ein Fund in einem unerschlossen Jungelgebiet, oder in der Wüste Gobi, ist nicht das selbe wie ein Fund neben einer bestehenden Landstrasse)

Je besser der bestehende Ruf eines Explorers, umso besser.

(Es spielt eine grosse Rolle, ob eine jahrelang bestehende Firma, oder ein gerade eben neu an der Börse gelisteter Explorer einen neuen Gold Fund bekannt gibt)

Je besser ein Explorer finanziert ist desto besser.

(Sehr viele Explorer sind völlig unzureichend finanziert, und können selbst wenn sie 12 Gramm Gold pro Tonne nachweisen, das Gold nicht ohne finanzstarken Partner aus dem Boden holen, weil ihnen selbst das Geld dazu fehlt )



Vereinfachte Schlussfolgerung:

Falls ein seriöser Explorer, mit genügend Eigenkapital (durch Einstieg eines Großinvestors), und eigenem Equipment, in Kolumbien "nur" 3.5 Gramm Gold in normaler Erde, nach mehreren Bohrungen in grosser Tonage nachweist, dürfte dies ein Grund für einen grösseren Preisanstieg sein.

Die Arbeit einer intensiven Anlyse, mit allen nötigen eigenen Vergleichen, kann Dir niemand abnehmen.

Goldfunde von weniger als 1-2 Gramm Gold pro Tonne, sind von wenigen Ausnahmen (China, Kaschstan, etc.) einmal abgesehen, bei den heutigen immer noch viel zu tiefen Preisen beim Gold, normalerweise nicht abbauwürdig, oder weit mehr noch, nicht finanzierbar.

Leider ist es so, dass vielfach Aktien von Explorern die eine grosse Pubblizität in der Aktien Presse, und zum Teil auch in Gold Boards geniessen, dadurch massiv ansteigen, und bereits Preise erreichen die fundamental nicht mehr als gerechtfertigt anzusehen sind.

Haha...das war auch mein erster Gedanken! Grad in Südamerika gibt es hier enorme regionale Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Ländern. Kolumbien wird als "explorationsfreundlich" eingestuft neben Chile, Brasilien und Peru. Einige Branchengrößen haben damit begonnen mit größeren Explorationsprogrammen ihr Engagement in Kolumbien zu intensivieren ( mit über 3 Milliarden Dollar).

2. Warum wurde die Mine 1946 stillgelegt?

1) Ja auch ein Handel in Amerika ( Symbol: CGOOF ) ist möglich! Leider auch ohne Kursfestsetzung - dafür durchschnittlich ca. 20k pro Handelstag! Trotzdem besser in Kanada die Aktien erwerben! Der Handelsplatz Frankfurt kommt wahrscheinlich erst Anfang Dezember dazu!

2) Keine Ahnung! Da mache ich mich aber noch schlau drüber. Ich tendiere ehr aufgrund schlechter Wirtschaftlichkeit.

dann müsste Sie die Aktie aber zum Verkauf empfehlen, denn wenn man die Bewertung mit anderen Goldexplorern vergleicht, muss Continental
sehr schnell über 5 Mio. Unzen nach NI43 nachweisen um die aktuelle Marktkapitalisierung von fast 600 Mio. CAD halten zu können.

Bei nur 3-4 Mio. Unzen würde der Kurs sich schlagartig halbieren

Durch die zugegeben tollen BE ist schon sehr viel Vorschuss hier eingepreist

Hallo Frickhasserin! MK ist zur Zeit ca. 570 Mio CAD , wobei vor 4 Wochen ne gr. 68,4 Mio CAD Finanzierung durchgeführt wurden. Cashbestand also zur Zeit ca. 87Mio CAD! Die Resourceneinschätzung für das Projekt Buritica wird nächstens Jahr erwartet und dann wissen wir, was die bisherigen Bohrergebnisse einbringen.(Vorher wird nochmal ca. 60.000m gebohrt!). Nebenbei wird beim auch beim Projekt Berlin gebohrt.( dort werden auch bald Bohrergebnisse erwartet- Bohrprogramm 4.000m - dort gehe ich von mindestens ca. 1 bis 2Mio Unzen aus). Als Vergleich: International Tower Hill hat auch ca. 3,5 bis 4 Mio. Unzen (nach NI43-101) und besitzt ein Marktwert von ca. 510 Mio CAD! )davon ca. 110Mio CAD Cash).
Frickhasserin warten wir ab, bis die nächsten Bohrergebnisse kommen. CNL wird schon mehrere bedeutsame Goldadern finden.:-)

