      Jourdan, Autris and Process Research Ortech to Sign Joint Venture Agreement to Develop Techonlogy for on Demand Ammonia Production

      * Plan to develop a new process for creating ammonia

      * Ammonia and phosphoric acid are key inputs to DAP, the most widely manufactured global phosphate fertilizer

      * Testing and technology development to be conducted by Process Research Ortech using Nitroheat Technology

      Toronto, Ontario CANADA, April 14, 2014 /FSC/ - Jourdan Resources Inc. (JOR - TSX Venture),("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca), AUTRIS (OTC: AUTR) ("AUTRIS") (www.autris.com) and PROCESS RESEARCH ORTECH (("PRO") (www.processortech.com); together with Jourdan and Autris, the ("Parties")) are pleased to announce the signing of a Joint Venture Term Sheet Agreement with respect to the formation of a joint venture by the Parties to investigate, develop and commercialize a patentable technology required for the production of on demand ammonia for the fertilizer industry.

      Under the Term Sheet Agreement, Jourdan agrees to make an initial contribution of $1 million (or such lower amount as may be required to develop the ammonia generation technology) to the joint venture in consideration for a 34% initial participating interest in the joint venture. PRO agrees to provide its services to investigate and develop the nitrogen generation technology in consideration for a 33% initial participating interest in the joint venture. In consideration for the remaining 33% initial participating interest in the joint venture, Autris agrees to contribute one of its nitrogen generators to be installed at PRO's testing facility located in Mississauga, Ontario and to contribute sufficient amount of its on demand 98% pure Nitrogen to the joint venture as may be required by PRO for the purpose of developing the ammonia generation technology. Autris further agrees to the use of its patented technology associated with its nitrogen generators by the joint venture for the purpose of developing the ammonia generation technology. The technology, when and if, successfully developed, shall form the property of the joint venture. Upon completion of the development of the ammonia generation technology, any net profit resulting from the commercialization of such technology shall be reinvested in the joint venture or distributed to the Parities on a pro rata basis in accordance with their respective participating interests in the joint venture. Upon completion of the development of the ammonia generation technology, Jourdan shall have exclusivity for use of the technology in the fertilizer sector for a period of two years, which period may be extended if certain milestones in expenditures are met by Jourdan. The terms set forth in the Term Sheet Agreement are subject to a definitive Joint Venture Agreement to be entered into by the Parties within 60 days from the date of the Term Sheet Agreement, or such later date as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

      "Our intention is to build upon the Nitroheat technology developed by Autris to develop an on demand and scalable ammonia production unit using globally available inputs. With the potential to use solar, wind, geothermal or hydro power as our energy source, we would like to deliver a solution that uses renewable energy, and where no carbon dioxide is a generated in the process" states Michael Dehn, President and CEO of Jourdan. "Looking at the best opportunity to be able to produce DAP using Phosphate Rock from our Quebec properties it became apparent that there was room to modernize the process of producing ammonia. Previous success that I have had with PRO while I was at Argex in developing the CTL process for titanium dioxide production gives me the confidence that PRO is well positioned to deliver a solution to producing ammonia and ultimately DAP."

      Ammonia is one of the most widely produced inorganic chemicals. Annual global production totals more than 131 million tonnes, with China producing approximately one third of production. Ammonia production is a significant component of the world energy budget at consuming more than 1% of all man-made power. For a detailed fact sheet on ammonia please follow this link: http://goo.gl/EPZSoO.

      "Our unique solution to produce nitrogen came from our expertise in the automotive and spray painting markets. After meeting with Jourdan's management it quickly became obvious that there was an opportunity for our technology to be the base for a new way to make ammonia. As the Nitroheat Nitrogen generators are able to produce nitrogen on demand, we foresee the opportunity with Jourdan and PRO to be able to produce ammonia on demand," asserts Derek Naidoo, CEO of Nitroheat and Autris.......

      Jourdan Announces Results of Grab Samples from Pivert Lithium Rubidium Project

      * Up to 1.91% Li2O, 4,830 ppm Rb and 265 ppm Ta2O5

      * Extends Lamothe Lithium-Rubidium Showing 100 m along strike

      * New discovery: 1.3% Li2O outcrop sample 600 m from known showings

      Mississauga, CANADA, February 11, 2014 /FSC/ - Jourdan Resources Inc. (JOR - TSX Venture), ("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce the results of 21 grab samples collected from the Pivert Lithium project located approximately 300 km north of Chibougamau, 5 km NE of Critical Elements' Rose Tantalum-Lithium Deposit and less than 5 km from the Eastmain-1 Hydroelectric facility in the Province of Quebec.

      In early 2011, Jourdan Resources completed a 20 drill hole, 3,053 m drill program on the Pivert Lithium project including 9 drill holes (PIV-11-02, and 13 to 20) on the Lamothe Lithium-Rubidium Showing. This drilling intersected a segment of the Lamothe Showing which consists of a series of Spodumene-bearing pegmatite dykes located within a corridor extending 300 meters in a NW-SE direction with over a 50 meters surface width and to a drilled depth of 50 meters. (See press release at http://www.jourdan.ca/uploads/87.pdf) (See Map1.)

      As the drilling was completed during the 2011 winter season, outcrops were not visible for sampling. Therefore in autumn 2011 a short prospecting program was carried out in the area of the earlier drilling. This prospecting program was designed to investigate the area surrounding the successful drilling for additional surface outcrop exposures to further determine the extent of the Lamothe showing.