Ich erwarte nächste oder übernächste Woche neue Bohrergebnisse von Buritica. Schließlich werden jeden Monate 4000m gemacht (insgesamt 60.000m - die Bohrungen dauern bis zum 1. Quartal 2011) und seit dem 31.August sind keine Bohrergebnisse mehr berichtet worden. Mit Spannung erwarte ich die ersten Ergebnisse von dem anderen Projekt " Berlin", da diese, sofern positiv, das Potential von Continental Gold sprunghaft steigen läßt.
Ahja allein am Freitag sind ca. 2,47 Millionen Aktien gehandelt worden. Gesamtvolumen ca. 16.7 Millionen DOLLAR!!! Am WE wurde ebenfalls bekannt, dass Insider nun auf diesem Niveau kräftig zugegriffen haben, und offenbar die Zukunft Ihres Unternehmens deutlich besser einschätzen, als dies der Markt zur Zeit tut. Ja ne gute Frage! Die meisten Leute interessieren sich für Aktien, wenn alle anderen es tun. Die beste Zeit ist aber, wenn sich niemand für Aktien interessiert. :-))) Zur Zeit betreibt Continental Gold ausschließend Medienarbeit in Kanada (Sitz des Unternehmens), USA (gr. Investoren!) und in Latein-Amerika (Projektorte)! Die Aktie wird auch weiterhin ohne Deutschland bzw. Europa steigen...Viel Erfolg! :-)

Die Share-Structure und das Management gefallen mir sehr gut, jedoch ist CNL im Explorerstatus, das sollte man nicht vergessen!

Willkommen im CNL-Thread! Continental Gold ist zur Zeit mit ca. 650 Mio CAD bewertet. Zudem verfügt CNL weiterhin über eine relativ starke Cash-Position von ca. 87 Mio. CAD und größten Aktionäre (Insider) vereinen 50 Prozent der Anteile auf sich. Die Insidern haben am Freitag nochmal für ca. 6 Mio CAD CNL-Aktie (Preislevel um die 6,90$) auf dem Markt erworben! Wissen die etwa mehr als wir? Zumindest sieht es ja danach aus als ob doch bald die Bohrergebnisse kommen! (auch vom 2. Projekt "Berlin").

TGR: Are there other junior companies of interest?

Miller O'Prey: Two other companies that I think are definitely worth having a good look at are Antioquia Gold Inc. (TSX.V:AGD), a company I did some work for a few years ago. They have a project very close to Medellin, about two hours away, with very good infrastructure and some very interesting drill intersections. They have a great team of geologists and have gone about their exploration very professionally. I think they have a very good chance for success. Chris knows a little more about them.

I would also mention Continental Gold Ltd. (TSX:CNL), which went public in Toronto earlier this year. They have a really strong team in Colombia. The company is headed up by a Colombian British national, Mark Moseley-Williams, who is running the operation in Colombia. Ari Sussman is the president, based in Toronto. They have a very good project at Buriticá, where they released some pretty spectacular numbers about a month ago, and are well positioned cash-wise to be able to advance their project. So those would be my best bets for the foreseeable future.

volumen in der tat sehr schwach aber die phantasie ist weiter in dieser aktie ....zumindest geht diese nicht wirklich runter

Hebelieves several gold juniors operating in West Africa are primetakeover targets and expects merger and acquisition (M&A) activityto heat up as the major gold producers seek to replenish theirdiminishing project pipelines. In this exclusive interview with The Gold Report, Nana reveals a few juniors on both sides of the Atlantic that could fall prey to larger predators.

The Gold Report: Nana, tell us about your coverage sector.

Nana Sangmuah:My coverage universe consists mainly of the junior golds with marketcaps under $500 million, but some of those are creeping up in size. Anexample is Semafo Inc. (TSX:SMF),which is currently worth about $3 billion. Obviously, the idea is topick up names with a growth trajectory that could give upside toinvestors.

The Gold Report: You mentioned that you have an upcomingsite visit to see Perseus' projects in Africa, and that you've got another Rio Novo project to see in Brazil. You recently visited Colombiafor a conference in Medellin and conducted some site visits in thearea. Tell us about your trip.

Nana Sangmuah: Continental Gold Ltd. (TSX:CNL)is a company I visited, and I was very impressed by what I saw walkingin these adits at the Buriticá project. There's nothing to make you disbelieve that there's gold in those veins. I think the key here is howbig the potential resource is going to be, because the dimensions arenot well established yet. We should know all these dimensions soon with five drill rigs turning on the property, as the company aims to completean initial resource in 2011. With a current market cap of around $570million, the resource is being counted at 5 Moz. Is that a stretch? Ibelieve its strong portfolio of assets covering 160,000 hectares in Colombia gives it huge, untapped exploration potential.

Some of the other assets like Berlin, which has some drills currently turning onit, look much more exciting. Historically, Berlin has produced about 400 Koz. gold in a single lode with a thickness of about 20 meters. Thatis just about 20% of the whole strike length. The rest of the asset hasyet to be tested, but Continental currently has almost $100 million incash to put into all of these projects. The ability to delineate theresources to back the valuation, and even exceed it, is told there.

Continental has a great management team; and good geologists that have delineated significant resources at other projects are working on this asset, soit's just a matter of time. I always encourage investors to sit tight and watch for results to come out. The results here are typically very high-grade zones that have not really been closed off at depth. There's still huge potential in the initial veins that we've seen at Buriticá.The company has come up with some new samples and there are geophysical anomalies that have yet to be tested, as well. The growth prospects are quite enormous.

The Gold Report: Continental's an interesting story certainly in part due to its management. You've got an Aurelian Resources reunion with Patrick Anderson and Tim Warman on the board, and now Keith McKay as CFO. These guys were all part of Aurelian, which wassold to Kinross for about $1 billion in 2008.

Nana Sangmuah:Exactly, that's one of the key points I try to find in these early stage companies. The assets should be prolific, which shakes out on Continental, and management should know what it's doing because it'sdone it before. Thirdly, it should have the cash to drill these veins aggressively and Continental has that, as well. It all lines up.

Seit der ersten Bohrung Ende 2007 hat Continental bei diesem Projekt Diamantbohrungen über mehr als 35.000 m durchgeführt und mehr als 1.200 m unterirdisch entwickelt. Das derzeitige Bohrprogramm wird bis Mitte 2011 noch einmal 30.000 m beitragen. Die Vorentwicklungsarbeiten bei Buriticá begannen im zweiten Quartal 2010. Berlin Goldprojekt
Das Berlin Goldprojekt befind sich zu 100% im Besitz von Continental Gold und liegt 100 km nördlich von Medellin. Oberflächenkartierungen und Probenentnahmen weisen auf große mesothermale Adern in einem weitläufigen orogenen Goldsystem hin. Außerdem haben die bereits durchgeführten Arbeiten auf den Lizenzgebieten von Continental Gold eine 11 km lange Ader in zwei parallelen Gürteln umreißen können. Die ursprüngliche Berlin Mine war von 1930 bis 1946 in Betrieb und produzierte 413.000 Unzen Gold aus einer
20 m dicken Linse mit einem Produktionsgehalt von 16 g/t Au und einer Ausbeute von 94%. Continental Gold begann mit der ersten Bohrphase im Juli 2010, die bis zu 4.000 m umfasst.

Hallo! Sehr wahrscheinlich in 2-3 Jahren kann man mit der Goldproduktion beginnen. Nach 60.000m Bohrarbeiten soll im nächstem Jahr eine erste Ressourcenschätzung für das Projekt Buritica abgeben werden. Unter anderem wird im 1. Quartal 2011 weine 1 km lange Rampe an der Oberfläche errichtet, um den Zugang zum Erzkörper vom Untergrund aus zu vereinfachen. Die weitere Kurs Phantasie kommt allerings von weitern Explorationserfolgen.

ContinentalGold Ltd. ("Continental" or the "Company") (TSX: CNL) is pleased to announce further diamond drilling results from the Veta Sur and Yaraguavein systems at its Buritica gold project in Antioquia, Colombia. Seven drills continue to turn as part of a 100,000 metres Phase II diamonddrilling program, with completion anticipated prior to the end of 2011.