      Of the 21 samples collected during the prospecting, 5 samples returned values greater than 1.3% Li2O, of which 4 are believed to be related to the Lamothe showing (see maps and table below). Sample 674979, located 100 m East of the drill hole PIV-11-16, the most southeasterly drill hole, returned 1.33% Li2O, and sample 674978 located 150 southeast of PIV-11-16 returned 1.60% Li2O. These two samples are along strike within the previously interpreted spodumene dyke corridor. Samples 674976 and 674977 from the same location about 100 m south of PIV-11-16 returned 1.90% Li2O and 1.91% Li2O, respectively, and are believed to represent a possible widening of the spodumene dyke corridor or a possible additional structure (see Map).

      The fifth anomalous sample 674991, which assayed 1.32% Li2O, was collected approximately 600 m northeast of the Lamothe showing. It is believed this anomalous sample is not related to the Lamothe showing and may represent another lithium rich spodumene showing to be investigated. No lower grade samples were collected at any of these 4 locations.

      Two additional samples collected south of the Lamothe zone: 674973 (located 130 m south) assayed 0.304 Li2O, and sample 674973 (located 250 m south) assayed 0.687 Li2O.

      These 7 anomalous samples will be followed with further prospecting and additional exploration as part of future plans of Jourdan Resources.

      The remaining 14 samples assayed in the range of 0.0021 to 0.0342 Li2O and are scattered further away from the Lamothe zone, with a cluster of 9 of these samples located approximately 700 m north of the zone. It should be noted that grab samples are selective by nature and are unlikely to represent average grades of the deposit.

      "These positive results demonstrate a large mineralized system near the Eastmain-1 Hydroelectric Facility with Jourdan and Critical Elements returning positive results", states Jourdan President and CEO Michael Dehn. "Finding additional high grade mineralization more than 500m away from any previous showings leaves the possibility for other new showings on this underexplored and high mineral potential project."

      Jourdan Resources samples up to 5.99% P2O5 at Hache

      2014-01-20 13:38 ET - News Release

      Mr. Michael Dehn reports

      NEW PHOSPHATE ZONE ON JOURDAN'S RECENTLY ACQUIRED HACHE PROPERTY RETURNS UP TO 5.99% P2O5

      Jourdan Resources Inc. has completed a regional prospecting program on the company's Hache phosphate property. The Hache property is located 60 kilometres north of Saguenay, Que.

      "Grab sample results received far exceeded expectations for a first pass prospecting program on the property," states Michael Dehn, Jourdan's president and chief executive officer. Investors should note, grab samples are selective by nature and may not be representative of average grades of the mineralization within zones.

      The acquisition of the Hache property by Jourdan was announced on Oct. 31, 2013, in the press release titled "Jourdan acquires 100 per cent of Hache phosphate property, near Saguenay, Que."

      The zone A on Jourdan's Hache claims discussed in this release is located 11.5 kilometres west of the La Hache-Est historic resource (source: Sigeom -- La Hache-Est non-metallic mineral deposit and GM 23170 (Nov. 1, 1968) Soquem Rapport des Travaux, Explorations Terre Nova Ltee project 13-778-01 La Hache-Est). The La Hache-Est historic resource is reported as 20.32 million tonnes containing 24.75 per cent iron, 5.15 per cent titanium and 5.21 per cent P2O5. This project was originally looked at as a potential source of iron ore, and at the time had not been considered for its potential for phosphate or titanium.

      The prospecting program was designed as a first pass of ground exploration on the Hache property, only prospecting along accessible roads. Snow limited access to some roads and exposure of outcrops. While prospecting, phosphate mineralization was visible as the mineral apatite, encouraging the company to stake an additional 6.2 square kilometres of claims, on which many of the samples presented in this release have been collected. A total of 26 surface grab sample results were received from AGAT Laboratories for analysis of the western block of the Hache claims described in this release. The range in phosphate results from the grab samples was from 0.09 per cent P2O5 to 5.99 per cent P2O5 with an average of all 26 samples being 2.82 per cent P2O5. Sample density is highly variable ranging from kilometers between samples to within 50-metre separation depending on outcrop distribution and snow cover.

      A higher grade phosphate mineralized zone, zone A, runs for approximately 1.6 km on surface, running approximately north-northeast to south-southwest. Due to weather conditions, sampling only occurred on outcrop along roadways, and the zone is open to the north-northeast, south-southwest and to depth. The average of the 11 grab samples that were collected from zone A is 4.27 per cent P2O5. The range of results in assays within the zone were from 3.15 per cent P2O5 to 5.99 per cent P2O5. A thickness on this zone has not yet been determined, as all visible outcrop within the zone appears mineralized.

      A second zone of phosphate mineralization, zone B was identified near the eastern margin of the claims. This zone runs for approximately 300 m, but it is still unclear if this is the thickness of the zone or the strike length of the zone. Airborne geophysics from the zone appears to show that the sampling runs oblique to both strike and thickness of the zone. Additional determination of the zone B orientation and size will take place once the snow cover clears. Within zone B six grab samples were collected with an average of 2.55 per cent P2O5. Assays ranged from 1.21 per cent P2O5 to 4.01 per cent P2O5 within this zone.

      A table of grab sample results received is attached.

      "Jourdan's goal is to become the dominant phosphate miner in North America," says Jourdan's chief financial officer, Glen Wylie. "Low-cost acquisitions in promising locations are important components of this longer term strategy. Regardless of how challenging the present market environment is for junior exploration companies, it's important to balance short-term tactical strategies with building additional foundations for longer term success. Projects like Hache have the potential to add real value for shareholders as Jourdan moves forward."