Highlights

-- Drill hole BUSY-131 tested the central Veta Sur system and intersected
17.9 metres @ 113.82 g/t gold and 112 g/t silver including 1.2 metres @
1432.35 g/t gold and 625 g/t silver. This hole was an offset of the
previously announced BUSY-79 which intersected 14.3 m @ 446 g/t gold and
166 g/t silver.
-- Step-out drilling on the Veta Sur system indicates significant gold
mineralization in multiple sub-parallel veins in a 100-meter wide
corridor with more than 400 meters of lateral and 350 metres vertical
extents and is open to the west and at depth.
-- High grade Stage II-style gold mineralization has now been identified
overprinting phyllic alteration and base metal/carbonate gold (Stage I)
mineralization in the Yaragua and Veta Sur systems
-- Continuing drilling in the Yaragua area family of veins intersected 11.0
meters @ 17.16 g/t gold including 1.25 meters @ 128.40 g/t gold and 55
g/t silver in hole BUSY-129 in the western portion of the San Antonio
vein.
-- Step-out and infill drill intercepts on Yaragua Vein B includes 2.95
meters @ 24.37 g/t gold with 30 g/t silver in BUSY-92 and 13.4 meters @
6.54 g/t gold in BUUY-49.



Details

The 100%-owned, 18,000 hectare Buritica gold project, located in the Department of Antioquia, Colombia, is characterized by widespread,high-grade gold mineralization in multiple vein packages as well asextensive gold-in-soil anomalies. Drilling to date has focused on the Yaragua and Veta Sur vein systems. These systems exhibit twomineralogically and geochemically distinct phases of goldmineralization. Stage I, seen in veins and breccias, consists ofsemi-massive banded iron-zinc-lead (Fe-Zn-Pb) sulfides with acarbonate-quartz gangue. The recently identified Stage II style is lowerin sulfide and consists principally of carbonate, quartz and nativegold. Bonanza-grade drill intercepts in areas dominated by Stage II mineralization previously reported from the Veta Sur zone include 14.3metres at 446 g/t gold and 166 g/t silver in Busy-79.

Total surface and underground diamond drilling on the property since its discovery in 2008 is over 42,000 meters. Seven drills are currently working on infill and step-out on the Veta Sur and Yaragua families ofveins, new exploration in targets defined by soil anomalies, anddrilling along the trend of a planned one kilometer long tunnel whichwill access the ore bodies at depth. The 100,000-metre Phase II drillingprogram is to be completed before end 2011. This release summarizes theresults of recent drilling in the Veta Sur and Yaragua systems.

Veta Sur

Results from the eight new drill-holes reported in the Veta Sur system extendthe strike length of the 100-metre wide mineralized corridor to 400 meters (Figure 1), open to the southwest. Within this corridor all holesexhibit multiple vein intersections, which preliminary modelingindicates reflect a family of five main veins. The entire Veta Surcorridor is open below the 350 vertical meters currently drill tested.Significant intercepts are tabulated below:

BUSY-131 was drilled from south to north and in scissor pattern with thenorth-to-south drilled Busy-79, which intersected 14.3 m @ 446 g/t Augold and 166 g/t Ag silver. Both holes contain two very high gradeportions which exhibit abundant visible gold and which define asteeply-dipping high grade sub-zone of more than 10 metres truethickness. The bonanza gold grades associated with low base metals andvuggy carbonate are typical of the Stage II style mineralization which is proving to be extensive in the Veta Sur system.

Yaragua Veins

Drillingin the Yaragua area focused on defining the western extension of Vein B. Eight of the nine new drill holes into Vein B intersected good goldgrades and/or vein-set thicknesses. Higher grades were encountered tothe west where the vein shows a distinct Stage II overprintcharacterized by carbonate-native gold-stibnite mineralization. The mainintercepts from these holes are tabulated below and are shown in Figure2.

A single drill hole completed on the San Antonio vein furtherdemonstrates good grades and continuity of the western part of this vein set. The intersection of 1.25 meters @ 128 g/t Au in BUSY-129 appears to be a Phase II overprint within the broader intersection of 11meters @ 17.16 g/t Au.

Technical Information

Theresults of the Company's drilling program have been reviewed, verifiedand compiled by Vice President Exploration, Stuart Moller P.Geol., aqualified person for the purpose of NI 43-101. Mr. Moller has over 30years of mineral exploration experience and is a Licensed ProfessionalGeologist in the Province of British Colombia and a Fellow of theSociety of Exploration Geologists.

The company utilizes anindustry-standard QA/QC program. HQ and NQ diamond drill-core is sawn inhalf with one half shipped to a sample preparation lab in Medellin runby SGS Colombia. Samples are then shipped for analysis to SGS certifiedassay laboratory in Lima, Peru. The remainder of the core is stored in asecured storage facility for future assay verification. Blanks,duplicates and certified reference standards are inserted into thesample stream to monitor laboratory performance and a portion of thesamples are periodically check assayed at ACME laboratories in Vancouverand/or Inspectorate Labs in Reno.

Continental Gold Ltd. reported drill results from its Buritica gold project in Colombia thatincluded a “spectacular” intercept from a zone that graded 113.8 gramsper tonne gold, said TD Newcrest analyst Daniel Earle. A “flood” offurther drilling results are expected to be released through year-endnow that the company has resolved some technical issues related tosampling.

wow...schön, dass du vorher eingestiegen bist! Du hast wohl ein super "Riecher" für Gewinner-Aktie! Bellhaven halte ich auch für sehr interessant! KZ liegt da momentan bei ca. 1,20$ (fairer MK ca. 80MIO Dollar ). Cash zur Zeit ca. 5Mio , keine Schulden, gute Bohrergebnisse und ein guter Dr. Paul Zweng (war oft erfolgreich!) ist im Vorstand!

Geduld und Fakten zahlen sich oft aus. Rennt nicht den Börsenbriefen hinterher!

Nein im Umlauf sind ca. 87 Mio aktien, Cashbestand nach Finanzierung vor ca. 8 Wochen ca. 97 MIO DOLLAR (damit kann man locker 3-4 Jahren bohren!), Insider besitzen ca 50 bis 60% der Aktien, Chairman Bob Allen besitzt alleine ca. 30 MIO Aktien (sieh: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/bullet-holding-corporation-…), es gibt noch weitere Projekten (z.b neben Übernahmekandidant Ventana Gold), Resourceeinschätzungen sind für 2. Halbjahr 2011 geplant, davor wird ca. 100.000 Meter(!!!) gebohrt!

Tip: Bevor die Resourcenschätzung erfolgt steht die Aktie eh bei ca. 20$!

VEN besitzt zur Zeit nach neuer Studie insgesamt 3,5 Millionen Unzen Gold, 19,2 Millionen Unzen Silber und 84,6 Millionen Pfund Kupfer!!! CNL wird uns allen noch ganz schön überraschen. Chris Berry: One of the things that we focus on in our research is geopolitics and its effects on juniors. We look at the political, economic and geopolitical implications that provide compelling investment opportunities.

Colombia over the last 10 years has certainly changed its tune, first with the election of President Uribe and now with President Santos, the former defense minister. They both have engendered political stability by fomenting democracy and pro-business policies. Between 2000 and 2009, the average GDP growth rate in Colombia was about 4%. So you're looking at an emerging market with a large and growing middle class, a diverse economy and relative political stability. Mining is a big part of the economy, but it's by no means the only activity driving economic growth. It seems that with the recent election of President Uribe, Colombians have voted for the status quo, which is defined by political stability. I think this is set to continue.

TGR: Chris, how do you see Colombia growing as a destination for foreign investment?

CB: I read recently that gold miners are set to invest $4.5 billion in Colombia between 2010 and 2020. The way I look at it, foreign direction investment (FDI) is a huge vote of confidence. Such a large amount of money being poured into this economy leads to more royalties for the government and increases investments in infrastructure. So Colombia today is an example of a perfect storm, where stable politics are aligning nicely with an investment climate with significant upside. The end result is the average Colombian citizen's quality of life is improving. That's number one.

Number two, just some basic statistics on FDI in the mining sector: in 2008, $2.1 billion came into the country; in 2009 that number increased to $3.24 billion, roughly a 50% increase. It is set to increase again in 2010, although I don't know what the actual number will be, but we can assume it will be higher due to metals prices' strength. The stability of Colombian politics and the business-friendly climate here support this trend. The rest of the world is just now waking up to that fact.

The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, Nov. 26, edition that Continental Gold climbed 65 cents to finish Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange at $10.39. The Globe's Darcy Keith writes in the Eye On Equities column that Continental Gold stock has a 52-week range of $1.89 to $10.55. TD Newcrest analyst Daniel Earle says Continental Gold reported drill results from its Buritica gold project in Colombia that included a "spectacular" intercept from a zone that graded 113.8 grams per tonne gold. The analyst says that a "flood" of further drilling results are expected to be released through year-end now that the company has resolved technical issues related to sampling. Mr. Earle upgraded his 12-month target price by $3 to $13. The Globe's Ted Dixon reported in the Who's Buying And Selling column on Nov. 6 that Continental Gold board chairman Robert Allen had snagged 50,000 shares at $6.55. The purchase lifted Mr. Allen's holdings to 38.7 per cent of Continental Gold's quoted market value. The stock was then worth $6.97.

Der Kurs hält sich ganz gut...mal runter dann sofort wieder hoch...es wird trotzdem richtig gut eingesammelt ( über Clarus Securities und TD Securities)...Goldpreis steigt wieder....es wird und beleibt ein heißer Dezember! Aktienpreis in Berlin zur Zeit bei 8€ - lieber in günstiger in Kanada kaufen!

In September Goldcorp paid $3.6 billion for Andean Gold, for its Cerro Negro gold project in Argentina, which reportedly hosts 2.5m ounces of gold and 23.6m ounces of silver. If it is shown that Buritica can produce at 300,000 oz. level for 10 years, then the $3.6 billion paid for Andean is its logical benchmark valuation. With some additional dilution, that would indicate a CNL share value of about $34 per share.

Details

Continental's 100%-owned, 18,000-hectare Buritica project has several known areas of high-grade vein mineralization. The two best explored of these areas include the Yaragua sytem which has been drill tested along 550 metres of strike and 600 vertical metres, and the Veta Sur system which has been drill tested along 400 metres of strike and 350 vertical metres. Both systems remain open at depth along strike to the west.

Veta Sur System

Seven new drill-holes (Table 1) confirm the continuity of high grades on multiple veins in the central 250 strike metres of the Veta Sur system (Figure 1), which occupy a 60-metre wide corridor.

BUSY-107 and BUSY-122 appear to have demonstrated two new high grade subzones, spatially separated from other +100g/t gold intercepts (Figure 2) but with similar Stage II mineralization characteristics (see Company press release on November 24, 2010).

BUSY-117 and BUSY-118 exhibit high grade silver intercepts in addition to high grade gold and BUSY-97, BUSY-133 have high silver/gold. Based on interpretation of earlier Veta Sur drilling results and soil geochemistry results in the southern part of the property, it is possible that silver may contribute significantly to the value of mineralization in parts of the Veta Sur system, especially to the south in the La Estera soil geochemical anomaly, which will see initial drill testing in short order.

Ne Begründung hatte hatte gar nicht im Sinn, als ich gefragt hatte. Dass man in einem Wert bleibt, weil man einen höheren Wert in Aussicht stellt, ist ja selbstverständlich. Aber mir fällt immer wieder bei frischeren Börsianern auf, dass der Begriff "long" selten richtig verwendet wird. Long (gehen, nicht "bleiben") heißt auf steigende Kurse zu setzen, indem man eine Position kauft und diese hält, UNABHÄNGIG vom zeitlichen Horizont. Im Gegensatz zu "short gehen" bei dem man eine Postion erst verkauft und sie nach einiger Zeit (i. d. R. 3 Tage) glattstellen muss.

Für viele bedeutet short gehen einfach nur schnell rein, schnell raus (sprichwörtliches zocken)

Falls das bei Dir nicht zutreffend war, vllt. gibt es noch andere, denen diese Bedeutung noch nicht geläufig war

Details

Continental Gold's 100%-owned, 18,000 hectare Buritica gold project in Colombia, is characterized by widespread, high-grade gold mineralization in multiple vein packages as well as extensive gold-in-soil anomalies. Drilling (50,000m.) to-date has focused on the Yaragua (from surface and underground) and Veta Sur vein systems (from surface). The Yaragua system consists of families of sub-parallel, steeply-dipping base metal-carbonate type precious metal veins which occur within a 150-meter wide structural corridor over a minimum 550-meter strike length. This package has been drill intercepted to depths of up to 560m. The upper levels of the Yaragua system have also been the subject of 4500 metres of development comprising drifts (largely along veins), cross cuts, raises and other underground access, including historical stopes on the Murcielagos veins. These underground openings provide platforms for exploration and delineation drilling and for detailed characterization of the geometries and grade variations of the vein sets, including bulk sampling and treatment of ore parcels in the Yaragua pilot plant. This release examines the results of the ongoing program of systematic sampling of the underground openings. Figure 1 (plan view) shows the extents of results to date for over 5200 assay samples.

Channel sampling averaged three metres spacing and 1.5 metres across the drifts and raises. The (strike) lengths of sampled segments totaled 726 metres. Raise sampling, to examine vertical continuity, totaled 140 vertical metres. The average widths in Table 1 (below) are true widths and represent the assay intervals at zero and 3 g/t gold cut-off grades. In areas of vein splits or where development is "off-vein", mineralization may extend into the walls of the underground openings hence the stated widths are minimal. For example in the area of Segment 1 of the San Antonio vein set surface drill holes BUSY-11 and BUSY-31 respectively obliquely intersected 7.0m @ 88.3 g/t Au and 19.2m @ 79.7 g/t gold. Further sampling is being undertaken by "bazooka" drilling from the underground openings in such areas.

San Antonio vein set

This vein set has been the most extensively underground sampled to date, involving 569 metres of strike length partially over five levels through a vertical interval of 115 metres and also by sampling on several raises between these levels (Table 1, Figures 1 and Figure 2).

On each of these levels there are substantial intervals (up to 90 metres) of continuous high grade gold over 1-2m (potentially mineable) widths, including some long intervals of bonanza grades, see Highlights for examples. In Segments 1 and 2, these intervals also correlate between levels. Vertical continuity is further demonstrated by the sampling in raises above RL's 1495, 1515, 1540 and 1555.

Some sectors of each Segment also exhibit high Ag/Au and may show very high silver grades in association with high grade gold. Assaying for silver and zinc is incomplete and these areas is currently being in-filled with additional sampling. The silver-rich sectors appear to be near, or partitioned by, circa. N-S faults, which also appear to partition gold grade patterns in the Yaragua system.

San Antonio drill intercepts also commonly exhibit high grade gold (and some high grade silver) in substantial intervals over much of the extents of current drilling (Figure 2).

These drilling results and the continuity shown by the channel sampling generate confidence that San Antonio will contribute significantly to Yaragua precious metal resources and to first stage mining blocks.

Centena orientations

In Segment 2, Centena-style veins diverge to more north-westerly strikes and may cross-cut San Antonio-style veins (Figure 1). Centena style-vein orientations are difficult to recognize in drilling and are probably more common than currently mapped. The underground sampling to date on three intervals of Centena veins on two levels exhibits moderate grades over metre-plus widths and high Ag/Au. (Table 1, Figures 1 & 2) Historical back-filled stopes of Centena orientations encountered in some near-surface Yaragua developments are interpreted to indicate high precious metal grades in these areas.

HW split vein

Sampling on this vein on two different levels (Table 1, Figures 1 & 2) has demonstrated long intervals of around 17 g/t gold over significant average widths. Drill intercepts to the west and at depth from the underground openings suggest higher grades for the HW vein in these areas, although these results may include the adjacent high grade Sofia vein which has not been sampled in underground openings.

Murcielagos vein family

This most southerly of the Yaragua vein sets has been partially mined around the three levels depicted in Figure 1. Systematic drift sampling results are only available on few parts of the Murcielagos vein set, but sampling was mostly along vein and assay results have not been adequately checked, so details are not provided herein. Figure 1 shows the colour gold grades from the historical sampling. This sampling shows good grade continuities consistent with the reported recovered grades of 7-15 g/t Au recovered in historical mining operations. Drilling in the Murcielagos vein family is sparse, but some recent drilling results are also shown in Figure 1. Taken together with the underground sampling and mining, these may be interpreted to indicate considerable potential for moderate to high grade precious metal resources in the Murcielagos vein family to depth below the current underground openings.

Cross-cuts

Cross-cuts at Yaragua exhibit numerous high grade intervals (Figure 1), some of which correlate with vein sets modeled from drilling and others which also require further investigation. Some of these veins may represent splits off major veins and are unknown strike length/depth extents but it is likely that some may contribute "opportunity ounces" in future mining operations.

In summary the underground sampling has demonstrated high gold grades that are remarkably continuous along strike and within the vertical range sampled for several of the Yaragua vein sets. Furthermore these gold grades are across potentially mineable widths. The continuity of the channel sampling data facilitates a significantly higher confidence level in resource modeling, a major plus in this high grade vein environment.

Similar high grades have been encountered in more widely spaced drilling on several vein sets for up to 300 vertical metres below the deepest channel sampled levels. Given the vertical continuity of the channel sampling data, these deeper drill intercepts can be correlated and grades interpolated with greater confidence.

Most of the 2011 scheduled underground development in Yaragua is geared towards creating platforms for deeper underground drilling. Much of this development will be on the Murcielagos vein system on Level 3, facilitating underground sampling of this vein system and also more systematic drilling to the north across the entire Yaragua corridor of veins down to the 1100 metre level.

Other Corporate Updates

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter agreement with Robert Allen relating to the purchase of (i) title to six mineral concession contracts and rights to two mineral applications totaling approximately 6,950.6 hectares adjacent to the Buritica project; and (ii) title to three concession contracts totaling approximately 2,293 hectares adjacent to the Dominical project (the "Properties"), located in Colombia. Pursuant to the terms of the letter agreement, the Company has agreed to pay Mr. Allen a cash payment in the amount of US$2,000,000 and issue to Mr. Allen 495,106 common shares of the Company (having a deemed value of US$4,500,000). Mr. Allen is a director of the Company and beneficially holds 26,105,031 common shares of the Company (before giving effect to the transaction). The Company anticipates that it will enter into a definitive purchase and sale agreement (the "Definitive Agreement") in respect of the Properties containing customary representations, warranties, covenants, conditions and agreements on or before March 22, 2011. In the event that the Definitive Agreement is not executed, the letter agreement shall remain a legally binding and enforceable agreement. Closing is expected to occur on March 22, 2011, and is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including that of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Technical Information

Channeling was done every three metres along strike across the full width of the roof of the tunnel and across raises. Each 15cm.-wide channel involved three or more samples, mostly one on-vein and two adjacent samples. The trace of the sampling site was cleaned of any accumulated oxide material and a fresh channel was hand cut a minimum of two centimeters deep across a 15cm width. Samples were prepared by SGS Colombia in Medellin and then shipped for analysis to SGS certified assay laboratory in Lima, Peru. The company utilizes an industry-standard QA/QC program Blanks, duplicates and certified reference standards are inserted into the sample stream to monitor laboratory performance and a portion of the samples are periodically check assayed at ACME laboratories in Vancouver and/or Inspectorate Labs in Reno.

The results of the Company's underground sampling and drilling programs have been reviewed, verified and compiled by Vice President Exploration, Stuart Moller P.Geol., a qualified person for the purpose of NI 43-101. Mr. Moller has over 30 years of mineral exploration experience and is a Licensed Professional Geologist in the Province of British Colombia and a Fellow of the Society of Exploration Geologists.

Over 51,000 metres of diamond drilling have been completed on the property to date and eight drills are currently working on a 60,000-metre surface and underground drill program for 2011.


Highlights

Drill-hole BUSY-146 includes a newly discovered high grade subzone in the deepest part of the Veta Sur system drilled to date. BUSY-142 further delineated a very high grade steeply plunging shoot in the “core” of the Veta Sur system which remains open to depth in high gold grades.


• Significant intercepts from drilling at the Yaragua system include:
4.0m @ 135.88 g/t Au with 114 g/t Ag including
1.2m @ 449.90 g/t Au and 373 g/t Ag in drill-hole BUSY-120 and
